The staff here are amazing , they look after my Mum so well. She is happy and well cared for, she really enjoys the entertainment too. There is a warm friendly welcoming environment. Thank you to you all, you do such a great job .x
The staff at Parkside were so amazing to my Grandma in her final weeks, my Grandpa is so grateful to all of the team for their kindness and excellent care. Thank you!!
Avoid this Parkside Nursing Home, Banstead at all costs. The building is decrepid and the gardens are filthy. The owners purely run the home (and Bridge House Care Centre in Wallington) for profit. Residents are left in bed all day and are not showered or bathed as the facilities have been broken for at least 15 months. The care reporting for residents is non-existent as the staff are unable to write in English. The home continue to fail CQC standards and it can only be a matter of time until it is closed for good.
Amazing Care Home, I can’t praise these staff enough, my poor mother was at end of life, and they cared for her 100%, Dave and all the staff are brilliant, I moved my mum from one home in Sutton to this home, they are all so lovely and caring Thank you so much for making my mum so comfortable.
My wife was admitted yesterday and I will visit at13.00 today. Too early to comment.
Provided wonderful caring end of life care for my Mum. Considerate and caring in difficult circumstances. We will be forever grateful.
