Expensive, slow, chased several times, said they’d deliver it. Lie. Won’t be using again. I note your reply. I don’t use my real name on here. Rest assured I was a customer Spent £600 on two pieces of glass which took several weeks Told you’d help deliver I was then told no we don’t deliver So with respect I was a customer but WILL NOT use you again NOR RECOMMEND YOUR SHOP I DO NOT USE MY REAL NAME SO NO YOU’LL NOT FIND THIS NAME ON YOUR SYSTEMS

Great company very helpful

Exceptional service from start to finish! Would highly recommend Belgrave Glass. Bob and his lovely crew, did an amazing job, replacing a sealed glass unit, into our conservatory roof. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable… thank you!

We have used Belgrave glass several times now, excellent customer service, have always been accomodating to meet our tight timelines, would recommend

Excellent staff very efficient. Highly recommended this place.

I`ve recently had a mirrored wall fitted by glass providers, Belgrave Glass. The service from this company was efficient and effective from start to finish. Staff members were also friendly and helpful. The mirror required a cut out (to go around a socket) and they did an amazing job at completing this. The mirrors as a whole are exactly how we visualised them to be, and more. They have really made my bedroom feel complete. We will certainly be using this company again, couldn't recommend them enough, keep up the brilliant work!

I have to say Jane and the team were amazing at Belgrave. I needed a splashback of a specific size. The help and assistance that Jane gave made the whole process seamless and hassle free. Amazing array of colour options. Great price great service 10 out of 10.

Good service and reasonable pricing..

Helpful reliable service

What lovely people!!!! I had a piece of greenhouse we needed cutting down. We went down after a phone call to check they would do it for us, they did check with us that it may be toughened and it may break while cutting but all was well and it cut fine. It is a little diamond of a place and will be going back for greenhouse glass if needed and any other glass products we may need. Thank you to the team for a above and beyond small job.

Our 20 year old, murky, steamed up glass panes in two bedrooms and large conservatory, were fully replaced in less than a day at a really competitive price with guarantee. We had lots of questions about which type of glass we would be best to use, all answered by the team without pressure. Really nice fitters (employed by the company, not contractors), respectable and took care of property (shoes off, floor covering, etc). Very happy with my new glass, thank you! Highly recommend these guys!

I'm really happy with the repairs Belgrave Glass did on my mirrored dressing table. Excellent job and great customer service.

Belgrave glass is always my first choice for anything glass related , very friendly and efficient service, Very decent prices ! We ordered glass splashbacks, they'll do whatever colour you like. Great customer service, fast, friendly and efficient. Bob and Jamie did a great job fitting them in!! Highly recommended, we'll use them again!!

It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at belgrave glass! I placed 2 orders with them and my elderly parents were pleased with both. I dealt with Chloe and Bob regards my first order and was given good advice and suggestions. The item is perfect and my mum loves the Hob splashback! The second order was placed with Jane and I took her advice. I had a problem with the second order, of my own doing and Jane sorted it out for me without hesitation and Darrel came to the rescue to fix it perfectly! Dad is very pleased with the Mirror for the bathroom. Thanks again to Chloe, Bob, Jane and Darrel. Saira

Absolutely brilliant experience. Glass was completed quickly and a perfect fit for my vivarium. Highly recommended.

The Belgrave Glass team provided a great service from order to installation of our kitchen splashback. The team were very helpful and went that extra mile to ensure the installation was completed in time for Christmas! Great job, thank you.

I have been helped today by these wonderful people , it may have been a small thing but to me it was a big deal .. I will most certainly be using and recommending them to anyone needing any glass/glazing work 5 🌟 - Thank you

Managed to do the job before Christmas against all the odds. Very prompt and efficient service. Glass splashback was dyed to match and result was fabulous. Very friendly staff, good communication. Well done!

Excellent service from start to finish. Used them for 3 different things, balustrade glass, a custom headboard with glass, and a huge kitchen splash back. Great to have such a fab company so close to home. Highly recommended. Thanks once again

Kitchen splashback glass panel in white. Belgrave offer an effective and efficient service at a great price. Couldn't be happier it's given our kitchen a superb finish.

FRIENDLY AND GREAT SERVICE - Belgrave Glass was recommended by kitchen fitter for kitchen splashback. However was looking for full glass instead of tiles to cover rest of the unit. Went to showroom spoke to Chloe who provided all the samples and advice necessary. Was happy I could have any colour wanted and they would provide a measure & fit service. The splashback look excellent thanks to Bob and Jamie who did the fitting. The only negative which was out of Belgrave Glass's control was the supplying of the splashback which took 7 weeks when we were advised 4-6 week. The is a supply chain issue everywhere currently. Will recommend to all friends and family.

Very friendly, highly professional and skilled at what they do - a dying art! Arrived on time, tidy and didn’t leave till the job was done. Thanks

Highly recommended. Excellent service and good quality splashback....

Excellent service and very helpful

Really happy with the complete end to end service from Belgrave Glass, both Chloe and Jane in the office were very professional and friendly and super helpful in answering my queries. The two chaps quoting and fitting our made to measure bathroom mirror were wonderful, again very friendly, but professional. The process from initial phone call to manufacture and then fitting took approximately 2 weeks which was great. Really happy with the end result. Will certainly use again. Thank you! - photo included.

Just had shower splashbacks fitted by Belgrade Glass. They have done a fantastic job. Thank you to the team members. Pricewise, they were very competitive and would totally recommend them.

Recently had our splashback fitted - went to Belgrave glass as they are local and had great reviews. So glad we did - Chloe was really helpful from start to finish, helping us get the colour we wanted. I was able to take colour samples in for matching, I took some of their samples home to try out against our kitchen cupboards. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a slight issue with our fitting but the team were really apologetic and helpful, making sure we didn't wait too long for our next fitting date. The guys that came to fit the splashback were really friendly and helpful. Job was done quickly, leaving no mess, and it looks fabulous! Thank you!

A1 service, friendly staff, lovely to deal with. I made a mistake with the measurements ( to big) and they cut them back down for me.i can highly recommend them.

I Would like to thank Jane and Bob at Belgrave glass for making my mirror look as good as new after it accidentally got broken on Saturday morning while I was decorating, I took it straight down to Belgrave glass who replaced the mirror, and secured the back for me in Less than 10 minutes. Had a mirror replaced in a large pine frame this morning, and with in 10 minutes it was done! And this without any pre-bookings. 1 phone call, was all it took, and was told to drop in when convenient. To top it off , was charged a reasonable price too! Fantastic service can’t recommend this company enough! Value for money and quick turnaround. Great kitchen coloured splash back and repairs to mirrored furniture. 😃

Rang earlier to get a piece of glass cut to size. Friendly enough service but they made the glass to the wrong size. Don't book over the phone as no proof of measurements using that method and absolutely zero customer service to resolve the problem. washed their hands of it immediately.

Fantastic service! Good prices, efficient and very helpful. Very pleased with my splashback. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Company.

They cut me non reflective glass for two picture frames while I waited. It wasn't cheap but no more than I expected for a specialised item. Great service.

Cam ustası lazım mı ?

We needed glass up stands to match what our kitchen supplier called Baltic Blue. Problem was, this is not a recognised RAL or Pantone colour. So we challenged Belgrave Glass to come up with a match from a small colour pen supplied by the kitchen manufacturer. They did, resulting in a perfect match. Belgrave also kept us in touch with the process from start to finish. Great to see such good communication and quality product from this friendly family team.

I ordered a bathroom mirror, cut to fit. The whole process was easy, professional and at a very good price. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Belgrave Glass and their fitter, Bob Thornton.
