Originally, we used MJ Glazing to replace a window in our house, after they were recommended by a trusted local professional. We have found them easy to deal with, and the price was fair. The work was efficient, clean, and done without any damage to the surrounding wall. Since the original work, we used them again to replace a window that broke in a storm. The cost was only just more than the insurance excess. They were able to measure without needing us to be available. When the work was done the fitter spotted a minor defect with the replacement (even before I had seen this). He left this in place and the company arranged a replacement with no fuss. This is exactly the kind of service I would hope to get, so well done.

"NEVER USE THIS FIRM in my experience" (Company number 04851273.) If I had known these guys would cut and run, I would of never used them. They installed DG units into 20 windows at our home around 18 months ago. 3 of the windows now have an issue where the glass has clouded and we have been chasing them for over 3 months to fix them under warranty. I even spoke to Mark the owner of the company myself 3 weeks ago and he said, send him the pictures and information but, it was just lip service. Since then I have not heard back from him even after chasing yet again. Save yourself the hassle and use another company that does care about its customers and wants return business.
