I always use JM Page Ltd when I have plumbing issues. They've helped me out of a lot of fixes over many years. They are professional and friendly from appointment booking through to completion of the job. Special thanks to Ethan this week who helped me deal with a rather alarming under floor 'leak' - punctual, knowledgeable and good-humoured. I highly recommend JMP.

First contact with this company is with their friendly, helpful office staff. Recently, as well as other work, they have updated my old central heating system, including new thermostatic radiator valves and boiler. As this went in the loft, it meant moving pipes to install flooring, a loft ladder and lighting, going out of their way to do a good job. Their engineers were punctual, professional, polite and considerate throughout and left everywhere thoroughly clean and tidy. And finally, the reassurance that their work is guaranteed for 2 years.

I have had a reasonable amount of work undertaken by JM Page recently, not least, a new combi boiler. On each occasion, the engineers have been very friendly, extremely professional and courteous. All the work has been carried to a very high standard, throughly tested and the areas cleaned afterwards. It's great to find a company that puts customer service and satisfaction first and foremost. Also need to mention the office staff who have always been so helpful and friendly when I have needed to call; they have taken care of everything swiftly. Great service all round. Absolutely brilliant! Nathan and Ely came round to refit/rebuild the shower. Very friendly, professional and respectful of both occupants and property. Cracked on with the work and finished with a great looking and clearly well crafted ensuite shower. 10/10 would recommend asking for these guys if you need any plumbing work done. On top of that Nathan helped arrange two electricians who turned up within 30 minutes to repair the extractor fan ( a seperate issue). Again two lads, very friendly and clearly knew what they were doing, job done, very happy customer. Thankyou to all involved for making the whole thing a very painless experience!

Recently (mid-October, 2024) J. M . Page, a Plumbing and Heating Engineering company local to us, replaced our existing Valliant Boiler plus 2 new Radiators. We chose Pages to complete this domestic work for us they are local to us in Wolverton and have a good local reputation. This was confirmed by the work they completed. Alex visited us twice to assess the work and supply us with a quote. Michael, the engineer, completed ALL this work, on his own in 3 days, in a very professional and expert manner. He is clearly a very experienced heating engineer and a very pleasant guy too. We now have an excellent new Worcester Bosch 32 CDI compact Combi Boiler and 2 new Radiators – all are now working well. It was not cheap outlay, but a fair price, and a worthwhile investment for the future. We would have no hesitation is using J M Page again for any such work and would highly recommend them.

As a long-term resident of Milton Keynes, I have used the services of several plumbing and heating companies over the years, with mixed results. Since 2019, when I was recommended to J M Page, I have never used anyone else and continue to use them to maintain my boiler and central heating system. I have always found them to be extremely professional, reliable and extremely helpful. In cases of an emergency situation, they will always go that extra mile to ensure that you are not left without heating and hot water supply. I am not in the habit of leaving reviews, but in this instance I have no hesitation in recommending them for their excellent all-round service.

We recently had J M Page come out to service our boiler and to fix a leak. When their engineer Tom got here, he carried out a deep clean of our boiler, a through boiler service & investigated the leak While here he changed settings to make our boiler more economical and help fix another leak which we only discovered when turning the mains boiler. He has since been back to fit the part required and our boiler has never ran so well. By changing the settings too, our hot water is a sensible setting for the kids baths and we aren't throwing money down the drain. We can not recommend J M Page enough and will be recommending to friends and family. The job was great value for money compared to the other quotes we received. In my following review, I conclude that not only are the JM Page team reliable and professional, they are equally the most reasonable and accommodating of MKs boiler repair & heating services. I’ve used them four times over the last couple of years and I most recently required their help on three separate occasions. So far the guys who were sent round included; - Nathan for the original boiler service which was completed in thorough and timely fashion, - Ethan for a power flush which cured my poor heat supply to areas of the property, - Alex, who popped round post the flush because one of my radiators needed some adjustment in the wake of the metal and gunge colonic it was previously given. These three are a credit to JK Page, who even via phone (the office peeps) were an easy going, approachable and informative bunch. I’ve had some terrible experiences with boiler people, so if you want excellent value and solid professionalism, JM Page are a decent choice.

Heard about this firm from son in law and have used them twice (radiator pipes) and (new boiler) On both occasions they very competent and thoughtful, going beyond the normal to ensure a very high standard of finish. I can see why they were recommended and would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

Had the technician to check the gas and he climbed with his shoes on my son's bedsheets like it would've been the red carpet! Right before he left he said that I should've told him to take his shoes off or put a shoe cover. Very unprofessional. It wasn't a misunderstanding of words as I said that I just finished changing the sheets and after he will leave I'll have to change them again. I see no interest in leaving negative review just for the sake of it. The boiler is indeed in the 2nd bedroom and he did had to climb on the bed to perform his checks however when I asked him to remove his shoes after going outside in the garden he replied that he's not allowed for safety requirements but he has shoe cover which he asked me to go and grab his tools bag where the shoe covers were, all this after he already walked on the bed without shoe cover. My review has nothing to do with the service provided just with how it was handled.

This is the second time we have used them and on both occasions from quote to work being carried out they have performed well .The second occasion the plumber went above and beyond, sorting out a set of bath taps that were difficult to access. All works completed in one day to our complete satisfaction.

We had a major leak in our office, they sent an engineer out in less than an hour to assess and do a temporary repair. They were back the next day with the parts and had it all fixed and repaired with 24hr of our call. Top service, would definitely recommend

Such a friendly and welcoming response to my panic call reference my ceiling pouring water from my shower!!! Sally instantly arranged one of her plumbers to attend within 30 minutes of me making the call. The leak was managed, temporarily repaired and the installation of new parts within days. Not only did JM Page do an amazing job, they went above and beyond to provide recommendations for the ceiling repair. Fantastic company, 5 star ⭐️

Came to the property i live in to fix heating problems and now is worse after sending 5 gas and heating engineer's .our property is now cold as well as the water which had no problem.

We recently had our old boiler removed due to a flexible hose bursting, as the boiler was 7yrs old we decided to have a new one fitted, the engineer who came to do the work was extremely efficient and a real credit to his profession , it was a pleasure having him working in our house and should we ever need any more plumbing we would definately contact the company again cannot thank you enough.
