Restoration Glazing

I have to say, I use a lot of companies for my business and this one has been the best! Lots of updates and turned up on time for all the visits. They have made my life a little easier!! Thank you so much 🙏 Bev, a happy customer 👍🏼

Both young men were delightful and their work was A1! Completed window replacement was exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend your company - thank you!

Wayne’s was excellent. Organised. Helpful. Informative. Fast. The only downside was that it took two weeks to get the glass made and fit.

Fixed my door handle, punctual and efficient.

Very efficient from start to finish. Excellent products with friendly service. Can’t recommend highly enough

I could not source a through double glazing glass adapter for my portable air conditioner, so I made my own and asked these guys to supply a glazed unit with a hole to my specification. I am very pleased with the outcome and recommend this company, who were prompt and very easy to deal with.

Brilliant company. Great communication and customer service. Wayne and his trainee were very personable, efficient and helpful.

Great experience with Restoration Glazing - good communication, very quick service and happy with the work, would recommend!

Very polite and knowledgeable about their products,we had a very old door and porch frame of an old configuration. This was no issue and all replaced and finished very neatly. We needed electrical work to be completed before the installation and they were understanding and patient with the delay this caused.

Fast efficient and friendly

Really fast response, great technician who fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service - Wayne our engineer was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Very happy.

Efficient and knowledgeable service

Very good service with charming fitters. Arrived when they said it would and very quick fitting.

Very good job. Prompt and efficient

Excellent service. Did what they said they would, when they said they would. Polite, very clean and tidy. PLUS, I can see out of the patio doors again!

Excellent service. It took less than 10 minutes to replace the glass for my patio window. Brilliant price and it only took 10 days to order and install

Had this company replace a blown unit in our bifold doors and to rectify some alignment problems. There were a few initial issues getting the alignment right, but to their credit they sent out a more experienced engineer who worked really hard to get the best possible result. Appreciated the effort to put things right and see it through properly. Good customer service in sorting the problem.

I used their services multiple times and it is always perfect! Brilliant service!

Highly recommended. Very short time between enquiry, measuring, quote and installation. Fitter very friendly and efficient and office kept us informed at every stage of the process.👍👍👍

Friendly and capable fitter who replaced a window unit at record speed and to a high standard. Only just arrived within the time window - almost an hour from the 8am booked time. Taking a little more time and care would have made this visit feel a little less frenetic. Would recommend to others for future work.

Efficient and professional service! Would highly recommend

Very easy to book, competitive quote, turn up on time. Decent invoicing system too. I wish all trades were like this.

Did an amazing job! Came to sort my door out same as day as when I contacted them and then when I accidentally locked myself out Wayne very kindly came back to help me even though he was nearly home at the end of the work day. Really appreciate it and an amazing service!

What an absolute joke of a company don't waste your time or money there are companies who will give a good service

Very pleased with the end result of my conservatory renovation, prompt and efficient. Very Clean and smooth experience and any little snags were dealt with in a very reassuring manner. Prompt and kept informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Restoration Glazing. David , in Lordswood, Southampton

Great experience, awesome customer service and the fitter was a really nice guy. No complaints from me. 💪

Great Comms, quick call out and service was 5star fixing our window with ease. Would recommend.

From our initial inquiry through survey and installation Restoration Glazing have been thoroughly professional with excellent communication and competitive pricing. There was a large variety of products to choose from and good advice without the hard sell. Kyal, the surveyor who also installed our bay window, bedroom window and front door was exemplary. He overcame problems and communicated with us throughout the process. Together with his labourer Colin they took care in keeping the job clean and tidy. Kyal obviously takes great pride in his work, which shows in the finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend Restoration Glazing to family and friends or anyone looking for home improvements.

Fantastic!!!!

Glass in door replaced no problems good team

Very pleased with the replacement of two window sealed double glazing units. Prompt and clean service. Removed shoes when asked. Professional , polite and friendly employee. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Really pleased with the whole experience. I was kept informed of their arrival time. Very impressed on how professional the fitting and tidying up went. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service all round. Communication for the quote & booking was excellent - friendly, timely & professional. Very impressed with Paul who came to do the work along with Colin. Paul has a wealth of experience & was keen to explain the issues & make helpful suggestions. Courteous, friendly & good humoured. Highly recommended.

Work was swift and professional. Very pleased with result.

Had nine trickle vents fitted by a very pleasant young man. Got to work straight away and was very courteous of property. The only issue I have, is there is an hole above one of the vents outside. May have to put a stopper or silicone over it. Looks like it may have been drilled too high. Other than that all good. The communication had been excellent. Thank you.

Work smart

Great service from start to finish. Fantastic communication and professionalism. Would certainly recommend to everyone Thank you to Colin for a very polite and tidy service

We had 15 grey uPVC windows supplied and installed by Restoration Glazing. The price was competitive and service unfaultable. During installation there were a few "hiccups", but Ben and Tali (owners) quickly acted to resolve any issues and provided a wonderful personalised service, to the point they even did a site visit to make sure we were happy and all snags resolved. Would highly recommend and wish the guys all the best for their bright future!

Lovely company to deal with. I first spoke to Jas Abbott who was a delight and so, so helpful. The booking for a composite door adjustment/seal replacement was made and confirmed by email. Kyal, the engineer who visited was friendly, very efficient and informative. He was able to adjust the door but unfortunately but couldn't replace the seal as it is integrated within the door. He contacted his office to advise what he had been able to rectify and the cost was adjusted accordingly. Where Restoration Services & Glazing shines is with communication, both with us, the customer, and each other. Faultless! When we are able to consider replacing the door we will certainly be contacting them again. :)

Awesome people, awesome service. Timely , efficient and excellent.

Very happy to recommend. Great service, reasonable price and friendly and helpful telephone contact. Efficient and tidy workmanship. Thank you 🙂

Such fantastic and quick service. Great company totally would recommend.

Great communication from start to finish and a prompt, professional service too. Managed to recondition my door and lock meaning I didn’t need to replace it.

Lovely chaps , polite, helpful, quickly fixed shattered patio door

It's wonderful to be able to do a 5* review for a double glazing company! From the first meeting to final fitting, their communication and service was brilliant. My conservatory roof had two broken panels. One of the ways that Restoration Services and Glazing showed their high standard as a company, was the way they dealt with a problem. It was an issue where no one was at fault and meant that the panels needed reordering. Every step of the way, they kept in touch, turned up when expected, messaged if stuck in traffic, and were pleasant and professional to deal with. We're having them quote for the other glazing jobs we need doing.

First rate service. Good price. Good communications, efficient and effective. Got the job done quickly with no fuss. Fitter was polite, helpful and left everything neat and tidy when he left. I would recommend Restoration Services and Glazing to anyone and have already done so to my neighbours.

I would to thank and recommend Restoration Services & glazing. After contacting this company Kyle and Colin came out 2 days later arrived on time to quote for a couple of leaks on my lean-to conservatory he found and showed the problem areas and explained I would need a repair which is what I was hoping for. Kyal was very thorough with his investigations. I received a prompt quote later that day which I accepted. Today Kyal and Colin repaired replaced and cleaned the areas as discussed very professional excellent work. Communication from start to finish was excellent thank you Tali. I will be using Restoration services for other work in the next couple of months Many Thanks Michelle 😊

Third time I have been in need of their services, - punctual, friendly and efficient, highly recommended!

Excellent service from start to finish. Paul did a great job of sorting all my problems out for me. Mary.

Great communication. Paul was very thorough and dealt with our sticking patio doors. Although he came a little later than arranged we were kept fully informed and were able to track his journey. Very friendly. Pleased with the price of the work.

Had a new sliding patio door fitted and new glass in our garage back door. All fitted beautifully by the team and all within 2 hours. Our old doors and glass were taken away and area cleaned up. Couldn't be happier with the results. Would recommend to anyone.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Restoration. From start to finish we were kept informed with clear explanations of what work was required and what actions were needed to repair the issues we had with our leaky conservatory roof. Accurate quotes were quickly provided and appointments made swiftly. Reminder texts sent out and another just before arrival. Excellent communication at all times. We had some additional work carried out at the same time, replacement garage window, lead flashing replaced, trickle vents installed and blockage from a downpipe removed. We cannot fault the service we received, Kyal and his colleagues were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service, work to a high standard and a competitive price. Great job all round, thank you.

A big thank-you to the Restoration+ Glazing team, 1st class service from booking to completion . Very friendly staff highly recommend. Many thanks Den.

Technician achieved a good result in the circumstances. Frame had been installed out of true.

Paul and Colin repaired our internal sliding glass door and did a truly excellent job. It was not an easy task to do but they stuck with it and persevered. We are so grateful.

Two guys arrived and immediately went to work. Window fixed in minutes. Other faults examined and appointment made almost immediately for them to come and put right. Both chaps very personable.

We had water coming in through our double glazing in a conservatory that was over 20 years old. Having evaluated a number of companies providing repair services, we contacted Restoration Services and Glazing just before Christmas. The member of the team that came to see us was very personable, identified what was needed and explained to us clearly what was needed. Restoration Services and Glazing very promptly sent us a quotation for the work to be done, this was acceptable. On January 6, 2026, as scheduled, the member of the team arrived and undertook the work very competently. Based on our very positive experience, we would be very willing to recommend Restoration Services and Glazing.

Genuine feedback. Absolutely brilliant will definitely be using this company for future repairs. Excellent work and excellent service. Thank you.

Paul fixed my windows knew what he was doing. Will use again would recommend the company

Brilliant service , quick response from first enquiry to completed job. Had glass replaced in window and a new door fitted. Workman very polite and arrived on time . Job finished to a really high standard , cleaned up everything afterwards and explained locking system on door. Will definitely be using again.

After moving to a new house it is advisable to change the locks since any number of people could have a key. Following much research I chose Restoration Services and Glazing to help, on the basis that this service-provider has lots of positive reviews on various platforms. I'm glad I did. Paul succeeded in resolving my security issues, complicated by patio doors that needed a replacement part which is no longer available, and a front door latch that had originally been put in upside down. Paul did not give up until it was all sorted. Thank you.

I have used this business twice now and both times the work was excellent. Only giving 4 stars due to issues with time keeping - first visit, I had to call for an update as no one had come, staff member arrived nearly an hour later than I was expecting him. Second visit appointment booked for 9am which the company then changed to 8.30am, and no one arrived until 9.30am.

Very professionally handled throughout and the new window looks great...thanks to all!! Also, BRILLIANT time-keeping!!

Brilliant service

Really great service. Quick responses and turnaround time with great communication from start to finish. Kyal the service engineer arrived on time and immediately set to work. The seals on the windows were replaced quickly and efficiently with no mess. Great efficient service. We would definitely recommend this company and will use again if necessary

As always an excellent service. Very efficient with great communication. Excellent job

Very happy with the service provided by this company, replacing a failed window unit. Excellent communications so we knew what was happening, when. The tradesmen who came were friendly, polite and helpful. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Good service especially measuring up and advice but fitters were VERY late coming though quickly did the job

Once again we anjoyed professional service, and an expert repair job done on our broken lead-panelled window. Thank you Paul for a superb re-installation.

Very good service from initial enquiry through to completion of replacement of 2 misted windows. Would not hesitate to recommend this company, impressed with their professionalism

Very responsive, price and speed of deliver beat local firms. Excellent comms and polite, pleasant and quick installer

A totally efficient job in replacing a glass panel in the roof of our conservatory A very awkward job done with no fuss whatsoever. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Great service. Quick and efficient. Kyal was very pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic company! On my original phone calls spoke to Tali who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Somebody came out to verify the job the same day and was booked in quickly. Only had to wait 10 days for the job to be done. The communication about all aspects of the job was excellent and the guy that carried out the job was friendly and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Absolutely outstanding.

Paul and Colin did a great job replacing a shattered porch roof glass pane as well as replacing three windows which had developed condensation in between the double glazing. Professional, courteous and they completed the work to a high standard. Very impressed and I would not hesitate to recommend Restoration Services and Glazing to others!

Carried out a repair promptly and efficiently, a decent company

I would highly recommend Restoration Services. They sorted the problem out in no time at all. Trying to find someone honest and reliable to do the work was difficult but Restoration Services definitely fitted the bill. I found them to be very professional . Thank you Restoration Services.

Would like to say a big thank you to Paul of this Company for installing the two glass window panes on Monday. Great professional work as usual. Will always use this Company. Very professional from the moment I ordered the panes right through to my payment. Keep up the good work everyone at the Company.

The lads turned up on time after a sms message to say they were on their way. They worked quickly and efficiently to replace 19 of our windows which had blown. They were here for around 2.5 hrs. Very pleased with the result, many thanks

I was very impressed with the whole experience of dealing with this company. I rang and described the problem I had and within a couple of minutes the appointment was made for the following day. I was told who to expect, which is reassuring when you’re at home alone and they were on time. They were very polite and courteous confirming the repair required which they completed promptly . I would definitely recommend this company and will use again if necessary.

Great service today replacing blown back door glass and replacing hinges on temperament patio doors. Roll on next week for new hinges on back door. Great service from all , thankyou.

Excellent service for a very difficult job. They always answer the phone promptly, and their texting of updates & appointments is very efficient.

Great service. Fast and Professional and fixed my conservatory gutter issues. Would 100% recommend.

Easy , quick , friendly , helpful service

Just like to say big thank you to Restoration Services & Glazing for the installation of my new windows and completing other repairs with new double glazing and realignment of French doors. The installation guys very polite no mess and would advise on anything if asked. Once again great job highly recommend. And of course great warranty with the windows.

Very responsive and professional company. They were able to send a fitter to rectify a horrible job completed by a rogue door company who now claim to have ceased trading. He has repaired the damage done to our property as best he can and the doors now work. It's worth spending a little more on reliable, skillful companies like this!

Amazing service, all the windows seals on the outside were very old and were leaking the black dye onto the white upvc making it very difficult to keep clean, I contacted the company and they were very quick to respond and to gave me a date and time for them to see what the problem was. Once the quote was accepted Kyal attended to see what was needed, he was very professional throughout, arrangements were made for the following Monday, he turned up on time, a rarity these days, the work was done very quickly and efficiently , from the initial contact to job complete 1 week, amazing, I would highly recommend this company and staff.

Quoted and booked with ease, quick to sort the problem with our windows. Will use again.

Great job done - excellent communication and very good workmanship. Would highly recommend.

Hopefully sorted my door, opens and closes perfectly Thank you

Excellent service, extremely helpful, great communication and superb customer service, excellent and professional all round experience!

Very approachable and understanding. Customer Service as how it should be. Other companies take note. Kyle completed all jobs in a very competent and professional manner. Fully recommended.

Great service, Paul came and fitted several windows, replaced hinges and adjusted a door that was hitting the frame. Polite, friendly and clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Nice company to deal with. Fitters were friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job for a price that didn't break the bank. Would happily use them again.

We have just had two door seals replaced by Restoration Services & Glazing and found the whole experience excellent, I had an immediate reply from Ben on a late Sunday evening about my enquiry followed by a quote to carry out the work again within a short space of time, after accepting the quote which was very reasonable my work was carried out a few days later. Paul the engineer carried out the work in a very professional manner and went above and beyond to ensure the door seals were fitted correctly after a couple of problems, again we were very pleased with what was carried out and would definitely use Restoration Services & Glazing again and would highly recommend them.

Kyal fitted 3 new window locks. Very efficient job done in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Reasonably priced replacement glazed unit. Perfect glass match. Installed very quickly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant job! After an inspection visit, Ben laid out the the three options of either repair, replace parts if needed, or replace the whole doors. On the second visit, they sorted it! and it was the cheapest of the three options. Now working like new and they got the job done on a quick urgent turn around. Than you so much. I am a very happy customer!

Did an excellent job. Kyal was a very helpful lad keeping us informed of the progress. Seemed to be a very good price for all that they did. Conservatory looking good as is the facias and guttering.

Prompt, professional and courteous. Replace my broken window pane no bother . Happy to recommend. 5 stars.

Attended at short notice to readjust our problematic composite French doors. Really pleased with the level of service and quality of work. Would highly recommend.

Great job by a lovely fitter and at a great price. Highly recommend and will use again!

Great service, clean and tidy. Thanks so much. Nice to have clear windows that now open again!

Excellent service, from start to finish

All completed as agreed

Professional service

This is the third time using restoration services and glazing and again we have been very pleased with the service , after their quick response we had a date and time set , good communication . They replaced a pane of glass in our bifold doors and one in a kitchen window which had condensation in the units . Friendly , efficient and clean and tidy

Had the guys around to replace some double glazed units that had blown and patio door glass they also replaced some handles and repaired locks and window mechanism the work was all done to a high standard clean and tidy will be giving them more work

After many astronomical quotes from various companies,I was given there number at a meeting, not knowing they were on my patch in Chandler's ford. Most of the homes in valley park are coming to a point where the double glazed units have misted up and need replacing, they came and measured sent they quote I accepted and ordered and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. Will use them again.Especially when being told by other companies to rip out the windows and replace the lot,for the record I was quoted on avarage @£1500 and the restoration company did this for £151.

Very quick and efficient service, fitter was professional clean and tidy .fitted job a day earlier which was a bonus, would recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. I contacted them through Facebook messenger originally after seeing a recommendation in one of my local area groups. My windows seals on the outside were looking very much past their best and I'd noticed some dampness on the inside of the Juliet balcony door trim. They were incredibly quick to respond and to give me a date and time that worked for me to see what the problem was. Once I accepted the quote which I got later that day they contacted me to arrange the work..the following week!!! Paul was very professional throughout and contacted me on the day to ask if he could come slightly earlier. The work was done as quickly and efficiently as my windows allowed with explanations as to what they were doing/ had done and they cleaned up after themselves too. Nice little touches are the tracking so you can see how far away they are from getting to you and the multi platform communication. Highly recommended for no fuss efficient service

Very good service and reasonable prices. Keep very good contact as contract proceeded

I was very pleased with the communication, service and pricing of Restoration Services & Glazing. I would use them again.

Great company to deal with prompt communication and service Most of all fantastic value for money We now have doors that are draft proof and show no day light through them Thanks Ben and your team

Great service. Good communication. Easy fix for the window. Engineer turned up when advised and job complete to high standard

Excellent service, would recommend to anyone looking to repair their windows rather than replace.

Excellent service and would highly recommend

Kyle has been amazing. Two new windows fitted. Quickly and no mess. These are really nice people in this company. I would definitely recommend them. Used them several times. Very Professional. Thanks Ben and Kyle 👍

engineers arrived on time, were polite and efficient, would recommend restoration services to any one.

Great work installing glazing panes to our new aluminium door set. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced.

Great service - very responsive and very friendly!

Fantastic, quick to fix and let you know what's happend and ways to prevent from happening to other windows

Paul replaced our large garden room window with great care and precision and went out of his way to make new holding timbers to replace the old ones which showed signs of rot.

Kyal, the fitter, was knowledgeable and efficient. The whole team kept me updated throughout the entire process of my window and door lock replacement, from start to finish. They are skilled, very professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend the company without hesitation.

Overall very good indeed - good communication and went about their work well. One window was measured wrong and their supplier didn't provide the right handles even though restoration had given them the correct specification so we had 3 visits for the work. so a small bit of inconvenience but the job was well done

brilliant communication prior to repair. repairs to 2 window locks that needed replacing and one new set of hinges to a window. very helpful and friendly, talked through what he would be doing and has done a great repair on my windows.

Quick, friendly service. Great communication - they gave me a call the morning of the appointment & a courtesy text when they were 25 mins away. Good price, left the place nice & clean/tidy. Superb job!

Brilliant and reliable service. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service. Replaced the windows and left every thing clean and tidy. Have given his details to friends. very satisfied.

Excellent value for money. Arrive when they say and do a great job.

Having recently moved to our house we realised that something wasn’t right with the windows as we could hear a lot of outside noise and the rooms were cold. I contacted Restoration and they got back to me quickly and sent Kyal round to have a look at what was wrong, quickly he found issues with most of the windows and doors in the property. We were provided a quote and booked in for the work to be completed. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and polite and Kyal was fantastic. He even spent some time to show me what the issues were with our lounge window and patio doors. He is a credit to the company! I cannot thank you all enough as the house is finally warm and quiet!

Great communication with work carried out quickly and efficiently. Many thanks

The team were really helpful from booking to arranging a quote and completing the work. I felt Kyle had a great deal of expertise which was needed as he was rectifying a substandard fitting by another company. Thanks Kyle

Very professional service throughout from the team at Restoration. From the initial enquiry, to providing a quote and then carrying out the work. A seam-less experience and will definitely use again.

Very happy with service. Quick, polite and efficient.

Really helpful company, will definitely be working with them again

Good quality work and friendly service. Sorted out some misted windows and replaced hinges. Few days after (during stormy weather) a bit of plastic flew off from the outside of the window - I suspect it may have loosened a little whilst they were working right next to it. I told them what had happened and they duly came out and replaced it for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent, efficient service. Very pleased with the end result!

Excellent service and a very fair price for door and window repairs. Highly recommended.

From initial quote of £229 to measuring up for new window pane and new window handle to fitting was handled professionally. Only mishap was when window lock mechanism supplied was incorrect. A call to the office to chase up was soon rectified and an apology that the fitter had forgotten to tell the office. Happy to recommend them with a fair price for work.

Excellent service, helpful and courteous staff, completed repair in good time and there was no mess. Thoroughly recommend.

Very good service all the way along

Fast, efficient, effective and friendly! Quote received quickly, really helpful responses from the enquiry team, engineers arrived on time (wearing shoe covers to avoid making a mess!) and fixed all the windows. Couldn’t be happier with the service received

Great service from quotation, to arranging works and completion. Very professional, tidy, polite. Would use again and recommend.

Great service, quick response to any queries. Workman did a brilliant job . Very happy.

Happy to recommend these guys. Everyone we dealt with from the company was friendly and helpful, and the job was completed quickly and for a reasonable price. We would definitely use them again.

Professional, tidy, and reliable. Would recommend.

Great guys. Came in and did a great job with our windows. Would highly recommend them to anybody who needs windows and doors being repaired or replaced etc

Friendly, prompt and reliable.

Great service from these guys who managed to fix our annoying door which has been catching on the frame for years and some helpful tips as well for future maintenance

Very good service that can deal with all aspects of doors and windows. Had my conservatory door repaired/adjusted, which was completed promptly for a modest charge. The engineer was polite, courteous and knowledgeable, offering me very good advice as regards maintenance and sorting out various other issues that need attention. Will use again.

Absolutely excellent! I wasn’t sure my window could be repaired, but from initial contact through to completion of the work, these guys were brilliant. The work was booked in quickly and completed quickly and cleanly, and the engineers themselves were great - and our window now closes perfectly, just in time for the cold weather! Can’t thank you all enough, we’ll definitely be back when the other window is ready to be repaired. A massive thank you to everyone involved ☺️

Clean and tidy worker

Brilliant work! Got the job done on time, on budget. Punctual, left the place clean. friendly tean. Thanks.

Great service from start to finish. Kept well informed by email. Fitter was very friendly and efficient. Very pleased.

Thank you so much for Jason’s excellent work and the after sales service of your company, we were really impressed. The friendliness and honesty and attention to detail were second to none. Thank you

Very quick and professional service, happy with the work and repairs carried out. Would use again, if needed.

Communication very poor. Took 3 visits to complete the job after the first quote. First visit was to measure up again, second visit the workman wasn’t allocated enough time the 3rd visit didn’t happen on the booked day and had to chase 2 hours after the booked time to be told workman was still on another job but if I didn’t chase I would never have know a week later the work was complete. Jason the workman was very friendly, tidy, respectful and generally a good guy.

Absolutely first class service all round. Quoted for replacement hinges of two windows and an adjustment of a third. Rooms already feel warmer without the previous gaps! They were recommended to me by a friend and couldn't be more pleased with work and top notch guys that came out.

Smooth quoting process, friendly staff and happy with with the work (a couple of adjustments and one new double glazed unit) now it's been carried out.

We needed a repair to one of our double glazed units in a bedroom window. The job was completed with a minimum of fuss. All the people we dealt with were friendly and highly efficient. Communication with the office was excellent. Overall we are extremely pleased with all aspects of the work. Highly recommended.

Work carried out to fix windows that were difficult to close. They are out of guarantee but otherwise in good condition.Much easier to close now.Kept well informed by email and work carried out by very friendly man .Would recommend.

Excellent job done quickly and cleanly. Very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Great work and lovely man who came

Great job. Lovely guys. Kept in contact prior to work dates, and always arrived on time. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Very good communication throughout and good workmanship.

Very efficient service. Prompt response, quick repair and when job complete cheaper than original quote as estimated job was only requiring handle not lock. Fitter very skilled. Good job. Well done.

Friendly, fast and efficient service from this company. Good value and replacement window looks so much better

Absolutely outstanding company. My elderly parent's had a window hinge break and asked me to find someone who could urgently fix it. I found this company on line, along with others. I emailed several. These guys responded within 15 minutes. The appointment was set up and confirmed . I had a few questions they were answered instantly. The communication was excellent. They arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard. The gentleman fixing it was wonderful with my parents. Rare to see such outstanding service these days. Thank you. You are to be highly recommended.

Excellent and timely repair. Thank you

An efficient, prompt and polite service. I was was able to speak with them and then have a timely quote delivered.

Very professional company. Job done. No complaints.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Took the time to do a thorough job with pride in their work. Very profesional job.

The engineer was cheerful and informative as to the work he completed, showing me the changes he had made. The work was completed promptly and the area was left tidy afterwards.

This is the 2nd time we have used Ben and his team. This time was a blown window replaced and a door from frosted to clear glass. Very efficient, cleaned up well ensuring relevant window/door closed correctly and adjusted. Would recommend.

Excellent service and friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely use again in the future.

Great team, really friendly and reliable.

This is the second time ive used this company and again very happy, this time Stuart done a fantastic job fitting upvc internal window boards on all my windows, just had 1 small issue but it has been quickly resolved in a professional and amicable way. I would definatly recommend

Great service and brilliant price and value. Very nice team excellent customer service.

Excellent service.

Very impressed with quick response to our double glazing window problem - fixed within an hour of phoning them!

Thank you, I thought I’d have to replace a whole window, but your simple solution of replacing the bolt and handle is perfect!

Ben made several repairs for us. He replaced a misted up conservatory window pane. He adjusted the hang of a dropped door so we no longer have a huge gap and replaced the handle unit making it easier to shut and lock. Also replaced letterbox on our front door. The service provided was first class, even down to keeping us informed of his arrival time on the day by text. His workmanship and professionalism was of the highest standard. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ben.

Excellent job, quick, tidy and extremely good pricing!!

Quick and tidy. Great job

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My PVC doorframe had been badly fitted previously and I had contacted several companies to try to get it refitted and all refused without them first providing a new frame and door yet Stu and his mate had it fixed securely within 40 minutes and without a quibble too.

Great work by the team and very thorough nothing to much trouble and very informative with text and emails.

Great job replacing a window in my house. Really good, hardworking guys who were knowledgeable and professional. Got on with the job and were done in a couple of hours. And they left the area clean and tidy when they’d finished.

Very pleasant and polite workmen, quick and tidy, arrived when said and straight away covered their footwear before entering the property, would recommend

Great job and very quick. Even reduced the work needed. Many Thanks

Very helpful company. We had a broken leaded double glazed unit and you can't tell it from the original. Would definitely recommend.

There is just one word that describes this firm : Excellent. They are efficient, helpful, tidy, competive, responsive and totally professional. I will be using them again and can unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking at any glazing issue. Another word comes to mind :- Outstanding.

Ben's team at Restoration Services and Glazing were excellent from the quote through to completing the work. They were clear on all costs and worked quickly but with a level of expertise that was clear to see. They were tidy and friendly arriving on time and completing the job to a level that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them and expect to use them again when needed.

A very speedy and tidy installation.

A huge thank you to Ben and his crew, who in October did a large collection of various jobs; including blown glass replacements including lead lighted window; door hinges and adjustments, various locks, draft sealing jobs and replacing external capping edges. Everyone worked hard, nothing was too much trouble. Phone number in our phone list and very happy to recommend.

Highly recommend Ben and this company. Quick and helpful email replies followed by outstanding customer service when Ben came to visit. He gave very generous and helpful advice which was focused on what was best for me as a customer. No obligations to buy anything and it felt like a friend giving clear advice about how to tackle/improve the issues

Professional service and sorted out the issue with our door quickly. They gave us an explanation of what the issue was and pointed out things to look out for if it were to happen again or to a different door. Can fully recommend

Quick and efficient - thank you

Very quick and efficient. Lewis and his colleague fixed a loose back door in about 15 minutes. Very courteous and professional.

Great service, quick and were really friendly. Thank you so much!

Very quick to respond and very quick and easy repairs to the windows , thanks!

Very friendly and doing exactly what you need, if anything they do more for you, Very pleased to choose them, they saved me a lot money, by just coming out and repairing the windows and doors for me, the cost compared to replacing windows are nothing, i will 100% recommend them

Very quick, efficient and friendly service.Other firms said we would need a whole new window and only needed a hinge.Thankyou

Ben kept in touch on the day of the appointment to keep me informed of his arrival time. Professional repair to window that would not shut properly due to defective lock mechanism/gearbox. Clean, tidy & courteous. Happy to recommend.

I had an issue with a window handle breaking and being stuck closed. I had a look on Facebook for recommendations of a local company to use and came up with this company. I made a phone call late morning and the lads were with me by 4pm the same day. Top notch service. I was informed when they left the job before me and an ETA, I could even keep up with their travel progress and see when they were near my property. The lads that came in to replace the handle were lovely, very friendly and professional and insisted on cleaning my window of fingerprints etc on completion, even though I told them not to worry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Restoration Services & Glazing to friends & family. Highly recommend and 5 stars just isn't enough.

This company offer a great opportunity to renovate not replace. Door handle successfully changed

Excellent service. Prompt appointment supplied to replace broken hinge

Super quick and efficient work

Very helpful from the start... Arrived when he said.. Explained what problem was and sorted out.. Definitely use again...

The work was carried out quickly and efficiently - very pleased

Ben replaced opening fixings on a downstsirs bathroom window so, it could be fully opened and used as a Fire Escape if needed. Another great job done which was reasonably priced and sorted quickly. Thanks Ben!

Very pleased with the work Ben and his team did . Changed frosted glass in door to clear. Replaced blown glass in a bedroom and replaced window seals that had perished to most of the windows When 2 other companys wern' t interested. Ben came out. Measured up and gave a quote. No having to do measurments myself. The fitting guys were very courteous at all times .. 5 stars

All the team I had contact with were really friendly and professional and the communication was really clear. Excellent service, will use them again.

A small job, in fixing the lock on a top window. Staff took their time to assess the problem. Although they had brought a new handle/lock with them, they managed to fix the existing which was great as the new one was not quite the same. Will use again if and when needed.

Couldn’t be happier, fantastic communication, did everything they said they would and turned up when they said they would. Excellent price as well.

Great service. Came out quickly, good communication throughout, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Would use again

A pair of patio doors realigned with care by two Restoration Services & Glazing personnel. I am pleased that they now lock .

Fantastic service from the initial point of contact through to job completion. Ben and his team were brilliant! Kept fully informed throughout the process, very competitive price. Would recommend to anyone.

Great service. Turned up bang on time and fixed the rear patio door that's been getting progressively worse for years. Thanks a bunch. Will definitely use again.

Your 2 operatives, I felt did not want too be at my flat, doing what they did, which was 1/2 or even 1/3, of the Jon that quoted my landlord for, and I have told him this, so as I said too him 1/3 of the job was done, so suggested to him that that is what he should pay you. I would not recommend your company to anyone else. Regards chris smout

A good service, quick, efficient and tidy. Now our windows actually close properly!

Very quick, friendly service, but they left a couple of big scrapes in the walls and chipped the paint on the windowsills. They had to come back three times (once after a pane was broken in transit, and again after insufficient sealing material was ordered) but we were really impressed by how quickly they worked. They cleaned the windows nicely after changing the panes but sadly not after replacing the sealant.

Needed a window removed ASAP and they were so fast and efficient and had me booked in that same day. Lovely staff and brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Ben came to look at our very misty doors & broken door handles & said " yes we can fix that for you" & thats just what he did, he was in contact with us all the time, turned up when he said he would, did what he said needed doing , a great bunch of lads. our doors & windows look wonderful, very pleased. Thank you.

No problem with the service at all but recently received a PAYMENT DEMAND then I got the invoice!! Isn’t that the wrong way around.

Excellent service, beyond expectation in communication, extremely professional job. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. I had over 12 windows that were over 20 years old fixed. New panes and hinges and oiling where it was needed. The team were professional throughout and did a perfect job. Windows look like new!
