We have used TF Heating for all our boiler and heating system repairs and maintenance from the boiler installation and system modifications right through to the annual boiler servicing. They have provided us with a prompt and polite service every time. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely recommend TF Heating and Plumbing Ltd. Paweł and his team were super professional from start to finish. They were very clean, polite and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They changed our gas system to a heat pump and explained everything properly along the way, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. Very honest and transparent service. We were originally given a longer waiting time, but they actually managed to complete the work much faster, which made a massive difference for us during the renovation. Really happy with the whole experience and would definitely use them again.

I contacted the company about a leaking shower, which required a valve replacement. The plumber they sent said that the valve wasn’t a standard one and he wouldn’t take on the job. He suggested replacing the entire shower unit, which would mean breaking into the wall and tiles. After a five‑minute visit from the plumber, which cost me £108, I found the model of my shower and the correct valve online myself — it took me 15 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this company.

New bath fitted which was very heavy, Stefan and the team sorted it out , removed the old and installed the new without any issues. Once again I will continue to use TF and I would highly recommend them.

Pawel and his team really helped us with boiler servicing/repairs, thermostat updating to enable remote programming and ensured our underfloor heating is nice and toasty for the cold months. Over charged on price of boiler and labour ‘ I then asked for a breakdown of cost didn’t get one . Then found out the radio receiver was not fitted to the glow worm boiler ? When asked to be sorted ‘response was you did not pay full invoice ! Poor customer service ‘do not recommend

Pawal great. Tomasz sneaky and vindictive. Hired to instal underfloor heating downstairs, radiators upstairs, 12kw LG air source heat pump outside and totally re-plumb the whole house. First, having agreed wireless room stats, turned up after every wall in the house was re-plastered with wired room stats which required the wires to be chased in the new wall. Thought this was amusing. Next, failed to turn up on the agreed day of commissioning. When someone did turn up it was a sub-contractor who did not have the skills to wire it all correctly. Left with a system which was electrically unstable. Pawal returned 6 months later to totally rewire it. Tomasz did not fit a radiator to the bathroom wall and said the towel rail would be enough. It wasn’t it was cold over winter. Contract and MCS documents were clear that a radiator was necessary. Tomasz refused to fit it claiming that 2 towel rails were installed instead. They were agreed to be fitted free but he changed his mind on this because it suited him not to return and supply and fit the missing radiator. Complained to APHC. Tomasz denied all responsibility. APHC found the radiator should be provided but the fitting cost be shared. I appealed. APHC marked their own homework and they awarded themselves a pass ! No payment offer made by Tomasz. Complained to MCS and RECC. MCS are largely a toothless lion who say one thing to you in the complaints process but conclude another. RECC complaint made and concluded with a threat by me to take them to court where a CCJ would inevitably be made for the radiator. At this point Tomasz settled the dispute by admitting liability and paying a sum of money to have the work done. TF is tricky, sneaky and not be trusted. This is not hot head review but one written objectively, truthfully and fairly nearly 2 years after the event.

Nothing but good to say. From design through to installation, very knowledgeable and professional. We have an old house so the installation did present some challenges, but all dealt with well and great communication throughout. Very happy with the system and the team at TF Heating.

Well, I am not sure what they done with my boiler during the service, but when I did the service with another company a few days ago they found that the T F Heating and Plumbing left open one of the tank which slowly leaked over the year and damaged my boiler frame and some cables..I do not know what to do next.. pictures 👇

I struggled at first to find someone to fix our vaillant heat pump. TF came the same day we contacted them and fixed it straight away. Good knowledge of the type of heat pump and very thorough, checking it was fixed and working. . I would definitely recommend.them and will arrange for them to come back and service the heat pump.

We were without heating during the recent freezing weather. British Gas cancelled 2 appointments as we did not meet their priority criteria. Not pensioners or have child under 1 year old. Tomasz was at a call with our neighbours who asked if he could help. He agreed as he did not like to see us without heating. He cleared a blocked pipe fixing the problem immediately. We would highly recommend this Company very caring and helpful. 5 stars is not enough to rate Tomasz.

I hired Tomasz to install a new central heating system and to remodel a bathroom. I highly recommend Tomasz and his team and will be sure to contact him first when we are ready to explore our options with remodelling our other bathroom. We initially contacted Tomasz for installing a heat pump. After talking us through how it works and our options, we identified that a heat pump would not work for us at this time. As we needed to get away from electric radiators throughout the house, Tomasz suggested installing a gas boiler which we accepted. Our central heating was installed in a way that makes it easy to switch to a heat pump in the future when our house is more suitable for one. We also had them remodel our bathroom which included moving all the fixtures, tiling the walls, laying the floor, and installing a new door. It has the look and feel of a professional installation and I couldn't be happier. Throughout the two projects which lasted approximately three weeks in total, they worked around us as we were living in the house the entire time. They were kind, courteous, and up for a bit of a chat when time allowed. They cared for us, our home, and even our pets. There were a few minor issues throughout the process, but Tomasz was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns in a timely, friendly manner. All-in-all, I recommend T F Heating and Plumbing.

We were looking around to go green and exchange our gas boiler with the air source heat pump and solar panels. After receiving a few quotes, TF Heating and Plumbing offer the best service and had most qualifications and knowledge. Before we accepted the quote, engineer visited our house twice to plan it all, talk us through all the proces, advised on some extra options which would save us more money. Installation proces went really smooth and now we can enjoy very low energy bills - no gas at all! TF Heating and Plumbing is LG approved installation specialist so we got 7 years peace of mind warranty. I had my boiler replaced and moved from system to combi boiler by TF Heating and Plumbing and I’m very pleased with work being done. The old boiler has been removed from really awkward space and new Viessmann boiler has been installed. The job has been completed really quickly and I’m pleased with the results. Everything has been left clean and they took care of my property. I can only recommend this company.

Rang to make an appointment for our boiler and toilet, spoke to someone who seemed personally offended I was taking time out of his day to ask for his help. Bluntly said they only do boilers at this time of year and they'd be round at the end of the week, before hanging up on me. Unsurprisingly, they never turned up, although with that level of professionalism it was probably just as well.
