We have used 1st Glass Windows a number of times to replace blown units - they are always reasonably priced, easy to deal with and very professional.

Adil and Junaid arrived on time in the morning and replaced 7 windows and cleaned up any mess all by 5PM. The windows themselves are great and the black panelling is exactly the look I wanted. The neighbours have said they look great too!

I recently had new windows installed in my house. The installation was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. The fit and finish of the windows are excellent, and you can immediately notice the improvement in insulation and noise reduction. The installers were punctual, tidy, and respectful of the property, leaving everything clean once the job was finished. What impressed me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. I Contacted 1stglass windows for bespoke replacement sash windows and French Doors to my property. Having heard so many sad stories of poor window companies fitting substandard products I was extremely anxious in my search. However after meeting with Steve at their showroom my fears were laid to rest. From discussing my initial requirements, placing the order and the professional friendly guys fitting the products, the service i received was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning again when I extend my property and need new windows, and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Lovely windows, great company, reasonably priced.

I called 1st Glass today as the lock on the door they installed three years ago suddenly stopped working. The lady who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful and within 50 minutes an engineer had been round and fixed it. Amazing service as always!

And would recommend Kash and Aqib as fitter they did so in s smooth and sleek style that even a barber couldn’t provide. They worked on such a manner it seamed effortless . What a brilliant service all around! Darren was fantastic at coming to assess our requirements and explained everything perfectly. We needed a cat flap installed on our patio doors and he talked us through how this would work. On the day of the installation Darren and Andy were efficient and tidy at getting the job done, and Irene in the office has been great at sending through the invoice for the works and helping us out when we called. We recently had a problem with our door locks so contacted 1st Glass who had previously offered us an excellent service . The company responded quickly and the issue was resolved by Darren who did another 1st Class job for us . Thoroughly recommend this company.

1stGlass are the best company I’ve employed in many a year. Called them at 9 am Saturday morning and they came within 2 hrs and bailed me out of a fix regarding a broken uvpc door. Highly recommend them if you want a professional and proper job done! 10/10👍

From start to finish, the first meeting and quote for works to completion we found the company to be friendly and professional. Steve, who came and did the initial measuring up and quote was efficient, friendly and reassuring. We felt we were in safe hand with this company. We had all the windows and doors replaced, including 2 bays and french doors. The work is done methodically and thoroughly, John and Josh are friendly and reliable. Their attention to detail was impressive and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. We decided to have our windows installed very close to Christmas so work was completed in the New Year, communication from the company has been brilliant all the way through. We now have great looking windows and doors and are especially pleased because the house feels less draughty.

We recently had a small extension built onto our bungalow in Kenley. After popping casually into their showroom and speaking to Steve, we chose 1st Glass windows to not only supply the new window for the extension, but also to supply a further 3 windows and a new front door. I would like to express the absolute brilliant customer service experienced on 7/10/24 by 1st Glass. I called at around 09:00 on the day, outlining the difficulties in locking my sliding doors and my obvious concern about the security aspect. I was reassured immediately that action would be taken to resolve. Within the hour Andy called and arranged to meet me by Midday, infact he arrived beforehand. He went straight to work and made the adjustments, then the lock worked perfectly. Andy also did a bonus job by tweaking the porch door and replacing the lock to the front door which I truly appreciated and has made such a difference. After go ahead, careful briefing on timescales including duration of installation. Units ready within the timeframe given and expertly installed over 2 days. Communication with the 1st Glass team prior to the work was excellent. The fitters were polite, friendly and clearly very good at their jobs. A great job (transforming an existing wooden, single-glazed front porch into a maintenance free, double-glazed version with plastic door) done very efficiently. The two lads arrived for an early start - always a plus point in my view - and really got on with the job. We now have a warmer house, which I am sure will prove more energy-efficient.

This is the second time I have used this company. First was to raise front door after having new carpets fitted. Recently replaced broken lock on bedroom window. Fitted me in, arrived on time great job done.

I had a terrible experience with 1st Glass Windows Ltd. Firstly, they turned up to site on a day that wasn’t agreed, so there were other contractors on site (not enough room). Secondly, they turned up without the windows, but then claimed they were here to install them but couldn’t due to scaffolding being up. Thirdly, they then drove off without explanation and sent an invoice for a full days work. Finally, they now won’t install the windows after paying a hefty deposit and won’t return my calls or emails. After speaking with other tradesmen in the window fitting industry, it’s apparent this has been the case with other customers, and looks like a scam. I would advise anyone to stay away from them

I required the original landing window - of wood & stained glass - to be raised & the stained glass put inside a new uPVC double-glazed window (to create triple glazing). The finished result is superb & I am chuffed that I have kept the stained glass.

We're super pleased with our Residence 9 windows. They look stunning -plus both sales and installation team were great. We highly recommend the product-we were very nervous as we approached replacement windows as we had original Victorian windows but the new window look like exact same replicas but without all the downsides.

Beware extremely messy fitters,left a mess everywhere, broke things in house,helped themselves to tea and coffee,left new front door not working properly and byfold door leaking and took a week to come and fix,office staff very charming but not a good company to use.

I have been a customer of 1st Glass Windows for 18 years during which time they have fitted double glazed windows and doors throughout our home. They supply quality products, well fitted by polite & tidy staff and their after sales service is excellent. Most recently they have replaced the soffits and guttering around my garage. They have also undertaken work for my father and daughter and I recommend them with confidence to friends & neighbours.

Called Darren at the weekend. Responded immediately then arranged to come on Monday turned up on time to do an estimate. Arranged for Darren to come today to repair my conservatory roof. 1st class workmanship. This company is 1st class and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. We have had numerous issues with another company VFM so it was good to use a company that have integrity and honest.
