Good response after telephone call for call out due to the boiler showing high pressure. Engineer arrived for an inspection within 2 days. Engineer quickly traced several faults and issued a warning notice. Estimate for replacement combi boiler arrived very quickly with good description of work to be carried out. Have used Stevenson Heating for more than 25 years and currently there is no need to change Stevenson Heating as the work by them has always been efficient.

We have been using this company for 47 yrs. They have always provided good service. The engineer phones ahead to say he is on his way. He offered good advice about our system which has made it work better for our needs.

I have used Stevensons for many years and until recently, I've always been pleased with their service. Very sorry to say that I've reluctantly changed my mind. The last time they came to service my boiler they didn't have the correct part, tried to charge me for repeated visits and haven't responded to my email. Their invoices don't say what these charges are for, so I'm unsure why they say I owe them more money. They failed to get the boiler working, recommended a new one but haven't provided an estimate for the work. The engineer also refused to replace some cladding that he removed unnecessarily, so the work is incomplete. Thoroughly disappointed and wouldn't recommend them any more.
Once date confirmed for installation of new boiler can't fault James working solo who went the extra mile every day. Kept me informed & put me at ease in what was quite a complex operation. The house has never been so warm. Thanks also to Dan for electrics & Jo, you make a great team.

Stevenson Heating Ltd- West Wickham Ordered 6 new radiators to replace existing and arranged installation a couple of months later. Was notified yesterday 2 fitters arriving today, early, to carry out work. Dan & James arrived promptly at 0800hrs and got to work, were very clean and tidy and friendly. The 6 radiators were removed and the new ones installed quickly, efficiently and to our total satisfaction. Made sure all were working, including connection to Hive, and left everything clean & tidy. A great couple of guys, they also gave us some great advice. A great company to do business with

The staff at this company are professional helpful and more importantly carried out the installation of a new boiler in my home with care ,very tidy and worked solidly all day . I would highly recommend them for all the above reasons plus the prices were very reasonable.

Engineer arrived early in morning, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fix it then as it needs new parts, But I was left with heating on for the day, though I know it won't come on again in the next days. Annual service of our gas CH boiler. Courteous and efficient. Advice on other jobs for which I requested estimates. Last year Stevenson did more significant work on boiler controls and pump which was very satisfactory. This was their first work for us. I will be happy to continue to call upon them. It is reassuring to have a reliable firm.

Just had a new boiler installation the 2 engineers James and Dan, we're very professional and prompt. The admin staff were the same. I am so pleased I chose Stevensons a very professional and local company
I asked Stevensons to repair the boiler in my flat due to no hot water. After 6 months, 2 replacement parts and bills for nearly £1000, I was then told I needed a new boiler. I then got a second opinion from a different company. This engineer arrived, diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes as a blocked filter. The repair took less than an hour. I have emailed Stevensons demanding a full refund, sending them a video of the filter being removed and proving that this was the issue all along. They have not replied.

Boiler service carried out very efficiently, and good advice from the engineer on most economic way to run the heating system.
We used Stevensons to install a new boiler and radiators in 2019, and subsequently a new boiler at my mothers house. They are never anything short of remarkable with their customer service, and even now, almost 5 years later, they continue go the extra mile again to help me gather all my old installation and service records required for the sale of my house. Needless to say, we're not moving far, so Stevensons will be our unquestionable choice for the annual service of the boiler in the new house.

I contacted this company under recomendation, to undertake 2 jobs at my parents house in South London. My parents both suffer with dementia and need care support and not financially well off. As a result of things went wrong from the start, whilst not made good and just shoddy. Needless to say no response to requests for help & after 3 months of this, there was little option left. But to get another company to then rip every thing out, with additonal cost of £9000 to make things workable, and more importantly ensure the well being of two vulnerable old folk. A year on. No call or apology. I am not impressed!
imagine leaving hospitlal on Thursday13 Jan with temperature descending to -2C. Want nice warm house to lie down. Notice temp falling in evening, -radiators cold. Panic - on to Stevensons Friday,, engineer visit Friday, part and engineer secured for Sat., and by 1030 all well and warming up. Difficult to think of a tougher test for Stevensons - we are long term even more satisfied customers! Well done Stevensons!!.
Central heating would not work on Christmas Day in the morning! Called Sanderson at 10.08 on their first day back at work and was offered a visit for the following morning, possibly their first of the day. And behold! At 8.02 the doorbell rang and a pleasant and obviously competent young chap whipped the boiler case off, located a failed motorised valve and replaced it with new one. Job done in less than 30 mins. We were really pleased and grateful for such a speedy response ☺ many thanks!

Stephenson Heating installed my Worcester Bosch system over 10 years ago and have serviced it annually. I am very pleased with both the Boiler and the great service they have provided me with over the years. They are always responsive and attend the service appointments on time.
Excellent service!!thought our gas heater had come off the wall but it hasn't but the engineer fixed our polit which was brilliant and told us the past history of the gas heater as his dad had been coming to the same property for years and now he comes here and we are related to the previous owner so the service is amazing and they sent someone who kinder knows the heater. He was professional and extremely polite didnt catch his name but he was a lovely.

I have used these guys for a lot of years now. They installed my boiler, and have serviced it annually since. Recently had a problem with my pump and they apologised that the earliest they could send anyone out was the day after tomorrow!! It was fixed the next week. Always clean and tidy. Highly recommend them

Having had stressful, costly and lengthy interactions with British Gas and Aspect in London earlier this year, I went to Stevenson Heating who was recommended by a family member for a boiler replacement. I'm happy to say they were really faultless in their service - good communications, really pleasant people, a competitive price, hard working and happy to explain the process. The electrician who installed the thermostat even kindly used his multimeter to test a socket that we were having problems with which was unrelated to the job. We'll be sticking with Stevenson Heating for future needs.

Stevenson heating came round to quote on a job I described thoroughly over the phone but alas I still have not heard back from them. I do not appreciate my time being wasted especially when I asked both prior to their visit and at the time whether this job was something they could / couldn’t do. Do yourself a favour. If you need to take time off work in order to have people quote at your house, then DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE GUYS
Stevenson’s have left my mum with no hot water for 5 days and counting after doing a routine service on my mums boiler (non-combi). A Stevenson’s heating engineer deemed the boiler unsafe because of a carbon monoxide leak (which we understand is dangerous and are more than happy to have mended) and also initially because they believed an air vent was needed in the boiler door. My mum has had more than numerous heating engineers round to see this particular boiler for annual servicing many of them being Stevenson and none of them have ever mentioned this. a few days later the engineer then added another issue to his report which was the fact the air bricks in the roof are not wide apart enough despite the fact that every other house in the road is the same. The engineer said that the only way to fix this is to have scaffolding on the house (we only need scaffolding on the house because the engineer doesn’t need like heights!!! ). The boiler is 20 years old so it’s obviously not wise to be spending this amount of money on a 20 year old boiler but despite this the only way we can have any heating or hot water. Stevenson’s are refusing to sort the carbon monoxide issue out as a temporary fix whilst my mum decides whether to get a new boiler or to spend money on the old one and this has meant my eldery relatives who were due to stay for the weekend haven’t been able to. if i could give stevenson’s no stars i would.
This company didn't carry out the work the they were contracted to do and furthermore they then damaged other parts of the house. I will not be using them again and will be looking at small claims court claim against them
