Glazing Innovations

So pleased I got someone in to do this professionally instead of attempting it myself. Got the XL flap for my Maine coon. She took to it straight away. Perfect fitting. No mess. Great service.

I used Glazing Innovations for a temporary window pane removal so that I could get my sofa into my house. Everything went very smooth, job was done perfectly and with no mess left afterwards. The chaps who came to do the job were polite and helpful, even helping me with getting the sofa in place. Would definitely this company again!

Fantastic Experience. Casper was very efficient from the moment I was directed to him. Excellent Service, definitely recommend this company 👍

Karl and his team, A highly efficient and responsible team, with reasonable prices; they are trustworthy. / Jeff

Great service, came to remove a window so I could gwt a sofa into the house. Arrived within an hour and did a fantastic job, left it looking exactly as it was to start. Definately reccomend. Thanks

Excellent value for money and really speedy replacement of patio door glass.

I have used this company previously to install a cat flap and having had an easy experience with them, when it came to replacing a back door and a cat flap, I wanted to use them again. I emailed an enquiry, they came out to measure up and then we decided on a date that fit me (a Saturday in 2 weeks - they couldn't do sooner). They arrived right on time, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and 3 hours later, I had a new door with a microchip cat flap installed. They made sure everything fit perfectly and worked with ease, even adding sealant in around the whole frame, where it had been coming off. Would recommend and would use again. Thanks guys!

Amazing company from initial enquiry very responsive survey carried out quickly and job completed professionally thank you so much

Casper and Eric turned up half hour early than expected , and got on with replacing my misted windows , fast , efficient and friendly guys , wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else , top fellas

Fast and efficient service. Replaced two of our blown windows the week after I got in touch. Fitters and customer service all brilliant. Highly recommend!

Very quick and easy to arrange. Customer service is excellent and our fitter was lovely and very efficient.

Great service for a microchip cat flap installed in glass. Competitive price and quick service. Measured and fitted in about a week after contacting them. Would use again!

Can’t thank Glazing Innovations enough. Highly recommended to anyone looking to repair or replace their windows. All sorted after 1 week of getting the quote!🙌🏻

Great service, really good prices and friendly, knowledgeable fitters. I would definitely recommend

Amazing service , we had to have our front window glass removed to get our sofa into the living room , I called at 11:30 and by 1pm they had arrived , got the glass out and replaced it , will be using the service again 100% and thank you so much to the two men that came you were both very nice and helpful thank you.

Both the office staff and the guys on the ground were professional, prompt and did a fantastic job! Thank you!

Brilliant communication from Both fitter and head office. They came quickly when we were moving house to get the job done so we could transition the cats over. Highly recommend.

Excellent services from Glazing Innovations. We have used their services on a few occasions, the installation of windows on our home & most recently they changed the gearbox on the mechanism on our door, they identified the problem so the hole mechanism didn't need replacing They also adjusted a set of French doors, as these had dropped. Great service as always, would recommend to everyone.

I’ve just had a cat flap fitted in a sealed double glazing window. From the moment I contacted the Company they were professional, efficient and nothing was too much for them to do. I’m totally happy with the cat flap the guys who measured and fitted it were excellent. I would definitely recommend to others 100%.

Excellent service thanks lads!

Three guys arrived at 5.10pm removed the existing 6' x 6' failed double glazed unit, fitted the new unit, polished the glass and left at 5.40pm. Polite and friendly guys leaving no mess. We would definitely recommend Glazing Innovations to anyone and they were recommended to us by an old school friend who is a glazier for whom the job was too large.

Excellent service and great price ..kept us updated . Very clean and efficient

Amazing service

We are super happy with Glazing Innovations. We ordered a sofa that came, and the drivers couldn't get it through the door - we were worried our new sofa will end up outside the house and get soaked in the rain until we got someone out to remove our windows to fit the sofa in. I called up and sent over some photos of our window and within minutes, we got a quote, and there was availability the same day! They came within the hour and we got the sofa in! We even got the windows cleaned when they fitted the glass back on. We would definitely recommend them.

We have used this service for nearly 10 years now ! Great at fitting cat flaps and super efficient and friendly ! Thanks again ! Will be using again for sure

Would highly recommend this company. Has a cat flap installed and 2 windows replaced as the units had failed. They were very quick, competitively priced and the fitter was extremely good - even sorted out a couple of minor issues with the frame for free.

Dog flap installation. Dave & Dave were fab, really lovely, quick and great with my kids too! Dog flap looks great. Great find. Also come in proper marked work van, just makes you feel even better & safer when they arrive. Thanks again! X

Very nice and speed

The 2 guys who came today to take out the window glass were amazing very polite and helpful went above and beyond so i coukd get my new sofa in i give a 5 star rating to this company and would definatly

Needed upvc window removal for oversized sofa. Contacted glazing innovations as a just in case for sofa delivery. In the end we did need to remove window. I emailed glazing innovations and got prompt reply. They arrived as stated and did a fantastic job, even lending a hand to put through window. Everything was put back in place. Couldn't be more happier with this company. Thanks.

Excellent service! I called to replace a window at 4am and by 10am everything was sorted. Highly recommended.

fast, efficient and do exactly as they promise,

Glazing innovations have excellent client communication and services. I emailed on a Sunday evening the first time and promptly got a message back, I was expecting a message on the Monday at least. They were easy to obtain quotes from. The actual guys who came out were lovely, and got the job done efficiently and well. I had a window removed for a sofa delivery, this had to be scheduled twice due to the sofa companies mistakes, but glazing innovations were understanding and promptly fitted me in a second time without much forewarning. Will need a cat flap sorting at a later date, and will be using these guys again.

I wanted a cat flap installed. The sales staff were very professional and advised me on the right type of flap for a sliding door. Two handymen came and installed a new glass panel with the flap fitted, all within 20 minutes. Quick and professional — highly recommended.

Last minute job when I was desperate for someone to help and it's wasn't a easy job but they did it and sealed the window back better than it was and also helped move in a very heavy sofa.

So happy with the work this company have done. They are fast and efficient. Not only was the job was brilliant but the customer service has been fantastic. Louise on customer service is very quick with replying and sorting needs out. I would 100 percent come back. We had two cat flaps installed and would highly recommend!

I ordered Glazing and was delivered the next day at a good price really helped me out great company

We have used Glazing Innovations on numerous occasions, it’s always been a pleasure and such a smooth process, from the initial design concept (large and small projects) to the end installation. Bravo to the installation at Glasgow Airport - installation by Andrew, Paul and Phil! Look forward to the next project. Best wishes

Very friendly. Good service The fitters were really helpful

Glazing innovations were recommended to me by another company who could not undertake the work required, which was to replace three failed double glazing panels. As our house ion a steep slope two of the panels were difficult to access. Casper came promptly , gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged a date which was convenient for us. He and his colleague arrived promptly with a scaffolding tower to enable access to the difficult windows. They are two really nice chaps who worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work in good time leaving everything clean and tidy.

The team did a fantastic job, not only removing the window frame but thry kindly helped move the furniture out, as well. Excellent work and highly recommend!

Excellent service! The cat flap was installed quickly and professionally with no mess at all. The installer was friendly, explained how everything works once it was fitted, and made sure I was happy before leaving. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended for a catflap installation on a glass door! I found their service online and wasn't sure if it is a good idea to go for a company that is not known to me or wasn't recommended by someone I know, but I took the risk and it was a very good decision I must say. 🙂 Quick, professional, helpful and good price as well! Only one downside - they don't teach your cat to go through the catflap...🙈😂:)

Cat flap fitted in window, fitter swift and accurate, highly recommended

From start to finish Glazing Innovations have been great. The job was for a patio door unit with an integral cat flap. Their quote was competitive and reasonable, and they planned the installation around us. Steve the fitter was brilliant, explaining the whole process and instructing us on how to use the cat flap. This company are well worth your consideration and they are now in my phone address book. Thanks to the whole team.

Amazing service, quick and really helpful can’t recommend enough!

Great service, came within the hour to help us get our sofa into the living room 10/10

Installation of cat flap 13/6/25 Fitter was courteous and did good, neat job. Very pleased with the result thank you

Thanks so much to glazing innovations for fitting our cat flap this week. Casper and Craig did a great job with the fitting. We have a door from abroad which no one else has been able to put a cap flap in so we were really grateful that Casper and Craig were able to fit one. Louise was also very helpful and responsive over emails. Now we just need to train the cats to use it :)

Great company to work with, great communication and faultless finish. Highly recommend

Very professional outfit. Took on a difficult job to replace cloudy glazing panels in an awkward location. Casper was good to deal with and always kept me well informed.

Great job. Quick and efficient. Fitter had a lot of time for all my questions. Thanks

Frosty did an amazing job. my cat does not like to wear a collar and the flap was magnetic which I purchased and he swiftly resolved the problem. outstanding service and both of them were very helpful thank you so much.

Brilliant service. My broken window was dealt with within a few hours. Everyone really friendly. Would highly recommend x

Quick fitting, reasonable price, friendly fitter.

I was a bit skeptical about this company having got them off of Facebook but need not have worried. Great communication and helpful with my queries. The glazier was friendly, knew what he was doing, explained everything well and was so tidy. He didn't give up and his attention to detail was impressive... The price was also very impressive as I had been quoted twice the price by other companies.

Great service

The dog flap looks really good. It's nicely integrated into the window panel. It's not bulky at all, allowing the door to slide back as normal. It is not cheap, but it's a far more convenient and esthetically pleasing than the cheaper dog doors you can buy, which need to be connected between the door frame and the sliding door itself. Casper, the fitter was very friendly, punctual and did a great job. Thank you very much for everything. ☺️

Fantastic service, fitter was lovely! And so helpful

Had a cat flap installed within 2 days of asking for it, quick and efficient with clear communication and no hassle.

Fitted the cat flap well, was able to accommodate for me having to be at work, and offered good advice.

Paul came on Christmas Eve to install a cat flap in our new house. Was quick, friendly and efficient and I'd definitely use him again for future houseworks!

Fantastic service. Thank you

Very impressed with this company. Their communication is unreal. They seem to reply within mins (even at the weekend). The parts were ordered and fitted in good time. The guy who came to fit the cat flap was polite and informative. Highly recommend 👍

Professional, prompt service with great priducts

This review is two-fold. Firstly, the company provided a great product and clear smooth communications making the whole transaction very pleasant. Bravo to Glazing Innovations. Secondly, our fitter, Peter was just exceptional! He has a fantastic attention to detail, a great approach and attitude to his work. He really is a lovely person. Peter fitted two cat flaps for us. If I could give Peter 6 stars I truly would. He is an asset to the company!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants a catflap fitted within a double glazed pane of glass - super!!

Casper did a fantastic job, thank you very much.

We had a cat flap fitted today and are extremely happy with the service. The fitter phoned in advance and confirmed the time of arrival. The job was done quickly and professionally. The mess was cleaned afterwards. I can highly recommend! 😃

Amazing service... From inquiry to installation, smooth transaction. The lad that came to install was very pleasant and polite, fairplay to him he cleaned up after himself too very rare for installation people.

Expert installation. Great service, thank you!

Whole thing simples from start to finish. Send a photo and pick a flap they give you a price. They send a chap to acurately measure he comes back in less than a week with your new panel and fits in 20 mins. Absolutely chuffed. The Joneses havent got the hang of it yet. Ive smeared it in licky lix! 5 stars from them for extra treats 5 starts from me for fabulous service.

I had a cat flap installed in the patio doors by the Glazing Innovations. From the very beginning, the communication was good, the site was promptly inspected, new glass panel manufactured and the cat flap professionally installed. All in all, it took about 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with the service. My special thanks to the fitter who went an extra mile.

Got a cat flap installed today, fella who did it was great very quick and clean and ran through all the instructions Cat is enjoying it

Great job! Reasonable price and fast service, very good work :)

Came and fitted a cat flap lovley job only took 30 mins xx

Really speedy service, cat flap installed in 25 minutes and the workman was lovely.

Fantastic fast service ,highly reccomended

Great service. The bloke who fitted our catflap did an excellent job. He called me up beforehand to explain his eta and I really appreciated this communication. Our cat is well happy now he can come and go as he pleases.

Courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Spent time explaining the product and worked neatly. Would definitely recommend

Were super helpful, advised to not remove whole window due to bricks above collapsing. So just removed center panel. Even helped get the sofa out. Would definately recommend and use in the future. 👍🙂 Got them out again today (29 May 2024), the man was amazing, even helped get the old chair out of the window 😀

Excellent job, done reasonably quickly. Tidy, professional & efficient.👌Definitely recommend highly.

Just had a cat flap installed in the kitchen door, with the glass panel replaced. Quick, prompt and very competent; glad we went with them and will definitely use for anything else we need.

I will start with what one could consider downside - not cheap. You do get what you paid for though! Very quick response, appointment booked next day. Fitter arrived at specified time. Very quick and clean installation. Very happy with the service.

Excellent communication, superb customer service and great to work with. Will use again.

Excellent job removing and reinstalling windows for sofa access. Highly recommend

Very efficient. Casper, came out on the same day, boarded up conservatory roof glass late evening (Saturday). Which helped keep any water damage to a minimum, as it was raining. Came back a couple of days later to measure up. Fitted new glass just over a week later. Well done. TMcD.

Excellent communication, customer service and speed of completion. I made contact with them on Thursday, Friday they came to quote and Saturday they completed the job!

I had a cat flap fitting booked at 9am on a specific day, and sadly the fitter didn't show up. I later learned their system had gone down and there was a mixup with our address so it wasn't their fault, and the company rebooked the fitting at a time that suited me, but it was a faff to sort out and there was no apology issued. The fitter was on time the second time and very friendly, and did an OK job. The grouting around the outside of the cat flap could have been neater (it was installed in a UPVC door with Georgian moulding), it doesn't look awful just slightly DIY which is a shame - it seemed like the fitter was in a hurry to get going. I personally wouldn't recommend this company to others.

Fitted a cat flap today for me. Friendly company, very responsive and did a fab job! The workman was lovely and also gave me a demo on how to use the microchip flap. Also cleaned up after :) thanks for the great job!

Fantastic service from start to finish! I had two moulded double glazing panes manufactured and fitted with catflaps. The process was easy, straight forward and there was an experienced, knowledgeable installer came around within 24 hours to measure and explain everything. I paid via bank transfer as that was the only option available at the time (the bank did question this, but was easily resolved with a phone call) and a week later the same friendly, helpful installer came and fitted the two panes and catflaps. He was lovely and also forward thinking asking if I wanted to keep the old panes as there was nothing wrong in case I ever needed to put them back. 5* across the board for every step of the process. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking, thank you Glazing Innovations!!!

I had a cat flap fitted yesterday! Took 2 minutes to do, no hassle and very polite service by Casper. The company gave me a good price on a double glazing door with a fitted cat flap and I highly recommend their service!

Great service fast and friendly would recommend.

Great company offers great service and products at affordable price. My double glazed window misted up. Glazing innovations gave fair quote; their work carried out at very high standards. Quick, efficient and friendly. Their laminated double glazed unit is very high quality. Very pleased. Will not hesitate a bit to buy from them again. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic job done today by Casper. Friendly polite efficient cleaned up. Really pleased with our new door and cat flap. Excellent job done

Did a great job fitting a cat flap into a window that was too small for it! Can-do attitude, friendly and skilled

I had a really good experience with this company. The process was really smooth. I needed a pane of glass that was cracked in my double glazing replaced. The surveyor turned up in the afternoon to measure up and by 18.00 the window unit was made and put in. I cannot fault this company at all. I would thoroughly recommend them. The price was very reasonable for the speed the repair was done.

Absolute joke cancelled at last minute with poor excuses really let me down

Glazing Innovations recently replaced a patio door pain and bedroom window pain for us. Great communication and very courteous staff, came exactly when promised to measure and also fit the glass. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again without hesitation.

Quick, reliable, clean, value. Fitter was fantastic, did a great job fitting cat flap in to uPVC door.

Lovely gentleman, turned up on the, very helpful and left a beautifully fitted working catflap, all don't promptly without a problem.

Installed cat flap. Great job.

Great service, fitted us in short notice and did a great job

they are scammer! they took our money then keep quiet untill now! almost 7 month!! when we call they gave many reason, covid, car accident, then the disappear, they block our numbers. we go to their office as the adress the given, but its nobody there, old office. we did ask the building guys they said it just a office to accept mail. no body there. the 5 star review they were fake, they made it themselve. dont trust them. i have their picture and will make a police report for this!

WARNING - THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. After placing an order and paying by pro forma invoice - which i questioned and was given a total (in my opinion) lie in response, we went ahead as this company was suggested to us by the manufacturer of the cat flap. They cancelled the first two appointments with no reason and failed to show up at all for the third. no one answers the phone, no one replies to mails, and do not believe the address on the website - i have just walked there myself as i work in Manchester and this company does not exist and they are not in these offices. They have been reported to the trading standards by myself and if a response is not issued i will be taking them to court.

We've got a cat flap installed few weeks back. Glazing innovations always responded immediately to my emails, it was very easy to make an appointment as they do evenings and weekends as well. The guy who came over was very polite, payment was easy. I would definitely use their services again.

Just had a cat flap fitted into a UPVC window by Carl; done in less than 30 mins. Looks fab and great price. Defintely reccommemd.

Perfect job and friendly I really happy thank you,,:))

Wonderfully efficient service, fitting a cat flap in a double glazed door. The admin team got everything sorted beforehand. The quality of the micro chip cat flap they supplied is excellent. Fitter was polite and very quick completing the job to an excellent standard. The manual for the cat flap was supplied. There was even a courtesy contact afterwards to check everything was ok.

I had a terrible experience with this company. In August 2018, Casper came to install my window which was broken but the double glazing unit size was incorrect therefore the original gasket did not fit properly. He has inserted another type of rubber gasket which left some gaps at the corners of the unit and I could feel cold air coming in during the winter. There is mould forming around the window as well. I have called the company countless times and nobody ever answers the phone. On rare occasions, I managed to speak to Casper to come and replace the unit and several appointments were made but nobody showed up. A new unit which was made actually went missing after the job was delayed several months and I had to wait longer for another unit to be manufactured. I was informed that the new unit was broken last week and I still haven't heard from them. It was really frustrating and after complaining several times to no avail, I thought I should write an honest review to warn others so that they do not fall victim to this company like I did. It has been 8 months since the incorrect window was installed and to this date, I'm still waiting for them to replace my window. I just found out that they are no longer a member of certass and their office address is a fake address. Be warned.

Excellent efficient and friendly team. Arrived slightly early which was great, clean and tidy, installed a cat flap in my double glazed door, tidied up. Mark and John were two great guys. 100% recomnended. Thank you. My two kitties are forever grateful.😉 👍

Very professional and was installed very quick. Great job.

Casper my fitter was lovely to my dog stayed to make sure my dog could use the product n fitted the glass with care

Took 8 weeks from payment for the job to get done, it was extremely stressful dealing with unprofessional management. The fitter was fast and pleasant when the job eventually got done. Wouldn't use this company again though.

Superb service from initial quote to completion of the job . Friendly efficient staff nothing was too much trouble for them . Would highly recommend to friends and family

We would like to thank all staff at Glazing Innovations for a fantastic Job, from our initial communication & quotation to the Installation was very efficient, all staff were accommodating & very understanding & friendly . We would highly recommend this company to our friends & family, my husband was told about this company by our friend who also has had works conducted by them over the years . Fantastic company .

Installed a damaged pane of glass. Left before I could inspect and haven’t been back to sort it out (they said they would but never turn up). Detritus of a company. Avoid.

Great company would reconend them to anyone in need of glazing, thanks again
