Sheffield Glass Co Ltd

I can't praise Sheffield Glass highly enough. The turnaround from enquiry to quotation was very quick and the work completed exactly when promised. It's so reassuring to deal with a company with integrity, where customers are clearly valued. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sheffield Glass. A great customer experience - thank you!

Great service! Very fast and easy to deal with. They replaced a double glazed unit for me and I’m really happy with the whole process.

Great service and great friendly lads thanks again.

Really friendly staff and very helpful

Very positive experience from start to finish. Work entailed replacing some blown double glazing units in timber framed windows. Punctual and professional from measuring through quotation, fitting and clearing up. Sensible prices, too. Thanks fellas.

Fab service quick too

Great service - very professional and helpful.

Would absolutely use this company again. Extremely competitive price. Excellent communication. Super helpful. Can't find fault at all.

Took a mirror that I thought couldn't be repaired but Sheffield Glass sorted out the mirror no problem and no charge so I'm able to use it when I was ready to throw it in the bin. Can't thank them enough and will always use Sheffield Glass for all my mirror & glass in the future.

Fantastic experience with Sheffield Glass Co. They handled a mix of blown windows and specialist single-glaze leaded pieces for my home. Being in a conservation area, I needed the work to be spot on, and they delivered, finding a pretty spot-on match for glass that was over 100-years old. They also left me with the original hand-painted number from the fanlight that they replaced, which was a nice touch. Very professional team and excellent communication throughout the whole process. Great guys, I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service! Sheffield Glass cut me a small piece of glass, when I got home I realised I had given them the wrong measurements. I went back to see them and asked for them to cut me a replacement piece that was slightly bigger, they did this whilst I waited. I asked how much I owed them and they said it was free of charge *****

We would like to highly recommend this company. We have used them several times for window replacements and on EVERY occasion they have reacted quickly, professionally and carried the process through to completion while keeping us and our clients informed. Can’t thank them enough! Sheffield Glass Co 🤝 Oakbrook Services ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super reliable, fast and polite. Highly recommend!

Very helpful, excellent service. Highly recommend!

Good quality and price. Nice customer service 👌 👍. Thanks

Really good service provided from Sheffield Glass. We received a competitive quote by email for several double glazed panes to be replaced. They came to confirm the measurements later that week and fitted them the following week very efficiently. Would recommend.

Just popped in to collect a small job from our local service glazier. Dave was super helpful and full of beans, even though it was his first day back to work after his summer holidays. Dave has 41 years experience, his up to date knowledge really paid off too! I got exactly what I needed and a happy smile to boot. Well done Dave.. you’re a Star !

Great service from start to finish. The fitter was excellent.

Good glass company used for glass supply, great prices, 100% recommend

We have been using sheffield glass for the past 10 years, Always great service and a pleasure to deal with!

Amazing

Really good experience from start to finish. Ben was so helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and explained loads of things I hadn’t even considered. I only wanted the units, not the frames, and Ben sorted everything straight away. They were made up and delivered within about two weeks, very quick either way. The lad who delivered them (sorry, I’ve forgotten his name) was polite and helpful. He put all 17 units in the garage, just where I’d asked. The units are great quality and have completely transformed the look of my house. Really good price too compared to other places I looked. I’ll definitely use Sheffield Glass again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Great company. Helpful, pleasant staff. Quickly ascertained my requirements over the phone, gave a competitive quotation. They measured up on-site and subsequently installed 7 replacement double glazing sealed units in my kitchen and conservatory in less than 2 hours. Lovely job and they tidied up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Sheffield Glass replaced three misted double glazing panes. They are punctual, truthful, accurate, tidy, efficient and reasonably priced - highly recommended

Another excellent job done for us - replacing some large Victorian window panes. Initial measuring and quote done quickly and professionally. Booking the installation visit very smooth. Arrived precisely on time and worked carefully and without undue disturbance. Completed in good time and left everything as if they’d never been - except for four lovely new window panes. Perfect. 👍👏

A fantastic service, very quick, super efficient and excellent value. The guys were punctual, tidy and courteous. Great communication and they did a great job replacing my misted windows. I’m totally happy and would absolutely recommend. If and when I need more windows replacing, these are my go-to fixers. Spot on!

Very prompt response to my email and the job (reglazing a velux window) was done within the week and really well. I'm delighted.

We are really pleased with the window glass replacement we got from Sheffield Glass. The workmen were polite and efficient, and tidied up inside and out after they had finished. We will definitely use them again when the next lot of our ancient double glazing fails!

I've used Sheffield Glass Company a number of times and they've always provided a great service. They're easy to deal with and are always helpful. I'd fully recommend.

Outstanding service. Another provider started to delay on how quickly they said they could measure then supply for a bronze mirror splashback. Thought I'd have a look around for a replacement and found this business not far from home. We went from having to wait nearly 4 weeks in total - to having it measured supplied and fitted the next day! All at a more competitive price. Great service.

When decorating the lounge I accidentally cracked the glass in an ornate mirror. I took the mirror to Sheffield glass in the hope that they could replace the glass. I didn’t know if it was even possible. I was warmly welcomed on arrival at their business premises. The ornate mirror was whisked away, the cracked round glass removed and replaced. All within minutes. A brilliant service, at an amazing price. Thank you for saving my mirror and also my neck. Highly recommended. Thank you

Great service with very competitive prices. Repaired my shop window without any problems.

Very pleased with the service from Sheffield Glass. We didn’t have to wait long for a visit which involved an inspection, measurements were then taken. On the day of fitting Ben & Ryan arrived at the time they said, they were very polite and friendly and worked hard to complete the job. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service. They changed the double glazing units had failed on our wooden frame conservatory. Gave excellent advice on the best approach and how they would do the work. Prompt replies to emails. Friendly, polite, cleaned up well as they were working. Good price. Thoroughly recommend!

Had our large mirror purchased and installed by Sheffield Glass Company for our new coffee shop on Ecclesall Road. From quote to installation took a week. Fantastic service and would highly recommend them and we would definitely use this company again for our future projects. Very reasonable price too compared to other companies in Sheffield.

Best glass guys in sheffield. Get all my glass from this local run business. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

Took in 20+ panes of greenhouse glass I needed cutting down. Less than 15 minutes later I was all sorted. Perfect!

Excellent company no messing about took a large leaded glass window siad would take a week , took 3 days great price leave the rest use these guys honest company will always use this company thanks again.

I popped in here to get some glass to replace the broken glass in a small picture frame. They cut me a piece from some offcuts they had and didn't charge me anything! Really friendly and helpful, thank you very much 😊

Amazing service and product. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again! Thank you

Thoroughly recommend Ben & the team at Sheffield Glass Company. Quick service and a good price

Contacted Sheffield Glass after our kitchen window was broken. They came to measure same day, and booked the pane replacement in the week after when I was back from a few days break. Turned up when they said they would, work done quickly and tidied up after the work, very happy with the job and would not hesitate to use Sheffield Glass again in future or recommend them to others. Thank you!

These guys were the easiest and most efficient company I have worked with for a long time. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Efficient, polite and professional glaziers, repaired and replaced the damaged glass on our bay window. Will certainly use them again.

Dave is a great guy and always happy to help used this place for years

Amazing. Needed a replacement window, rang on Thursday, by Friday lunchtime it was measured, quoted, fitted and finished! Good price, good guys, would recommend to anyone

Very professional, would not hesitate to recommend. I needed a double glazed panel replacing. Sheffield Glass Company came to measure and replaced it to a high standard. All in less than a week from first call to fitting.

Visited us within 15 minutes of our call...assessed and sorted our door out with new glass within a very short space of time....fantastic service

Brilliant and quick service and installation.

Great quality at a fantastic price! Couldn't recommend Ben & the team at Sheffield glass enough!

Excellent service, good parking...cut your glass straight off the shelf.

Great lads came and measured and a few days later the unit was replaced, I would definitely recommend them.

Came promptly to give a quote for 3 failed double glazing panels, job completed in just under 2 weeks. Great service and good people to deal with.

Excellent service. I sent a photo of the cracked glass, got a spot-on quote, and within 30 minutes, Ben was at my place measuring the window. They said it'd take up to 7 days for a new glass unit, but they surprised me by finishing in just 4 days. What's more, they didn't just replace the glass – they also cleaned up the old adhesive from the window frame, making it look brand new. Highly recommend!

Had some double glazing units replaced due to water ingress/condensation inside the pain. Price was good compared to others and service was excellent. A small issue with sizing was resolved brilliantly.

Really happy with the job Ben did replacing the glass in a shower bifold door. Very professional job and a fair price. Would definitely use again.

Rang to order 1 glazed unit to replace a failed one at home. Collected 24hours later. Great quality and great price. A top drawer sheffield company.

This Company gave us an excellent service. They removed frosted glass from two Wren kitchen cabinet doors and replaced it with clear toughened glass. The service was great, the results were faultless and the price was very reasonable. (Unlike Wren who were not very helpful).

Quick and efficient , advised us on what we can do with the windows too

Great company. I had window glass replaced. The price was reasonable, Andy and Ryan were quick, efficient, polite and very tidy. Great work.

Really friendly staff would definitely recommend to others

Fantastic service, quick turnaround. Ordered a specially cut and rounded edge piece of glass for screen print exposure and they were super helpful with turnaround and advice too. Top firm. Will use again.

Amazing company! I was let down by two others. Called Sheffield Glass they came out straight away and did a great job. Great communication, cannot recommend enough. Great Value too!

Truly excellent service, my cracked wardrobe door, surveyed, repair quoted, picked up,, rebuilt and deglazed, delivered back and hung in a day! I couldn’t believe it. Old fashioned efficient, helpful and friendly service. Thank you.

Spot on company and blokes five star

Replaced glass in lounge windows. Excellent communication, very efficient and left the job tidy. Thank you!

Excellent customer service at Sheffield Glass. I needed some greenhouse glass cutting down. The guys had it sorted in no time and didn’t even charge me! 5 stars

We had replacement glazing supplied and fitted by Sheffield Glass Co, excellent service, thorough and professional, the fitting team were punctual and polite. Great price too.

Quick, efficient, tidy, very polite, and reasonable. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Just what you want, but rarely get, from companies these days. Although not given to doing reviews I felt that Sheffield Glass deserve it.

Sheffield Glass recently measured up, made and fitted three double-glazing panes for me. The whole process was exceptionally efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.

Just had Sheffield Glass replace a pane of glass in my composite door. They have done a fantastic job ( other local window fitters didn’t even come to look at it). Very reasonably priced, came when they said they would and even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

Efficient, high quality replacement of 2 wooden windows with condensation.

I dont normally write reviews but I am really pleased with the service we received from Sheffield Glass. They were very quick to arrange an appointment to the house to give us a quote. The price seemed very reasonable and the turn around was very quick - within a few weeks. We had very old glass replaced to new safety glass in Georgia doors which I had previously been led to believe would be prohibitively expensive and challenging but Sheffield Glass reassured us this was not a problem. We also had some misted windows replaced. The staff who came to the house were all professional and tidy and the doors and windows all look great and importantly are safer. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and neighbours.

Excellent job, reglazing front door with etched glass and number above. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend..... quick response, reliable and professional service. Excellent service from the first call to leaving, don't waste your time ringing anyone else

Brilliant bunch of blokes, rang on Wednesday for a quote, came round and measured on Thursday, then fitted on the Tuesday.... Happy days. Thanks very much chaps Peter (netheredge)

Great job, quick and well organised.

Had really great service from this company. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and they handled our enquiry promptly and professionally. Would highly recommend to anyone look for replacement glass fitting in the Sheffield area.

Could not recommend more highly. Very competitive price, came out to measure the same day and once glass was delivered they came the same day I phoned to arrange fitting! Not only fitted the glass, but the cat flap that was going in it too!

Great service, good pricing and quick turnaround. Cheers folks 👍

THANKS SHEFFIELD GLASS CO LTD

Had a number of glass pains in wooden windows, with more to come, can't praise them enough, there work ,price better than any other I'd had great guys.

Excellent service and would definitely recommend this local company. Glass replacement units look great, especially the leaded and stained glass units. I will definitely use this company for future replacement units. Competitive price and a far better guarantee than the other companies I contacted. Thanks very much.

the best price in Sheffield - service is second to none - a great experience from start to finish - Highly recommended

Had eight windows replaced. Good price and excellent service. Thanks

Did a fantastic job replacing glass with safety glass. Really helpful and reliable - thanks so much

Top service and excellent products.

Great service from the lads. Sorted my window very professionally during Covid 19

Great service despite lockdown. Replaced a double glazed unit within 48hours! Polite reliable. Thanks.

Had an unusual shaped mirror replaced here. They did it whilst I waited and did a great job at a great price. It's a garden mirror so they also added a sticky backing to it... just in case it has an accident! Helpful and friendly.

What a great company. We have wooden sash windows and two of the glazed units failed. We gave them a call and within a couple of days they came to measure up, within the week they had returned and completed the job. Not only were they efficient they were also courtious, clean, neat workers. We cannot speak highly enough of them and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend Sheffield Glass to anyone. Msny thanks guys!

Very Good!

Fast service on any thickness of glass, mirror, double glazed units, toughened glass and special orders.

Excellent job. Only 1 of 4 companies I call that returned my call. Arrived on time to give me a quote, which was reasonable and only payable if they could fix my window. They turned up on time (again) and repaired the window, leaving the room as clean as tidy as when they arrived.

Review a bit late going on, as kept forgetting. This company replaced a full glass patio door for us in November. They did a great job at a reasonably quick response (not their fault, they had to order it). A personable guy who did a very good job and tidied up after himself. Would recommend.

An absolutely fantastic service, attended the site within 40 mins, measured up and quoted within an hour of the original call and then was back before lunch time with the glass ready to install. A brilliant job at a fantastic price with superb service. We couldn't recommend highly enough - many thanks

Had a broken patio window, phoned around 10am, there by 2pm, glass measured and ordered, Ben was absolutely brilliant, along with an older tradesman, great team, recommend highly

Was almost in despair after smashing the glass on my late husband SUFC shirt After visiting Sheffield Glass I was solo pleased they cut and replaced it for me and at a very reasonable price too Excellent service

Very quick to quote and complete job. Polite and professional. Highly recommend, thanks for the work!

Very helpful. Went in for a price on a double glazed unit. Decided to buy there and then as they offered to deliver and even take away the old unit.

Absolutely awful experience. Came out to measure 2 months ago, said all was fine, mirror to be cut & fitted following week. After 2 months of calling on a weekly basis & being told ‘Dave’ wasn’t in & would call us back, we finally got hold of him only to be told that he just didn’t want to do the job as the wall wasn’t perfectly square which is why he didn’t get back to us! A courtesy call to let us know so we could have taken our business elsewhere might have been nice! Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Always very helpful

Fantastic service! Yesterday I had 3 gym mirrors delivered and fitted by Sheffield Glass. The quality of service i've received is excellent: great mirrors, friendly workers and i'm very happy with my overall experience. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again, Nick :)
