The man behind the counter was very talkative and friendly, re cut the glass for free to just to help a local trade ! I contacted Walton Glass to assess the condition of the windows at Uller Road Church, where I serve as minister. From the outset, their service was exemplary. They approached the building with real care and diligence, taking time to understand what was needed and treating the fabric of the church with appropriate respect and attention. This company is the best! I was moving house and needed windows removed to get furniture in. I got confirmation of my moving date really late and then it was also changed after that. I had to keep ringing Walton Glass to change my estimated date/time and even to change the booking once it was made, and I can't tell you the difference it made at a super-stressful time that they were patient, kind and friendly every time. In the end, because of an error of mine in telling them about the window design, they even had to come out twice, once the day before to prepare the window and do stuff that goes beyond their normal service. But they were determined to get the job done and not leave me in the lurch. The price was reasonable too, considering all the man-hours. And they'll crack a joke when you need your spirits lifting too. It's good to know there are still companies out there who take 200% pride in what they do and treat their customers like members of their own family.

Had to replace a large glass panel in my front window. Rang up,out the next morning to measure up. Told me roughly when it'd be in. Gave me a good price . Fellas came today,it wasn't an easy job to do but they got there. Made up with the glass,price and fitting.Ste and Huey did a great job. Would definitely recommend these for any glazing issues.

Due to the job being bespoke they sent their expert team out to measure and create templates due to the shape of the mirrors. The job was competively priced and completed within 5 days. Thank you so much to all the team at Walton glass and Glazing, I ordered some bespoke grey mirrors for each side of the headboard, I sent over my measurements and the team were quick in providing a quotation. I just made one mistake when I measured the socket hole I measured from the wrong side of the socket hole, so when the mirror got made the socket didn’t fit by 2-3mm. I contacted the team and they said bring it in store, they spoke to the manufacturer and due to a customers measurements they couldn’t help with a new cut but the guys at the shop were like leave it with me and a few hours later that day they called me and said they had sanded the sockets hole slightly in store to help the socket to fit, I collected the mirror back the same day and it fits absolutely perfect, if it wasn’t for all their help and experience I would of had to buy another mirror due my error of 2-3mm when measuring. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone for all glazing Thank you again it’s greatly appreciated

Had double glazed unit delivered that turned out to be unsuitable due to a mistake but how they handled the situation was incredible. They had the unit replaced within the day and fitted it which I was supposed to do myself AND took the old unit away when they didn't have to. Really can't thank them enough and hope they have a great Christmas. I'll be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Great service. They dont try and sell you what you dont need like some glazing companies who quoted me. They were quick giving me a quote which was a brilliant price to fit 5 panes that had blown. Steve and Stuart took less than an hour to fit all of them and left no mess. Really lovely fellas.

Yesterday I had new glazed internal blinds fitted across the front of my home by Walton Glass. After initiating the order it took just 6 weeks to process and suddenly they were ready to fit. I left a door key with Peter as I wasn’t home and had no hesitation letting the team go in and do their magic! When I arrived home it was as if the fairies had been in. The old verticals removed and all the new panes fitted- absolutely delighted with result. May be on the expensive side but they’re FOREVER blinds for sure and the panes are very thermal up to date. I needed a double glazed window repair on Monday, guy on the phone really helpful - came out and gave a quote on the same day (good price) - needed the unit manufactured - they came and fitted the glass Thursday. Guys who did the job were quick, clean and curteous - nice guys - highly recommend.

I would just like to thank Peter, Stephen, Stu and team for their help. They made an extremely distressing and difficult situation so much easier. My 21 year old son Josh passed away, he was in a casket and to get him home the window frame had to be completely removed. My friend was sorting this out for me, she said she called 4 glaziers who refused. The last company she called was Walton Glass and Glazing Limited and What a blessing it was. Spoke to the lads at Walton glass about getting 2 bathrooms mirrors supplied and fitted to my new build house, and they where more than half the price of 1 mirror from the developers so that alone was great, 2 of the lads Ste & Stu came round that afternoon to measure up and the following day i had a phone call with my price and then a few days later they where here to fit them, Stu & Ste were great lads good bit of banter back and forth and the customer service was second to none from them, will definitely be using them again in future for any glass needs 👌🏼

We needed a heavily ornate leaded light replacement for our vestibule door and surround. Stuart from Walton glass went above and beyond, discussing realistic budgets and moving on to personally design a new, absolutely beautiful lead light replacement with several ideas about the type of glass/ colours. He even sent his design drawings for our consideration. Moving on to Working to removal of the old leaded light , creating and installation of our new leaded windows within a three week period. The installation was carried out by two professional, caring, workmen who clearly new their trade. The installation is beautiful, I am very happy , they even cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Walton glass.

My husband and I went here today to get an oval piece of glass for over the front door. My husband waited in the car while it was being cut. Ten minutes later the man came to the car with it all done perfect. My husband went back in to pay and the man gave him free putty and nails. How kind is that, we felt very blessed. Walked into the shop on Queens Drive Walton and got a good price for a very large conservatory window. Steve and Gary were out inside 30 mins to measure up. Had a phone call today from Stuart the boss to say the panel was ready. I said “ can you fit it today “ he said yes between 1-3pm. Same 2 guys and little Joe turned up at 1.15pm and removed broken one and fitted the new one. All in all 10 mins. Absolutely recommend this company to everyone, you won’t be disappointed. Walton Glass & Glazing have recently helped us out with replacing blown glass in our bifold door. We'd had problems with the door/glass for many months, however they were able to resolve this for us very quickly. The lads that came to the house were very professional, friendly and made sure the issue was fixed and working as expected before leaving. I'd highly recommend them to others and I'm sure that I'll use their service again if I ever need to.

My parents are in their late 80s and someone threw a stone into their window. We rang up Walton glass and their service was excellent. They came out within the hour of my phone call. They fitted new pane of glass and tidied up after them. No mess at all. The 2 workmen were very empathetic towards my parents situation and were very professional and done an excellent job. Definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I've used Walton Glass many times over the years for work and in my own home, yes of course they do sealed glazed units for windows but they can also do mirrors for bedroom wardrobes, specially designed shaped glass for staircases and many other ideas associated with glass. I've now just used Walton Glass again and had A1 service (as always) from Stewart and all the team for helping me with bronzed mirror splash backs in my kitchen.

I called in to Walton Glass to see if they could repair a cracked mirror and Peter the owner could not have been more helpful. I explained the mirror had great sentimental value to me and Peter took the time to explain that the mirror couldn’t be repaired but he could disguise the crack by adding angled pieces of mirror, which would make a feature. Great service, really friendly. Needed glass for greenhouse sorted me right out with what I needed cut there and then for a bargin.

I rang to get some advice as another well recommended firm only work with double glazing and recommended Walton Glass. Very helpful over the phone and took measurements to cut them within the hour. On collection I realised the measurements I had given were in the wrong metrics. They asked me to wait in the car and they will sort out a fresh order. To my surprise, the kindest gesture to not have to pay for my mistake and brought the glass safely to my car. We’re absolutely blown away!!! We requested for a new pane above our door, with the house number clear and the surround semi-transparent. The lads came round to give us an idea on what it would look like, as well as some advice for the positioning and size of the numbers. We found Gary and Steve on Google after looking for a company with expertise with period properties. We had a broken panel in our Victorian sky light and gave them a call. They were round within a few hours and had it fixed in about 20mins. Couldn’t rate them highly enough, friendly and efficient, couldn’t really ask for anything more. They even left me another piece of glass cut for the part that was broken in case another piece broke again. 100% would use them again and really reasonably priced

Walton Glass replaced a broken window for me today.the whole service was excellent.the window fitters,Stephen and Gary attended and measured on the same day I called and returned within five days and replaced the window.The office manager (don’t know her name sorry!)communicated and kept me updated throughout the whole process and was really lovely and personable. I’m repairing a small outdoor lamp for a lady, sentimental value as was fitted by her late husband but one small trapezoid shape frosted glass needed replacing. The guys arrived at very short notice to remove a window for a sofa delivery, and were even on hand to help the sofa delivery along, and to fix the sofa company’s mistakes when they happened. Lads came out today and replaced a damaged upstairs window unit for us with superior quality laminated glazing. Also fixed another problem with the frame no charge. I contacted walton glass a few weeks ago to get replacement units for my back door, they came out as promised, measured up, I wanted supply only , the guys were very friendly and polite,I collected them, and i had to call them again today as I couldnt fit it myself, wasnt as easy as I thought, I called them and they very kindly came out that same day and fitted the units for me. Steve and Gary arrived early. They started work promptly and never stopped until jobs completed. They removed old glass units. Recovered damaged mouldy plasterwork and installed pantry window. Tried many places for patio table replacement glass top.Walton glass were most helpful,professional and delivered a first class service.

I called Walton Glass about fitting a cat flap in a double glazed door. Peter was really helpful and asked useful questions to check that what they could do was right for me (for my cats!). Steven and Gary, who came to measure and then to fit the glass pane, were really friendly and did a great job in no time at all.

All the guys were professional, respectful of us and our property and entertaining! From first contact via Stuart to our fitters Ste and Gary( with Peter in the middle) we have been delighted. Nothing has been too much for them and they even later sourced,treated and fitted new beading we needed( long story!). I rang Walton glass to see if they could quote for my new stair case glass. I knew as soon as I spoke to Peter this was the company I was going to use. He was so delightful and very helpful on the phone. We templated the glass ourselves and took it over to Liverpool from the Wirral. It was lovely to deal with Peter face to face, a very genuine business man who really does look after his customers. Once ready, the glass was delivered by 2 great guys, the job had actually worked out £100 cheaper than the quote. Not many businesses would do that these days. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

I contacted Walton glass after endless calls with others trying to find someone to take my window glass out because it was the only way my new sofa could fit in. I contacted Walton Glass in December last year, with a desperate request for help and advice regarding a leaking skylight in a period building. I spoke with Peter (MD) who listened, and was very honest in saying that such jobs can reveal huge problems later on. Not to be put off Walton Glass arrived WITHIN THE HOUR to assess and advise the way forward. The worked commenced, as soon as an opportunity arose, during the worst unrelenting rain. The team arrived with sheets, plastic covers, hoover, shoe covers and masks ( all as standard). They took such care and consideration as the apartment had just been completely redecorated. Within hours, I was standing beneath the newly glazed polished skylight. To ensure the laminated toughened glass was a perfect fit, it was actually cut on site! It was an absolutely first class service. The team, Peter, Stuart, Ste and Gary are accommodating and caring in the most sincere way. Old fashioned values coupled with a skill set, product knowledge, customer care and after service (still ongoing) are of the highest standard. The excellent price point for the quality of service I received is just unbeatable. This story is ongoing as Peter did say. I am looking forward to the next chapter.

I'm not sure I've ever left a Google review but have had such a great service from the lads at Walton Glass & Glazing that I wanted to do so. I called the shop last week in need of a custom size mirror for our bathroom. The guy I spoke to on the phone was genuinely interested, helpful, informative and patient as I worked out the best option with him. The mirror was cut and prepared the same day (!), at a great price and when I collected it the lads at the store put it safely in my car. I got home to find that I'd messed up my measurements resulting in the mirror being too big for the recess it needed to fit into! I took the mirror back expecting to be told I needed to reorder a new mirror but the lads cut it down to my new measures, re-smoothing the edges and put safely back into my car. I asked what day to collect and they insisted that they'd do it while I waited! A brilliantly run family business providing a genuine, helpful, friendly and top-class service. Highly recommended!

I needed some glass cutting to make two shelves for a bathroom mirror cabinet. I called into the shop shortly before closing time on a Friday afternoon and Peter obligingly said he would do it there and then whilst I waited. Brilliant service Just fitted my bi fold doors .Done the first 3 sets of doors fine . But on the last piece I clipped the corner .With this being toughened glass it exploded.This was 9 pm on Friday night.I have used Walton glass on other jobs so rang them first thing Saturday morning . Explaining to Peter what I had done .By 10 o’clock he rang me back to say all Done and the lads will deliver it by 11 o’clock. Good enough the lads was at mine delivering my glass .They even fitted it for me as I was just going out. Had an accident and smashed a porch window, Gary and Steve came out to see me to measure up on the same day I called. Was given a reasonable quote and booked in. Got a call the next morning saying that there had been a cancellation and the work could be done around lunchtime. Gary and Steve (lovely chaps) came and replaced the window very quickly and cleanly. Very happy with the quality of the work, and very pleased that it was done within around 24hours of my initial call!

I needed a small piece of glass to replace the broken one in an outside security light. I rung around several glaziers to obtain prices and a timescale of for collection. The prices ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous, as was the collection times. I just happened to be passing Walton Glass this morning and popped in on the off chance. Window smashed due to heat coming from BBQ. Called Walton glass and they where there within the hour to secure the window to ensure safe and secure. Measurements where taken and the window was replaced first thing the following morning. Fantastic customer service and very reasonably priced. I asked walton glass to put mirrors on my built in wardrobes from start to finish absolutely flawless. Peter came out measured all 7 doors and rang me later with a price which I was more than happy with. We got Walton Glass to cut us a mirror splash back to fit in the utility room to cover over a scabby bit of wall. We live in an old Victorian house and nothing is square but Peter came really quickly and measured up last Friday and by the following Tuesday, Gary and Stephen arrived to fit it. The mirror fitted perfectly even the cut out for the sockets was perfectly aligned. I couldn't recommend these guys more. No trouble, no fuss for what was a small fiddly job for them but meant the world to me. Thanks guys.

Would highly recommend. I only managed to get 2 quotes and they were the cheapest. Very friendly on the phone and came to quote on time. I thought I needed 4 double glazed units replacing but when they looked they were honest and said only 3 needed replacing. They will give you an initial quote via your own measurements over the phone of email and then come round to take accurate measurements. Arrived early to fit windows and had the job done in no time. Very polite and clean would 100% use again.

Contacted Walton Glass Ltd by email on Sunday 3rd January and received a reply from Stewart the next day. The glass in the vintage star mirror I'd inherited from my nan had smashed and I enquired about having the glass replaced. Stewart was very helpful and provided me with the best quote. I took the item into the shop today and within 10 minutes it was done, so quick yet looking even better now with the new glass. Stewart was very professional and although it was a very small job for them the service had that personal touch which was lovely. Had a new piece of glass cut as wardrobe shelf protector. Went back next day with mirror that needed replacing, no not broken just silver coming off the back. They cut to same shape and supplied the fixings etc all in the price. You won't get service like that at big shops selling mass produced goods....

Rang Walton glass to get a window removed to get a couch in . They rang twice before hand to get an estimated time of arrival on the sofa and then turned up early which put my mind at ease . Gary and Ste couldn’t do enough to help ,from removing the glass to helping get out the old couch and bringing the new one in . Definitely the place I will be using if I want new windows. Telephoned Walton glass for a price for greenhouse glass, my greenhouse is secondhand and I had been quoted almost 3 times what I paid for the greenhouse to replace 14 panes of glass, so I started phoning around for quotes, I live in the Wirral but Liverpool is not far away hence why I tried over in Liverpool. I spoke to peter who understood my situation and asked if used glass would be ok, I said yes it’s only for a greenhouse and he took care of the rest, price was brill, service when I picked up glass was fantastic and now my greenhouse is finished, so massive thankyou to Walton glass and I will definitely be contacting them first when I need glass in the future
