After searching for a local company on the Isle of Wight to provide & fit a couple of new doors and a window, and after receiving quotes from companies on Checkatrader who hadn't even come out to the property to measure up or even asked about the styles we wanted! we chose to go with Joedan and it was the best decision. Right from the start with Martin coming out and spending time to explain our options to the planner, sorry I can't remember his name😟, to Grahme and Richard who came out to install the units, we were kept informed as to what was going on at each stage, usually with an email from Abbie in the office. Over the years we have used several companies around the country to update our windows and doors, some giving appalling service, but most being great and I would put Joedan at the top of the great service list. If you are thinking of getting replacement units then I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with our experience: 1. Stuart in the office was most helpful and patient while we narrowed down which front door and side panels we might choose. 2. Joedan rejected a sub-standard door panel before it was delivered to us 3. Fitting took place as planned, with no hitches. 4. Door and side panels look extremely smart, setting off the front of the house perfectly. 5. Instant response when key broke in the lock. Engineer explained why key had broken - my mistake! Thank you.
We have just had all new windows, back door and sliding patio doors with Joedan. The service and end result was really good. They always arrived when the said they would. The 2 installers were very good: cleaned up at the end of each day, were flexible as to sequence on installation, left minimal impact on the surrounding sills etc. I would be happy to recommend them.

This was a large job, replacing 30 windows and doors. Most importantly, we are delighted with the results: a high-quality product that both looks great and works well functionally. But also, given the scale and the potential disruption, Joedan made the whole process from initial sales contact to final installation as smooth and painless as possible. And in particular, the installers Tony and Wayne were thoroughly professional, did great work and were always considerate minimising the disruption to us. I would use Joedan in a heartbeat and am very happy to recommend them
Excellent customer service & very competitive prices. From the initial enquiry with Anna the sales lady, to the final fitting of a replacement turn handle which we asked for, the customer service was excellent when purchasing our new front door. We had quotes for composite doors, only to find out that these would not fit. Anna took the time to come to Dorset to measure our doorway and advised on the most suitable door for us. It turned out to be UPVC but looks exactly like a composite and is much cheaper! Installation was excellent, very professional installers who were polite, friendly and great craftsmen who tidied up and did an brilliant job. After that we noticed we had missed off the fact we didn't have a handle inside, we reported it to Anna who in turn reported to Mark the Customer Service guy, who sorted within a week. New turn knob installed and he personally came to inspect the job, all sorted and we are very happy with our new door. Highly recommend this company for a professional and great value job. Thank you!
