Reviews
4.5
Homeowners and housing association tenants report contrasting experiences, frequently praising individual engineers for polite and thorough heat pump or boiler servicing. However, many reviews highlight administrative issues, including unannounced appointment cancellations, long delays in obtaining spare parts, and unhelpful office communication. Consequently, several customers reported waiting days or weeks without heating or hot water, alongside occasional instances of incorrect fault diagnosis.
Excellent service from the guy who can round he was very polite told me what issues he found and repaired then right away
The Landlord safety check was carried out this afternoon. The ‘engineer’ was a little rude and seems to have only done a part of the check. There is no evidence of the meter being checked otherwise he would have spotted that two anaconda pipes are fitted. He then placed my CO alarm on the wall ABOVE my cooker and within 6 inches of the boiler. Checking the regulations this was incorrect and we have positioned it above the kitchen door in the kitchen. It will be interesting to see the certificate that he has produced. For the record I used to be Gas safe retired on health grounds, arthritis in my knees. I would have never spoken to a customer in the blunt way that I was spoken too z
Engineer was very efficient
Very polite got job done
Thoroughly professional experience from first point of contact to completion of commissioning.
Had system service excellent engineer came on time the same person who did it last year . The only problem the technology link do'nt work first time
Once the issue was reported from the housing, Robert Heath communicated promptly and efficiently, booked the part and fitted the next day. Explained the heated system. Thank you
Friendly, respectful and efficient. Had it fixed in no time at all.
Annual service. Informed of arrival, polite and knowledgeable engineer (thank you Mo).
Arrived on time. Carried out work in a friendly and efficient manner.
Amazing work although the pipes aren't bracketed to the wall and should be. The workers were amazing, polite, very quick and professional and amazing at what they do
Promt and informative and polite
Amazing service and very friendly engineer ;) Highly recommended
Very poor customer service and unorganised. Send out emails that look like phishing emails. Sent engineer unqualified to service heat pump so left without doing the service. Then no further contact from them.
Engineer was great, did everything needed, polite and friendly
Luvly gas checker same as last year.Professional, polite, thorough and a real gent! Well dun RH
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Scott at Robert Heath Heating. The service was excellent from start to finish. Scott arrived on time, quickly identified and resolved the issue, and explained everything clearly. He gave me honest, helpful advice without any pressure, which I really appreciated. He was extremely professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy before he left. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Robert Heath Heating again and would happily recommend Scott to anyone looking for a first-class heating engineer.
Brilliant job very happy with your service
Excellent service very helpful
Engineer was a lovely bloke and Professional
Really quick, polite and experienced
On behalf of - Craig Woodward Capable, competent, likeable and efficient.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the service.
Excellent
I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Robert Heath Heating . Their work was carried out to a high standard, communication was clear throughout, and everything was completed exactly as promised. They were respectful of our home, efficient with their time and we are confident our heat pump is now working as it should. The works carried was a fault diagnosis and a full commission, following third party installation. We are happy and would recommend.
We had an excellent Engineer, Harry, who came to sort out software issues with our Daiken air source heat pump in our new build. He solved problems that were beyond the comprehension of the original contractors and discovered an incorrectly fitted sensor that meant our boiler was using the immersion heater unnecessarily, increasing our electricity bills. He refused to give up when the wifi failed to contact to the phone and finally succeeded. Very few companies know how to install ASHPs but Daiken and their specialist engineers at Robert Heath are the only ones I would trust. Our work was under our new build guarantee so we are unable to comment about the cost.
Chris was very good, it must have been awful in the loft. He was tidy. Very pleasant man.
It was absolutely fantastic service 10 out of 10 Price Wise It doesn’t cost me nothing as I am with the housing people Places for people, and that’s all included in my rent
Very professional and polite .
Polite efficient
Excellent Professional compliance
Annual gas check.arrived on time politely and helpful did a good reasonable check
Had a safety check done, all went well. Polite and friendly.
Nice man
The experience with Robert Heath Heating was exceptional from start to finish (from calling to make an appointment to the quality of the maintenance carried out) I have to specifically call out the engineer who visited today (Dean) was second to none. I’ve had my ASHP system for about 15 months - I learned more about it today (from Dean) than from my original installer/commissioner. Thank you guys!
I couldnt give 5 stars because the system broke down again after the technicians first visit. Had to have an emergency second visit. The technician said he was not too familiar with the system so he needed help and was here for a long time. Waiting to find out if the fault has actually been rectified. He and all the Daikin / Robert Heath staff were friendly and very helpful. Since the companies joined up everything is so much quicker and easier.
Nice chap
Great professional service, happy with all communications.
Friendly and efficient! Got the gas check completed promptly 👍
Callum was fantastic, really helpful and an AsHp magician. Thanks so much for sorting us out
A great job done thanks and Robert is very well mannered and efficient. Miss Wynne 15 Bramble Close
Excellent service highly recommend staff are always great and talk to you what they are doing and what the issues is/was. Very polite fix to he blockage as well
The person who done my gas check was curious and professional.
The engineer that he came to my house this morning he's very polite and he explains everything bit by bit thanks for sending me that engineer
Robert serviced our Daikin air source heat pump. I was notified the day before that he was in the area and could call to do the service if convenient. Then on the day I received a text to say I was his next call. He is professional and friendly. We have a service package through Daikin.
Great service, nice and friendly engineer
The engineer was friendly knowledgeable helpful, arrived on time, didn't interfere with the house, he was very thorough and left no mess at all
Very professional and friendly kept me informed about what needed doing did a really good job made sure that everything was safe and working better than before this gave me peace of mind impressive Thanks.
The operative was very polite and was conversant with the Daikin heat pump controls which was good, he was efficient and explained his findings succinctly.
Joseph came to service our Air Source Heat Pump He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained the controls in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommended.
The chap who came (so sorry can’t remember his name) to service my heater was brilliant. Great expertise , friendly and helpful. Very good service
The man who fitted my boiler was very polite
Done a good job better than last year cleaned up as he went very chatty and done all the jobs he needed to do good job
For good response from Robert heath only, problem is not sorted out engineer was not that good.
Very friendly and efficient, completed all works to a high standard
The technician Ben did a great job servicing our heat pumps. Replacement pressure release valve sent and fitted promptly. Thoroughly recommend.
Very polite , was very Thorough ,explained everything , and cleaned up after himself
I had several appointments cancelled, most last minute as in the day before or morning of the appointments. Tlwhen I was trying tonre arrange I had nothing but issues then appointment letters with wrong details on. Day of the visit I was again told that the appointment needed to be changed. The engineer did come out but bearly looked at the unit. Never looked at any of the radiators and doesn't look like anything was done on the unit. He left without checking the fire alarms and had to come back as 2 were OOD. He didn't replace the units he just stuck on 2 more near the originals.
Your engineer was very polite and respected my property. He carried out a thorough examination of my air source heating system and has made recommendations to Broadacres that due to poor installation of the internal filter, it cannot be easily accessed and requires relocating.
Were good work RH thank you
All good
Rubbish didnt do what i asked him to look at and was asleep in van 15mins
Lovely guy. Speedy service.
Polite and professional
Excellent service from a very knowledgable, helpful and professional Heating Engineer.
Very pleasant engineer but obviously we will need to monitor the system if the fix is permanent
Guy was very polite, friendly and professional also very efficient at his job fair play
Lee was very thorough, and carried out an excellent service.
He was very polite n respected my property
Mark is a great lad works hard does the job good and very polite mannered thanks
Very helpful and persistent. Our system was causing issues that were proving hard to fix but the engineer stayed and managed to resolve it. Very happy with the service.
Arrived on time. Matt had good knowledge of what needed to rectify the problem on the heat pump.
Came on time after messaging me before hand. Was polite and courteous and carried out the checks efficiently.
Dan, the Engineer from Robert Heath is the best fitter by far at this company. He's professional, & a quick, & Decisive worker. He even waited 20mins for me to arrive back home. 5 star General...
The guy who came to do a gas maintenance check today was really lovely. Very courteous and friendly and didn’t make any mess.
Excellent customer service on each visit at clients site.
Came early Wednesday morning and completed survey satisfactory the person who came was very polite & done is job excellent well done
Great service very friendly and helpful all around would recommend thank you 🙂
I haven’t used Robert Heath 🤷♀️
The engineer has a lack of communication.
ROB came to check the gas asper letter recieved . Gas checked all done gas alarms checked up and downstairs gas monitor too . Thank you very pleasant and helpful .
The gentleman was polite, friendly and took time to completely check the gas. He also put in a new carbon monoxide detector etc.
UPDATED: I am updating my previous 5-star review because, unfortunately, an issue arose after the initial service engineer left. My cylinder began running continuously, and I later discovered he had altered my system's set point without my knowledge. Furthermore, I still have not received the service report he promised. The Turnaround: I had to call the company back out today, and Peter arrived promptly to fix the issue. He was informative, thorough, and excellent at communicating exactly what went wrong, quickly rectifying the issue. Peter absolutely deserves 5 stars for his efficient work today. To the management team: Peter did a fantastic job fixing the mishap, but I am still waiting for my official service report to be sent over. Please look into this and forward it to me as soon as possible. Original review: Excellent service - servicing appointment was booked within about a week, engineer Corey arrived on time yesterday, gave plenty of time for me to ask any questions and was clear in their responses. Just awaiting the service report now.
Having an Operative who knows what he’s doing helps solve an issue with our boiler. The previous operative messed up the wiring To the control panel.
Great service
Quick and efficient but is it too often?
Arrived close to the scheduled time slot, did the job, but unsure about gas fire procedure and explained it twice. Very polite.
Fantastic, 5 star rating, polite, fast and efficient. Highly recommended if you want a job doing to a high standard. Forgot to get the mans name but he was great 👍
Booked our Daikin Heat Pump yearly service inspection through the Daikin online portal, which is then ultimately provided and managed by Robert Heath. Peter arrived promptly this morning and did an absolutely superb job. Very experienced and extremely knowledgeable across all things heat pumps and energy savings - full of tips and tricks too! Very thorough service indeed, everything photographed, tested and logged for Daikin warranty and also checked and verified all MMI control settings for DHW and Heat Pump including LWT temps, Delta T, weather dependant heating curves and UFH setup to ensure it all runs as efficiently as possible.
Nice, friendly engineer! Good job done 😊
Bob is the best. However, every year he comes, he tells me I need a new pump, and that he will order one and then it never gets installed.... 🤷🏻♀️
Prompt and very pleasant and knowledgeable 👍
Excellent service and very efficient.
Considering how hot it was the engineer was quick and efficient, great service
Brilliant service clean and tidy afterwards great team
All fixed on the day they said and friendly personnel.
Friendly and helpful guy. Boiler service done quickly
Really nice people and cleaned up after him self
Had safety check done. He was on phone talking to girlfriend which is not professional. Also there was a problem, would of been nice if the engineer told me the meter outside needed sorting. I found out when the office wanted to make an appointment to fix it. On the day I got a text to say he's on way. He never communicated with me to say job to done. I stayed in for him Communion goes a long way. Pleaeespeak to hom
My appointment was changed from AM to PM but the letter informing me arrived 15 minutes before the change 😡
I had the same engineer who came last year, and he's a lovely fella. Looks like Dave Batista lol. He's funny, polite, and thorough in his job. After learning I had had surgery yesterday, he took extra care and made sure I was comfortable before he left, even though I had someone staying to look after me. Keep him on your books as he's a real credit to your company.
Great survise
Very good
Lovely chap came to service my heating system. Professional and friendly. Very happy.
Very helpful member of staff. Polite and did job efficiently
Arrives early, very pleasunt and efficient.
Arranging annual service was problematic, communication was poor less than expected with little feedback, however engineer carried out service quickly and efficient, hoping next service is easier to book
We had an annual boiler service today. We received a message to let us know when the engineer would be arriving. He was both friendly and efficient. Many thanks.
Very poor service. Engineer turned up early (am)with incorrect information regarding job requirements and incorrect parts. No work was carried out. I later received an on the way message. 16:51pm. I am still awaiting the arrival.. it is now 17:49. No one seems to be coming
Service went very well all alarms and everything he had to check was done. Very polite workman
Did a excellent job very informative and helpful
Engineer that attended was absolutely lovely, had great manners and was very respectful 🙏
The gentleman was very helpful and done the job very quickly, was very funny too made me laugh.
Efficient & friendly engineer. Highly recommended
What a long time job to check the heating man kept going in and out to sit in van think his boss should provide him with water proofs save having to go and sit in van till rain stops
A very professional and efficient engineer. Could not fault the service I received! Well done!
Very professional and very nice man. Thankyou

Very polite man got on with hes job and made sure everything is safe thankyou
Professional polite gentleman
To start I didn't know he was coming then he said it didn't need doing so not sure what was even done cause lot of dust on top of red tank and different date on side of other tank so 🤔🤔
Very good service. Thank you
The engineer was lovely and polite and did a good job
Mark is a regular from Robert Heath and always does a great job.
My wife’s car was hit by one of their drivers in the Aldi car park. We had a witness who saw the whole thing. Despite this, their insurance (United Legal) has now told us the driver is denying it happened, leaving us facing a £500 excess. Extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and the lack of accountability.
Very happy with the service I received from you and the person who attended was very helpful and friendly he explained everything to me and he was very polite to
Response great, service great ! So thankful for all your help.😀😀😀😀😀
On time and very professional
Lovely lad , sorted the problem , and was clean and tidy ! . Very happy customer. Thank you 😊
Friendly comprehensive and knowledgeable servicing staff
Air Source Heat Pump System. Making the appointment and Robert heath keeping the appointment was fraught to say the least. However today the contractor that completed the service was excellent. We are now waiting for a report, which will talk about items that need attention, some of which, i feel should have been included in the service. Topping up the antifreeze for example. Now another appointment will be required.
All very good, nice time and very thorough experience.
The Gas fitter came on time , his attitude wasnt friendly and he seemed quite arrogant, he did his job and went.
Damien. was very good at his job clean and tidy . and made sure all works well before he left . Thank you Damien 😊
In the past we had to deal directly with Daikin re our heat pump, thankfully we can now go straight to Robert Heath, they are a breath of fresh air to deal with and are on the ball regarding annual servicing, the technicians we have all been friendly, tidy and knowledgeable.
Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly
Good hard worker on time and very polite
The guys who came out were excellent 👌🏽 great customer service 💯
Complete and utter waste of time and space. Every year there is a problem. However the engineer that came today was lovely. But I can guarantee this review will not be posted.
On time, efficient, polite. :-)
Excellent service, very informative and knowledgeable
Perfect gentelman explained what he was going to do and cleaned up when he was finished
A window was given of 1300 - 1600 hours, arrived at 1315 and completed by 1430 which was very good and left me with the rest of the day to enjoy, Tristan was very professional and polite throughout his visit
Dell was most patient and helpful explaining how to top up pressure on boiler and how the flame works on cooker hobs. Most appreciative for his visit and checking the functionality of gas, boiler and cooker. A great relief to know all is normal thanks to Dell. Ting2 from Llandrindod Wells.
We did have to chase them to come when we had been told they would ring but the appointment was kept as made and the engineer was very polite, pleasant and efficient and reassured us that our system was working well and in good order
Good service
The operative was efficient and professional and polite would recommend him for anyone thank u ADAM
Polite gas engineers got the job done quickly and efficiently. No problems. Called to let me know they were on their way and arrived when they said.
Terrible company i have been going back and forth with them to arrange a gas appointment that would be suitable for me...they are not very accommodating, and flexible when it comes to rescheduling... not everyone can afford to take a whole day time off work..i finally booked a day off and they were suppose to come between 8am-1pm ...i was at home all day till 5pm they didnt show up ...wasted my whole day..my next availability to book time off work is august .....i can not take any more unpaid days off!!! although the person i spoke to on phone was very helpful they didnt understand why they didnt turn up ...soo frustrating
Engineers always courteous and polite and on time. The only reason you get 4 stars is you send out appointment letters and the appointment is literally 3 days later not giving any notice! Not everyone is at home all day and then trying to rebook is a faff. You need to look at your bookings systems and give people more warning.
Engineer great Helpdesk helpful planning and coordination bit suspect but the repair was done and all good again😊
Robert Heath came out within a few hours of contact regarding my oil boiler. Two gentlemen fixed it one was Abi and the other was his supervisor . Not their fault but it did take four visits (parts required) but I was always told when they were coming and when they were enroute . Both guys were great . Heating and hot water fixed just in time for the whitsun bank holiday heat wave weekend . Thank you guys . Top job
Robert Heath do work in our customers homes as Daikin service partners and Carry out most the service calls, commissioning visuals and annual servicing. I have always found them very helpful, professional, and efficient.
Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us greatly in familiarising ourselves with our new air sourced heat pump. Thank you 😊
Excellent service. Really appreciated the communication on arrival time of engineer and keeping us informed through out the process of delivering parts.Engineer did a thorough job with a pleasant attitude. All round good experience Thanks

Very efficient and tidy workmanship with excellent communications. Highly recommended.
Ashley was a very nice man told us a lot about our heating really pleased and fixed it x
Very pleased. Engineer who visited recently diagnosed boiler issues quickly, arranged a quick appt with me, and was back in a couple days to carry out the repair. Very competent. Boiler/heating seems to be 100% now. Much appreciated, thank you.
Pleasant experience with your contractor. Called before he arrived and explained what he was doing. Very professional
James is delight, he is actually by far the best operative of Robert Heath, we have met previously although sometime ago. In comparison to TERRY. Whom I despise and am still in the middle of finishing a serious complaint against him via email and of which even you maybe surprised as I’ve caught him out in a very big lie which also affects Robert Heath as his employer. I am now going to request James for any needed my home. He is extremely polite and really does care about the customers, which is very rare with Robert Heath employees.
I am surprised to see such technically excellent engineer, sorting out my heat pump. Most of worst installation by installer running nearly a year is mostly fixed in couple of hours.
The engineer came on time and was pleasant and completed the task
Friendly and efficient service. Engineer was polite and help about how to optimise our heat pump.
Nice one, thank you 🙏
All was a good visit, put a new Co2 meter up, we were well informed of when the engineer was on his way and when he was due to call, and was a friendly and efficient service thankyou.
Brilliant service Engineer over and above with my repair noticed my OOD smoke detector and replaced it 5 Star service and Brilliant receptionist impressed in this Day and age of awful service Tha k You
annual boiler service was carried out, the engineer was polite and friendly
I'm now upto the third appointment they have made and they have not turned up....this is a regular with this company avoid at all cost
Although I had not been informed of the appointment luckily I was in. The guy who did the repair was extremely professional, completed it quickly and left no mess. Highly recommended
Very friendly person who told me what he was doing and he did and exceptional job thanks
Very good
Great customers service
On time, polite and no fuss!!!
Have a problem with water and heating spoke to adviser,an appointment has been made quickly,Advisor was very helpful
The work was done very well eventually. However, first their records didn't show the correct length of our warranty and wanted to charge me for the work! The first part that was sent was the wrong one! I had to kerp reminding the firm that the job hadn't been completed. It eventually was done but the whole thing took 6 weeks!
Lee was great. Very thorough service, explained everything which was extremely helpful, giving me details of his findings. There are a couple of issues that Lee will report and I await details of when the issues can be resolved.
Great job, turned up 2 days early and completed the job.
Fastest response and problem resolve ever from any company. Nice operative too. Thank you.
The engineer was professional, polite and got to the problem and solved it swiftly. I couldn't ask for more 😎
The man that has done my gas checks for the last 3 years brilliant
Friendly and thorough
Very friendly and polite
Chris was so brilliant with me, he helped me a lot
After a very bad service last year and rude staff when they were at fault, Robert Heath showed improvements with this years inspection and showing up.
Really enjoyed meeting Robert this morning. He did a fantastically thorough and professional job 👍
I have never encountered any company with worse, disorganised, unprofessional, utterly poor work ethics, complete lack of interpersonal relationship skills, zero, untrained staff, zero accountability, VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS, and an EXTREMELY DISTRESSING EXPERIENCE having WAITED IN VAIN on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I have never seen this happen in any other company before. What kind of Joke company is this? Initially, I had arranged for Robert Heath Heating to visit My home on an agreed date, but instead of keeping the appointment, they turned up at my address at their own leisure and erected the scaffolding, in my absence a day earlier than agreed & then blamed me for not being available for them access my premises. Later that same day, I again re-arranged return dates of the 23rd & 24th of April 2026, 8-10 am, this time, they made me wait all day on the 23rd & also on the 24th, & no Contractors showed up on either of those two days as aforementioned, in order to install my boiler, since they were supposed to do the job on behalf of Fortem & BCC on both days. I again rebooked Robert Heath company for the third time for the 29th, this time a gas engineer arrived much earlier than expected in the morning. He was told by R H Heating that the boiler would arrive an hour late, However, instead it came in 1 & a 1/2 hour later. It was eventually installed properly by the Gas Engineer. Following this ordeal, the Gas Engineer told me that an Electrical Engineer should have come today's date on the 30th of April, however, again got stood up for a third time and waited in vain all day without any Electrical Engineer showing up. I had to Call BCC and record a complaint via one of their staff. As I'm writing this excerpt, I will be without any Heating again for the second consecutive night & they've been told that I am a senior citizen suffering from asthma & I can not tolerate the cold. This is horrendous & quite inconceivable for an actual company to function in this manner. Despite all of this, no apologies, no call back occurred. Just a missing Electrical Engineer & nothing happened. I am going to take this matrer further also. VERY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER! UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE.! L.H.
Heat pump service, David was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you
Excellent service, Ryan on the phone put me on a 24hr call out. Your operative came at 16 00 pm He fixed the problem and left. Excellent company Robert Heath.
I was sent an engineer to replace a smoke alarm this was not a smoke alarm, it was in fact the carbon monoxide alarm which was out of date. This alarm had already been replaced when the annual safety check was done on my boiler on the 20th April by the engineer. So complete waste of an engineers time and mine having to be in for this. No communication between people.
The job was done quick and work area kept clean and tidy also they were very nice and polite
Thank you for your prompt attendance. The heat pump has been re programd and hopefully it will work this time. No explanation could be given as to why over a 3 year period the schedule keeps being deleted. Time will tell.
Impressed with communication with the appointment. Ben H was a total professional. He knew his way around the system and did not rush to make sure he resolved the issues we had. Great service guys.
Great service
Polite, lovely to talk to and quick!
BİLAL the engineer done his upmost best to fix the problem by getting the parts and going a few times to pick them up at the locations given i was very impressed by him and has since than repaired the problem that was well overdue he deserves a praise
Everything went smoothly. Your engineer carried out the service in a very professional manor. Many thanks
I wish I could leave no starts very rude horrible and rude
Grouting needs to be re-done around base of kitchen central heating system.

Superb service

The safety check was done professionally, efficiently and the man that came out was a pleasure to talk to
Dan was very thorough and efficient. Polite & courteous. Five stars for this operative.
Very friendly and knowledgeable . Explained everything for me , done a great job would definitely have back again
The guy who came to service my boiler/ annual inspection sent a text message to say I was next on his round, gave me an estimated time of arrival, He Was polite , well mannered, answered my questions and even showed me how to do a little job in the boiler I was unsure of, He was respectful of my property tidying things away and left everything as he found it. I didn’t ask his name unfortunately, but I do know he is relatively new to his post,
Robert Heath Heating were assigned to do my gas safety check for my landlord. Unfortunately we had two cancelled appointments due to things out of anyone’s control. I had to have frequent contact with them to arrange new appointments, all members of staff were incredibly helpful and communication was very quick. We got the check done in the end, the engineer was lovely and friendly.
Paul was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient
Very professional and pleasant in manner.
Excellent service, great communication and professional people
Arrived on time, with plenty of notice. Totally professional and extremely informative taking time to answer all my questions. Engineer was affable throughout and carried out his service swiftly whilst respecting our home. A definite asset to your business.
The engineer was polite and wore visible ID. He was able to answer the questions I had and did the required checks.
The gentleman who did the boiler service was polite, efficient and very professional. Everything you could want from a service entering your home. The text reminders beforehand are a great touch. Thank you all for making it a pleasant experience
Very quick & efficient,
Visited by Amir who detected a gas leak and acted promptly to resolve and make our property safe. Thank you
The workers have such attitude, it’s disgusting not letting this company do any work in my property again.
Brilliant work done. I was notified by text that they were coming. Job done well, good workmanship. And very polite.
Excellent service. Phoned late morning to book engineer. Appointment made for Wednesday. But he arrived at 2. 30pm today. Sorted problem! Well done RHH Ltd
The engineer was absolutely superb. She was very knowledgeable, polite and considerate. She went the extra mile in helping us to improve our system's electrical configuration too (Mixergy/ Hive). Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Robert Heath Heating, it was a great experience!
Excellent service
On time pleasant man did the job professionally, and respectable
Spot on turned up at said time did job no mess. Same guy has done my gas 2 years in row. Better than the normal cowboy's cheers
All sorted, thank you 😊
Not satisfactory service at all, cutting the corners. Safety check was only took 5 minutes and taking couple of pictures.
Phil at Robert Heath heating was amazing worked all day for 2 days straight did such an amazing job, so friendly and very helpful! Cannot thank him enough for all his hard work!
I had a wonderful man named Derek over this morning, he was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! Very kind, very caring and helpful, gets the job done quickly and reliably! The boiler and alarm checks all went smoothly and we had a lovely chat and a laugh, he was so lovely to my cat and little baby and I would be delighted if he came for our next checks! Thank you for sending him! If there are ever bonuses or rewards given to your staff he definitely deserves one!! :)
Professional staff who went out of their way to answer all my questions.
Brilliant service would recommend to anyone thanks alot
The engineer drop call me and then when to leave with out even speaking to me on the phone he said he did press me door buzzer but I wasn’t aware of my door buzzer wasn’t working.
Such a lovely professional man. Knew the problem and sorted it for me. Thankyou
Nice and polite,,done his job,,had to move some bits which I put back but I was fine with that,,no problems from me..very nice job and hopefully all fixed..thank you. S winslow...
Really nice guy. Arrived on time. Service was completed quickly and efficiently. What more can you ask?
A* service fast
Very good sorted the problem promptly
Lady named Tracey on WhatsApp can’t wait to shut the convo down! 😭
Very experienced engineer did a brilliant job servicing my boiler today, checked all my smoke detectors & carbon monoxide alarms as well, highly rate
The engineer was exceptional but the service and company are very very poor. Firstly I was lied to because I was told it took a week before they rung because they were waiting for the boiler which is poor planning, if true. When I did eventually get a phone call which was nearly 10 days without any water, I was told it woild be another couple of weeks before they coild fit it. I had no hot water or heating at all. My shower runs off the boiler so I coild not even keep myself clean. The person on the phone was rude and very unsympathetic and said there was more urgent jobs. The boiler in the end took only 4 and half hours to do so I do wonder whether it coild have been pulled in. I woild not refer anyone to the company instead I woild.warn them off.
Nice guy very polite. Did his job efficiently.
Update Boiler is now running great and after all the parts replaced it was the pump all along so I upped the stars but I still don't understand why it took so long and the fact they had been told the pump was the problem. How to start some of they engineers are good lads but others are rude, now to the boiler 20 plus visits for the same fault F.75, replaced all parts up to three times at what point would you think it's domething else NO can only be the boiler. Now not only do they turn up out of the blue when you have other things to do they will call you the day before to say sorry but we are not coming out tomorrow now when you take the day off now for no reason. All they say is sorry after 3 MONTHS and it's still going into F.75 because they can't look deeper the to the problem. The photo's are from over the last 3 month's
If I could give ZERO stars I would. My elderly-disabled parent is a social housing tenant and unfortunately RH are the contracted gas company the housing association uses. Whether it’s a gas safety check or boiler issues they are a total nightmare and nothing ever changes - it’s been years of the same terrible service. They should actually come with a health warning due to the stress they end up causing. Customer service is poor - they just don’t care, they lack compassion/empathy for vulnerable occupants often leaving them for days/weeks on end without heating/hot water. They don’t accept responsibility when they cause problems, and there’s never any urgency to put their mistakes right! They can be rude over the phone if you try to challenge anything or try to complain. They have a ridiculous system where they send you a letter giving you 2 days notice for an annual gas safety check, and when you call to rearrange, they won’t allow you to book in a date you are actually available. They insist they will still send the engineer on the date you are not available! They are also unreliable and often fail to attend appointments you’ve booked in advance. They have no respect for your time and just expect you to wait in for them, for days at a time. They don’t even bother to give you the courtesy of a phone call to update you to let you know that they can’t attend an appointment. Typical excuses are - the engineer has trouble with their van, is stuck in traffic, or had an emergency (I’ve heard them all)!! Most of their so called “qualified & experienced” engineers are pretty incompetent. They don’t seem to know their way around our boiler and struggle to work out what the problem is, often incorrectly diagnosing the issue and ordering the wrong parts. Rather than fixing the boiler, they actually make things worse and I dread them coming! The engineers are quite often rude, arrogant or abrupt, and rarely professional. Last year, one particular engineer insisted he’d fixed my boiler and when I checked, I showed him that he hadn’t. He was rude and refused to fix it and just stormed out! If you ask them to wear shoe covers, some don’t have them or can have a bad attitude, and it just makes you feel uneasy in your own home. Plus they can be ‘heavy handed’ in their approach. It’s actually laughable that on our recent appointment (a couple of weeks ago), the engineer once again insisted he’d fixed the boiler. He was arrogant and dismissive of me. I showed the engineer before he tried to leave, that he hadn’t in fact fixed the boiler (the error code came back on) and the hot water quickly went cold. He took another look and then said it needed new parts. However, he ordered the wrong ones! The irony is that I ended up correctly diagnosing the boiler issue myself (looking up the error code using Ai) and followed this up by calling the manufacturer of the boiler, who confirmed this information was correct! When I tried to tell RH this, they insisted their engineers were all qualified and experienced. On the next visit, a different engineer came with the ordered parts, fitted them, and surprise, surprise, the boiler had exactly the same issue (and error code) - and of course, it still didn’t work!! This incompetence, lack of expertise and bad attitude has sadly, been at a cost to my relatives both of whom are regarded as vulnerable adults. They have been left with no heating or hot water for 10 days!!! To give further context.. RH came out to do (what was supposed to be a 5 minute job (to fit a flue cover), but this resulted in the engineer leaving our boiler not working anymore! Up until this point, it was working perfectly. It then took 3 working days to get parts (some of which were wrong) and 10 days later, we are still in exactly the same position, with no hot water or heating! I’ve spoken to RH on the phone and tried to complain to a manager, however they wouldn’t speak to me.. they are just appalling on every level!
Good thank you
Excellent
Professional engineer and service
Excellent friendly service. Fast and made no mess.
Friendly professional not much more I can say.. has done a great job

Your colleague was very pleasant friendly & understanding turned up within the specified time done a great job well pleased
The engineer that came today was really good polite well mannered and sorted boiler the problem wehave is messages arent passed over so we get a rather sarcastic remark . My partner has frontal lobe dementia so he has bad days more often .we didnt phone over easter as it was a holiday and could cope with out heat and hot water until yesterday. So got told off twice but your engineer was really good
Very happy with the service
Very nice fella came to check my gas boiler and radiators ect. He was very friendly and respectful.
The operative,or plumber I call them was excellent. Really friendly and explained everything to me and was a genuinely nice bloke . 5 star 🌟 mate .

Really helpful and good job done
Allways does the job, no mess left behind when finished, polite and helpful with any questions. I have never had any issues with them or there work 👍
The engineer didn’t turn up…. It was a lovely day…. And his vehicle broke down apparently. *** UPDATE *** I received a phone call today to say an engineer was available to service our ASHP. He arrived swiftly, was very polite, knowledgeable and conducted a full service, cleaning the outside unit with water and drained the system down….this was very impressive as many other engineers have not done this. It was well worth waiting for such a diligent engineer.
Arrogant , rude , engineer . Made me feel very uncomfatable in my own home
Had a call this morning to say I won’t have any hot water or heating for another week due to staff shortages!!! Absolute joke!! 10 days that will be! No wonder the council are getting rid! Don’t even think about replying on here saying you want to rectify the problem as I called you to give you the opportunity to do that and you REFUSED!!!
The contractor was very efficient and professional.
I was very impressed he was very helpful well recommended very good
Excellent customer service received today from the engineer !
Polite and friendly, service of boiler and fire alarm and carbon monoxide detectors inspection work completed. Pleased with the service
David attended, remedied a number of faults, he was very courteous, and informative top engineer in my opinion
Gas boiler check , they walked out leaving me with no heating , it was out of hours , we both have disabilities to , I was told 24 hours with no heating living in a very old damp mouldy property, i currently have a chest infection , we have no other heating
The engineer who came to check my boiler was professional and polite. He did an excellent job.
Technician that visited us today was very professional, polite and efficient! Best Boiler and Gas check up we've had. Would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service. Very professional and explained work carried out in a way I could understand.
Engineer attended promptly and tested all elements of the heat pump, also advised on use of thermostats. The drilling noise we’d heard couldn’t be identified but hopefully the work completed will have solved this.
Brilliant service
Very friendly and polite
Very plesent man did the job well. Thankyou
Good polite efficient service to Warrens Boiler . Thank you
Great experience. Always helpful, friendly and good communication.
Did the job them left and came back 5 mins later and because I didn’t open my door straight away he opened my front door and walked in which is very unprofessional
Very friendly engineer, was on time and prompt. Did a quick efficient job, very happy with the service, Thank you
Arrived as expected. Polite and friendly at all times. Seemed to do a gas safety check ( am not a gas engineer so can’t comment ) However i did have to point out a problem with a leaking pipe which he did not notice during his check but would report to the housing association when pointed out to him. Was finished within 15 minutes of entering our house. Includes spending 3-5 minutes entering information on his phone. Was not asked to sign anything .
Great service.
Very professional and very friendly
Very quick at efficient, answering the call out, fix the problem very quickly and showed respect at the house
Excellent work got it all done in a day clean tidy first class work
One of your engineers came out today to service my boiler. But only looked at boiler without checking or testing for any leaks carbon monoxide test etc.
Came in did his job polite and very professional
Excellent service from Phil-explained everything very experienced engineer very personable too
Lovely man who came to service my gas boiler can’t fault him but the company it self is a joke when it comes to appointments as I gave them a weeks notice that I had an hospital appointment and rescheduled the appointment with them but they still sent out a man to service it on that day then sent me a letter saying I have to let them in by law when Iv already spoken to them and make another appointment an a week before what a waste of time and money they don’t know how to run a business at all
1st class,polite and efficient
Very polite friendly clean working
Very friendly helpful talkative man highly recommend
Engineer attended during the day, that same evening and through the night the heating sounded like it was going to blow up.... Not a happy person at the moment. It seems they judt can,t get our heat pump to work right. My suggestion, find an alternstive company...
Arrived promptly. Very personable, work completed in a timely manner.
Came out really quickly as an emergency
Great service as always. Very pleasant tradesman.
The engineer turned up on time , he was friendly and courteous, and swiftly and efficiently completed the gas safety check
I did wait a while for the parts to come for my cooker to be fitted but when they eventually came, the man was very nice and got the job done quickly
Robert Heath Heating was excellent.

This is the second time Peter has been to service our air source heat pump. On both occasions he has provided a very thorough service. He is knowledgeable, efficient and professional but very approachable.
Text came through at 3 o'clock on Saturday morning asking for feed back woke the house
10/10
fantastic service, very polite and clean.
All good, had update about my appoitment And the man come in time 😊
The person that attended was very nice and polite done the service very swift but this was the fourth appointment booked with one of them appointments left us waiting the whole day with no warning otherwise perfect service thank you
Hi I have report fault in with expalin I got severe Ashtma and disable Son in house report fault early morning on Friday 6 March and I got part in post by next day Saturday 7th and Monday morning I ranged co and told them I got part came through post But after I explain them send engineer after 6 days after, retired with sever asthma and disable son here living without heating and hot water is challenging it is not fair But engineer Kunal has done very good job after 6 days he is friendly in cold very windy he done very good work in side and out side in fan too Mrs Patel
Don’t buy Daikin products. They have rubbish warranties and have no one who wants to work on them. They make a fortune from government grants. You will be forced to use their sister company Robert Heath to fix and maintain units so have a monopoly on ripping you off. Atherma product has now cost £10,000 to install and only comes with 2 year warranty. They then want to charge you £600 for a service which then provides 1 call out so not a proper warranty. In last 2 years the system has broken down 3 times. It’s my mother’s house who is 84 with serious illnesses and vulnerabilities. Notwithstanding this she has been without hot water and heating for nearly 2 weeks over these times. On 2 occasions the part was very cheap however they string you out to 2 visits because they want to maximise labour costs. On this occasion it’s a freeze protection valve on the ASHP that is a common fault. It literally is a 2 minute fix that involves no skill however they want to charge 2 visits and £700 labour. Engineer said he gets through 5 a week of this part however the don’t supply him with the part Now to customer services. Again what a joke as they don’t hurry to do anything blaming internal purchasing and raising quotes whilst you are 84 without heating. I put a formal complaint in to Tony Holmes and asked for escalation to senior manager. Once again ignored and no offer to waive the revisit fee.
Always pleasant, efficient and helpful
ON TIME. VERY NICE MAN HAPPY WITH THE WORK WORK THANK.U
Terrible. Was booked in for annual gad safety check. Boiler was working fine. Engineer broke the perfectly working boiler. Nobody attended to fix boiler. Made numerous phone calls for new appointment. Appointments made, requested xall 30 mins prior to ensure i was home. No calls came. Apparently they have way of contacting their engineers througout the day.... UPDATE: Engineer arrived, job sheet state's replace smoke alarm.... Honestly, does anyone at Robert Heath know what they are doing? AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS
Better communication from Robert Heath Heating compared to the housing association who sub their work to them. Poliite and professional staff in all areas
Neil the engineer was great did a good job turned up with the part ,as for the other that said they called and I wasn't in was a lie ! And engineer came with out the part! and the office don't no what there doing the first appointment I cancelled its down as I wasn't in lol I reschedule it but still got messages to say u called absolutely joke !
Excellent service 👏
Repair completed very efficiently.
Robert heat customer service are excellent. Friendly staff
The engineer was pleasant, however, he opened a valve to bleed the heating system and appears to have left it open. We went away for a couple of days immediately after he left, didn’t check what he’d done and returned two day later to a flooded bedroom with water pouring out of a pipe coupling in the airing cupboard.
Can’t fault the lad that came out to do my boiler today within minutes all issues resolved 👍🏼
The engineer was very professional
Nice friendly engineer 🙂
All went very well
Very good company, professional on time staff.
In 3 years this is the first time that the air source unit was washed which we know should be done every year. The engineer was very efficient, approachable and had time for the customer. Thank you.
We required a new immersion heater in our hot water tank. An engineer arrived to do the work and he just got on with it quickly and efficiently. My wife and I were delighted with his work which was completed without any problems.
Robert heath did my gas safety check and left saying all ok .. A couple of WEEKS later they ring me telling me they have to cap my cooker .. never had an issue with my cooker and always passed checks .. Then I ring office as they turn up at my home knowing I'm not there .. The girl on phone didn't have a clue what she was talking about .. when I said my landlord has arranged for another company to make sure my check was ok she said she would cancel their appointment.. then when I asked to speak to a manager she like out me on hold then hung up .. I nearly lost my son 4 weeks ago and spend most of my time travelling back and forth to royal free hospital.. The company know this yet miss the appointment and turn up at my house anyway knowing I wouldn't be there .. All this company have and are doing is adding more stress that I don't need .. I would also like to know why they guy left my property saying all was fine and then it took the company a couple of weeks to say their is a fault ..
Good service 👍
Friendly Great Professional
Excellent service x.
Reported problem in afternoon and engineer came by end of same day. I cannot thank you enough for prompt response.
Lovely kind man. And very quick. Great company
Very prompt response and visit to attend to an issue with my heat pump. The engineer was professional and courteous. Definitely recommended.
Absolutely phenomenal! Clear and concise with the problem and then resolved it quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and helpful throughout, couldn't recommend more highly.
Great engineer! Not only serviced my boiler but fixed my radiator thermostat and installed an extra carbon monoxide detector in my kitchen as added protection! Top marks ⭐️
Very happy I felt he know what he was doing he gave off he was very confident
Very nice man, very polite and told me everything he was doing. He is definitely worth *****
Lovely lad, did a great job, worked hard, not sure about the new thermostat but after a few attempts it should be straight ward, nice and warm again! No damage done except more pipes, and bit more painting to cover bits, more room in the messy cupboard, now that the boiler has gone, plus the clever lad didn’t leave a mess.Thank you,I’m am very pleased
Was in property less then 5 minutes FAILED to fix problem
Operative on time very efficient, thank you
The engineer was very professional and respectful he did a very good job, we are very pleased with the result.
My air heat source pump had developed an intermittent fault. Part was identified and sent directly to me. The engineer gave me an hour’s noticed as requested, so I could be in upon his arrival. Job has been done and I am pleased
Man came to repair the boilers radiators is somewhere you have to do to the boiler same as normal the radiators leaking I did explain to him but radiant leaking now the radiator in bathroom and doesn't work as broken even though he went into the bathroom and come back out another hand was broken so I can't turn the heat to up and down and is on low
Peter sorted the issue out with my Daikin hot water system, He was very efficient, Friendly, Knowledgeable & a really nice Guy
Jo soon found the problem inside the pump and sorted it. He then ran the system to test it and answered all the questions I asked
Terrible experience. Not only rushed as it was Friday afternoon but never fixed the issue which has now resulted in my boiler still dripping and mould is still there. This job was not complete and not even to be followed up which has now caused me to raise this issue again and waste more time.
The last engineer was not efficient at all this one was superb. He was really thorough
This young man Jay is a credit to RH... I say this because he was extremely polite, calm and, answered all my questions with interest and care he also took the time to answer my 3/7yr old grandsons questions having an excellent rapor .. very inspirational .. think we might have two future RH employees here 😁👍 Oh dear I thought I had posted this above already... so now I have had another visit from the same young gentleman for the radiator whom i remembered and he remembered my grandsons 😇 another job well done with genuine care and consideration .
The engineer was very patient to wait for me 5 mins to get home & serviced the boiler. I really appreciate it. However, we had no hot water after. I had to google how to increase the pressure & do it myself as the pressure had dropped very low.
He was A Very Nice man and explained what he was going to do
Called first to let me know arrival time. Very meticulous in his work. Polite. Credit to the company.
Shocking to deal with, cancel appointments at short notice or just dont turn up, no care that you have taken time off work, took 5 attempts and two weeks to finally fix a issue, only to be left with only upstairs radiators working and none downstairs, earliest appointment to rectify that is 4 days time, they have always been difficult missing appointments and not communicating , this time has been actually comical , the majority of the customer service advisors are lovely, it really isnt their fault and reading these reviews I imagine the get a lot of complaints.
We, reported to Daikin in December that our heating and hotwater system had failed.Despite an engineer assessing the problem it has taken until 25th February for repairs to be undertaken. We feel this problem could have been detected if Daikin had carried out an inspection at the annual service, however Daikin have not honoured their contract throughout 2025 albeit that the service payment had been paid by our organisation. We therefore believe that our payment was gained under false pretencies including non return of their service contract fee. Chairman Pembrokeshire Mencap Ltd.
Engineer was very good and he took his time doing his job 💯
Very happy with the results today regarding our boiler The Workman were very friendly and helpful Certainly knew what he was doing He made old lady very happy Thank you for the Brittant Service
Fabulous service thanks
Excellent service today, cheerful, friendly and professional
Arrived on time stated.very friendly and did thorough job while he was here.was here.after i reported the problem over and over since boiler was fitted last year. this is working fine but still trouble with heat loss, and why radiators getting hot but rooms wasnt.operative today knew what i was explaining to him with the problems i have incurred, and he did a calculation after i made numerous calls about it,to Clarion,I have to wait for response from Clarion on what they intend to do about heat loss.just to make you aware that a calculation was done by Robert Heath a couple of years ago.stating I needed bigger radiators in certain places but they never authorised it.I wish to thank this man for doing a great job while here.
Didn't show ID. No real communication. A fault which existed before his visit, still occurs. You asked me to stay at home for 5 hours, and the job takes all of 20/30 mins to complete from start to finish. So a waste of a day. There has to be a better way of doing boiler safety checks!
Operative called this morning. Within time given very polite .professional .did a very thorough service .highly recommend.
Came and sorted our pipe instalment after waiting 2 weeks with out gas and hot water as my housing couldn’t sort it. Was tidy and nice guys and got job done.
Very nice fella done a very good job
Very efficient and quick, worker was polite and friendly and answered any questions I had, no downsides and very pleased with such a pleasant experience
An ongoing leak (from boiler condensation pipe) beneath my kitchen sink was finally repaired by Lloyd S who went above and beyond to ensure I would have no further problems once he had completed the job. I was concerned as I THOUGHT it had been successfully repaired prior to his visit, and was impressed by Lloyd's dedication and professionalism, and his desire to leave me with confidence that I'd not be needing to call RHH or any other plumber out to deal with this issue again in the future. It turns out that there was an additional leak that was not on Lloyd's job sheet and he even popped out to the local Screwfix branch to source the supplies needed to fix this extra problem too, as he said he could not leave my house until he was sure EVERYTHING was fixed for me! Well, it's been a few days since he was here and after laying down some paper towels under the pipe work to alert me to any further leaks under my sink I am delighted that there are none, so Lloyd, thank you very much for your hard work and dedication to your job. You cleaned up after yourself, was courteous, utterly professional and friendly, and you are an asset to your company. Should I have any further annual visits from RHH I would be delighted to open my door and see your face again. Thank you.
Very quick and efficient service. Very nice elderly gentleman contractor. .Very nice man. And always available to help Very quickly and even had time to bleed Mt radiators that are very hot now. .thank you so much. Excellent service quality engineer s
Very very good
Zachary did a very good job of cleaning out the radiators and I now have a really 🥵 house
The gentleman who done my boiler check was fine and polite, but had asked for my appointment to be before 12 due to a hospital appointment but the engineer was never told this. So was nearly late for it.
Tracey in the office was so amazingly kind and helpful in organising my boiler fix and Andy who came out did a great job!
The guy who came was fab as always. Have a laugh with him. But who ever controls the texts needs to sort it out. Text at 8.30 to say im next then at 10.47 almost 2 and half hours later. Iv just had surgery for cervical cancer and im in bed rest. So im not happy with that. Sort it
Too many missed appointments with no contact made by Robert Heath. This happens every year when appointments are made. When the enginer turns up no problems.
Steve was a great help today.
When the Engineer finally turned up after their 2 rescheduled times and my phoning to chase up the repair was completed.
Ive had to have Robert Heath out 3 times in 2 weeks .The issues were thay the property had been empty for a number of months before I moved in and there were a few issues that needed sorting out.Robert Heath came out each time in a timely manner and sorted the issues out each time.exstreamly happy with the company and with the employees.
Excellent! Very speedy, and advised me of his visit 10 mins. ahead by phone.
Excellent service very considerate man who’s great with dogs
Arrived as promised and sorted problem very quickly, very impressed.
We had an excellent engineer who was super helpful. He was pleasant and really helpful. We were very impressed with him
I keep getting messages from this company despite never using their service. No one has called to follow up on these messages and when I call no one answers. Pretty curious how they got my number in the first place.
Excellent. The engineer was extremely helpful, informative and patient, explaining everything clearly and concisely. Truly first class.
The young lad was very polite hardly knew he was there. Thanks . The gentleman on the telephone very kind and understanding.
The engineer was superb checked what needed replacing but hadn't got the right piece and offered to fit the right piece next time he was passing by
Fantastic service! A very knowledgeable and helpful operative visited me today for a regular gas check/meter reading. And I mentioned the issues I had with my radiator not heating up and the operative sorted it out straight away, now I have heating yay!
Engineer turned up on time, nice and early. Gave the Central Heating boiler a thorough service. Asked whether I was experiencing any problems with the system and addressed one slight problem. Did a thorough safety check . Very polite and pleasant young man. All safe for another year. Thank you.
Clean pleasant and a competent, checked and inspected the whole water and heating system, A great representative of your company. Thank you.
Not sure about their plumbing but their drivers are utterly terrifying. Racing on bendy mountain roads as if they were in a rally race, more than likely to cause a crash than be part of one. On the A44.
Really nice engineer came to the house and he was really quick.
Great service
Excellent service from the guy who did the service today much better than the previous year
Great service! They always send a message when they're on their way, they arrive on time and are very friendly and efficient.
Very polite man. Cleaned up after finishing. Thanks
Service was good just had to wait all day For them to come
Lovely man replaced radiator....was also ment to do yearly service yo air source heating ,but admitted he didn't know enough about it so would send a specialist.
Seemed like a lovely bloke. Was quick and efficient. Friendly and respected my property. First class service.I had no problems with anything he checked
Absolutely shocking service from Robert Heath. Have been left with no heating after a carbon monoxide leak at my property, which appears to be caused by a potential negligent gas safety check 9 months ago. After reaching out to the office today, I was faced with someone literally reading from a script. I felt sorry for the engineer who visited my property as he had not been given the correct tools to fix the problem and could only do his best. There was no real understanding or compassion which is just awful considering. My family and I spent last night in a&e being tested for CO poisoning after months of feeling unwell but not knowing why. I don’t know why I am surprised by this, as a persons health and wellbeing is just not what companies like this care about anymore. This really is terrible service.
First class service
I Cant Remember His Name But He Was Very Helpful also Chatty
The Engineer came to replace my boiler. Got to me before 10am and never stopped working until it was all finished. He was very clean and tidied up everything. Highly recommend him.
Punctual, painless and efficient
Unable to find fault with boiler even though it’s been leaking and keeps showing error code F1
As usual, a workman who doesn’t listen to the problem. Gaslights you into believing that the problem didn’t exist but magically finds a fault repairs it. Whilst he’s at your property sees another fault but won’t fix that because that’s not what he came out for! Won’t set up a new job for said new fault so you have to start the process all over again, time wasters.
phoned about thermostat engineer out same day great company
Very pleased with Benjamin he was excellent as well as being friendly and polite
Shocking company didn’t turn up 5 times to fit a towel rad in my bathroom lost 4 days money and a day out with my daughters, and only offered £15 for each missed appointment! I lost a lot more wages than £75 they offered, Women on the phone were brilliant when I called can’t fault them, but the planners are useless
very friendly and answered all questions
Had an issue with poor performance of air source heat pump . Engineer arrived and went through everything with a fine toothed comb, explained everything he'd done clearly to me . Very professional and friendly .thank you Huw
Arrived within specified time. Polite, respectful engineer. Picked up on the mould in the kitchen and reported it to HA and took photos. Noticed that there was an issue with the flue. Went above and beyond considering the visit was just for the yearly gas safety certificate. 👍
Started off badly i thought as when I confirmed we were vulnerable and had no hot water or heating because the boiler was broken I was led to believe that we would get an engineer quickly!! I phoned them back 4 hours later and was told I wasn’t getting an engineer today 😡 The engineer did come the next day,all good. Boiler needed a part that was not in stock so another wait. The engineer was so lovely as I always find with Robert Heath 2 days later another lovely engineer arrived with the spare parts 20 minutes completed and warming up again. Such a relief great work Tonight all lovely and warm Thank you Robert Heath
Scott was helpful, informative and professional
The gentlemen that came to do my gas checks was polite, showed ID, was thorough with the checks.
The operative was very professional and helpful and gave great advice how it would work with all the information sheets to help me
Poor customer service from start to finish. The attendant was impatient will not explain what he came to do at the property didn't seem interested in what I had to say at all.
The engineers are lovely guys when they show up, but customer services is an absolute clown car. Several attempts to try and contact anyone to complete a heat pump repair and you're stuck in a neverending queue with soul-crushing hold music, you're through to a different person every time, callback doesn't work, and so far I've had repairs confirmed for which nobody has shown up and now a repair scheduled that nobody has confirmed with me. Jokers, but the engineers are solid. Edit: customer services did their best to rectify the situation after I complained, arranging an engineer quickly. They apologised and suggested they would pass my comments along to resolve what I had complained about.
The engineer that visited me today was able to repair my thermostat in record time. My thermostat has been broken for about three years, has been seen by many different people and not one of them were able to repair it but the engineer came today and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Thank you.
Very friendly engineer
Many visits to get things sorted
excellent service today phoned up at 8.15 this morning with no heating or hot water was told someone would be out within 24 hours as it happened a very helpful engineer turned up within 8 hours problem fixed within 30 minutes
N/a
He was great
Excellent service. Friendly and helpful engineer
Did say for the past 3 weeks I wasn’t available due to health reasons then today some one came out and tried to cap my gas when I had copd but I had to let him in or would of left some one with a chronic illness with out gas
The 1 star was for your dispicable company not the gas engineer that came and went above and beyond yesterday! For the first time in 3 years my boiler and heating system has actually been checked thoroughly ..unlike the 2 years previous where i was left with an 8 month gas leak and your all ignoring my formal complaints! You left us at risk of blowing up (words from a contractor you sent that found that severe gas leak!) and we was poisoned with gas for 8 months!!!!! You should be shut down!!!!! Putting peoples lives at risk with incompetent staff that clearly dont know what there doing!!!!! And ignoring my complaints like its no biggy ..disgracful
Really friendly lovely guy
Good service,fast and good communication
Very experienced and excellent communication and good clean professional job
The engineer was very friendly and patient and knew what he was doing.
The man come in was rather rude to me kept using his phone and scrolling social media didnt know how to do his job and kept asking me where things were im sorry im not the professional how am I supposed to know this man was so unprofessional I nearly kicked him out of my house

Spot on service
Quick and concise call
Friendly and efficient operative carried out our gas safety check
All good thank you, appointment time was given and adhered to, service all good job done.
Prompt. Helpful. Good advice given.
The guy Chris came to fix the boiler and also refitted a radiator that was hanging off the wall which had been reported several times over the past few years
Enginer had muddy shoes , and felt ok to walk in staining my floor and was walking upstairs with dirty shoes and had to ask to remove shoes may be some training needs to be given around this too
Was pleased he arrived within a hour of reporting it
Excellent Service, Very Proffessional, a Polite, Very Nice & approachable Gas Boiler Inspector, easy to talk to, He's Welcome to come ahain, Many Thanks.....
What a joke of a company! Came to do a gas safety inspection and repair a broken plastic valve on radiator. Turns out the engineer has broken the pipe replacing the plastic valve and left me with a slow leak, which I didn't know about until it came through my living room ceiling. Called the out of hours number as this was Saturday night and he arrived at 9.30pm and switched my boiler off leaving me and 2 children without heating and hot water, it's now monday afternoon and still nothing. I've called for an update and been told they need to order parts, 15mm copper pipe and elbow joints, really? Your a heating company and you dont have these things in stock? You have to order them and wait for them to be delivered before you can do a job? Absolutely fuming!
George was excellent, super knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he fix the fault he was called for, but also helped to improve the efficiencies of my heating and hot water also. Thanks so much
Well manered operative swift service
The man who came was very friendly done the job so well
Very good
Didn’t fix my pipe! Still losing pressure in my boiler and leaking water!!
Excellent arrival ear repair completed thanks.k you
A truly dreadful company! I’ve only given a 1 star as there’s no zero! I have had no choice but to use Robert Heath as they are the designated company utilised by my housing association. Have heating and hot water issues since October 2025, still ongoing. They are great at missing appointments, changing timeframes and passing the buck on. Fictional manager is NEVER available and engineers are a joke when they do bother to attend. Constantly having to explain the situation over and over again, no notes seem to be noted. The perfect example of terrible customer service. They all go quiet when asked if they would put up with this for as long as I have…….
Faultless. Sorted my underfloor heating and showed me how to work it properly. Turned my water temperature down ..all of which I asked my housing association to help with as I was unsure of all the buttons and switches! Hoping my energy usage starts to go down now. Lovely man..happy, chatty and helpful...10/10 !!
Very professional and informative excellent customer focus....
My expectations were good, I called and received a response faster than I imagined... thank you for your reply... Thank you very much.
Thank you very much i was happy with the engineer, that' come today. He is always very polite, nice person. There needs tobe more like him
Lovely chap. Really efficient in his work. Very polite and friendly. Much appreciated the job he carried out for us
The engineer was very friendly and polite she made sure everything was ok and returned to the correct place before leaving the bungalow
Arrived on time. Engineer was very tidy and completed the service without any problems.
Engineer was very unhelpful , didn't even check the heating which is what I called them about , all he kept saying was it was a blocked valve without even looking or trying the valves . Very worried about putting heating on since I don't know for sure if it's safe to turn on so on day 3 with no heating on incase the problem occurs again . Don't feel comfortable to just turn the switch off if it occurs again as advised by the call hander
Heating engineer came to our heat source pump witch we had problems with and got it working properly he was very professional and took his shoes of on entering the property was very polite and curtious
Excellent service from my engineer Lance who fitted a new pressure vessel and serviced my boiler. Very clean work and great customer service
During a housing association gas safety check, a Gas Safe engineer inspects all gas appliances (boilers, cookers, fires) and pipework for safety, checking ventilation, flues, and that combustion gases vent outside, plus they test alarms and provide a Gas Safety Record (LGSR) within 28 days, disconnecting anything unsafe and informing the landlord of urgent repairs. My gas safety was carried out today yet my smoke detector still remains on my living room table. When will Clarion ensure residents live in safe homes and take these mandatory checks seriously and not be treated as a mere box ticking exercise in order to be compliant?
A very knowledgeable and helpful visit.
Job was done professionally and satisfactorily
Job done very well polite man very helpful
Very friendly and well what had been done 5*
Quick, kind and got on with the job. No problems from me. Thank you
I needed a part replaced.the young operative who attended was so honest and clear about the job he needed to do and what needs to be done.he did a brilliant job,did my boiler service and provided me with a carbon monoxide alarm.
Arrived on time, very friendly and arranged for a part that is required which will be fitted next week.Good service.
Good communication via email and phone, dont have to wait long on phone and not days via email. Good customer service. The gas engineer Reece, who did my boiler service, was a good polite, respectable man. Respected my home by removing his shoes. (Don't wear outside shoes at home/indoors). Reece is proffesional . Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you
Very quick and efficient.
Very polite and professional service of my boiler today.. Thank you..
Rude !!! Came when we were having tea. Stud on my kitchen table and kitchen worktop with his dirty work boots on where we eat and cook food and top it off Swearing with my children in the house.
Excellent service 👏
Punctual.very proffesional and poly.
Thank you for sorting the pressure on our boiler. We are now toasty.
Very polite and helpful thank you 🙂
🤔 Sorry, but I must admit. It's a first for RH Heating to turn up on the day & on time. Considering the weather conditions in our area today your engineer Chris was spot on. Thanks.
The heating engineer that serviced the boiler was a very polite gentleman, arrived at appointment time booked, also made sure he left everything clear an tidy when he left .
Overall happy. My house is warm again :)
Engineer kunal knowledgeable very satisfied work Excellent customer service Thanks
Ben kept the work clean and tidy and left no mess afterwards, as well as discussing anything of interest with us during the service. He made sure all records for the service and warrantywere updated.
Just met one of robert heaths surveyors, who was surveying my partners property. The attitude and lack of respect was disgusting. She has 3 children in the house, age 2, 6 and 8. Been left with no hot water or heating for over a week now. Engineer turned up, didn't fix the boiler they condemned 2dayd before today, surveyor comes later and apparently can't fix boilers! Then to be told it won't get fixed for another 6days! This boiler has had problems for 9months, and never been fixed! I also questioned the surveyor why they havent supplied Lot 20 heaters as its a been a legislation since 2018, but his response was "ive never heard of it", which with his attitude, he couldn't give a crap there is young children in the house who can't shower or bath for over a week because this company is useless. They gave my partner two standard 2kw heaters which should not be left on over night, as the cut out switch only works if knocked over!!! Finally, I'm aware gas certificates are normally yearly, the surveyor confirmed this. His reply was "then boiler should be turned off and not used after the 12 month period". The last gas check in the property was in September 2024. One more, when I was doing some work in my partners house a few months ago, an engineer was due to turn up to check the faulty boiler. I watched the engineer from the window as u saw him outside, take a photo of the door and walk away. 😂 Cheeky or what, he reported that no one was in, My partner has a ring door bell, and she downloaded the video, and it shows him not even approach the door! 😂 Distasteful to say the least....
We are waiting around tomorrow for the 5th engineer. My son has had no heating or hot water for 5 weeks. We've had issues with their appointment system for years. They turn up when they feel like it and expect someone to be in. It's far too cold to remain in the property so they'll have to ring first. Hopefully we can give it a day or so to warm up again and he can move back in this weekend.
Very good and patient
I had a great experience with the operative who came out and today he found out the problem with the heating and fixed it first visit
Very friendly thorough got the job done quick
The bloke who came round to my gaff was a proper geeza and he was very very helpful,,topman 👍
Awful. Was without heating and hot water with a defective heat pump in November. It took the company 20 days to install a new controller with two engineers failing to attend booked appointments. If you have a Daikin heat pump I suggest you find other heating engineers who are efficient and care about their customers and their plight!
The workman was kind, courteous and professional as always but we didn't have any notice from yourselves or the council so he only just court me as I was on my way out
One of their “engineers “arrived to fix a rapid succession thudding noise the boiler has started to make. The boiler is about a year old. The“engineer “ fired up the boiler said he cant hear a thudding noise coming from the boiler and said don’t worry about it. I asked him if the boiler is safe or is it likely to explode? he replied naaaah! Two months on I still have a thudding noise coming from the boiler after it has fired the flame up. Confidence rating = hahahahaha
Very friendly and efficient service
Heating engineer was prompt and resolved issue within minutes.
Very professional and friendly member of your team came to my home today to do an annual gas safety check.
Excellent service very thorough and very polite. Thank you.
The engineer sorted out the problem with my boiler. He was a very pleasant young man.
quick service phoned last night here first thing job done friendly service
Very patronising but problem was solved quickly
Excellent service and the engineer was very friendly and a job well done
Literally giving 24 hours emergency but really next day and even then they don’t keep to it no concern about elderly vulnerable customers all about hitting their targets money wise used to be an okay company but sadly not anymore
The operative that came to my house today was very helpful. He told me how to use the buttons on my boiler, showed me what to do when a problem arises and was very polite with me.
They have been asked for months to replace this number yet although they assure that it has been done they're still using it competent isn't a word that springs to mind
Fantastic service, excellent communication from start to finish Polite and knowledgeable
Came as advised. Customer service through out amazing
Fantastic service and the problem sorted in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend Jordan - great guy!
I am very pleased with the results that the fitter did today thank goodness he managed to repair my boiler thank very much
Waited 37 days, from time of reported to completion… , chasing up appointments, 2 appointments cancelled, 1, turning up to no appointment, very poor service overall, engineer not confident in work !
Heating engineer arrived from Bristol. Checked system thoroughly and it's now up and running. At present very happy but will adopt a "wait and see" policy as I've had engineers fix ASHP and then it fails. No photos to add. Photos backed up with report sent to RHH.
I was at work when the inspection was being carried out. My mum said he was great. And i do appreciate you keeping me and my children safe. My only question would be, does the engineer fix the carbon dioxide alarm to the wall? As he didnt and every other time this has been done. Luckily I am quite capable and do have the tools but a lot of single mums I know would not have. Thank you
Absolutely brilliant very nice friendly professional plumber, thanks Abbs nice to meet you. New his job and did it professionally, helpful advice and guidance to. 🫡👍🏻🔧🧰
Best customer service experience received from this company ever in the gas maintenance industry. The person you sent out to sort out our leaking boiler issue made sure we had a fully working hot water and heating system before he left . Cannot thank him enough
Polite and efficient
I was not home but my partner said he was polite, professional and explained what he was doing.
Fixed my problem and was really polite and helpful.
Twice they have not turned up even though I received text to say I was next when I phoned the office they said the computer said the job was done at 4Pm wasted my time Clarion needs to get another company in.I have put a complaint in but I don't think I will get a response complete waste of time
Had a pressure pump problem had a lovely man called Paul come out twice friendly efficient then came for 3rd time and fixed it with part great service i wasn't left cold so thankful
The engineer from Robert Heath was polite and efficient. He explained everything he had found and done in layman's terms. He is a credit to the company
Service was great, coming to the house the day after fault reported. Engineer was nice and helpful. Thank you for your quick response and resolving the heating problem.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers, Absolute disgusting company. Shame I can't give no stars or I would . we have so much video evidence and voice records of this company, legal action is required when dealing with them. Avoiding jobs, deleting old jobs and emails. While we have all evidence. They say no evidence on our records, and lie constantly not realising there engineers have been recorded in the home security footage and evidence of them saying we have faulty system need new parts system won't operate efficiently until parts are replaced.. and still getting charged ridiculous amount of money for a faulty system that is over charging.. Also eveytime you ring them they chuck you around and put you forward to this department and then they say sorry you have the wrong department I'll put you through to the correct department then you on hold for 55mins, (record of this aswell) each time on multiple occasions they have done the exact same tactic to make you not bother. Everything is recorded and dated. They don't know who they are dealing with this time. But for all the people avoid this company at all costs. For your own good just don't bother with them.
Would help if they could listen to customers on the phone customer service rubbish
Very professional told me what he was doing and why. Left everything as it was and clean 🙂.
Despite me telling them when I logged the job what the problem was the operative didn't have the part and wanted to be in and out as quickly as he could
The guy was excellent, completed the job throughly, excellent manners and politeness, highly recommend this guy!!
At least the engineer who turned up today knew what he was doing. The call out man who came on Sunday got it all wrong only needed cleaning. Not any new parts as he said So Robert Heath get your act together please
Text updates, engineer phoned when I was next. Service completed
Very happy with the guy whome came to my address
I've waited in all day for a morning appointment. It would have been helpful had he called me and explained the delay. I've called the company twice, the first time assuring me he would be here by 1pm, its now 3.15pm and still no engineer. I'm angry because I've missed a whole day off work for this bloody visit!
Very pilte and helpful and told me what was wrong
Excellent service very happy fab guys too felt really relaxed with them
Excellent repair to boiler excellent Plummer very pleased with the outcome
I can’t remember his name. His job was very good and fantastic. My heater and boiler working very well. Thank you so much Robert heat staff
Very courteous very good customer service
Was very impressed with the engineer he was very thorough and informative
RHHL Werecontracted by our letting agent to service and replace our boiler. The service and replacement they provided was perfectly adequate. 10/10, no complaints.
Very good pleasant
Engineer came and serviced the boiler and was polite and very tidy and helpful so100%.
This year’s gas men have been a breathe of fresh air! They text when they’re on their way, are polite and professional!
Had someone come out on Friday evening, done what he could and ordered parts which we needed. Very lovely man. Someone else came back today to replace the parts and the jobs was done well however I didnt recieve any notification about the second appointment, only a text 4 minutes before they turned up.
Called them out, out of hours and they were with me in no time. The fault was fixed the next day by an extremely polite, competent and happy engineer. The 3 engineers I dealt with were all amazing.
Good service
Punctual, knowledgeable & efficient. I can highly recommend George from Robert Heath Heating
Lovely engineer Mark came and diagnosed fault straight away. Thank you
Brilliant, couldn’t fault the chap that came out to look at the thermostat. Nothing was too much trouble for him. 10/10
Aron was very friendly and polite. He explained everything he was doing and what he needed to do. Highly recommend.
Great service from the first phone call yesterday. The water tank installed in good time, everything left clean & tidy. Thank you John & Ryan.
Very understand boiler man all good
Polite, efficient and friendly
Very nice man, helpful an tidy
Abi the engineer who attend, was very helpful & explained everything.
Excellent service
Jason is a star. Sorted the problem quickly and returned later to insure radiator working correctly.
Nice friendly engineer who waited as I was on way home from hospital ,great service
Very nice chap he's an extremely rare find and very good at his job 👏 👍
I had an engineer today who was exceptional. Extremely thorough. Explained everything to me ( I have a heat pump which is new to me !). Great service
The boiler repair man was extremely nice, quickly found the problem and got on with fixing it. He also took time to explain to me what had happened and how to avoid the problem in the future. Lovely guy.
The engineer Scott was brilliant and was very knowledgeable and accurately diagnosed and fixed the Heat Pump problem with 2 hours. He also took time to explain what was going on. Expensive call out fee but worth it in this instance. I have had other non-Daikin engineers out who don't know what they're doing. I am still waiting for the report with recommendations for further work which I would like as soon as possible.
Very helpful and friendly
Wonderful, friendly Engineer.
Engineer arrived within time slot, was very professional and polite. Fixed the problem
Engineer arrived on time he explained me everything. He was very helpful and he’s sorted everything out.
The job ticket was raised on a Friday morning, telling me I'd be contacted "shortly" to arrange the appointment to fix our Daikin heat pump. I heard nothing by late afternoon, so rang, talked to Claudia, told me the job assessment had happened, and I would be contacted in the next 24 hours. I heard nothing. No tech team working over weekend. Rang again Monday lunchtime. Talked to Tony, he rang back saying an engineer would attend Wednesday afternoon. I postponed a medical appointment for my disabled partner. They didn't turn up. No message. No apology. Sent an email asking what had happened. No reply. I then got a text message saying an engineer was coming Monday morning. Tracy then rang, saying it would be Tuesday. Tracy was helpful, and gave me her personal number, in case there were any more problems. Andrew attended as arranged, was very professional, and fixed heat pump, 11 days after job ticket was raised. No heating for that period. Massive bills from using tank booster for hot water, and fan heaters. My partner's disabled, and we have mobility equipment that isn't easy to move, so we couldn't move to a hotel while we waited. We will look at replacing the Daikin external box, with a manufacturer that has efficient after care. Thanks to Tracy & Andrew, who did a good job, and didn't lie to us.
Yes ok
Super friendly 😀
Very efficient and friendly.
The fault was dealt with very well and quickly, very pleased.
Engineer was polite and courteous, and done a good job.
The engineer that came out to replace a part explained what he was doing and what he was checking to make sure heating working properly ,
Really professional and excellent worker, always polite and does the job efficently.
Very polite, he worked quickly and did explain some of the equipment as I had not seen the computer at went on the front of the boiler. Very nice gentleman.
At last I've now got hot water. Thank's to Rob,The Operative who came out today. Good job / professional..
Absolutely disgraceful company. My boiler stopped working at 9am on Monday. Although Robert Heath promises a 24-hour response, the engineer arrived late in the evening, didn’t fix the issue, and the boiler failed again within 20 minutes. I called back immediately and was told I’d have to wait another 24 hours. The next day I was given two different time slots (8–1, then 1–6), with no consistency or urgency. I have three young children, including a baby, and being left without heating for this long is unacceptable. Poor communication, failed repair, and no consideration for vulnerable households.
The engineer was very helpful he made me understand everything what he was doing and why he was doing it. not actually showed me the job but telling me why they have to do to the checks why they have to make sure my boiler is safe and gave me a clear understanding on why they have to do the job that they do .most appreciate it never ever experience before. Made me feel safe to have him in my home was very professional...
He was sound… did a great job
On time and great service. Thank you
Lovely engineer, arrived on time and completely job in a timely manner
The engineer came out very quickly, he was friendly and helpful in resolving the problem with my hot water.
Despite many previous issues with Robert Heath, on this occasion they turned up, did the job and all was smooth. Extremely annoying that they give a 10 hour (8am-6pm) window of possible attendance. I also have a job.
The representative came to action my repair earlier than planned. He fixed the issue with the radiator speedily. Exceptional job done.
Robert you are the most polite and tidy worker iv ever met, the new boiler you put in for us today I cannot believe how professional you are, you certainly no your job, we cannot thank you enough, the knowledge you gave us was amazing, you work so hard today, you didn't stop at all, 5 star from us I just wished that other people in your profession would be the same as you, it was a real pleasure you working in our home so much respect and we thank you for that wish you all the best and a merry Christmas to you Diane, Dennis xx
Very late to the appointment, and no guidance on when he would be here, so annoying when you have been waiting in all day and have a school run to go to! But.. saying this, Tristan was lovely, very helpful, fixed the issue, and did more than needs be to help me with maintenance and bills. Perfect service when they finally arrived!
He got up in the loft to find only a fan. So he rang office and they told him there was nothing to service, so he took photos and left. He Was very polite, and thorough. Well done!!
This inspection resulted in 6 letters & 2 phone calls. 1st agent left before I could answer the door.I rebooked for 25th Nov.This appointment was changed again by Yourselves or Clarion then from afternoon to morning 3times.My husband has Alziemers & Cancer + kidney failure. So I'm not always able to leave him as quickly as you would like.. The Guy that came on 1/12/25 was polite & efficient. Thanks
Friendly efficient service
Very good worker done very good job and left the area clean and tidy
Was brilliant here within the hour and sorted out our boiler.. thank you so much
I’ll be honest with you I had too many people come to my house but the one you come today is the best honestly very polite generous person and he done good job thank you bro. Really appreciate that.
2 reschedules, 1 no door ring, 1 told wrong day, parents sat round place for nothing on 2 occasions & finally on the fifth attempt get to us with 15 mins to end of slot, repair finally done, 20 min job, engineer lovely, but your booking & the way you treat social housing customers is quite frankly disgusting, you don't even respond to formal complaints made, I would never use RH if I had a choice, nasty unreliable company
The engineer was pleasant professional and knew exactly what the problem was he sorted it very quickly first class service
The problem was fixed quite quickly with no issues. Communication could have been better - was just text messages and emails which appeared to be automated, requesting yes/no responses, and I was unable to respond by text (?internet issue) and no number to ring. I was given an afternoon (1-6) time slot and had to arrange for a neighbour to be available to let the engineer in, but then the engineer came at 1130 and apparently wasn’t aware of the time slot I had been given. Fortunately my neighbour happened to be available so the job got done.
very quick visit, work done quickly and very friendly employees.
Very Professional Chap, very polite and a tidy worker
If this was a safety check then I’m he should have been here longer than 10mins. He took two pictures one of boiler one of airing cupboard and left.
Lovely lady that makes the appointments and calls with updates. Staff very friendly and professional.
2 engineers arrived. Not very welcoming. One swore within 1st few mins of doing the job. Not much interaction. I went into another to hear them leaving and called out "bye". 5mins later one engineer returns to say they are also booked in for service of boiler I declined as WFH and didnt want to be interupted, advised me to book it in which is fine. Then once I closed the door put a card through my door to say access was unavailable. Bit of positive interaction goes a long way with customer. Job was done was the only positive but a lot to be desired for everything else
Excellent service. Appointment made promptly. Kept up to date via texts with reminders for date abd time. Engineer identified the problem and gave brilliant advice
The person who attended my electrical check was spot on. Very professional and followed my request to use my back door. As another review said... The initial appointment letter didn't say about requirements of keeping access to all sockets clear, but my housing provider rang a couple of days before to iterate the requirement. I phoned Robert Heath when I got the initial appointment to find that out. Otherwise 2 days notice would've bugged me as I'm not used to tidying up for/having visitors. Suggest the information up front would be a service improvement. Quicker than expected so that was great.
Communication and transparency on pricing was very poor. I have had to make many phone calls to get to understand what work was carried out, when and why. Every phone call would take at least 20 minutes. It has not been an easy experience. The service team are very nice and helpful and good engineers. Better information on quotes and email updates would have saved a lot of time. Also very expensive.
Polite and friendly. It was very quick
Very good,a pleasure,thank you,TG
Brilliant service, very polite young man
Call out times far to long. Don’t think manufacturers send parts to site works especially by courier. Took 2 weeks to get a repair. Not acceptable.
What an excellent service today very polite and friendly engineers Andy and Zak . Soon had the job completed no mess, left our property as they found it clean and tidy very efficient.
Absolutely awful company, have been to my disabled daughter’s house 6times to fix a leaking boiler and still it leaks. When you call they are dismissive and cancel appointments all the time. As my daughter is in a shared ownership house it is part of the contract so gave no alternative but I would NEVER use them
Regular contact to ensure I was kept up to date with appointment time and date. Engineer was polite and efficient, completed the job quickly and effectively.
Can’t fault Him done a good job, so nice to have hearing again & hot water thank you so much
I had a visit from a very nice young man named Addy(hope i spelt his name right). He got my heating and hot water going again after suffering for over two days. He also told me the ladt people to service my boiler did not do it correctly. Addy was very confident and very kind to me as an older person who has several health ptoblems. I will be sending out an e-mail about the other people who I had spoken to and got fobbed off from them.
Quick and professional
Top guy and explained everything
Am happy with the service
It was amazing I loved the excellent service!
Anthony was extremely efficient and explanatory. Really pleased.
Very pleased what they done today very quick
A very helpful, knowledgable chap who does know what he's doing unlike some.
Excellent service fitted new radiator
Your guy (Pete) was highly knowledgable, very professional and extremely thorough and helpful
Steven, the service engineer was on time, polite and we were happy with his visit.
They make appointments then brake them.awful if I'm not in I get a nasty letter from landlord but when they brake them what happens...2 weeks now coz I was cancelled on AGAIN
Penny was very understanding and patient with me, she is a great asset to the company. Highly recommend.
Today had a visit from George and Daniel. I was very impressed with them both. George was fixing my heat pump and was very informative regarding the complexities of my heat pump. Thank you to both of you
Person who done my service took time didn't rush and add why working have a chat he was very professional at his job best one I know who took time to listen when told him the problems I was having with heating on the 26th
Paul was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with tye the boiler and checked everything over thoroughly. I’m very pleased with your service Thankyou very much.
Robert Heath have attended my home 5 times to rectify the fact we have no controllable heating or hot water. It's been nearly 4 weeks of boiling water for baths and to wash up or take cold showers in winter. Despite several attempts to explain that the water outlet on the Samsung air source heat pump control panel needs to be at at least 50 degrees, it remains at between 30 and 35 degrees. It also begs the question, is Legionella Bacteria growing in the water supply. They claimed the Switchee control panel was interfering with the air source supply and disconnected it, leaving an open box and broken wire cover. Disconnection did nothing to alleviate the problem. Very poor service. UPDATE: Today, an engineer from Daikin ( - part of Robert Heath) attended and resolved the problem! He was very helpful, explained exactly what the problem was and even set my thermostat on timer (which is NOT user friendly). I'm sorry I didn't ask his name because I would like to have mentioned him in my review. My family and I are very grateful to him for restoring hot water and heat. He really knew his stuff and was very polite! It's just a shame it took so long to resolve.
Thanks for sorting my heating
Very nice and friendly engineer
Very well manerd explained everything
Very efficient and friendly service
Very professional and polite, Huw is very good at his profession. 👍
Very polite man,did the job very well
The man that visited was polite, knowledgeable and cleaned as he went. Pleasant visit
He had great customer service, sorted out our problems for us
I had a complicated situation and had engineers in this week trying to get the central heating to stay on. They were all very professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what was happening. They were very polite and very careful where they were putting their tools and equipment and cleaned up as they went along.
Yesterday I had a safety check, my heating and hot water were fine prior to this. Now both heating and hot water not working. Rang at 8am to report this, told I would be seen as an emergency. Have rang 3 times to be told that someone will be out. It's now 19:50 and have just come of the phone to be told I am booked in for tomorrow. I have taken a day off work and will have to do the same tomorrow. Poor customer service, feel I have been lied to just to get me off the phone. Terrible company, don't deserve 1 star
A pleasant experience was obtained. Upon arrival the two engineers introduced themselves as Adam & Seb. My problem with the cold radiator was soon sorted, plus the other rooms were quickly checked over before them leaving. The bottom line is that at 76, I felt comfortable within the company of these workmen..
I had an engineer arrive within 24 hours of my call out. He got my boiler going and recorded the parts required. He left the boiler in a working condition and ordered the parts required and he returned 3 days later to complete the job. No mess plus he was a nice chap. Excellent service 5 🌟
The you fella did a speedy friendly and prifessional job.
On time, respected property, quick professional job.
Very good in and out quickly with no dramas very nice man
From beginning to end excellent service.yong lady Alex on phone superb dealing with our problem, engineer arrived swiftly and remedied situation swiftly and efficently fixing fault.Well done full marks 12 out of 10.
To men that visited my home today to fix my radiators They were both very respectful. In my home and to me . Friendly and smiley faces 😊 Very polite. Answer my question. Thankyou you both for coming fir your hard work. And checking my boiler too Miss R Estabrook
The engineer was prompt and tidy. Shame it took so long to repair! My carpet is still wet from the leak and the room smells damp
Awful! Since your engineer came on Thurs 20th Nov to replace the heat exchange unit I have no heating or hot water. I have error code 7H-01. Waiting for this to be fixed. Two months ago I was left without hot water for 5 weeks until an engineer came and discovered the previous engineer had left the setting on manual instead of auto. My customer experience has been very very poor. Oh I wish I had a gas boiler!
Robert Heath Heating Ltd have helped me with my heat pump on a couple of occasions now over the last couple of months and I am very happy with the service provided. I have found Chas to be extremely supportive and knowledgeable, taking time to explain the system to me and being thorough in the work he oversees. Chas has always attended to oversee work required as arranged, being punctual and efficient. I would highly recommend.
My boiler went down again this week had no hot water or heating and what should of been 24hr turned into 36hr before it got fix. All the engineers are amazing who go out of their way to help. The customer service on the phone are not very helpful as I had a phone call saying that a engineer would be out that day so change my plans and cancelled an medical appointment only to have no one turn up. There was even a weather warning for snow so was cold. I had medical needs and not get cold so waiting 36hr is not acceptable.
Getting them to turn up is a nightmare. Man who did eventually came was good, polite and tidy.
The engineer knew exactly what the problem was. He reset the controls on the boiler and replaced the thermostat and the wireless connection to the boiler. Plus he explained where the thermostat should be situated to get the most accurate reading.
Very good
Workman very polite with no issues
I now have a fully working system due to the dellients of a friendly heating engineer Chris who went tbe extra mile to get my long suffering heating system working properly and called in effect electrician who worked his magic too. Very happy bunny thank you.
Our heat pump broke down, the engineer arrived early and found the source of the problem straight away. He checked lots of things before he left and made sure it was all up and running again. It was a freezing cold day, he took his shoes off before coming into the house and gave us really good advice as to how to get the best out of the heating. Excellent service.
FANTASTIC ENGINER 👨 100 💯
Very good polite
Job was sorted quick
Polite and very professional
Was very quick and informative would recommend
Operative arrived nice and early. Serviced the boiler and left. Nice quick visit.
Took piss parking on my drive cause the gates were open for my other half didn’t even ask job didn’t even get done and no alternative
A good experience, an excellent engineer very polite
Very polite and friendly guy and sorted out the bolier .and also cheaked all the raidiators
What an absolute joke of a company, they replace the same filters every 3 to 4 months to the same houses, yet every single time they come out they claim they don't know what filters they are, even when you give them the filter part numbers they still arrive and say the same thing, we don't know what the filters are, how can a company not know what filters are to be changed at the same properties they attend every 3 to 4 months, then when you call them they just lie, they are a total waste of time.
It’s the second time Dave the engineer arrived and on both occasions solved our issues, his clarity, knowledge and professional manner was well appreciated
Very professional call out. Was disappointed it had to happen as we had no hot water for two days after the initial service. All of which could have been sorted with a quick call from the technicians but I appreciate the swift response to the second call out
Engineers were advised by Cadent to bring specific carbon monoxide detector, they didn't, they bought a cheaper make. I explained to them I kept the faulty detector near the window as that's what stopped it from bleeping. He then told me I shouldn't keep in near the window after I had just explained why I had (normally it was on top of my cupboard). Just got the impression they would rather be doing something else. You only get 3 because you arrived same day otherwise it would have been 2. It's a shame because the previous engineer was brilliant.
I am extremely unsatisfied with their service after making five appointments. They did eventually turn up only to be told that he couldn’t possibly do it because he was too busy as my boiler was warm, but I am not going to turn my heating off when you don’t show up. so yet again, another appointment has been made so this will be number six. I do feel sorry for the staff that answer the phone the one star is for those people You did ask for my feedback!!
Very impressed by this company. A massive shout out to Tracey for going above and beyond helping me out, taking my calls, and generally being amazing. Harry, the engineer also a lovely chap, who saw things through, was very polite, respectful and fixed our issue.
I was having to wait over a week for a repair to my boiler, until I spoke with a very kind and thoughtful Lady Reah. She has gone above and beyond to get the issue fixed sooner and has also phoned me every step of the process. It really is appreciated to have a staff member be so helpful and understanding to my situation. Thank you again Reah.
He was very polite.
Absolutely rubbish! Didn’t even bother turning up then text me for feeedback!
Very friendly and efficient knowledgeable man, checked my boiler quickly. And other checks of my property.
Five star service. Very friendly guy. Worked out the problem straight away and explained what it was. Thanks to him we were warm on a very cold evening. Very grateful!
Worker was polite but actually didn't do anything just told me problem happens again to call them back out
I had a leak in my boilers overflow pipe since 22nd August a lot of pointless appointments, finally fixed 20th November. Sent a few emails no one responds and the team on the phone never seem to be able to put a manger on the phone. Would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had a positive experience with these last week but another appointment was booked for today which I took the day off for and stayed in all morning for them to have cancelled my appointment due to having no staff in the area? They aren’t capable of ringing to say that as I had to contact them to find this out! He was very polite on the phone but agreed that no one had tried to even contact me about this. I now have to have another day off next week for them to potentially come!
The engineer was both friendly and very professional, showing his badge at the door and briefly talking me through what would be done. I would give him 5 stars he is a credit to the company. The reason there is only 4 is because I think the company should have took a few minutes at the time of booking to explain what the work would entail and then I could have prepared properly for it...IE moving items out of the way of the electric box and sockets. I felt embarrassed that I was not told this and was not prepared. The engineer was lovely about it but it was an issue that would not have there had I been given more information at the time of booking.
Very understanding of my untidy flat and that i didnt remember any texts about the inspection.
Gentlemen was so lovely and helpful. Very good at he's job
My 90yr old Dad was left without heating and hot water from Thursday to Tuesday afternoon. This was a follow up booking from the Tuesday but both hadn't got the parts on the Tuesday and Thursday. When he arrived the third and final time it took only 5 minutes to repair!!!
Great guy that came, very professional, straight to it, he's done excellent work here before. I'd only just got home from court, my housing, Clarion are filing an injunction against me, because they hate ADHD sufferers 🤗💜🌻
We had a lovely young man come and deal with our no heating issue due to a co2 leak. He came on the evening of one day but there was an issue with parts needed , he made sure to come straight out first thing the next morning and sort it all out. He double and triple checked everything and was extremely thorough with the job. Very grateful for his hard work.
Excellent
A+
Very quick and polite
Excellent friendly service.
Very pleasant- knew what he was doing
Amazing gentleman come and do good job 👍
The man from Robert Heath Heating was friendly and polite, he soon had my heating working again. Thank you.
Operative was very friendly, professional and speedy to find and correct fault.
Disappointing, I'm sorry. After one week without heating and hot water(!) in winter, we are still left on our own. The heat pump has been a disaster, and it is just one year old! Unacceptable!!!
Fantastic come early really nice man very considerate and polite. He's an asset to Robert Heath.
Tristan the engineer has visited my property on a call out before. He is so professional and explains everything in full. Brilliant guy.
No fault with engineer, helpful and efficient. I would give 5 stars but not the same can be said for the person I spoken to when I called the company, she was ignorant, clueless and had no intention of trying to help with my query. I feel some people skills and job training would be useful.
Absolutely amazing service! The engineer was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. My heating is working perfectly again and I couldn’t be happier. Fast response and brilliant customer care. Highly recommend!
Excellent service
Man did a great job
The man was very polite and friendly
Very helpful and informative engineer. 👍
The engineer was a total gentleman. He identified and fixed the heating problem straight away.
The check was completed quickly & thoroughly so all good thanks.....
Work man was professional and efficient. Pleased with service.
I had mud all over my carpet and he left it for me to clean up and he didn't check my gas cooker
Great engineer and service but non Daikin spares are a rip off.Company greed.
Arrived on time, quick and efficient and a nice guy, happy with service.
Such a nice well mannered guy......was friendly- did his job.
Lovely friendly guy, wasnt here that long and also replaced my socket that I reported 2 years ago!.
This engineer has called before and completed the service. Lovely chap, very polite and tidy. Great job
Overall experience I was very pleased with R.H.H.L. reported my boiler wasn't working 8am Engineer arrived 15.45 pm presently pleased.
Very happy. Workman very surfishent and clean. Explained what he was doing
The Gent did a good job he changed batteries to my thermostat and got me a new carbon monoxide detector as I've not had one in a year as the last bloke got rid and didn't replace and I stupidly forgot to buy one.. happy it's been replaced he also went up into the loft and all was ok...and he checked the cooker all good. He did more than most in the 17 years of living here.
Not having any faith in the housing association who manage our home - I assumed that Robert Heath wouldn't turn up until - oooh around 2026 to fix the boiler - but sure enough within 24 hours, there was an engineer knocking at my door! He was excellent! Boiler is 18 years old, making an awful din and I didn't hold out much hope of it being fixed but he did it! Very impressed. I even called RH to leave a positive review specifically for that engineer. Thank you RH for fixing my boiler!
I missed an appointment and they made me wait another full day without heating in the cold weather eventually they came with a couple of heaters . .. it depends who u get on the phone and who is sympathetic to your cause.. Denise u were brilliant thank you within hours of the booking someone came and phoned first to make sure u in he was really nice and professional.... At least u were bothered your colleagues not so much.. left me in the cold..
Called in the morning as My boiler wasn't working correctly, by three o clock same day an engineer came out , fixed the boiler , quick efficient and friendly ! Great service
The engineer (Penny),was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and tidy in her work, really hope we have her again next year. Many thanks.
Boiler engineer was friendly, and efficient,
Arrived and left in a flash Both issues have now hopefully been resolved Thankyou
Engineer was rude, in a rush didn’t understand what I was saying left feeling like issue not properly resolved please do not ever send this engineer again
Hi Thought you were very good but since you came our hot water isn’t quite as hot and was wondering if it’s possible to adjust it just a bit . Thanks
Very polite staff
Very quick response to my call and problem sorted within an hour of my call
Quick service on the boiler..Friendly guy. Highly recommend
Was difficult to get hold of and communicate, once engineer was here he was excellent.
Robert Heath sent a Software Engineer around yesterday completely unannounced to put in the software upgrade. Now our Heat Pump has an indoor/outdoor unit communication malfunction and our house is freezing cold. Robert Heath office not open weekends, what can we do?
Engineer really helpful and courteous
This was the first engineer to explain properly what is happening with our heating . Very polite and friendly .
They're good 👍🏻 and helpful people. 😌 👏🏻
Turned up early , fixed problem straight away was very friendly
Paul, was very good and explained things to me for future reference He did an exellent job, well pleased
All good and system now working fine, Peter the engineer was first class in carrying out the repair and was also very courteous and clean and tidy
The engineer was very quick and efficient, polite and friendly so he gets 5 stars, however because I had to get the housing association to chase the repair up the next morning they get two, as I was told they would get to me the evening before, I didn’t even get a phone call to say they were not attending, I was ill and had to stay up to let them in, so I am far from happy especially as I am classed as being vulnerable. I hope that in the future there is an improvement
The engineer was very polite thank you
Absolutely brilliant, very patient friendly worker
A very nice man who arrived promptly Cleaned up after thank you
Mark the engineer was very courteous and friendly,he gave me great advice about running my heat pump. Hopefully the problem is solved🤞.
A five for the person who came out tue and Thursday was helpful and spot on with his diagnosis, the guy before tried very hard to be helpful but didn't pronounce properly what was wrong
Absolutely first class engineer. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. Even went to get a spare part it needed
Not impressed. Initial appointment given was 3 days notice which was impossible, was told theres no way to move this unless i 'fail' the appointment and then itll get booked in for when i am actually available. Again 3 days before got the date and pre arranged Timeslot 8-12pm I needed to be gone at 12pm to get to work. Got a call at 841am from the engineer to advise he would be with me in an hour or so, rang the office number at 1150am to be told that the engineer has not even accepted the job yet so theres no way of knowing where he is. So i have to take the rest of the day off work...12;20pm the door knocks, engineers there with a big smile and a good morning, 1 its not morning and 2 no apology. Now it transpires that he was not the original guy who called me to say he was coming, this guy had been on a full morning job elsewhere. This chap was lovely friendly and polite. Shame about the original engineer who couldnt be bothered to update a tenant after already giving an ETA and shame that robert heath once again fail in their punctuality and communication skills. Unfortunately not an option who the housing association uses for us tenants but lets hope they get new contractors in the near future!
Really good service, engineer seemes very good at his job, he listened to me and explained the issues. , he was accommodating to my requests. You should be proud to have such great staff
The company reshuduled my urgent repair appointment a day before the visit late in the evening . No one confirmed the exact time of the rescheduled visit and so I had call the company to confirm what time he was coming. I had to rearrange my appointments twice due to this change. He worked quickly though and got the repair done in 30 minutes. He also bled all my radiators (though it might not have been in his work schedule-hence the 4 star instead of 3)
Thank you for sorting out my boiler.
You don’t want to ask after yesterdays performance, thanks
The lads were friendly and efficient and professional
Good service thank you. Friendly and efficient.
No problems at all friendly and efficient. Gas safety check.
Easy booking process, two visits of engineers completely pointless
Could not imagine a more courteous and efficient representation of your service. Thank you.
The service was good, we were told we had too high CO, and there would be a follow up visit or phone call.
Well organised and I was kept updated. Engineer was professional, courteous and a lovely person. Excellent service.
All employees I interacted with were polite, friendly and professional, the fault was rectified within a timely manner. The engineer clearly explained the problem and solution and kept to the agreed time frame with visits and obtaining parts. An excellent service all around and would recommend to others.
Horrendous
Many thanks for doing a great job!!!
Very good 👍 send him any time.
A bit of a mix up. I thought we were having a gas check. We don't have a working solar panel system.
Great service, same friendly face for many years now 😊
Was very polite and worked well. Very happy with what he done.
Great guy. Polite, helpful, and kind. Done the job quickly thank you very much
The guy who came was polite and checked my hot water system boiler everything was ok and sorted my radiator in living room out all done thanks
Engineer was friendly and helpful, worked quickly and effectively and conducted the gas safety check. He shared advise on maintaining boiler. Thank you
Provide a very good service
Polite engineer carried out Gas safety check swiftly and efficiently.
The engineer was perfect. The problem was the lack of parts which took weeks to come.
The gas man was really pleasant and efficent , found the problem and fixed with ease
As my boiler is overdue service my timer box shut down heating As I'm disabled and a priority they did attend within 4 hrs and sorted. The engineer was very polite and curtious Came again today for yearly service and again very polite and helpful
Repair carried out to boiler drain in good time. However, technician didn't use shoe protection, which meant I had to wash my floors afterwards.
The guy that came was, helpful, kind, did a thorough job. However I wasn't aware he was coming until 5 mins before he came. He text me to tell me I was next. Bad customer service. But great gas engineer.
Good service, treated the property with respect and got the job done fast.
Absolutely dire. Left a 98 year old woman in cold weather for 8 hours despite me pleading with them. It left her freezing cold and unwell.
No show for gas safety check and not a care in the world Had a gas safety check booked 8 till 1:00 spoke to the call centre twice who told me he's definitely on his way but just running late. This was my only day holiday that I had left to be able to book an appointment. My gas safety check needs to be done by the 11th of December and I have no available leave from work. Being a single parent this is ridiculous. Twice the cool centre told me they were definitely come in and then they just send me a text to say they're not update issue now sorted thanks to an out of hours appointment to to do gas safety check thanks for booking out of hours appointment
Sorted my heating problems
Very prompt & professional
Very nice enginer
Very friendly, tidy and prompt
I’ll get very confused so My Son and daughter-in-law have to help me
Job well done and staff member was very polite and efficient
The engineer check smoke alarm down stairs then he toke photo , then he want to check upstairs smoke alarm I did asked him politely if he take his shoes or have foot plastics cove then he change his mind to to check the one upstairs then he took another photo for some one down . Then he went in the kitchen to service the boiler I lost confidence on him , I did asking about the thermostat he tried to to work it out but He he have more job to go to I don’t want to see him again for any repairs
Great technician advised on all steps of service. Was speedy, left zero mess. Lovely guy!
I had a new boiler fitted which wouldn’t work! So a Vailant engineer came and fixed it but wasn’t allowed to turn it on(warranty policy),so RH engineer came back out and switched it all on and made sure all was ok. So great job by the engineers and the people who arrange it all!! Thank you 😊
Left us with out heating. I find it rather difficult to set this heating system because it is different to the one that we are used to where we lived before.owing to my husband having had a stroke about six months ago and our age makes things a bit difficult for us . emergency man talked me through setting it up again.
Polite friendly efficient Engineer
Wast of time 🙄🥶🤧 if they turn up.
Great help professional and polite
Very good service and very helpful
Absolutely brilliant in and out in no time clean and tidy thanks keep up the good work

Thank You Robert Heath for sending a contractor out today to check my boiler and thermostat. Thank you for your excellent work.
Good service, nice guy very friendly 👍
Really happy with how my new boiler was fitted, very quick and no mess only issue is they've not come back to box the pipes underneath which are on show and is unsightly, the two men told us they'd be back as they dont get paid til all the works finished but have yet to hear off anyone, so i will being having to chase that up which is a nuisance.
Two lovely guys, very friendly and also extremely efficient, boiler was fitted in 3 hours and they left my home how they found it! Thanks so much to the father and son duo (can’t remember their names) I’m very happy
Poilte and did a great job
Excellent Service

Excellent service / showed us how to use the appliance
Very lovely guy super friendly and helpful
Fantastic work and a fantastic worker thanks soo much
Electrician turned up at located time, replaced the boiler programmer, excellent service, friendly service, thank you..
Absolute garbage and dangerously selfish driver of this company putting everyone else on the road in danger! If this the standards of your company I'd seriously look elsewhere!
Absolutely wonderful service you're man was so polite
Your operative arrived, was very polite, respected my property, and explained the boiler workings to me,first class.
After cancelling three times. Our engineer showed up for the service. Checked everything over and answered a few of our queries. Would recommend.
Your engineer Ryan has attended two times and fully repaired our heat pump. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. A credit to your company,
Everyone at Robert Heath heating are polite and courteous and provide an excellent service. The engineer done an exceptional job and I am so grateful for their assistance. Went above and beyond their normal services and it is really appreciated. They have always been helpful and considerate, working efficiently and tidy. Would recommend this company

Best boiler service had in years since RH took over. Chris went extra 3 miles to do a good job👍👍👍👍
The engineer who fixed my Mixergy tank was great, he efficiently sorted out the issue and got everything up and running quickly.
The engineer was super polite, did the job quickly and let me know when he was on the way. Really impressed!
Kept us informed of arrival date & time. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was an extremely helpful & knowledgeable engineer. A credit to the company.
The lady that visited my property today to do the annual safety check I've had encounters with before for previous work she is kind caring reassuring and always gives her best effort she always completes the job without any issues 10/10 recommend
Didn’t turn up for our appointment, have so far taken 3 weeks to refund my money (which I still haven’t received) which is a breach of UK law (google it) and are absolutely impossible to get anything meaningful other than ‘yes, it’s terrible, I’m sorry, your refund will come’. You wait another week and nothing. Terrible. Do not use them and do check their trust pilot.
He was very good and very polite job well done
Good service, I arranged a convenient time for the visit. I received a message to say that I was next. The operative was polite and professional. All good
I have to say that the engineer who came to our address was brilliant. He was really nice and explained everything that he was going to do and showed us where the problem had been. Nothing was too much trouble, he's a credit to your company, look after him.
The engineer - David who serviced my air source heat pump today did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the system. He explained everything he was doing in a clear and friendly way, carried out the service efficiently, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. It’s reassuring to see such care and attention to detail. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended
It was done efficiently and quickly
A big thank you to Robert who was efficient, thorough, informative and friendly whilst completing my analysis hear pump service. I'm very pleased
Polite and helpful and explained clearly what is needed to be done.
Very good & thoroughly serviced my boiler, gas box & fixed my bedroom thermostat on the radiator all very professional and didn't take too long to do his jobs and very happy with the service he provided us many thanks.

Really nice bloke Serviced my boiler with attention to detail. All good
Yes, Robert Heath operative provided a very good service of boiler( heating and water) for the property
Good timing, very polite, just got on with his job and no mess to clean up.Thankyou D.Sullivan
Engineer was great very polite and did a good job nice to have our hot water and heating back thank him for us sorry did not get his name.
The gas engineer arrived at the door and politely introduced himself , explained what he would be doing . He was courteous , friendly and a genuine nice gentleman .
Robert heath engineers attended twice still can’t fix this Daikin system. Horrific experience. I had a Daikin eco hybrid system in my property about 3 years ago and have only had issues with it. Around 6 months of the duration I have not had any hot water nor heating with children in my home. The manufacturer of these systems are not build for this type of environment and many engineers have not been trained correctly to identify most issues with these systems. They are costly and constantly break down with Daikin customer service taking long time to arrange for parts to be delivered and engineers to attend to your property. I am writing this to warn people to not purchase these heat pumps it is more headache and a traditional boiler never gave me that much trouble. Daikin you should refund people their money and install good working boilers so people are not disappointed and frustrated. It is shameful as a company to sell systems which don’t work correctly. With minus degrees at times it is appalling to have to wait weeks and months on end for it to work. I have now waited 7 weeks for two engineers to attend and they cannot figure out what is wrong with it.
Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Very good service
Great friendly engineer. Couldn’t be happier
No problems as all did a good job nice and polite
Did his job and did not make any mess very pleasant
Very pleasant experience, polite and professional engineer. Thank you.
Worker was a Fast and efficient young man
Had my heating serviced by Dan and his father working on behalf of Robert Heath did a great job on the service and everything is working fine thanks very much Janet and dave
All good engineer was polite. We did have a morning call but they phoned and explained it would now be the afternoon.
Told me my radiator wasn’t leaking water, it was dirt. ( accumulation of cooking and dirt residue ). Wasn’t even interested as to previous discussions I had had with plumber. Facial expression showed one of disgust. Told my boiler wasn’t leaking as it was new just needed to tighten the screw, again felt like I’d wasted his time. He certainly needs training on how to talk and liaise with customers . No manners at all. Walked straight through my living room, normally I ask them to go through back gate, he didn’t even ask, rude. Asked about information on my boiler talked to me like I was stupid, couldn’t get out quick enough. The worst one I’ve ever had.
Had a visit during Wednesday evening and fault diagnosed as pump failure due ti a leak on a joint above the pump. Leak cured and appointment made for replacement of pump Thursday a m. Engineer arrived and replaced the pump and tested the system. Well pleased. Thank you to all concerned.
Not happy with fitter at all as he seemed very slap dash and left tools scattered throughout our hallway and kitchen. We only moved into the property 2 weeks ago and the whole building was freshly painted. As you can see from the attached pictures, the fitter has left dirty hand marks everywhere. My wife and I are very unhappy with this and expect this to be rectified. I understand the electrician Lee will be attending our property tomorrow to finish off and remove various dead cabling and he seemed surprised that the fitter Paul Taylor had finished the install and was not attending our property today. Please see attached pics of grubby hand marks everywhere.
Thank you Robert for brilliant work
Lovely chap did a good job
Always pleasant very good service
Tony did a great job👍 sorting out my heating
Very prompt and polite. Left everything tidy.
Engineer was extremely polite and hard working credit to Robert Heath
Mark, the Robert Heath engineer.. is always polite, courteous and friendly very efficient, clean and tidy in his work ..
Engineer can on date and time arranged, after engineer asked me what issues I was having with the heating system, he then explained to me what he was going to be doing, engineer completed the job in this visit he left with heating system working again
Arrived on time no fuss and did his job efficiently and professionally and was very courteous........
Had a new boiler fitted in January it started leaking underneath the boiler via pipes....but has been working fine had both heating and hotwater! A Robert heath technician came today to fix the leak and hour after he left it have no hot water or heating and its leaking more than it was before
Well, the 2 chaps turned up in good time. However, I was rather surprised to see one of them wandering about down next doors drive. When I pointed this out to him, he said “…..it was to look at their heat pump…” Not good in my opinion!!! They were at our house less than 30 minutes, which is much less time than has previously been our experience. So hopefully they did a good thorough job. Time will tell!
Had to change our all day appointment to an afternoon so I could walk the dogs, this was accomplished with the Contact Centre who were great and very approachable. The Engineer was polite and clearly knowledgeable. Hope we have the same Engineer next year! Many Thanks
Good service
Boiler is fixed..gentleman very good..thank you...
Lovely gentleman came and sorted the job out
Very happy with boiler repair/improvement, friendly operatives
I'm afraid I cannot find anything good about the company they have messed around since July
Once again have this company out for repairs and not even 24hrs later we still have the exact same fault despite being told it was just a sensor
Update: Took 3 weeks to fit new boiler so had no heating or hot water. Now said boiler is completely naff and constantly getting faults and losing hot water and heating even though the temperature has dropped massively. They don’t care! Didn’t bother turning up to an appointment, claimed to have turned up at 16.45 and took photos yet I have CCTV around my home and not once was he picked up on it. Clearly wanted to go home early and didn’t bother connecting my gas when I have a vulnerable young child in a house with no heating at all.
The gentleman I had was brilliant he could see i wasn't well and was very helpful i cannot fault him he was very efficient and I would recommend him at all times
I understand the transition from RHH and we will get teething problems, once I had contact from the engineer he was first class and issue was resolved! I provided the spares these engineers need improved van stock to ensure 1st time fix!
Your engineer could not have been more helpful and polite if he tried . Sorted the problem out on the first visit explained what the issue was. Very clean and tidy And he liked the dogs too Thank you for the prompt visit
The engineers have been excellent and were able to temporarily repair my heat pump and then make a permanent repair once the part arrived. But Robert Heath loose a star for their atrocious call-out management. First attempt no one turned up. Second attempt no part delivered. Third attempt I was informed am slot but they did not tell me it had been changed to pm . So need to get their admin sorted !
From bad to WORSE. Was originally booked for the 21st. Received a text to say they’ll be visiting on 28th. Didn’t know it was two separate appointments so I missed the 1st one thinking it had been rescheduled. This was for a gas uncapping. I then called and rebooked for the following morning as my gas cooker was being installed in two days time. Waited around between 8am - 1pm only to find out the lady on the phone didn’t bother booking it in. Then I had to do an emergency one and was told he’d be with me by 9pm. He arrived gone 10pm and my 6 month old baby was sleeping, the noise caused him to wake up multiple times. The guy uncapping the gas forgot to put a washer back on a screw which is likely to be the cause of a GAS LEAK which was discovered by the cooker installation firm the following day. The gas box is located outside my babies bedroom (ground floor) my mum and I are both smokers and this could’ve caused a fatal accident. I called to complain and I didn’t even get an apology or a call back. A guy came today to do the second appointment, Scottish gentlemen, very kind and helpful and showed me how to use the thermostat etc. and established which of the two gas boxes were actually mine and ensured there was no leak. So that 1 star is just for him
Friendly and efficient
In and out in 20 mintues.
Quick response good communication
On time and very nice young polite man
The technician worked quickly and also helped me with an issue. My heat has been out and since I have been working weekdays and my husband is in the hospital, I couldn't make an appointment earlier, but he found the issue and fixed it. I did not realise that I was asking a lot but he was very kind and I have heating and hot water after 3 weeks.
He the most lovely gentleman attend today. Such a lovely man. So professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and left such good advice. Very respectful and so good at his job. Would definitely recommend him for employee of the month is such an award exists.
Job well done. Thank you.
Professional staff the Engineer knew his work and was respectful
Gas engineer replaced the program and explained how to use it. He was very pleasant and very helpful and polite
arrived well within 24 hour slot we was given , sorted problem in minutes. Very good service nice polite.
We think that the chap who came and fixed our boiler was very pleasant and did a good job. And he took care and attention to get the job done.
Very helpful and friendly service
Engineer very quiet didn't talk hardly at all.
No complaints..job done
No notice for inspection and also now no hot water ?
Engineer very good. Very helpful all good thanks
My Knight in shining armour, he really saved our day. Great service great workmanship.
Disappointed that I was told I would be getting a new gas meter exterior box and then the engineer turned up and fixed the 28 year-old existing box with some brackets. Don’t say you are going to do one thing and then do another without informing the customer or even speaking to them
All very nice people to deal with, professional good communication with texts to say on their way and always arrive within half hr
Unfortunately when telling the engineer my wife is in bed asleep I heard him taking and making calls speaking loudly right near the bedroom which obviously woke my wife up.cant fault him for the work he did which he didn't even explain what he was doing, but hopefully solves the issue. Took his shoes off which was curtious of him,but just wish he would have respected my wife sleeping as she works some nights.
Polite, cleaned up after himself
Great engineer, really friendly and helpful
Checked the heating and gas fire. I passed details of the visit onto Advance Housing.
2 Guys turned up one on his first day was taken through whole process very perfessional
The technician turned up on time and carried out the service with minimum interruption to our life. Can't ask for anything more.
The gas engineer was professional polite on time and helpful and courteous great job
Really nice guy who serviced our heating system, very efficient and helpful.
The problem has been fixed ! After 6 visits, I would to thank everyone, from people who answer the phones to the engineers for getting the problem and subsequent problems fixed , everyone was nice and kind and you can't ask for more than that , thanks Robert Heath heating and workers xxx
I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to have Anthony to fit all off my 7 radiator 's on his own he worked so hard right up till just after 8pm long day it was a long job with all new fittings as well he worked his little heart out deserves a gold star 🌟 🤩 thankyou once again
The two ladies that came today were polite and very efficient and effective in there duties and explained what they had to do
Very good at his job and friendly.Iv had the same man every year and it's a pleasure to watch him work.
Unprofessional in terms of communication to book appointment then send texts out with time and date not reliable. Gave lame excuse " no access " when I been home. I have 2 kids in the house i reported as emergency. 2 weeks. 2 weeks no hot water for family of 3 , 2 children under 5. Very unprofessional truth be told
My work was completed very well. Such a lovely Gentleman. I was kept updated on every part of work he did good work and beautiful manners it was a pleasure to have him in my home .
1st appointment was cancelled by text message half an hour before the end of the appointment slot window. 2nd appointment the engineer was carrying out a safety checks and has somehow managed to shut off the hot water and central heating, leaving us without with an 8 year old in the house. No way of contacting after 6pm when I got home from work.
Very happy with the service received. Operative was very polite and respectful of my home. No mess left behind after boiler installation. Excellent demonstration on how to use new boiler and thermostat. Would definitely recommend this company if you need anything work doing 😀
Brilliant
Quick efficient and professional
I had a emergency appointment today and when the engineer turned up he was polite and helpful found the fault and everything was working when he left.
Unfortunately the fault still exists. The heating goes off every night at 23:49. I thought that I had fixed it on Sunday by disconnecting the MMI from the cloud and reconnecting but that has not worked. I think that the hardware needs to be looked at now
Would have been nice that the engineer disposed of the spare part or asked us to dispose of it. Than leaving it in my airing cupboard to discover a few days later.
Robert was amazing, really knowledgeable on heat pump set ups, he definitely inspires confidence. Very friendly and polite, would highly recommend.
The engineer that come to my home was amazing! Rang me before hand as he could not find the property! He was so polite, clean and tidy! And left my home the way he found it! 👍🏻
Great service from a very competent engineer! After almost 5 yrs with our Daikin heatpump the system stopped working due to a very small rodent activity. The part was exchanged and the whole system started up again. Luckily the weather was mild as we did have to wait quite a while to get it fixed.
Friendly and efficient
Very efficient polite tidy in and out in no time
So professional and very prompt and felt very comfortable with them in my home thank you.
Very happy with the service-Abni was on time, courteous and very tidy. Serviced our air source heat pump and was very efficient and tidy. Thank you
Very knowledgeable and efficient.
Helpful, quick and knowledgeable.
Short visit, efficient work, nice bloke.
Can't fault them they good service
The engineer who came out was polite and efficient.
Did my annual ASHP service. Much better than the person who did it last year
very nice man that fixed my boiler x very happy with the work carried out today
The engineer was rude, didn’t greet just grunted, walked in my house with wet dirty shoes didn’t offer to put shoe covers on, said there was a problem with the boiler just said someone would be in touch never explained what the problem was, these men who work for this company seriously need work on customer service
The engineer that came out today was very thorough in the checks that he carried out. He was friendly and highly professional, a true credit to the company!!
I am satisfied with the service and they always managed to help. Customer Service excellent. They always try and accommodate our preference for appointments as we are working shifts. However this time they couldn't really sort out our problem. Their colleague arrived and when I tried to explain him our observation about the heating he wasn't interested to listen. Later he became more friendly Unfortunately the heating was working for just 2 days as he left. We didn't even use it much due to milder weather. Now it's not working again. Should investigate and fix it once for all because we don't always have time sitting at home waiting for someone and weather now turning colder. Even if they told to do just the minimum it's more expensive to call them out each week, and pay for many visits. Hence the 4 star only.
Very efficient thank yoy great service
Robert who attended my parents property on 16th October 2025 was just brilliant. As soon as he arrived at the front door, he introduced himself & once in the property he asked what the problem with the hot water was. Once I explained the problem, like a true professional Robert just got working. He explained throughout the repair work in detail the diagnosis he had made. Once he was finished Robert advised us on things to look out for should the problem reoccur but was confident that we should not have any further problems. Before leaving Robert also explained on how to work a thermostat correctly. Once Robert left the property my parents & brother said to me what a lovely guy Robert was. A true professional gentleman. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Thank you so much Robert for a lovely customer satisfaction experience.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Quick prompt service
Really helpful nice man
After 4 failed attendance which were pre booked, when the engineer finally showed up he done a good job
The guy who come to do safety checks was great. No happy with you not turning up for my appointments
Terrible, terrible service. Water filter replaced twice and still leaking, we now can't use the boiler at all as we now have leaks coming from the loft. I have work on Monday and need a shower, we are both vulnerable, I need the heating for medical reasons. We are clarion but we shouldn't get substandard service. I would never recommend these people and I wouldn't pay for their work, if I was a private client.
The engineer is polite, and knows his job
Great service , polite, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend
Engineer was very knowledgeable and found a fault in the system which I think previous engineers have missed. He was friendly and explained everything fully.
Engineer turned up at 15.30 for a 8-13.00 appt I was told he was running late but only because I rang to enquire He did apologise. Was in and out in 10mins after doing a gas safety inspection
There were no issues, mess or fuss. Operator was polite and respectful in our home. Message was sent prior so we knew when to expect them.
Need to tighten up their systems. Take ages to answer calls but staff trying to do their best. Communication erratic, varies between email, text or nothing at all. Constantly have to chase. I appreciate that Daikin have only just taken over and suspect we got caught up in the changeover period which was frustrating but all sorted now.
Professional
The man was very polite nice to talk to
Absolutely lovely helpful informative man. Thank you
Got a call to book boiler conversion, same week. Steve (the installer) turned up early, did a quick efficient and tidy job. Couldn't ask for better. Cheers
Good morning. Firstly the engineer u sent name George, what a lovely polite& really helpful guy. He took his time 2explain what he was doing 2 rectify my heating problem& when not sure of something he called a colleague 4 advice. WOW I'm so pleased 2 have hot water& heating again as the winter weather is soon apon us. Please do pass this message on 2George as it's nice 2b appreciated 4good wor& good manner. Many thanks again
Bolier was fixed
Excellent service
Fab experience thank you!
Operative too inquisitive whilst on property.
Excellent service and so quickly done
Brilliant lovely man come for years always helpful
Very nice gentleman professional and left it clean and tidy
Great service engineer was very neat and tidy.
Perfect service as always polite staff atlrrived when they said.
very polite helpful got the job done to a high standard
Your operative fixed and explained problem with boiler professionally and left me with information should this particular fault happen again. Extremely pleased 😀
The trades man was polite ,great job but came before 1300 I did get back in time
My father is 95 and had his boiler serviced today but only half the job was done as the engineer said he would not beable to go on the roof to service the pump? How was the engineer not aware of this now we have to wait for another visit when this should have been done?
Unfortunately I can’t comment on their work because three appointments were made and they never turned up to any. The first one they rang on the morning to cancel. The second they never turned up, at at 4pm I rang to see where they were and they said we rang you “no you didn’t “ and the third one was made for a Sunday, and they don’t work on a Sunday, so I rest my case. You make your own mind up, I did. I called someone who I had to wait for but 100% reliable !!!!!!
The engineer rang b4 to make sure I was in (nice touch). He carried out his safety checks with upmost diligence & confidence. Being an ex service engineer myself, I recognise a good one when I see one. I am currently being treated for 4 chronic illnesses, including cancer. He took all that into consideration, wonderful & I'm safe for another year
No problems whatsoever
Had a very lovely experience
Very helpful. Professional an polite
Had our gas and heating check today. Very happy, the engineer was friendly, thorough and we are assured our gas is safe.
Not happy with Daiken, new boiler did not work straight from its box , £320 call out charge that took the repair company 3 weeks to come out , they sent a heat pump repair engineer 2 weeks before who did not know anything about boilers so i have had along wait without hot water and heating and i told them it was a boiler, i gave serial number and model , i cannot be without heating or hot water any longer , the repairer had never worked on my type of boiler before and said because it did not have a cut off isolater he would not repair it and also the repairer does not carry parts, probably the worst company that i have ever had dealings with avoid like the plague
The staff and engineers from Robert Heath are always polite, helpful, tidy and do their best to resolve any problems. They recently serviced the air source heat pump and fixed the hot water system, it took a while to get a part (sensor) but we were happy with the service.
A very pleasant man and he sorted things out for me.
Tristian was v knowledgeable in the servicing of our Daikin system - fixing installation issues and successfully got everything working to our satisfaction. He restored our faith in Daikin (which hadn’t worked since we’d moved in!). He also had great customer communication skills - explaining everything clearly. We wld recommend Robert heath heating for your heating servicing requirements.
The Engineer turned up later than expected as was an am appointment as had to be at work at 1. It was then discovered that the wrong engineer had been booked ! I needed a plumber not a gas engineer! It was not the engineers fault but when he saw how upset I was as this was my 2nd appointment, he did his best to resolve the situation. He went downstairs to his van and got the correct part to fix my hot water tank so it didn't make the awful loud noise it had been making . So thank you to the engineer. He was very quick , friendly and tidy and resolved the issue . So thank you
Well, what can I say about your plumber? Very friendly, very polite, very professional. All the mess he made, he cleaned up. Even though I offered to do it. He said, no, I made the mess, I gotta clean it up. Yep. Well, impressed with Robert Heath? Very impressed. And would recommend them to anyone.
Job well done
Great
Excellent engineer resolved the problem Was very professional
Sent someone to go up in the loft to service a heat exchanger and didn’t have a ladder to go up there with happened twice now
Very efficient engineer, explained issue ckearly and fixed the problem quickly
I’m very pleased with the fast response in solving the problem with the thermostat/boiler today .
Ahmed was great and efficient and sorted out all the leaking pipes. Anthony who came out today fixed the issue right away. Very efficient
I would of appreciated if they had overshoes or took there shoe's off. But nice lads.
Poor communication. My booking was scheduled for 0800 to 1300. I received a call at 1240 to say the operative was running late and would be with me in an hour and a half, meaning 1410. He arrived 1550. I had been chasing them for clarification when/if they were coming and got no response. Talking to the engineer he had advised the office at 10am he was not going to make my time, but they decided to do nothing with it. Update 1, 13.10.2025 as Robert heath Heating has apparently turned off the ability to respond to their feedback comments - so it turns out that the engineer has done something whilst servicing my ASHP. I now have a massive noise throughout my house whenever the Heat Pump is on. I have contacted Robert Heath Heating many times, only to be hit with automated text messages and delay tactics. They have no interest of urgency in fixing the issue that they caused. If you really want to 'make this right' as per your response, send someone immediately to resolve the issue you have created. Your extremely poor customer service has not got even worse. Update 2 - 13.10.2025 - They have now booked me in for the 22nd of October! This is completely unacceptable and clearly shows the lack of Customer Support they have. They have caused an issue with my system that needs resolving quickly, and they book me in a week on Wednesday to fix!! No Customer Service whatsoever, and I did ring the number you provided to 'Make It Right', and I was told they couldn't put me through to the relevant department, and they would look at it. If you really want to 'Make It Right' send someone to fix the chaos you created
Very friendly operative. The only criticism is the 8-6pm window is simply not good enough nowadays when competitors offer an AM or PM. The "you're next" text was useful but sitting in all day to wonder when you're actually next isn't.
Reported my boiler as heating wasn’t working, on a Sunday too. They were out within the hour and it was all fixed. Excellent service
The engineer and lady on the phone very nice and helpful thankyou
Respectful, knows his job and highly professional.
Arrived on time did a good job so far so good with heating thank you
Appointment was between 8 and 1 I phoned at 1 to find out where the engineer was to be told he was held up. Why did I get a message at 7.36 am to say he was on the way as we were next. Engineer arrived at 3.00pm
Excellent service
Great service
Excellent service by both engineers who were both friendly and professional.
I called to report a repair the man on the phone promptly booked it in and within half hour the man turned up and fixed the heating, excellent customer service
The worker was excellent he informed me of everything he was doing and it was minimal mess I was very happy with his attendance
Excellent service. Engineer was very extremely prompt and professional. Very happy.
The engineer that came out today to do a gas check was Paul, he was very professional, very polite and explained everything he was doing as he did the check.
The engineer rang to say he was Half an hour away. He carried out the boiler inspection and alarm checks and kept me informed. Good service carried out as expected from Robert Heath.
Our engineer, Ben, was excellent. Very experienced and very helpful. Fixed our heating problem and gave some good advice. Telephone staff were also helpful and easy to deal with.
Details of appointment was given perfectly. Operators were on-time and completed their repairs on time, kept places drilled tidied and kept me updated on how to keep safe with the fire alarm. Lovely lads. I will give 5* again and again. Thank you
Very good.
Consistently cancelling appointments, Terrible company
Excellent professional who fixed our issue
Great boiler engineers! However customer service is awful. They def could better
It’s always good to see when Peter arrives to maintain our heating system. He is always professional capable and positive.A credit to the company and himself
Robert was very polite profesdional and gave the boiler a thorough inspection and left a'new'carbon monoxide detector as the old one would expire in less than 12 months
9 visits no heating and hot water for 1 week. Now no heating for over 3 weeks. Medical needs should not be cold. For 3 weeks no fan heaters given. Purchased my own before I was offered 2. Don’t turn up for appointment or they cancel them and do not let you know. Lads are nice but only 2 have said what the problem is the rest just rush in and out without even looking for the problem. Maybe I will have heating by Christmas or maybe not. Not impressed with any of Robert Heath services. They used to be a great company and the lads used to want to work but the workers they have now just want in and out jobs not to find the problem and fix it. So no I do not rate this company any more
Very efficient
Job well done again..
Friendly staff great service
Very helpful heating engineers with a lot of patience
Dealt with service greatly but had no idea how heating controller worked, so still struggling with heat.
A very good visit, the man explained everything that was wrong and was very kind to give me a heater
Absolute gentleman polite considerate respectful. Couldn’t ask for a nicer man. Many thanks
Very polite and friendly. Left the place clean and tidy
The caller was professional..friendly..knew what he was talking about..easy to understand
Unexpected problem after the service, which was rapidly resolved. Excellent service, problem temporarily resolved until the new part arrived.
The engineer George was very efficient, professional and courteous arrived within the time schedule given.
Not happy had to call again the job was not done have the same problem again he was in my property for no more then 10 min my hearting has been on for more than 30 hours and the gas bills are to much they do not care we have to pay it not them
Excellent service, the engineer was very good a gentleman to deal with. I'm fully satisfied thank you
The engineer was pleasant polite and very efficient. He did a very good job efficiently and explained any points I wanted to know.I was well pleased with the visit and feel mucher safer now I know all checked out
As a customer new to Daikin / Robert Heath my overall experience is really quite negative and disappointing. I had occasion to contact them for the first time towards the end of last week, firstly the number provided in their written communication rang continuously and was unanswered. I eventually by way of the internet found an alternative number, which was eventually answered after 23 minutes. I subsequently arrange an engineer visit for today (the afternoon of Mon 6 October), somewhat unsurprisingly, low and behold the engineer turned up at around 09:45 this morning. As result of the visit it was recommended I instal the Daikin app to facilitate better control of my Air Source Heat-pump. Notwithstanding the mix up with times, I cannot fault the engineer or the task he undertook (software update). Notwithstanding which, low and behold after many hours, it became apparent wifi connectivity was not possible. Again after searching the internet I discovered the included WLAN module was not included nor fitted. Back on the telephone and again after another eternity and on and off hold, I was told an electrician? would call me back. And, you guessed it, I'm still waiting. So, so, bitterly disappointing ....
Excellently done
Good service - engineer came on time. Was quick and efficient
I was left for 4 days without any hot water in my house because a part had to be ordered for my boiler. Nobody should have to wait 4 days for hot water.
When he left it still was not working as he said the heating had been off and would take awhile to come on .that was at 1.30pm just before he left an other house I told him it still wasn’t working he said ok and left .this is for a radiator not giving out any heat in a room her a special needs teenager.not happy
Very professional
Heating working again now thank you
Electrical check..Arron was brilliant 5star
Quick efficient service fixed boiler in a flash
Professional and engineer was polite and knowledgeable about the heating system.
He was polite explained what he was checking quick I
The worker was amazing and I was so happy with the work that was done!
Excellent well mannered efficient cleaned up after himself. Did a first class job.
Other than the technician turning up without warning the job was done professionally and quickly
Engineer great sorted all my hot water and checked the boiler. Lovely man very polite and also explained how to use the boiler.
An absolute legend arrived at my house today to do a gas service. In all the years I have had these services, I've got to say the engineer went above and beyond. 2 years I have struggled to heat my house and eventually I bought a calor gas heater because no one could fix it or parts were needed and never ordered. It took this young engineer 40 minutes to get my heating system in full working order. Just goes to show how lazy most of the engineers are, 2 years with no heating and this kind soul wouldn't leave until he had it fixed. Really appreciated, wish I knew your name as you deserve the recognition. Thank you 😊
Very well mannered gas engineer and completed the service on the boiler efficiently. (Usual Engineer that attends every year so aware of my dog). Also checked the gas meter, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector. I wasn't aware they were coming today to do the checks but probably the fault of the Post Office rather than Robert Heath. Luckily I was in.
Very polite gentleman
Good service today by Paul
Quick to fix problem and was very helpful
Great service polite friendly & professional
Turn up on wrong days, rebook 3 times, then turn up again and don’t knock!!!! Book it for the 4th time and they are 5 hours early!! Every single year we have issues!
Very good job....even had an engineer follow-up to make sure everything was ok
Prompt On time All good
Very pleased with the work done .
Excellant service .Really nice man who came to service the boiler ,very polite and effcient .
A very polite young man, did his job swiftly but thoroughly.
Very friendly done his job professionally and to the point top marks
Very good experience, rang my mobile when he was outside, and worked quietly before leaving
My appointment was changed twice. I was told someone would attend after 1.00pm so arranged my day around that. The technician turned up at 11ish but luckily someone was in.
Just had a lovely guy to do my safety check, very polite and efficient, I didn’t catch his name ……he came from Romford….. give him a pay rise!! 😁 Shame Robert Heath let themselves down on the phone answering service part.
Friendly and professional. Very happy with the servicing of my heat pump. Worked efficiently but also was very happy to answer my questions and explain what had been covered in the service. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.
Thank you for your services. The gas engine was polite and friendly and got on with his work and completed his work . Left clean and tidy .
A very young and talented gas engineer – truly impressive! He is not only highly professional but also extremely decent and caring in his approach. He carried out the job completely and with such smooth efficiency that it was a pleasure to see. I sincerely hope and pray that this remarkable young man achieves great success in the future.
The contractor I had to do my gas safety check was lovely, it wasn't Robert Heath, they subcontracted another company to carry out the checks, that company was very good. As for Robert Heath IV had a lot of communication issues over the past few years, where I have to have a specific time slot for boiler service ect due to certain circumstances so time is limited for access, however every year the same issues occurs, I ring to tell them to makes notes of the certain time frame I am available and they never pass it onto the engineer, they turn up a wasted journey and I ha e to explain the reasons why they can't access property at this time. A time was specified via the telephone call prior to the appointment la and the reception staff ensuring that this would be passed on to relevant engineer who will be attending my property, yet again the poor engineer knew nothing, he has no specific time scale notl notes at all. I find communication very poor with this company, they put their engineers in certain situations which they don't need to be in especially if they come across aggressive tenants who are flustered and upset that they have already been assured that all info will be passed on. Really disappointed in this company. Even when your on holiday and you ring to tell them please don't arrive as I will not be home, they still waste fuel, engineers time and affect the climate with emissions where they don't need to attend the property if no one is home and they have been told, yet the company still send them out. It maybe your policy but it's ridiculous and a waste of so much time. I don't rate this company at all communication is very poor they way the engineers are treated on occasions is very poor. They do not listen to the clients it's just lip service on the phone to get us off the line faster. The housing association that uses this company needs to really think twice about using this company, as IV had no end of trouble with this company. Even my recent visit the contractor wasn't aware of anything at all, he was stunned and very apologetic that he wasn't made aware of anything or times. Luckily he was just with in the time frame of availability. Avoid this company at all cost....
On time verry cheerful
Excellent and professional service in yearly servicing to boiler cooker and smoke alarms
Super service, very professional, friendly and a great service man I had visit today.
Prompt friendly explained everything and fixed the problem straight away
Very quick response. Workman was friendly & professional, fixed the issue quickly & with minimum fuss.
I was very pleased with the engineer that did my boiler service. He was pleasant, polite and I have no complaints.
I would like to express my gratitude to Jack and the engineer Liam. They are very knowledgeable and consistently provide excellent customer experiences, which instills confidence, especially when navigating intricate setups such as heat pumps.
A++++++SERVICES
It was professional.
Excellent
Quick and efficient
Job completed with speed
Very good
Excellent service by friendly engineer
Very pleased with the engineer who was very informative about the job
Great service, man knew what to do and fixed the heating and water. Happy days
Very quick and efficient, had a lovely manner and talked me thiugh what was wrong
Came on time done a good job
All good efficient polite and friendly thanks
Daikin bought this company and so you have to go through them for service. We have a Daikin heat pump and it's less then a year old. We have been without heat for eight days now. This company was due to visit, but didn't show up. Have been promised a call back as to why - still waiting. Our appointment now pushed into the future, and not by us. Completely shambolic in my view. And it's cold here. Avoid this company and in my view, best avoid Daikin.
Very good
Heating went off after about 20 minutes have to ring up again
Anthony was very friendly, respectful and helpful, I now feel my gas is safe and ready for winter. George had to come out on emergency because I woke up to no gas whatsoever, the boiler was completely silent despite lots of lights being on, George discovered air in the system which had stopped my radiators working and the boiler had shut down. Thank you George for finding the problem and putting it right.
Very efficiant and very friendly
He was very good
Very thorough and professional.
Fabulous service, was polite. Tidy, and quick but thorough
Lovely friendly electrician came to check the electrics. Knew what he was doing and was very thorough and knowledgeable.
Thanks Steve for checking my newly fitted ventilation system!! This annual check has never been delivered in five years, so I am grateful that this is now an annual check! ( Try to remove anything directly under the pump as it is a messy business Steve!).
A charming gentleman arrived very soon after I had reported the problem with my boiler. He fixed the problem quickly and was very professional and polite whilst here. Thank you for such amazing service. Lucy Hastings
Excellent service.Phoned Daikin regarding a fault on my heat sorce boiler and they sent a guy from Robert Heath heating limited. He arrived clean tidy very polite showed me ID. Had my hot water sorted out promptly even though not worked with these much. All working in a short time. Very pleased with service will be taking out a service plan with them soon.
I would never recommend them. Anything outside of a yearly service and they just let you down. Don't expect them to care if your sat there in the hight of winter with no heat because they can't be bothered to get the parts needed to fix it for weeks on end. And their keeping to appointments is laughable in the last 2 weeks they booked 2 appointments, waited in from 8am-1pm they didnt show. When I called to ask they literally lied and said they came and I wasn't in, oh and no card left to say they came. So they booked for a few days layer again 8am-1pm, guess what no show again this time when I called after waiting in half the day. Oh its been changed by the team for a date 2 weeks away. Not a call or a message to say. Obviously am mad at this point they say someone will call me to why, guess what no call (no surprise there) then random few days later a call one early morning saying hes outside. So these are one mess of a company and clearly want to pick and choice when they want to leave cards through your door or call you when there outside, but just never expect them to show up when they say.
Excellent
Professional, friendly and helpful
The man said the heating was fixed, its still not working
Very polite and efficient. Thank you
In the past there used to be a more thorough service ie cooker check eg
Lovely engineer, very polite and work well
I'm always happy with the work done by Robert Heath . The staff are plesent and efficient. They are always so helpful if I'm unwell and need to reschedule. Which unfortunately happens quite often.
Outstanding in every respect. The prompt, courteous and professional call from RH Office to confirm the problem & provide a same day appointment. The prompt arrival of Penny, the excellent plumber who quickly assessed the long standing problem (which had foxed several previous Powys CC in house plumbers!) & adjusted, fixed & double checked that the CH system combi-boiler was functioning as it should. She even replaced the defective thermostat, also missed by several previous Powys plumbers. Penny explained in clear terms what she diagnosed & how she was addressing it step by step. I do not think outstanding is an overstatement. Well done & many thanks for a job very well done.
Nice geeser
First class service engineer A1
lovely polite man did the job efficiently
Absolute joke. Lee the engineer who came today was amazing. Couldn’t fault him at all .
Engineer was polite and efficient and the boiler is now working
The electrician was polite and effiçient. She carried out her tasks without any mess or disturbance. All in all a good job.
The engineer was polite and very professional. He seemed thorough in working through our air source heat pump annual service and provided some helpful advice on system operation.
A lovely young man came within the time slot allocated. He got on with the job, describing what he had done afterwards. He was courteous and considerate.
I wasn't expecting anyone. The engineer just turned up without an appointment.. However, Derek was polite, friendly and efficient and I hope that he turns up next time I need an engineer.
Very polite
Thanks so much
Very helpful and polite
Great service, Great staff, 5* thanks guys
Very polite workman repair done in 5 minutes very happy thankyou 😁😁

They were helpful, informative, understanding regarding my needs as to access due to my disability. Needing carer here to help with accessing ( afternoon appointment needed) left property clean & tidy..

Regular workman came.....nicest workman i have ever met. Hevis a credit to your company
Very professional and reliable company. My landlord uses them and the engineers and reception are all polite and helpful with good knowledge
The absolute worst service ever. They carded and left twice ( hit n run ), and the second time I literally seen the guy drive off, i called the company and they said no we cant call him and get him to come back !!!The sub contractor who eventually did the job was a nice fella, tidy and courteous, but robert heath as an organisation are a pile of ...
Perfectly good and tidy

I had a whole new heating system put in this week, John and the guy that was with him, done an amazing job, they cleaned up, and were lovely guys, very prompt and on time considering they have a 4 hour drive daily. Really appreciate the work they done.

Left all rubbish outside front doors! Also put a lot of cement in the hole on the house, did not paint!
Would have preferred a closer time frame than 5 hours especially as the chap was here for 5 mins But he was friendly and helpful
Engineer was very polite and respectful to myself and my home. She is a credit to your company
A Gas Check Engineer came to my flat this morning at a reasonable time in Tiverton. I found him very friendly and he got on with his job in a professional manner. Boiler, Temperature dial and replacing an old carbon monoxide alarm and testing others, so I knew which was which. I recommend this company to others. Thank you for making me feel safe. Karen

Guy on the phone, very nice helpful, engineer was great ,all good service
2 men on site for less than 5 minutes to be told , all done working okay ... it was already on before they arrived
There appears to be a problem with the stop cock, it was unable to shut the water off. The rep, could not complete the job. Therefore, I am in the same position as I was 4 weeks ago, when I 1st reported that the header tank was leaking.
The young man who came to do the job was very good it took two visits but they got the job done so I was satisfied.
Made appointments twice and nobody showed up I took time off work for this. On the 3rd attempt the engineer arrived and he was brilliant . Polite and professional couldn’t fault him 5 stars for the engineer
I'm so very grateful to have hot water again after more than six weeks without it. The gentleman who came to fix our boiler worked extremely hard and put a lot of effort into the repairs. It took a good few hours but thankfully everything is back up and running again.
Excellent service. 👍
"Thanks, the gentleman was very good."
Polite, friendly operative arrived within times given. No problems, all went well.

Fixed within 4hrs
This company had to be the worst business I have dealt with in my 52 years. They are an absolute shambles and should not be in business. Avoid at all cost, you have been warned.
Robert Heath telephone staff are very helpful. Sadly the messages - such as please go around to the rear door don’t always seem to get through to the workers however. They do turn up and sort out the issues thankfully . To quote the chap on Friday afternoon… I just put sat nav co-ordinates in .
Nice friendly guy fixed the problem for me.
Very efficient, quick appointment and friendly engineer !
Excellent service always work to a high standard 👌👌thankyou ☺️
A shame because the man who came to do the work was brilliant. But the office need to sort it out
Booked 24hr call out heating system went down only not to turn up and was told that the job was marked complete then we repaired it ourselves to find the next day they turned up without a appointment and didn’t even tell us they was coming grate service spot just cost me £749.36 for nothing
Punctual and a well done inspection.
Engineer was professional and friendly.

Had a text message saying operative on the way and I was next at 8.10 morning had a further 3 text saying the same thing through the day by 3 o'clock no one had shown up no apologies my day had been wasted don't recommend this company
Engineer did a perfect job repairing my boiler. I can now run hot water constantly again. Great job , great engineer. A*
Despite being at home waiting for the engineer 3 times, they claimed no one was there to answer the door!! Finally got lucky 4 time round, and after discussion Engineer claimed they are given a long list of customers to see, they ring the bell once, if no answer they move on! The option on their system is limited so they choose the easiest one to report!!! Meanwhile I have lost trust at work for wanting to work from home and wait for engineer 3 times which is considered a fib I have lost my temper and made numerous calls to justify me being at home !! Thanks RH.
Very quietly did checks etc ,very polite Happy with service.
Brilliant service, the engineer turned did the job with minimum fuss. He was polite and professional.
Arrived promptly after receiving a text message saying driver was on his way, very polite, did what had to be done, excellent service

Hello. The gas technician checked the safety of my gas boiler and gas meter today. He was focused and professional. I had a few questions about other gas suppliers and received comprehensive answers. I was pleased with the visit.

My gas service check good and the operative was polite, friendly and gave us a new carbon monoxide detector wasn't working. Above all we were happy with everything.
Carried out the necessary safety check. Friendly honest person.
He came in with no tools spent 10 minutes here and left
Had a morning appointment booked between 8-13:00, no show u til 3. Same each year for a boiler check
Very professional and polite of all the tradesmen to work at our house they were the only ones to use dust sheets!! Very neat and tidy and took the time to explain what they had done and explained the system to us ! Would definitely recommend them!!
Took them over 2 weeks to come and fix a fault in my boiler left me with not hot water or heating (yes it's summer but had it been winter I would of needed my heating) but no hot water was disgusting!! Was left with a plastic builders bag to catch and dripping water and had to empty it every few days !! Second Engineer was lovely and completed the job quickly !
Sent me a message at 740am saying they were on their way and I was next, 3 hours later and he still hadn’t arrived. Only after receiving a second message later in the day did he eventually, show up. Nice to know that nothing changes as useless as ever.
Nice one👍👍👍
Very nice friendly man . Very helpful
I couldn't have asked for a more professional, efficient, courteous and friendlier person than the man who came to do the boiler check.
Efficient, professional, reliable.
The guy was very friendly and as quick as he could be
Did job very well. Highest professional standards.
Friendly engineers, lovely helpful people on the phone. Great company.
Poor communication, miss appointments frequently after you have arranged time off work for them to attend. Lack of organisational skills. Would not recommend
The electrician that called was very polite and helpful and went above and beyond. I can’t speak for the whole company but would definitely recommend the electrician who carried out our electrical safety check today
Robert Heath are a mickey mouse company. I tried to get my air source heating on from 3rd December 2024 to the end of April 2025. They were sending people out to fix it, who new nothing about air source heating. It's stopped working again, a week has passed and still got no heating. They are a disgrace. Use them at your peril. They don't deserve one star.
Very pleased with the service, the engineer arrived on time and was very polite and professional. I highly recommend!
I received a text at 7.36am to tell me that one of RH Heating operatives was on the way to me. At 10.03am I got a phone call from the operative saying he was lost, so I gave him directions and he was with me shortly after. The operative was very good and efficient and I’m not blaming him for the 2 hour delay in getting to me but it would really help if customers had an ETA of the operatives arrival which is updated should the operative be held up or lost. I had to take unpaid time off work for this visit so I wasn’t best satisfied!
Efficient engineers
Thankyou
Very polite efficient explained a that needed testing
Friendly and professional. Plenty patience to answer questions .
Told me what he had done 👍 and left everything clean and tidy
The engineer was very experienced and polite. Thank you.
Really helpful and polite clean and respectful quick installation very friendly guy
Absolutely amazing! The man I had come out to do my electrical testing was amazing and he was so so polite!
Excellent work well done your staff are amazing I have never had any issues with Robert heating they are the best ever they are always on time and they understand in people's disabilities and they have patience has especially with me being a bit slow with me having learning difficulties and disabilities they are amazing if you are going to choose anyone choose Robert heating they are the best and all the .staff are amazing and brilliant you are best choosing Robert heating I have never had any issues since I have lived in this property they are the best 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I have had no hot water for over a month and is still ongoing. Keep sending engineers out (13 visits now) and no one has fixed the issue with my boiler. After repeatedly telling them I am in pain and regular baths help me (I have fybromyalgia) I cannot wash my hair, and have children here that cannot wash I always get the same answer "well send someone else round". I've been promised in two occasions over the pine that on the next visit it will be fixed and here we still are! I am now looking into compensation and legal proceedings. Not happy at all.
Good guy. Pleasant and reassuring
Bloke who came round was a bully and not welcome
Very professional, informative, helpful and friendly 👍
Lovely person checked our heating and fire alarms and gave good electricity tips
A fault on boiler was identified, needed a part replacement ordered. Had to wait for a few days, due a bank holiday weekend, to get my hot water to work again. It’s working now and engineer arrived as promised to fix the malfunction. Good customer care and communication.
Polite and respectful, done his job quickly.
Professional and friendly service.
Very pleasant no problems at all
Great job quick and easy brilliant

Really happy, the gentleman who comes is always friendly and polite and leaves the house as he finds it.
Very friendly, showed his id. And very thorough regarding all the electrical work. Thank you.
The engineer carried out an annual service on my air source heat pump. He was very sociable and explained what he was doing. He was very good at carrying out the service and I was very impressed with him. Mark out of 10: he deserves a 10. Well done 👍
Polite and helpful staff

Polite and respectful. Completed the job perfectly.
He was a lovely man and done a great job.
Very professional employee. Knows his job inside out
Service good 👍🏿 and he did what he had to do job done ✔️ thank you.
There were two men one was a apprentice they never checked the gas cooker took photos off the boiler did a pressure test with the taps where at min less than 15 mins
My only complaint is that I received a text advising he would be with me soon, about 20 minutes after he had completed the job and left!
Today they actually sent a proper engineer/plumber, and they actually did a very good job . If only all the people they sent out were this good, as well as polite and respectful. So well done, at least you have one good engineer . Others that have been sent here have been appalling . And not servicing boilers to manufacturers instructions, can't be good, on one occasion they never even turned the boiler on . Perhaps they have now got rid of the idiots, we will see .
Polite and efficient service
Arrived on time, was professional and polite. I was really impressed
Very helpful friendly service
Very quick and very patient thank you
The person that came today to service are heating was very polite and respectful of our home
The Person who came to do the repair in our boiler was very nice and professional.
Gas engineer Leslie could not have been more helpful. Rachel called back as promised and was marvellous
Very polite. Called me to make sure I was home. Done a great job
Aaron attended my property to carry out an electrical test, top bloke did a fantastic job and even replaced a double socket that was broken. Highly recommend 👍
Initially I was disappointed, that my appointment may not have gone ahead the engineer said that he was at my house, but I did not hear him and he left but phoned me to explain after a discussion he kindly found another engineer who was in my village to carry out the gas service which I was really grateful for the second engineer carried out the service which I was pleased with. Ms DAHubley
Great service
All very good no problems
The engineer was thorough and with a good attitude
Lovely man polite and friendly did a good job
I was very happy with the service I received today. The engineer was very friendly and professional.
Arranged multiple appointments, One time they turned up a day earlier, The next time they weren’t on time. This time whoever did the inspection came in smelling like cigarette smoke. Not having a positive experience with this company 😑
Very good gas engineer Did the job very well and finally fixed the valves on radiator that were outstanding jobs for the last year . Not like the rest of your staff that are Lazy
Absolutely disgusting. I was in hospital for 11 days .I was receiving emails and calls regarding my gas safety check . I was threatened with court and fines . I explained I was in hospital but still phone calls and rude voice messages received. On tue 12th I was hone now recovering from a substantial overdose. I received a call from Carol at clarion. She left a voice mail stating this is now going to legal action. 3 min later same lady Carol left another voice mail saying oh I have just logged on and can see you have an appointment scheduled. Absolutely disgusting experience. Been with clarion 25 years .worst experience ever .
Excellent
The engineer was on time and the job was done in no time. Very professional.
Absolutely fantastic the man we had was so polite and friendly please can we have him again
Robert heath has always sent experiences engineers who have always done an.excellent job there engineers are curtiios and reliable a really good company
Unaware of his visit but was professional and friendly . Got the gas survey done and checked the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms tested and all very quickly finished.
Perfect job i am happy with thanks
The guy who came was very unkempt, looked like he needed a good wash, he also didn't clean up after himself.
Boiler was done quick an efficient, an all back up an running properly, friendly service I give the 2 guys who attended my property earlier 5 stars
Waited until 2pm for a morning scheduled job called 2 times with very little adea from anyone if someone would still be coming ...looks like they are I was told. For the 2 guys to turn up tell me it disnt matter even if they did have a theristat for my radiator on the van they couldnt fit it???? Were not allowed. Were here to 'make safe ' thats all . This visit was booked in over a week ago, did not need making safe juat a new thermometer heat gage on side ??? I mean so guys said a new job would have to be opened now . But they wouldnt be the ones doing the job as theyd lost there contract !!! What a surprise !! What a total waste of time and money .
The immersion element in our Mixergy Cylinder failed at nine months old....disappointing but otherwise really love the Mixergy Technology and the energy/money saving on hot water. The plumber and electrician who installed the Mixergy kit were reluctant to investigate / diagnose the fault even with the telephone / video assistance of the excellent Mixergy Tech Support Team... Luckily, Mixergy Tech Support contacted Robert Heath Heating and asked them to visit us urgently.... Josh (Engineer ) was on site within 12 hours actually arriving at 21.30 to check that Mixergy's remote diagnosis of a defective immersion element was correct - he was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly also finding another unconnected minor defect in the P.V Diverter Module.. Mixergy Tech Support sent out the replacement items and Lee from Robert Heath was very prompt at fitting them, checking the entire system and restoring our hot water supply... Absolutely excellent experience with and customer service by Robert Heath Heating... Great staff, great communication, knowledgeable Engineers... I'll be asking about a service contract
Quick, responsive service.
Arrived at a good time work done without any problems
Very professional and carried out the service 1st class and very polite
I always find the operative that came to our home today very efficient, polite and genuine he is thorough with his work Thankyou
Bit annoying that didn't attend the 1st scheduled appointment & didn't get informed until 19.15pm that couldn't attend. Rescheduled appointment went well workee carried out all tests that previously had been skipped as said couldn't be done .
Electricians are not given shoe covers to enter properties which I found ridiculous and annual service appointment letter arrived 2 days before the appointment which was extremely short notice. Edited in reply to Robert Heath as I’d already phoned whilst the engineer was here: An embarrassing response from a professional company. If it is a health and safety concern for engineers to remove their shoes when entering a property then why not respect the cleanliness of the property by providing your staff with removable shoe covers as standard since this would be a matter of being professional? I have recently had a new light coloured carpet fitted and NO ONE who lives here wears shoes indoors! As for sending out an appointment letter 4 days ahead of an appointment, which arrived 2 days before then expecting someone to be home all day at such short notice is a joke! You rudely refer to me sarcastically as ‘Karen’ as if my review is unwarranted. I am autistic, suffer with physical health problems and OCD. The day your engineer called I was feeling extremely unwell as I had been for a few days so could have done without the stress. I’ve never once left a review before but due to the circumstances then felt others should be aware of what to expect if they in future decide to use your company, especially those that are disabled or who suffer with their mental health. Have a pleasant day, Karen
The engineer that came to my property to replace a new boiler was very professional, clean & did a super job 💪
Great service
The gas engineer who fitted the now boiler was very helpful and left no mess what a Lovely engineer don't get tradesmen like that these day please thank him for us he done a excellent job
Very good
The lady carried out heating was rude and very abrupt.
Excellent communication & the engineer responded the property
The engineer came in and did the work, no fuss
The agent was very polite and helpful
Lovely chap. Very efficient, polite, informative and considerate.
He was very good at he's job fixed everything and was a lovely person
The repair to my heating system, was carried out in a clean and very efficient manner. The two plumbers who attended my property, ID themselves and were friendly, polite, and helpful. Thank you.
I had rang and specifically asked to be on the 8-1, slot as I had other things to do, and had to ring at 1.30pm and had to wait over 15 minutes for the phone to be answered. I explained I had booked a am slot and no one had been and was told he was delayed and would be with me shortly. To which 10 minutes later he arrived. Very polite clean and tidy. Wasn't long either. K. EVANS
Both engineers who who visited on two different occasions were courteous and polite. They explained the task at hand. They also completed the task efficiently. I also got an alert once they were close by to inform me that they would be with me shortly. Which was lovely. No complaints Ps gave a 4* instead of 5 due to the fact they cancelled an appointment without informing me. All is forgiven.😉
Very polite
Engineer was efficient and helpful
10/10
Electrician and his apprentice polite and professional 👏👍
nice bloke on time great attitude superb.
Happy with electricity check today, pleasant and polite electricians
Was very patient found the problem was really good job
Kept me updated as when they would be calling exactly and when I was next. Friendly engineer and no mess at all.
The man today was very professional he was a man that actually knew his job the first person you sent to my flat really had no clue in what he was doing so the result was a disabled person as myself was left for over a week without any eating or water but the man today was a very professional knowledgeable person you need more of this
The gentleman who attended was both polite and diligent. Would have him visit any time for any further gas inspections.
Was here less than 10mins, even though it was a "critical landlord" safety check. I wasn't asked anything, eg: any issues, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarms. Not sure what he did do but I know it was bare minimum
They never arranged an appointment, just turned up out of the blue two times. Then got sent a letter threatening legal action. Never recommended a text, email or letter. Totally disorganised and aggressive with communication.
First of all, your technician did a really good job. He was polite, efficient and helpful in explaining what he had done and how the new boiler works. But, the appointment made by your office was for a week later on the 13th of August. This can be checked if you have recorded your own phone call to me on Monday the 4th. And then after the technician had finished the job, I received a text telling me that the technician was on his way to do the job that had just been completed. 5 stars for the technician.
Lovely friendly guy
Electrician carried out the safety check courteously
Verry good thanks you Piorr
You deserve -0 very poor service
Excellent work, completed to a high standard.Thankyou.
The response from Robert Heath Heating was very poor to take 24hrs to send an engineer to a call out to a vulnerable tenant shows total disregard of the needs elderly and vulnerable persons Please acknowledge receipt of this message from Jack Ball is
Very polite. Got things sorted for me which other gas engineers have failed to help with. So thank you
The agent was very polite he did his job well he cleaned up after his self and he put me a new smoke alarm in he was very helpful
Took a while to get the parts. But getting the correct engineer to do the job correct was more important. For about 10 years had problems with my radiators coming on. I have full faith this engineer has fixed it. Very polite and professional.
Yet again, great personable service. Paddy did a swift job and left no mess.
I have given 1 star for Robert Heath Ltd But I'd give 10 STARS to the engineer Penny a lovely South Arican lady.
Polite man, explained the job but also damaged my new worktops
Paddy was professional and clean and tidy and got the job done and it was an excellent job
The gas safe engineer that came to my house today is a lovely friendly man. He sorted my problem with my gas system easily and checked everything thoroughly. Very conscientious and I would willingly have him return at the next gas check Thank you

Really nice guy who turned up, very friendly and got the job done.
Robert health attended my property to carry out a gas safety check today. I always have constant hot water as this is my preference however I realise I no longer have hot water. I don’t know what the contractor did
While Tim the gas engineer was lovely Robert Heath do not provide enough notice for appointments and got the rearranged one with me wrong by sending the engineer in the morning rather than the afternoon as had been rebooked...
Young engineer attended . Most curtious and polite. Respected our home . No mess at all and was quick to repair fault . Highly recommend this company
Excellent engineer
Excellent service and prompt arrival.
Nice and polite and good work and complete job satisfaction
All foot this time and other man Monday turn off box up stairs and water in my bed room
I was very pleased with the way Anthony the engineer for the heating safety check conducted in his assessment. This I am saying because I have a lot of issues and he showed courtesy unlike the previous engineer. Thank you so much.
Really helpful contractor- id’s himself when he arrived, explained what he had to do, and said what he’d done on his departure. Explained a problem that we had with the thermostat that he rectified. Highly recommended.
Easy to book, responsive on WhatsApp, and friendly worker that came to the house
He was very nice and talked me through what he’s doing
5 star quick efficient work done and both guys who came were very pleasant. Left the kitchen tidy too
My experience was amazing great person engaged in conversation and made the whole interaction amazing and he was honestly super friendly and asked questions and explained certain things to me
The engineer Jamie from Robert Heath Heating Ltd contacted me to arrange an appointment to do an update on my Daikin air source pump. He arrived as planned and was very pleasant and did the upgrade within 30 minutes. All in all I was very satisfied with the service provided.
Gas check was completed by a polite Asian gent who happened to notice that our carbon monoxide alarm was out of date, with it being hard wired and a job for clarion he kindly fitted a new battery unit, he tidied up after himself too, good all round I'd say.
Quick and efficient 👍
Very respectful man

I opened my door this morning to a lovely smiling man from Robert Heath. He was so nice and polite and very helpful. I suffer with bad nerves and I'm elderly. So it was so nice to have such a polite young man who was so helpful. Thankyou Mrs. Jennifer Chapman.
Nice guy job well done, thanks.
The engineer was very polite and explained everything to me
Very polite , friendly and efficient, thanks!
Very polite engineer. Did the job he had to do and was friendly.
Contractor did nothing asked me to open cupboard to look at the meter. and he looked in and said that’s alright. Took cover off boiler then replaced it asked if I had any issues I said thermostat on the wall wasn’t working he said ok I will report that . pressure on the boiler is very low and still remains the same . . Then went wasn’t in my home for five mins . Previously my gas safety checks they have been really thorough but not today just seemed like he couldn’t wait to get out.
Three workers came and done a good job they were all friendly and changed both valves on my hall way radiator and done a clean job ,thanks lads 👍🏽
Did not like the threatening sticker on my door lock. Had no idea anyone was coming. How dare I be out!! Was told a letter had been sent, never received.. . 2nd equally threatening letter did arrive. Engineer been today in time stated. Customer service a big zero.
Been left with no heating and hot water for over a week. Was not offered any fans heaters as evenings are very cold. I have a to chase to get any communication or answers. I have lost my holiday booking this week. As kept being told someone was coming!!! Also lost money on day out at theme park as they decided to show up today. Only to stinky home out of smell of cigarettes. Use my toilet without asking and then stand at my front door to say they can't do the work as it's a two person job. Why was this not recorded when the first engineer came over a week ago. As they see no urgency and awful predicament still left in. I have to wait until next week for them to come back. Thank you for destroying and ruining my family half term!
Appalling customer service from the hr point . Don’t trust when they say your next or you have an appointment as they will change that and not tell you. They will also wake you and rebook an appointment first thing in the morning then cancel it within an hour . I would say avoid at all costs . The engineers are usually ok though .
Shockingly run company awful AVOID
Would have given no stars if possible. Awfully unorganized company, incompetent and rude engineers if and when they turn up. Complaints just ignored, reported to trading standards instead. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
I have a service booked in for tomorrow between 8-1 but was contacted earlier in the week to see if I could change it, which I couldn’t. As of 4pm the day before, I still don’t know if the service (which I have taken time off work for) is going ahead & neither do 2 of the customer service agents I have spoken to today. Terrible communication all round. Edited to add, it’s now the day after & after raising a complaint yesterday, I still have had no contact! And nobody has bothered to tell me when this service will be happening! Absolutely shocking service. Edited again to add it’s now been one month & I have still heard absolutely nothing & will be contacting the heating Ombudsman if this does not change.
out standing service, rang at 9am, they were here by 10am. and done the job straight away. 10/10. very polite and great to talk to.
Been having phone calls everyday from these people, I live in south wales and they don't even do work around here. I phoned them to say that they have the wrong number and they still continue to call me daily, I blocked the number and they leave me 2 voice mails a day! They have said they can't remove my number! Absolutely nightmare
Jop done by one visit, engineers are extremely skilled, sort my ch issue which some one couldn’t do it .. thank you RH
I don’t know if anyone could help or advise I have a house with orbit 3 children 2 of them disabled and a 2 years old We had a new boiler fitted just over 12 months ago with Robert heath heating 3 months later I paid to have hive active heating fitted ph jones came out and stated the boiler was not fitted correctly and on that I reported it to orbit where Robert heath came and fixed the issues On the 19th march 2025 Robert heath came out to do a gas safety check on the boiler and passed everything as ok last night there was a strong smell of gas in my 2 year olds bedroom where the boiler is located so we called cadent on the emergency number for gas leeks they have came out and isolated the boiler saying it’s unsafe I had a message from Robert heath at 00.21 saying someone would be out within the 24 hours emergency response time scale then I’ve rang them back to day and they have stated we didn’t process the report till 8.30 this morning so we have 24 hours from then and not when we had first reported it to orbit (landlord)
Richard Colby thank you for going out of your way at the last minute and explaining everything and quick response. I appreciate your time as the last urgent call response on a Friday. Thank you for your advice and professional service. You're an asset to Robert Heath heating. And to the customer service that updated me when a tech would arrive much appreciated. Claire
Due to have our boiler serviced today My fiancé took the day off of work to be in for this, I received a text saying we are next they will be here soon…great! Next, I receive a text saying no one is home?! Right? So I have called to see what is going on, the automated person said my appointment isn’t till later down the months so it’s already been rescheduled! Finally got through to someone, at this point I’m very concerned as I’ve got a repair tomorrow coming back to fit a part, and I’m thinking are they actually going to arrive as we currently have no heating and a baby under 1 year old at home! It had turned out he had been down my street but knocked two flats below to 62 as that’s the door the lady had described to me from the photo! The lady on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions, so I am very grateful to have gotten through to her!
Dreadful company to deal with.
I'm old age pensioner with complex health issues
Absolute disgrace of a company. Been left without hearing for 2 weeks and still not resolved the issue. When you phone up the staff are rude and arrogant and nobody is bothered by the fact my house has had no heating for such a long period of time. AVOID!!
Awful company !! Unaccomodating. Don’t know what they are doing, just make things worse, absolutely do not bother !!
Very unhappy with their service and engineers. After months of replacing wrong parts inside the boiler, they replaced it. The engineer left me with very dirty tiles that are now impossible to be cleaned due to all the pipes he installed. He also left the old flutecin the middle of the garden and it was never picked up. The work was accepted by their supervisor who came round following the installation. Sometime ago my gas meter went blank and BG engineers have come to replace it and when attended my property they were shocked. They left me with a paperwork and a sticker advising dangerous appliance as the flute hole wasn't sealed correctly and it left it at risk of carbon monoxide coming back to the property. Robert Heath sent an engineer that was unable to seal the hole due to his health and asked a member of my family to do it for him!!! I find this extremely unacceptable! The flute is still awaiting work and my gas inspection failed leaving me with a sticker on my boiler saying it is unsafe to use, yet the engineers keep telling me it is safe, so does my landlord. I don't understand how something can be safe and unsafe at the same time. It is all confusing and I don't know when the problem will be resolved. I had so many issues with them over the years, I have 0 trust in their service and their engineers.
The worst ever !!
I rent my house from broadacres who use Robert Heath and I tell you what there a set of wasters, 5 days my partner booked a morning off for them to fix my boiler that broadacres had damaged by power flushing the system and not once did they come when they said they was going to. I personally said ring me when the driver sets off and I'll leave my job that's a very busy job as I'm a mechanic and mot tester and they said no worries we will, I got no call and all I got was a text message to say you wasn't in! By this point with no central heating for two weeks and lies I lost it on the phone and they hung up on me. I therefore rang broadacres and said I'm getting someone I know to fix the boiler and they will foot the bill. See we're I go from here but Robert Heath will be step foot in this house again whilst I'm here and in future I'll use trades men I know
Never known a company like it bunch of cowboys
Repeatedly don’t show up during allotted appointment times, if at all. Then try to blame you for not being in. Take responsibility for your own actions
