Glass on picture frame replaced while waited. Great service! Thanks lads. 👍

Spoke to a rude, blunt woman on the phone who cut me off and hung up mid query around the differences in repair and replacement after enquiring for a quote on my first new home purchase. Won’t be contacting again given the service. Disclaimer: had no windows replaced or fitted by this firm, just very unhappy with level of service.

I called because my mom who has dementia had a large crack in window someone came out to measure within half hr then 4 days later the glass was fitted the lads came early which was better for me as I have work very clean no mess at all thank you I would defo recommend this team and I will do use again

Gosh, what great service... old school! I thought the springs on my sash would be lost when I needed the glass replaced, but John and Mick went above and beyond and refitted the springs. Fast, efficient, clean and professional... thanks so much guys, highly recommend.

Dead quick service, honest and upfront

My glassing was done efficiently, and professionally . In addition , I accidentally overpaid my bill without noticing . This was pointed out to me and refunded. Unfortunately, much of the world is not this honest . Thank you

I originally went with a company called Montrose Glass to get a cat flap installed in a double glazed window so my cat had easy access to his new catio. Turned out they subbed the job out to Taylor Glass who provided the most amazing, fast & friendly professional service. I am currently in the process of moving house and need to put the original glass back in the old property before doing the same process again at the new property. I am using Taylor Glass direct for this as I am so pleased with their previous work. Take my advice and do not go with huge corporate companies as they just sub the jobs out without you knowing anyway (and pot luck if you get a decent company). Go with Taylor Glass and you will not be disapointed! 😊

I contacted Taylor Glass about replacing 5 double-glazed units in hardwood frames. Their rep came out the same day and measured up. I soon got a competitive quote, which I accepted. Two fitters came out the next week and fitted all 5 units with no fuss. They were both polite, efficient, tidy, and very good at their job. If I want any more replacement glass, I will certainly go back to Taylor Glass. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Competitive price good product but mostly outstanding service. Professional and friendly. Pleasure to deal with

Such an excellent business, brilliant service onsite installing windows, great people to engage with on the phone....would 100percent use them again

Fantastic service from these guys today in and out In 10 mins with a peice of glass cut to size and great price would use again and recommend

Great service and polite, friendly staff.

Actually, I'd give more than 5 stars! As per the website, I just dropped in to the shop Clearly, they were busy loading the van with a large job of at least 50 pieces Even so, 1 of the team took time out to find my needs and was able to cut exactly to size on the spot Very reasonable price ***Very*** friendly team Some historic reviews suggest the company doesn't answer the phone, having to wait for a piece, etc. While this might well be true, and unfortunate for those customers, I believe it wasn't due to malice or bad service; simply, this is a relatively small local business who are very good at what they do and consequentially are very busy. On occasions, there will be small oversights, or everyone out on jobs not available to answer the phone Personally, I prefer dealing with traditional small businesses who are very busy - generally, it is a sign of being very much in demand for good workmanship My suggestion would be, where possible, do visit the shop in person, do send emails

Brilliant! V quick service v reasonable price and really nice people
