Leak in the bathroom radiator. Came, checked everything over, checked for any alternative issues before proceeding to see if there was a better alternative and then went about his work fast and efficiently. Left no mess that we had to clean up afterwards. Will 100% use again if necessary.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by JB7 Plumbing and Heating. I needed help putting radiators back up after some replastering, and serperately identifying issues with a washing machine water supply and a couple of radiators. On both occasions booking was easy, communication clear and quick, the engineer who came out friendly and knowledgeable, and the issues quickly dealt with. I sleep more soundly knowing I've found a good heating company, I've had real issues with boilers and engineers in the past. Highly recommend!

JB Plumbing and Heating replaced all our outdoor drainage pipes and we are very pleased with the outcome. The engineer was very personable and planned the work so that the amount of time we were without water was minimised. We were very specific about when we wanted the job carried out and JB Plumbing rescheduled another job so they could meet our requirement. Very pleased with the outcome and all old piping was taken away and area cleared. Would recommend.

Quoted (which cost £95) close to £300 to replace a radiator valve and £400 to fit a water arrester. The next plumber I called charged £60 (including a £20 tip) to replace the valve and sorted the water hammer for free. This lot are ripping you off big time! *EDIT* They claim you've got the wrong company when you leave a poor review. No. No, it was definitely you. You're on my list of grifters never to use again

Extraordinarily expensive, be aware. JB7 were upfront with their pricing from the start, but I feel the overall cost for the work done was extortionate. The Breakdown: I paid over £100 just for the initial call-out. The replacement parts required cost less than £90, yet I was charged an additional £230 in labor for a follow-up visit that my tenants confirmed took all of 15 minutes. In total, fixing the toilet came to just under £500, with parts being less than £90. It's important to note that they inspected the job before providing the labor fee quote, so were aware of the work required. The £230 was an addition to the call out charge, nothing was subsidized. Feeling Trapped: Because I’d already paid for the initial diagnostic visit, I felt stuck going ahead with them, as walking away meant losing that money. Customer Service & Threats: When I tried to negotiate before posting this, I was told the price is the price. When I mentioned leaving a review, they asked me not to. I offered a reasonable compromise regarding remaining payments, as at that point, they had received over £300, only to be accused of "blackmailing" them and threatened with legal action. The job got done and there were no complaints from the tenants. However, trust went both ways, and I was deeply disappointed by what turned out to be a lack of fair value. Be aware of how high their pricing is before hiring. You won't know the full price of the job until you've already paid over £100 to find out, which is not put towards further work required.
