Bill Wrighting has been servicing my boiler for 8 years. Before that, he worked on my previous property and installed a wet room. I can honestly say that I have never met anyone so polite, kind, and dedicated to his work and the service he provides. If I could get him to do everything in my house, I would. During a recent bathroom installation, I tried to bribe him double-pay to do it for me because I didn’t want anyone else. Sadly, he now only works with boilers/gas. He is the only person I implicitly trust to do any work for me. If there is anything you need that’s boiler-related, DO NOT HESITATE to call Bill. The man is an absolute marvel.

Used for a boiler service after I was let down by another company. Easy to deal with and seemed to know his trade very well. Very quickly god rid of a noise that the boiler had picked up over the last couple of weeks which he didn't have to do. Would happily use again!
Excellent work, repaired boiler promptly, for less than original estimate. Bill had already purchased a part which appeared to have failed, but actually it didn't need replacing so he just charged for labour and new seals.
Had a fault with our boiler. They provided advice over the phone to get the boiler working temporarily (so we had hot water) and came out the next day. Fault quickly diagnosed and part ordered. Phoned next day to confirm we were available for the part to be fitted. Job done, no hassle, no fuss, no stress. They were friendly, professional and left the place spotless. I thank you.
