From our experience the whole team at Swift Windows were friendly, helpful and professional from the start to finish of our window installation. Our fitters Craig and Max were always polite and professional. They worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble. We are very pleased with the end result, and their attention to detail in the trimming and finishing off is especially impressive. We would not hesitate to use Swift Windows in the future.

Our experience with Swift Windows was excellent. We had our old porch replaced. Every step of the way the service was brilliant, from Steve providing the initial design and quote, Andrew's survey and Matt and Vinnie's excellent workmanship. We were delighted with the end result. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I asked for quotes from a number of companies with regard to replacing my Orangery roof (glass) with a tiled roof. From the initial quote to the completion of the Project, Swift Windows have been the professional throughout. The quality of their work was excellent and at the end of each day the room was left tidy and all rubbish removed. I have been extremely happy with the work undertaken.

Swift have been amazing from start to finish, replaced most of our windows in the house. Pricing was fair and everyone was lovely. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering new windows.

Swift windows, Craig and the team were very helpful in achieving what we wanted. They built a beautiful conservatory for us with top quality products. Altered anything we wanted changed along the way, such as adding in door hooks and cat flaps and made us feel valued as a customer. Would definitely use them again for any of our glass needs. I rang swift and made a appt for 2 wks time. On the day I waited for Steve to arrive. 15mins went by so decided to ring. Steve was still in the office and bearing in mind it would take 25mins to get to my house, it was a given he wouldn't be on time! He said my appt would clash with another appt???? Even though he booked it in!!! There were no apologies and was quite happy to not make amends. Clearly Swift doesn't need new business and is happy to lose a possible 10k job. Shocking customer service. Not sure why Swift bother to advertise. What a waste of my time.

Craig came on time and was very clean and efficient in his work. The whole installation process was quick and Craig spent time explaining ongoing maintenance and the whole lock mechanism. He cleaned up after his work. Very impressed with the whole service and ordering process.

HARD AVOID, EVEN FOR A QUOTATION. I asked for someone to come and quote for some major windows work (likely £20-30k) and a salesman called S**** came. He proceeded to say that he'd been at the property before and why didn't he get the work back then. I said it might possibly have been due to the costs quoted at that time (several years before). He then said, in a tone that made me quite uncomfortable, that there was no point in him being there and he might as well leave, and that I should go to another supplier. He came across as a very strange man in the interaction. Other reviews seem decent, but perhaps those customers had the benefit of not having to deal with S****. The directors need to reconsider if they want S**** continuing employment and damaging their reputation. After all, he completely wasted my time (having waited in and made time for for the appointment) and is actively pushing business to other suppliers, and indeed had the gall to tell me that having him round to quote was a waste of his time! I had initially been interested in Swift due to the good reviews and given the complex nature of the work needed this time around, but S**** showed that Swift Windows are absolutely not interested in work where other companies might quote - likely because they want to not have competition and charge over the odds. EDIT: Since this review, the director has repeatedly asked me to remove it. From my point of view, this undermines the overall review score for Swift Windows, as if they are trying to manipulate overall review scores, by trying to get negative reviews taken down, then the overall picture needs to be taken with a large pinch of salt.

this is the second time using swift windows . i was having a flat refurbished and needed the windows urgently . swift were able to get the windows replaced before the builders finished . they were polite and kept the jobsite clean and tidy . would be happy to recommend swift windows . jason good

I did two quotes for my door and side panel and although Swift were a little bit more the compound door was absolutely lovely. Conner came and worked away all day and showed me how to use the door, and despite the side panel not being correct a new one is coming shortly. I already feel way more protected by this door, it doesn't need to be slammed shut and I'm looking forward to years of warmth it will hopefully bring. I would definitely recommend Swift Windows and plan ahead as it takes about 8 weeks to get doors as they're custom made but worth every pence!

I can’t recommend Swift Windows highly enough. Steve helped us chooose our new windows and bi-fold. Gary and Connor did the fitting. All three were fantastic. The fitting was seamless (no mess. No fuss. Finished within timescales) and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Efficient service to replace a broken window lock thanks

Swift windows did a fantastic job with our front door, we are really happy with the finish and service we received. They went above and beyond to achieve the look we wanted I couldn’t recommend them more!

From start to finish my experience was very positive. Excellent communication from day one, th e office staff offered helpful guidance and answered all my queries. On the day of installation the fitters turned up on time and were extremely tidy, polite and courteous. The doors are of very good quality and fitted perfectly. Everything was put back exactly as it had been found, and all the rubbish removed. I’m over the moon with my new doors and would highly recommend Swift to all my friends and neighbours.

Whole process from initial enquiry seamless, prompt answers to queries and requests, kept up-to-date. The work was carried out in the same manner, friendly, respectful and excellent work ethic. Tidy and no drastic impact on my personal space. Finish clean and neat, would definitely recommend.

Fabulous service from Swift Windows. Neal was our contact throughout. He explained all the options available which made it easy to choose the designs and styles including all internal and external finishes plus encapsulating a piece of stain glass into one of the windows. James and Dean who undertook the fitting were absolutely exceptional. Both very cheerful, hardworking, tidy, thoughtful, happy to answer any questions. They have transformed my house into a warm and cosy home. My little dog thought they were wonderful too! Cannot thank them and all at Swift Windows enough.

I was very happy with the whole process from the start to finish. An appointment was made promptly for Sean to come and discuss my requirements. Once all my questions had been answered and I was happy with the quote I placed the order. I was told it would be three months until installation which happened on time. The workmen spent 5 days, working very hard to make everything just so. They were always polite and cleared up after themselves. Since completion there have been a few snags needing sorting but they have been done almost as soon as I got off the phone. The windows and doors are fab and work beautifully. Overall a very professional company to deal with, I'm extremely happy, thank you

Had an excellent service from the Swift Windows team. Steve did the initial consultation and was very helpful understanding a request for a slightly different design. Matt and Max were our installation team and were absolutely brilliant. Fast, professional and cleaned the area completely. I shall be using Swift again soon for door replacement and can highly recommend.

Swift have now done three jobs for me. I had them replace very large bay windows in a rented property and as i was so impressed with the service and product i then had them replace the doors and windows in my house. Everybody there is professional and easy to deal with and the fitters are extremely polite and clear up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!

The Staff were very warm and welcoming. No Hard Sell (which is a definite 'No no' for me). There was an acceptable wait for the Door and Frame to be made and our Fitter was tidy, quick and professional.

Swift Windows have just fitted doors to my porch. It was a challenging task which they met really well. They designed their way around problems and paid great attention to detail. Really bad experience. The windows they installed had major faults that they denied. Effectively leaving me with open windows. They've made some modest improvements, which helped slightly. But definitely not performing as the efficient windows that were promised. Really disappointed in the customer service, Swift takes no responsibility and has tried to send me to the manufacturer. Don't use them.
