Jon recently refurbished two bathrooms, along with various other small jobs. Having employed many contractors during my career Jon is in the top echelon. Not only is the work and planning of excellent quality, his communication skills enhance the whole project. A pleasure to recommend him. The cost of the work was reasonable and within budget.
This is the third time I've used Jon / JSC Serviced and happy as Larry everytime. 1st was for a staircase fix, 2nd was for a toilet fix and 3rd was for an electrical issue. Great service & more than happy with the cost. Top man. Highly recommended 👍
Excellent service! Very friendly and understanding, Provides a wide range of services around the home, ideal for me as I am disabled and often need just a guy to do a few odd jobs. No job seems to be too small. Very reasonably priced and even provided a discount on one job after the quote, very honest. My flat roof drain blocked and Jon came out the next day, very simple job but I can't climb a ladder. It was a 5min job and he didn't charge me a penny as it was on his way home anyway! Highly recommend!

Jon has been an absolute legend! Whenever we have had to call him out, his response has been prompt, timely and super efficient. I found Jon on a Google search after fruitless attempts to find a Winchester based tradesperson to help with a wall that needed remedial work. Jon is a pleasure to deal with, he responded quickly, came to look at the job and was honest about what he could do to preserve the wall. The price was very fair and the workmanship very high standard, clean and tidy. Only yesterday Ion came back to sort out an outside covered area, replacing the sheeting (which he did a lot of research to source) and fitting a new outside light. Again, very high standard of workmanship and very fairly priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and will definitely be in touch when we have other work to be done. I don’t generally rate tradespeople (even though I am a daughter of a builder) as have been let down a lot but Jon is absolutely an exception.
I could not have asked for a more trustworthy and skilled workman. The jobs he did for me which included fixing my en-suite bathroom and remastic the shower. Fit a new ceramic sink in the kitchen with taps and sand wooden worktops and re-oil. Reset front door so the mortise lock would work due to door bowing. Install two new parking bollards in my parking spaces. There is more work I have now booked in for JSC and will continue to use them and I have already recommended him to friends. Totally recommend Jon without hesitation , a very helpful and honest person.
I used Jon at JSC services to refurbish my kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. I had a budget but Jon sourced materials, installed and decorated leaving me with the result I had envisioned. Jon is professional, skilled, reliable and made the whole process easy, going above and beyond. Highly recommended. UPDATE 09/2025 Jon has since renovated my bathroom, transforming it to a beautiful bathroom. He also replaced all the fencing in my garden and has carried out various house maintenance. He is an absolute professional and so talented at his trades. Thank goodness I found a reliable tradesman I can trust. Highly recommended.

What can I say? An absolute gem of a contractor. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, fairly priced, communicative, I could go on and on. His experience really shows when recommending remedial works. Jon was actually able to rectify and repair a leak for an amazing price, that a plumber was previously unable to fix despite charging me 100s. We asked Jon to replace a faulty integrated washer dryer. Jon recommended a specific washer dryer that wasn’t fully compatible with our integrated kitchen’s setup. He connected the washer dryer and left without fitting the integrated kitchen’s cabinet door. We now have a cabinet door lying around in the kitchen. I was ghosted every time I called and texted. In my experience Jon wasn’t reliable nor professional. I’m very disappointed as I always addressed Jon with respect. Update after owner’s response: This review is 100% genuine. I recommend that Jon gets in touch to rectify his mistake and apologise for leaving with the job half done and ghosting my attempts to get in touch.

Jon has been helping us with a wide variety of issues around the home since we first met him and his lovely dog Fly after a personal recommendation back in 2018. Jon is multi-talented and hugely experienced. He is the first person we reach out to fix any problems in any of our properties and is always extremely professional, courteous and on time. He has always been trustworthy, honest and fair when dealing with elderly relatives too and takes personal care and pride with every job. Would give him 6 stars if we could!

jon came to-day, he did some jobs for me and little things that needed doing, i am 77years old and a trades man who is as good as jon, he is worth his weight in gold, can,t recommend him enough.
Today I had some work done by Jon. Just to say he was very polite and the work he did was great. Jon cleaned up any mess and left everything clean and tidy. I would definatly recommend him. I will definatly have him back to do my plumbing and electrical jobs. Highly recommended
Jon was brilliant, he bent over backwards to try to get us a tank so we wouldn't be without hot water over Christmas. He then chased the manufacturer to get one made urgently and installed it on the same day as delivery. He is diligent and always leaves his work area clean before leaving. If I could leave no stars, I would!! Due to being a wheelchair user I needed the help of a handyman to mount my tv so then when I am home alone I can turn on my tv. I contacted Jsc for help. He said that they can come Friday in the afternoon (no rough time given which was fine as I was to be home all day). At 10:46am I recieved a text to tell me they were out side. I was unfortunately asleep, having M.S I do stay in bed until late morning. My phone is put on silent jntil i wake up to allow me peace. I was not expecting them in the morning (for some reason no knock on the door or ring of door bell to wake me to let them in). I messaged to ask whether I would still be receiving a visit from them in the afternoon like they had said only to be told 'sorry, but I am miles away'. The company is clearly not disabled friendly!! Avoid!! First time writing a review, but this is awful behaviour of a business EDIT. Rude reply in regards to not informing Jsc of my M.S (don't particularly wish to tell all of my illness) we would have been 'singing from the same hyme sheet' and they wouldn't have turned up at the wrong time. Apparently were unable to find door entry system on back door?! Love how this is my (the customers) fault.... professional

Jon arrived on time with all equipment and tools needed. He installed a log burner to our end terrace house and put in a plinth and tiles behind the fire. He also moved a power point and installed a new set of kitchen taps that he obtained for us. In addition, he sorted a leaking radiator in the bathroom and gave us advice on some issues we had concerns about, which we will be calling him back to sort out in the future. Jon was helpful, very tidy and did a wonderful job. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and would feel happy to trust him in our home if we were not able to be present.
Jon helped sort a bodged repair job from another plumber, initially fixing a leak and later coming back to replace the problem parts and apply sealent around the toilet. He was freindly and really helpful in explaining what was wrong with the old parts and how to maintain the toilet moving forwards
So glad we were recommended Jon , he is a lovely , kind hearted , caring man who would do anything to help anyone. He has gone out of his way to squeeze us in on installing our electric cooker when we first moved in to our new home , moved sockets and installed extra new ones in kitchen , re-tiled the kitchen on moving sockets, installed a cooker hood, storage heater in lounge and electric towel radiator in bathroom , even assembled a kitchen cupboard and put it up on the wall for us. Always turns up when he says he will, never let us down, very trustworthy and will be asking him to come back to do a few more jobs when needed … would highly recommend Jon , lovely man , thank you for all you have done

I am so glad I 'found' Jon. Jon fitted new taps in our bathroom yesterday. He arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. The job was completed to a very high standard and surpassed our expectations. Jon is willing to go the extra mile and addressed an issue with us being unable to turn off the water supply at the same time as fitting the new taps.
