Shard Solutions have fitted aluminium windows and sliding doors for me. On both occasions I was very pleased with their service. The whole process from sales to accounts and fitting was very friendly and professional and Steven is always on hand to make sure the project is completed to the best standards.

Shard Solutions is comparable only to Aston Martin in terms of professional service and high standards. I had Origin 0W70 windows fitted to my home that had not been fully completed by the initial building contractor and found myself in a difficult and stressful situation after parting company with the contractor. I realized that I needed experts who knew the product in order to get them finished. I contacted Shard upon advice from Origin Global to ask for their help to complete and correct the window balance, trickle vents, glass and handles on my windows. The kindness and understanding from everyone that I spoke to and met with from Shard was incredible. They are good people who went above and beyond the help that I asked them for. The issues were fixed to perfection within six days of my first contact. I recommend Shard without any hesitation and already have done so to people that I know who are thinking about windows and doors. We recently had four upstairs windows replaced in our house by Shard Solutions. All the staff – admin, sales, fitters – were very friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the process. The installation went smoothly. During the installation, all the family were at home (including two disabled and one who was working) and the fitters were very accommodating with regard to our using the rooms between them working on the windows. In three of the rooms, we had tilt and turn windows with integrated blinds and they look fantastic. All the windows were fitted and finished to high standard. In fact, this is the fourth time we have used Shard Solutions and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic and Professional Service at a Reasonable Price. From the outset Shard Solutions Ltd were fantastic. They were communicative, reasonably priced, kept me informed throughout the whole process. On the three days they came to fit the windows, they were professional, polite, put precautions in place to protect the rooms and cleaned up after themselves. The finish is to a high standard and my house is so much warmer and the windows look great. I would highly recommend them.

The Shard solutions team, were engaging and understanding of our requirements and able to supply and importantly from our point of view instal the right Roof Lantern solution for us. Absolutely amazing customer service from Steven and Peter at Shard Solutions. I had a front door and windows fitted a few years ago (again, amazing service) but unfortunately a lock broke. I called on the off chance they may remeber me or be able to help. I left a voicemail with low expectation for reply. Got a call back almost immediately, yes they remebered me and yes they could help! That call was promptly followed by a visit and a new lock. Super kind and friendly guys, really efficient! A lovely local business would highly recommend!

Shard were brilliant. Found them to be helpful in the initial stages when we were deciding what windows we wanted / needed. Tony was great at suggesting solutions to any issues we raised. Really happy with the installation. The engineer Louis was fantastic providing a really professional job while finding solutions to issues as they arose. We would definitely recommend.

Huge thanks to Steven and Stuart from Shard Solutions for supplying and fitting several glazing items (bifolds, large feature window, rooflight). The installation process was flawless, and the quality of the items are great too. Steven is a proactive individual, who is a specialist within the window/door trade. When others were quoting huge lead times with their supply & installations, Steven promised (and delivered) an installation within a maximum of 4 weeks. I would definitely use these guys again!

We came to Shard after a poor experience with another window company. Shard have been very helpful in designing the solutions that have changed our rather boring 1960's house into a really smart 21st century home. They are Origin approved installers and they really know their stuff. The feature window was cleverly designed by Steven Glanfield translating our simple sketch into a three sided glazed feature that contributes to the 'Architectural' feel of the house frontage. Their installation teams are a credit to the company - being helpful and cheerful. I have no hesitation about recommending

Shard replaced our front door with a Solidor. The door was fitted on a freezing, snowy day but the guys were cheerful and efficient. We are really pleased with the fitting, including repairs to the rendering around the door which had been damaged before they arrived. A very good, professional job.

Steven and his team have done a tremendous job upgrading our uPVC doors and windows. We needed to replace old uPVC that was shoddily fitted several years ago and the priority was finishing these to a high standard. Steven came round at short notice to quote for the job and while others were slashing their prices, Steven stood by his valuation, and helped us sift through the bamboozling array of options. Given the job was booked in late November 2020 we had to wait until early January for the materials to be ready but it was worth the wait. We’re delighted with the final result and would certainly recommend Steven and Shard.

Stephen from Shard solutions came to measure and quote for us, then exactly 6 weeks later the door was fitted by a member of their team. Social distancing was adhered to. Both members of staff were pleasant, kind and courteous. Dealt with the shop also via email and phone for questions and payment, all were very helpful and quick to respond. The work carried out was good and the area left tidy, old back door was taken away so no mess and the door works wonderfully and survived the recent thunderstorms with no leaks. Had two quotes for the same job and shard solutions were cheaper and quicker. we love the door thank you

Superb experience, from start to finish, dealing with Stuart and his team. The quality of the bifold doors and windows is far superior to anything else we looked at, the planning process was thorough & detailed and the installation was completed efficiently and ahead of schedule. I can’t recommend Shard highly enough. The pricing is also competitive. No pushy sales staff, just a family run and caring company.

Bought some bifold doors from Shard Solutions. That was all good, but the key thing is there was a problem 18 months later and how they responded. Steven and the team dealt with this brilliantly and got it fixed as soon as they could (became an issue during the height of the lockdown which was a hassle). Really pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking at getting bifold doors. Aftersales is what sets the best apart from the crowd.
