Ythan Glazing (Ellon) Ltd - Glaziers is consistently praised for friendly, helpful service from the first enquiry through to fitting. Customers commonly mention replacement double-glazing units, reglazing, mirrors and glass shelves, with work described as prompt, professional and carefully completed. The team is punctual, explains things clearly, works considerately in customers’ homes and leaves areas tidy, while providing good value and practical help throughout.
We used Ythan Glazing for installing replacement double glazing units into existing frames. The installer did a survey first and once units were ordered we were given an installation date. Couldn't fault any part of the service. The installers turned up on time and did a really good job. We are very happy with the new windows and would recommend Ythan Glazing.
From the first call answered by a friendly girl to booking the measure and then fitting of 2 glass windows that were blown the whole process was first class and did not take long very professional
The team at Ythan from the office to the work carried out was done in a freindly matter. Work to a professional standard from start to completion. Area tidied up after they left and you wointb know they had been in the house. Highly recommended.
5 stars across the board.Everyone so friendly, helpful and professional.Very pleased with the speed and competence of the window fitters, who did a great job, including fixing an additional window issue at no extra cost, and working round my autistic son. I offered to pay for it and they refused any additional payment. The standard of service and professionalism that is hard to find!!!!
Very helpful and pleasant lady.
I can't recommend Ythan Glazing strongly enough. They have replaced a couple of double glazing panels for me in the past, with another to come in coming months, and their customer service is unrivalled. The chaps that come out are super nice, really thorough and always instinctively explain things with not a hint of condescension, just helpful information and education. They're always willing to help and get things sorted and I'm delighted to be in their catchment area. 10 stars out of 5 from me.
Ythan Glazing Ellon was a pleasure to deal with, so professional, punctual, and friendly. I am so impressed with the way they do business and a breath of fresh air in this modern age. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for the great service.

Fine and friendly service. Very helpful in choices and speedy service.
Ordered 4 pieces of mirror and 6 glass shelves for a cabinet my husband built, the mirror and glass was ready in no time, the help from Diane was great, and I am really happy with the outcome, this is the second time I have used Ythan glazing, and have had great service both times
I have been using Ythan Glazing regularly over the past few years and get a 5🌟 service every time. Would highly recommend.
