Glass Supplies - Tunbridge Wells

Dealing with it privately.

Very easy to deal with. Quick quote and job well done

Very friendly and helpful staff. Window measured and fitted quickly. Great price. Would definitely use again

From start to finish, a great experience with Glass Supplies. Getting a quote was easy and the staff were very responsive. Arranging a time to fit our new windows was easy and quick, and the technician was friendly and efficient. Would recommend for all your glass needs!

Excellent service, prompt and helpful.

Prompt and efficient service. Gearbox on faulty window removed and reinstalled satisfactorily.

I am absolutely thrilled with my glass Balustrade for my staircase. The whole process was done in a professional manner, with excellent attention to detail and competitive pricing for the best quality glass. I highly recommend i am absolutely thrilled with it 😊

Excellent service, superb finish. Lovely glass balustrade. Would definitely recommend using this local company.

After trying a very local window company to come along and assess a service package along with x2 replacement of blown glass units to no avail - not replying to emails. I ventured into the internet once more and found Glass Supplies in Tunbridge Wells. A quick email was sent to ask if interested or if work was appropriate which was answered very swiftly by Tracey, followed by a phone call to book an on-site inspection at a convenient date for both parties. Grant came and assessed - honest discussion was had about the work leading me for opting to carry out some small cleaning duties and lubricating which would save Glass Supplies time and us money. Appointment booked for on-site work where Lee attended, we had a chat and a walkthrough to reassess and confirm what was on his list to complete. Very respectful in his delivery and manner. All work completed with no hiccups and plenty of good communication throughout. Would use again at the drop of a hat, thank you all.

Used many times..always perfect service. On this occasion came to our new home to fixed an old worn out gear mechanism inside the door lock...knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it to be working perfectly again. Very happy customer 😊

We had Grant come over for a design visit to recommended what would work well in our space. Well worth it as we had some ideas but wanted a professional opinion. Communication via email to arrange dates and receive the design quote with Tracey was great, she was fast to respond and provided all the info we needed. On the day Grant did an amazing job, really skilled and efficient. We love the outcome of the custom glass shower enclosure in our en-suite, highly recommend and will be in touch again to do our downstairs bathroom in the future!

Excellent service, on time , clean and we're very pleased with the result. we saw this company working elsewhere and asked him to pop in, having ,already, been told the job was impossible. All done a very happy customer :)

Made the call and Grant turned up a few days later, everything was handled very professionaly and the front door shuts perfectly.

If I could I would give this company 10 stars, they have been absolutely fabulous, I had a broken panel in my shaped conservatory roof and they were the only company that went to extreme lengths to get it sorted, no one else would go to the bother, they came, measured up made the section, and the actual replacement took about an hour, everything was clean and tidy when they left, I cannot praise them highly enough, thank you to all of the staff involved, I will definitely use them again,

Good service, quality products, fine craftsmanship at reasonable prices. What more could you want?

Replaced a broken double glazed pane and repaired the job of someone else who had renovated it badly. Great service and good communication

From first contact to the finished job these guys were fantastic. Just quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

I had a sash window which wouldn’t stay up and another had smashed. They came round, measured up, got the parts and came back to fit. All work was to a high standard and with a very friendly attitude. I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

Fantastic service, very punctual and the glass replaced looked perfect. Very clean workman.

Great service - quick to quote and gave a detailed evaluation of the job (refitting a loose window frame that had been bodged by previous builders) and completed it to a great standard.

My wife popped in to get some replacement glass for a picture frame. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Great service and value for money. Thank you.

Ordered replacement sealed unit double glazing . Glass Supplies provided a prompt service and installed the units effectively. Installer was professional and courteous. Resolved one issue without any question. Would definitely use again.

Great fast service replacing 4 of my leaking double glazed units. Extremely competitive price, very polite workmen and all carried out exactly as stated with no mess at all. Your measuring chap and fitter were both extremely polite and a real credit to your team.

Glass Supplies on Beltring Rd in St Johns have just completed 2 beautiful stained glass panels for our front door. We gave Grant a design, they created a template and Lee skilfully created the panels. Glass Supplies were professional and efficient to deal with and Lee came and fitted the glass ensuring that everything was done properly. We've had so many comments from passers by and neighbours and it looks really lovely. Thank you to all the team at Glass Supplies particularly Lee. We would thoroughly recommend you.

We have used Glass Supplies many times over the forty years we have lived in this house. On every occasion we have experienced nothing but efficient, friendly, proficient first class work. We would highly recommend them.

Been using their services for many years now and always very reasonable, prompt, and courteous. I also love popping in for my glass supplies as the counter area is very “old timey”, and I briefly get to imagine what life would have been like in the early 20th century. Can’t recommend enough 😊

Quick, accurate and great customer service.

Fitter made good recommendations at the site survey and when he came to fit the shower glass he was very polite, tidy and cleaned up properly afterwards. The price was very competitive and the product was first class. The company took on my job even though it was outside their normal trading area. No hesitation in giving them a highly recommended service

We had Grant give us a quote for replacing some of our glass in our windows as the seals had gone and we replaced glass in our front door to frosted. Grant came out promptly and then sent quote by post. The quote was very reasonable for the amount that needed doing. We agreed the quote was satisfactory and we paid a deposit. The glass was then ordered and we were very pleased the booking in of job was less than 2 weeks. Lee the tradesman came and fitted the new glass in less time than expected. He was polite and very knowledgable when I asked any questions. He was very professional and tidied up everywhere leaving on mess behind him. We can highly recommend Grant and his team. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We had some bevel edged mirrors fitted to a wardrobe door. It has beautifully finished off this piece of furniture. Glass supplies are a friendly company and super efficient to deal with.

We needed two bespoke shower screens, one of which was particularly tricky, and Glass Supplies carried out a fantastic job from start to finish. Grant was so knowledgeable, professional, helpful and punctual and we are delighted with the end product. We would highly recommend Glass Supplies, a family run company, which clearly takes pride in providing an excellent all round service.

Glass Supplies replaced our windows and front door and we were incredibly impressed with the service. The team installing them were great and we love the windows and door - they have made a huge difference to the house. Highly recommend

The chap (Cyril) that previously made me some leaded units had sadly passed away and I was a little apprehensive to have some more made but the units they made recently were brilliant, absolutely first class workmanship! It’s great to see the company still producing excellent work. I’m from Maidstone and have local glazing companies close to me but I wouldn’t hesitate in traveling to Glass supplies to guarantee exceptional service!

Grant and his team are absolutely outstanding. Great service, great value and incredibly nice blokes as well. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are very busy but always find the time to get back to you.

We chose a local company to make a bespoke shower screen and couldn’t be more delighted with the quality of the finished item. We highly recommend if you are looking for a professional service, offering competitively priced high quality products. Not only were they true to their word on delivery, but they are also really nice people to deal with. Look no further for all your glass needs!

Fantastic service, very friendly

Amazingly professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Love my new front door stain glass door and antique mirror supplied and fitted for a custom kitchen unit. Highly recommend.

Glass Supplies replaced 16 double glazed units for us, that had blown. The service and finish was excellent, and the price very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

After a clumsy cat knocked my sons Gold Trophy off the shelf. I was hunting for a repearer. I was recommended Grant at Glass Supplies. I took the Glass Trophy along and was told it was possible to repear it. They took it from me and I waited for a call. When I collected it I was on my way to pick my son up from Work. Funny thing is when I gave him the Trophy he asked where I had had it reapered. I told him and he said O I know Grant he brought a car from us. I can highly recommend asking for help to reaper another item if need be.

They quickly cut the glass on the spot at a reasonable price.

Top rate old fashioned service

We have used Glass Supplies for over 14 years now. If you need a specialist glazier in the Tunbridge Wells area we can highly recommend this family run firm. They offer a fantastic range of different glass at very reasonable prices but the thing that really sets them apart is their expert knowledge, professionalism and above all their brilliant level of customer service which is second to none! We went into your show room and was seen by a very nice young man called Trevor he could not have been more helpful he said as we left if there was anything else that he could help with do not hesitate to contact him .

Great service from start to finish ! I needed a double glazed unit in a wooden sash window replaced. Glass supplies came out at the time they said ,took the sash out and back to the workshop to install the new unit . They returned later that afternoon and put it back into the window frame . A retouch with paint was all that was needed so clean was the job . Thankyou

We have used Glass Supplies in Tunbridge Years as long as I can remember. From the year when I was obsessed with having bespoke glass shelves everywhere, to replacement windows and antique mirrors these guys always deliver. They are friendly, know what they are talking about and give brilliant advice and suggestions. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Very professional approach , realistic pricing, thorough survey, well managed job. Highly recommend!

Replaced several glass panels in our office earlier today. The service was amazing and the gentleman who did the fitting was a perfectionist, which was a nice bonus. Many thanks!

Superb service as always. No job too large or small. You would not know our double glazed, leaded windows had been replaced. Cannot recomend Glass Supplies enough

Really please with the service. Super affordable, very fast and easy to communicate with. Its made such a difference to our home.

A really friendly and efficient service and we were very pleased that our window could be repaired instead of the cost of replacement. We would definitely use glass supplies again

Excellent polite service 👍

Grant and the team extremely helpful, quick and efficient. Have used in the past so didn’t hesitate in using again and will always use in the future. Would definitely recommend.

One of our hobbies is our home. We could not have asked for a better supplier in terms of not only salvaging a fabulous piece but then having the foresight and skill to match it to our requirements. Grant kept us appraised of the work going on - expertly curated and done. The final fitting was completed and the result is of the highest credit to Glass Supplies, to Grant and team. I could not recommend more highly. Nice people, great at what they do, superb end product in keeping with what was required and a fabulous enhancement to our home. Mario Beneventi

A massive thank you to Trevor for the two little jobs he did for me. Replaced the glass piece in my wooden jewellery box and replaced the glass on an old painting of my Mum’s. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable prices. I received a great service from Trevor in Tunbridge Wells today who understood my Glass requirements and answered my queries professionally. Will recommend Glass Supplies.

A panel on our bifold doors shattered before Xmas - Glass Supplies were the only company who told us it might be possible to get it fixed before the 25th. And they delivered! Repaired it perfectly and very swiftly with two days to spare. Will definitely use again.

Just had 9 double glazed panes replaced, cannot fault anything from estimate, price and execution. First class service from a highly reliable and reputable company. John

Tunbridge Wells is very fortunate to have Glass Supplies in town. They can do almost anything involving glass be it a replace a roof light, install or repair glass balustrading to name two tasks they provided for us...and do so both competently and at a reasonable price.

Greta local glass shop. Got a double glazed window re glazed for just under £100

Picture glass repaired and picture put back together. Great service. Thank you.

We have used Glass Supplies for multiple windows and also for a bespoke attic eaves shower door and screen. The level of customer service has been excellent and Grant who has been on each of our projects from start to finish has been amazing. He has been helpful, informative and punctual. Would highly recommend the company.

I can highly recommend Glass Supplies, they were so friendly, helpful and professional. My French door window had blown along with the lock breaking and both were replaced without any trouble or inconvenience.

Used them for a PVC double glazed door and window, older lead patterned double glazed unit and other modern glazed replacements. Always quick, efficient and priced reasonably. Thanks!

Just a small replacement job this time but once again superb service. I have had both business and personal dealings with Glass Supplies over many years and found them always to be professional, attentive, knowledgeable and trustworthy to both my clients and myself. I would totally recommend them.

Collected two frames earlier and have just unpacked them (they were very well wrapped for protection). Glass has replaced and photos put back in place and one of the frames, the chain supporting it had snapped and they very kindly fixed that as well. Staff at the shop were very welcoming. All in all great service for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much.

Grant and the team are fantastic. Customer service is first class and the advice is top draw.

Very satisfied, very pleasant and professional workmen and staff

Helpful, adaptable, good value. Recommended. A friendly local business.

Glass supplies is the best glass company in tbe Tunbridge Wells area, they have expert knowledge, deliver promptly, are friendly. My historic lamp business relies on them

Excellent service from assistance with choosing glass type to replace panels in our front door .. to fitting .. all left clean and tidy! Looks lovely and I’m delighted ! Thankyou !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- Sadly, they supplied incorrect piece, took a month to replace -Then the builder collected a panel of strengthened glass ( together into a rubber end) from this company and was horrified to gain it without any safety covering or protection to allow it to be stored against a wall etc. The end is a sealed rubber and looks to the Average person that it could clearly be placed on a floor! But the piece then shattered and when this point was raised with this company they laughed rudely. The treatment was so bad that I had to video it as I was unable to believe this behavior. When asked if they feel that it is not their responsibility to inform, or protect customers ( cover the end of the piece with polystyrene for instance) to safely allow the glass to be stored temporarily whilst the glazier / builder installs. They say no. This is a clear evidence of a company that tries to belittle people - woman and I strongly suggest that you do not use. Money gone.

As always Grant was quick, efficient and did an excellent job

Glass Supplies did a fantastic job on 2 window panes and our front door. The reeded glass looks amazing. The team that put it in were great, as was the guy that came back to finish the beading. Great job, will use again!

Fantastic service from start to end. I call them, was given an fair quote, came out a few hours later. Window was fixed. Would highly recommend.

Great work - I had two replacement window panels recently, and the quoting and instalment process was very professional and friendly throughout. Very grateful, and highly recommended.

I had a kitchen splash back fitted and from the first phone call to it being fitted the service from everyone I dealt with was first class. Polite, professional and prompt I would not use another company. I would highly recommend Glass Supplies.

Excellent, prompt service at very competitive rate. highly recommended ...

Great service from beginning to end, would recommend

Thanks to Glass Supplies for measuring, sourcing and fitting a tricky glass screen for our dormer shower. They did a great job When it came to fitting the glass they found that the work was easier than they'd expected and reduced the price accordingly. We'll use them again and would recommend to others.

Great local small business, knowledgeable helpful and cheerful staff who take a pride in their work.

Absolutely fantastic. The customer service is 2nd to none. Prices are really good. Totally recommend!!

Personally I have found them very rude and unhelpful, even when the errors (no safety restrictors on 2nd floor window, broke our antique jug, wrong window ordered and they smashed neighbour's window, with a flying shard) were entirely their fault.

Fantastic glass supplier! Competitive prices, friendly and helpful staff. I now won't go anywhere else for glass.

Briliant

Great company. Always happy to help and great service.

Popped in here for a small piece of glass for a lamp shade, not expecting it possible. They did it there and then, charged me next to nothing and all with a happy to help greeting. Highly reccomended.

Grant and his team are absolutely outstanding! Always professional and the quality of their work is just incredible! Had some mirrors fitted and a few pieces of glass installed and the work is unmatched! They are punctual, professional, brilliant and don’t charge these exorbitant rates! Highly recommended
