Nice stuff

Had a new boiler and central heating system fitted by Parm. The job was not an easy one and ran into a second day due to problems caused by other people. Parm is obviously very knowledgeable about plumbing and central heating and I had every confidence right from the start to the finish of the job that he knew what he was doing. He was very neat and tidy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to carry out plumbing and heating work. He is obviously a great asset to the company.

From the initial design service, to the project management, through to the individual Tradesmen working to install and completely finish my new bathroom, a great all round service.

MK City provided the most competitive quote for some electrical work. The work was completed to a high standard. Whilst at the property a light developed a fault. Despite it being unrelated to the work they had done and being outside the job they came to do, they stayed until it was resolved. It is hard to find such great customer service these days so thank you MK City for going above and beyond. We highly recommend this firm.

My boiler broke I rang they came out straight away. Told me the problem order the parts and came back that day to fix it.

Big shout to all at MK City for some first class work. Customer service from the initial enquiry to completion has been excellent. MK City can carry out both gas and electrical work, which is really convenient for me. I've just had a brace of safety inspections and installation of a new consumer unit and wired smoke/CO2 detectors. The electricians did a top job, were respectful and made no mess at all. The installation was incredibly clean and was great that I didn't have to have any plastering/decorating to do afterwards. Overall, really pleased so will definitely use again.

Engineer checked boiler operation only. Made suggestions about settings. Could not explain 'sudden cold showers!' Did not service the magnetic filter as did not possess the special tool. System seems to work well. Acceptable price.

I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided. The young man who came was very polite, thoughtful and carried out the work exactly as we required.

We had our boiler serviced on the 14/02/23. The engineer turned up on time and was polite and friendly , as were. the the staff member i arranged it with. All in all a pleasant and hassle free experience.

I had Ali and Arron sent out to me. To do a electric safety check and refresh equipment. Even extra smoke and heat alarms. I do not like people coming into my home due to a terrible experience i had many years ago. I have three children who also struggle with visitors. Ali and Arron were fantastic. Kind caring and worked at our speed and understood our needs as a family. As well as doing an outstanding job. I was dreading this whole situation I had no need to. Even from the start of the process prior to visit great commutation. And needs accommodated to. Would recommend these guys and company. Thanks for making the experience an easy one.

Six months to repair a toilet. Complained on numerous occasions worse company I've every dealt with.

At -10 outside, I am sure this is the busiest day of the year for them. They were completely fully booked and couldn't get an engineer out to me. They called me back and talked me through what needed to be done. The engineer I spoke completely save the day and fixed the problem.

Great company. We needed an urgent fix to the heating system and British Gas were not able to find and fix the problem after two visits. MKCPH (who installed our boiler last year) came to the rescue and fixed it. Thouroughly professional and great service.

Do not use this service. this is an unprofessional service. The electrician who was supposed to fit in my shower after 1 week with no shower cancelled twice. No updates in the day he was supposed to show up. When I called I was pushed around . Waited all day today and nothing tried to get an update nothing. Don't bother calling this service. It really is not worth the hassle get yourself a more professional company.

Over-priced, awful customer service and unsatisfactory job. Took the plumber 2 attempts to do a simple job and then charged lots of money. Charged £65 just to unscrew toilet seat!!! I choose to use this company because i believed it was a family business. However, i would not use them again or recommend them. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I wont bother with this lot. Worst customer service and unprofessional staff. lot of hidden charges and unexpected bills. I would not use them even if I would have lot of money to throw away. They are not interested in repeat business, with intention of ripping the customers off. When complaints were made, they take it very offensively and rudely. They will response to you in a worst possible manner and blame you for everything. Very dishonest staff and don't have any knowledge about the works, and there is a big communication gap between the engineers and office staff and hence they will never deliver the complete works promised by the business.

Would Highly recommend this company we had a complete wet room done and the guy called Ben and John and the staff were really professional and really done a good job and they tided up after them I would never use a another company sept from this business keep up the good work

Our boiler was condemned on Tuesday so after a local search for Boiler Installers in MK I spoke to Steve who came straight out that day and gave us a quote. We gave Steve the go ahead on Wednesday and today (Thursday) Steve and his colleague (Arter, I think, sorry if its wrong!) showed up and fitted a brand new baxi boiler. They were quick and were competitive with some of the other quotes we received. The fact they were able to fit us in next day really helped us out. Would definitely recommend!

They arrived on time and just got on with the job. Very clean and tidy and didn't leave any mess behind. I done an extensive search to get the best price for my chosen boiler and installation and that was MK City. So after checking online reviews I decided to go with them and it was definitely the right decision. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future work

I’ve called on behalf of my workplace, they came within minutes of the call detected the problem and even managed to fix the issue there and then with a price that’s 3 times smaller than my quotes with previous providers. Definitely recommend! Thanks again.

Just had a brand new combi boiler fitted in my new home from these guys. Professional service from quote to installation. Even offered to supply us with temporary heaters to keep us going until the installation date as the ancient boiler we had packed up beyond repair. Juggled some of their appointments round to ensure we weren’t without heating and hot water for too long. Installation guys were fab - cleared all rubbish off site and went through all of the controls thoroughly with me. Excellent price and guarantee too. Would highly recommend!

Avoid. Booked them to fix a dripping tap. Repeatedly let down by plumber who eventually came and quoted £350 for a new tap saying it couldn’t be fixed. After failing to attend AGAIN I fortunately cancelled and got the original tap fixed for £60. Would never use again.

Absolutely excellent service hell of a lot better than mears

Our old boiler was on the point of giving up the ghost so we spoke to MK city about fitting a new one. They did a great job advising on and then fitting a new combi boiler. We had one issue, we had to have our flue go up through our roof and we weren't quite happy with how the flue joined with the surrounding tiles. After some negotiation MK did come back and filled in the gaps. Pipes and boiler both are working fine.

Don't turn up 3 times made an appointment no show avoid this company

My aunt recently phoned mk city to get a quote for her shower, had the quote and the job was done in the same week, very fast and effecient and would highly recommend these guys again :)

Don't bother with this lot. The job was a new boiler & new bathroom. They were so nice when quoting for the job. This was a year & a half ago. They firstly couldn't complete the job on time, then they left all the rubbish in my front garden & never came back, after saying they would do all that. The bath is now sagging, with the sealant all falling off. Then after I paid them, never heard a thing from them, you would think they would enquire if everything is okay. So I will never ever use them or refer them to anyone. I gave them one star because thank God the boiler has been fine.
