Ideal Glass & Glazing Supply is praised for friendly, helpful service, quick responses and fair pricing across a range of bespoke glass work. Customers mention mirror repairs, shower screens, table-top protectors, kitchen splashbacks and shaped glass, with careful advice, accurate cutting and speedy turnaround often highlighted. The small office is more practical than showroom-like, but staff are happy to guide customers through samples, options and pricing.
Fantastic service, fixed my broken mirror for an excellent price. Many thanks, would recommend to every one
Always very helpful and speedy response times
Having broken half of my glass shower screen, my job was small and problematic to try to get a good match, but undeterred Allun and his team took it on, for a fair price (when no one else was interested!) and provided a really excellent result in a short time scale and with super service! Thank you so much Ideal Glass you have been fabulous!
What a helpful company.Cut some glass for a dressing table.Good old fashioned service from a 21st Century company.Thank you.
Went to visit this place to choose a colour (from their samples) for the splashback in our new kitchen. It's only a small office and not designed as a showroom for visitors. Allun are very friendly and helpful, showing us samples and pictures. They would benefit from setting aside a small area for showing customers their samples. At the moment, you have to stand and use a corner of the desk!
You used to be able to find small glazing workshops in many high streets but when we searched for a local glass merchant they have all but disappeared. Instead we found Ideal Glass and Glazing who were very helpful - we wanted a couple of table top protectors. They were able to cut the same day and the quality is great. Pick up was easy with free parking and staff were friendly and helpful and the glass was packaged well for transport. Happy to recommend these people for your glass projects.
Great company and I would recommend to anyone. They really helped me work out what glass I needed and they went through options and pricing. The end result was fantastic and I'm really pleased with the service.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I purchased glass for my reception door and I have to say they really listen to your needs and bespoke the perfect glass size and shape. And to top it all off, their service is very well priced!!
Brilliant service and fast turnaround for a kitchen hob splashback. Was very impressed and it looks great.
