This is honestly a terrible service. They never have the medication and your left waiting for a long time even if you go shopping while they process the medication your still waiting upon return. . Ordered medicine turns up late and they don't answer calls .The best day is Saturday when the normal staff are not there
Having been to two chemist shops in Banstead to look for a specific item that I needed, I was beginning to lose hope that I’d ever find it, but I was successful in Pearl Chemist. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by David, the locum pharmacist. He instantly knew what I needed and found it for me. He actively listened while I discussed my specific issues with him, and was kind, gentle and empathetic, which I really appreciated. His colleague was also lovely and helpful, helping other customers while David served me. I left the chemist feeling very satisfied and happy with my experience. Thank you to David. He’s an asset to Pearl Chemist.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Came in for a rash and was given a cream that was suited to me and it cleared it up quickly. Pharmacy was clean and organised. Great service!

Dreadful service great when it was Lloyd's but I've actually had to change pharnacy now due to the consistent failute to deliver meds to mum. Wondered whether it was all pharmacies but no had a full delivery today for a prescription sent less than 24 hours earlier for the same item that took 3-4 calls chasing plus a 48 hour wait from here
Efficient & friendly service. Ian, the manager, is always happy to advise on health matters and is also qualified to dispense certain prescription drugs. He’s extremely experienced & totally trustworthy.
Always super friendly and helpful staff, you can tell they genuinely care and want to help. Also super speedy with repeat prescriptions (which when going through my doctors can take triple the time). Highly recommend.
I cancelled my repeat prescription order from Boots in Banstead as have experianced late delivery over the past four months, and not answering the Pharmacy phone for days on end, this month I had again to phone to find out why my prescription was five days late, Boots told me they had delivered the request on the 18th of April, I phone the clinic who advised me they had nor received the repeat request from Boots, that's when I gave up on Boots. Contacted Lloyds Banstead to take over my order, found staff very helpfull and after contacting my clinic for my details, even collected my overdue prescription from Boots and delivered it to me the same day. If that is the standard of service from Lloyds Pharmacy I am very glad I changed. Thank you Lloyds.

I started using this pharmacy in order to support local businesses, used to be very good but lately has become very poor, lost my partners prescriptions last month and my repeat prescription that was handed to them on my last visit this month. I have taken my business elsewhere, partner due to follow.
Needed some jabs for China and was given sound advice and served very quickly by a highly professional and well qualified pharmacist. Great advice and excellent value. Thank you.
