Betts Glass & Glazing

Ryan did a great job of our internal living room glass and door. Excellent finish and very tidy. Got him back to do some more work soon!

Very pleased - turned up on time and made a very neat job of replacing a broken sealed unit within a couple of hours.

We contacted Ryan for some work we needed doing around leaking windows and resealing of two bathrooms. Ryan was very professional, provided a fair quote and done the work to a good standard. Would highly recommend. Tre

Very professional and excellent service. Thank you Ryan

Would highly recommend. Ryan has done a couple of jobs for me and has always done a fantastic job. Honest, competitive price and very professional work.

Quick professional and efficient. Quality service. Let my 3 year old watch and shown him a thing or two

I ordered one piece of toughened glass - the order was then subbed to Coopers with an extortionate charge for doing so. I was charged £80 for glass that had a sale value of £35. The company claims to operate out of Freehold Street when he doesn’t. Not recommended.

Love my new doors thanks Ryan for doing an amazing job and going above and beyond. Will recommend you to everybody.

Amazing job! Shower, 2 sinks and a 12 foot counter top regrouped in under an hour! Polite, professional too. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We've used ryan many times and wouldn't use anyone else, he's what you want in a tradesman, professional, good value and turns up when he says he will

Ryan was professional, accommodating and efficient. Used him before and will definitely use him again. Was so happy my son could sleep in a draft free room.

5 Star Professionalism from Ryan, was perfect from the quote til the end of the job, would recommend him to anyone.

Edit- I’ve also found out since writing the review below that the glass that’s been fitted is not the correct energy efficient k glass which is the legal requirement for my property. Ryan also knew that I have a severely disabled child and has left me with windows that are making my house much colder than it should be until I sort getting them replaced. His response was simply “well you didn’t ask for k glass”. This is because I didn’t know about the different types. As a window fitter it’s down to him to discuss this with me and he would have known full well that this is what should be fitted in my house to meet the current legal/building requirements. I could have been in a situation where I’d paid hundreds of pounds for glass that would end up costing me a lot more in energy bills. Replacement of window panes. Lots of scuffs, scratches & dust when the sun is shining between the panes which looks awful (worse in real life than in the photo). Initially told me that the suppliers had refused to replace them, apparently saying I’m too fussy in so many words and that it must be the location of the panes that’s the issue!? Photos sent which clearly showed the issues and how bad they were so Ryan agreed to replace them but refused to give me the suppliers details so I could please speak to them and ask what would be done differently this time to ensure they weren’t damaged/dirty in between the panes (which I feel was a fair enough request for hundreds of pounds worth of work which there was issues with the first time around) but he point blank refused to do so and has cancelled the replacement job

1st class service. Very responsive and top quality work.

Great service as always from Ryan, I wouldn't use anyone else for window replacement or repair. A trustworthy family run business is rare these days.

Had splash back fitted in my kitchen but there was small defect which I noticed on the same day after the fitting. Contacted the fitter numerous times to come back and have a look and correct the defect but he hasn’t bothered!!! This isn’t the service I expected and feel let down. I am the type off person who spends a great deal off time reading customer’s reviews and their experience with the company they trusted to carry out their work so I feel obliged to share this and be honest. 5 months on still waiting!!!!

Ryan did a great job of replacing a pane of glass in my front door. Prompt efficient service, would definitely use again.

Amazing service all round, saved us from a last minute mess someone else left us in.
