Blue Flame could not have been more helpful and efficient. Gary was a hard worker and didn't stop all day installing a new boiler. He made helpful suggestions and recommendations and was very friendly. He even went above and beyond installing new features. He cleaned as he went and made good the installation. The new boiler is so quiet and the new temperature controller is so accurate. I cannot recommend Blue Flame highly enough. Bradwell Common

Once again we cannot express enough our deepest thanks for the immediate response from Blue Flame after our call for help when our central heating had gone haywire yesterday morning. Gary was with us 10 minutes later. He diagnosed the fault, remedied it and was on his way within 30 minutes. Blue Flame have taken a lot of stress out of our Christmas, for which we are very grateful, especially when we will have a house full. I shall be in touch early in January to book our annual central heating service (that i had completely forgotten about!!). Blue Flame offers a reliable gas engineering service e.g. servicing and repairing boilers and radiators.

Reliable, efficient and seek to repair rather than just fit expensive replacements. I've used this company 3 times. First for an annual boiler service rather than pay for a service contract. Secondly to possibly replace my 10 year old boiler but repaired instead saving me loads. Thirdly to fit new shower and find source of a leak that had caused my water bill to rocket. Shower fitted and leak found - a washer in the cistern - excellent job.
