Leicester Glass Company Limited

Brilliant service - LGC were very friendly and professional and did a great job installing mirror panels in our home

Great service and quick turnaround for glass. The guys there give excellent advice on fitting the glass.

Wanted a piece of glass for my greenhouse. Went in and gave measurements to man behind counter. He went away and came back with the glass. (We chatted about the old days for a couple of minutes) I paid and left. Not very exciting but I came out holding glass and I was satisfied at my endeavours.

Fantastic company, so helpful right from the start of my enquiry, the glass was fitted and looks amazing, they managed to find the right pattern as well from a very old photograph I had, I would recommend them to anyone. They were polite and courteous throughout and I'm very grateful for theirs help.

Great prices and services. Much cheaper than online such as eBay.

really welcoming team impressed by the services but they should update their website its a lot confusing

Excellent service very friendly and helpful staff

Ian and team did an excellent job of fixing a tricky problem with the glass on bedroom doors. Honest pricing and exceptional aftercare - would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely first class service from this professional company. Difficult job no one else would take on. Turned up with correct kit and super staff and completed the job while keeping us fully informed of progress. Would definitely recommend this firm. Superb service. Thank you

Great service

Excellent service and support. Very helpful, and even let us have a sample to test before buying.

Went in to get my mirror trimmed. Very quick service and as it was a small cut he didn't charge me and helped me take the mirror toy car. Awesum service. Thank you 😊

Helpful and professional

Ordered double glazed unit over the phone. I was supposed to get a call but didn't. Phoned and it was ready. Went down to pick it up. They made it wrong colour liner. But hey ho. It is Christmas after all. Paid and left. I'd still highly recommend them.

Used leicester glass to replace double glazed unit ordered by phone with size required made in 2 to 3 days good price to I fitted unit by my shelf great service will use again give them a call with any glass required

Leicester glass did a smashing job with installing my cat flap. I did need a new panel with a pre cut hole, but the service was cracking. Highly recommend. I just hope the cats use it else it’s all for nothing 😭

Such knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gem of a long standing Leicester business.

Excellent service, highly recommended for all glazing services. Caters for DIY , and trade. Traditional service that you rarely find these days.

Can only give 5 *, but should be 10, what a service these guys provide, have been here in Leicester for years still providing a proper customer service, thank you for sorting my glass needs today :)

Excellent service. Thank you all for your efforts.

Exactly what you'd expect from an established family firm - friendly, efficient, reliable ....and yet very keen prices. Thoroughly recommended. Look no further

First class customer service with top quality work at very reasonable prices. You're amazing thank you. Took the time and effort even for a very small job that can't have generated much income. Will always use you again for any broken mirrors or any glass I need.

Amazing staff. Very helpful

Same ol' same ol' - this place is frozen in time... Lol

More expensive then I expected

Good service and fair price

Good helpful staff

Best price around! Customer service is second to none. Ordered a Bevelled mirror which was ready quicker than promised. They were even kind enough to help load the mirror into my car without even having asked for any help! Highly recommended. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Fantastic service, great prices - nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic....walked in with broken mirror 2 minutes later walked out with identical new mirror, no hassle, no waiting, no nothing, just sorted pleasantly and professionally

Family run business

Amazing people, amazing service, amazing prices. Very efficient and meticulous workmanship. Proper, trustworthy and reliable people - definitely worth more than 5 stars. I've no hesitation in recommending this company

Highly recommended, customer service from start to finish was fantastic. Great price and the window I ordered is top quality. Speed of service also brilliant, many thanks Ian 👍👍

The only place i go to for my glass.

Excellent service very prompt

Had best price for greenhouse glass and staff were friendly and helpful when I collected it, loading it in the car for me

Really awful customer service, avoid! I was given the time slot of 8am this morning to have the company come give me a quote. They came at 8:20, didn't even bother parking, knocked once and left by the time I came down. When I called their office to ask for them to come back the lady informed me that they probably waited and we hadn't come down. I explained that I was awake from earlier to receive them, and they had left only a minute ago. At my insistence she said she would call to see if they would come back. She called me back a minute later saying they were late and had to go to their next appointment. She didn't even bother apologising and started asking me to book another slot, when I told her that I would leave it, she just hung up! As a buyer who was looking to get a lot of work done on my doors and windows, it was not a nice way to be treated. Especially as someone who made sure to be up early despite it being the Easter holiday and despite being a teacher who is up every working day at 545am.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Super quick turnaround from me entering the building (unannounced) to collecting the next day at lunch after a phone call to discuss options. No pressure, no trying to sell me more expensive alternatives; just a very quick service for a great price from people who were a pleasure to speak to. No messing, job done. Thanks chaps!

Went to get two mirrors replaced in a frame. Both were ready next day but one was warped like a fun fair mirror.

Proper place for glass.

I've always found the whole team at Leicester Glass very helpful and knowledgeable. I've used them for double glazed windows, UPVC doors, mirrors and my coloured cooker splash back looks fantastic! A very happy customer!

Very helpful and professional service for our many and varied glass needs for our self build project.

Very helpful and reasonably priced. Happy to offer advice and will happily put the glass through the polisher again when you get it home and find it's 2mm too wide. I will certainly continue to use them for future DIY projects

An excellent experience from an inexperienced glass purchaser. Needed a piece of laminate glass, they quoted and delivered free in a couple of days. Easy, good value and hassle free. Polite delivery driver too. Excellent company.
