Price Glass & Glazing

Great service again from Price Glass. A special shout out to John and Ryan who helped me out with advice on how to replace a casement window unit. Would recommend … and will return!

Absolutely fantastic , quick and responsive , they make everything easy , job was reasonably priced and friendly professional efficient and helpful service. Would highly recommend and need more work done for which we will definitely use them :)

Always helpful. I use Price Glass for small bits and pieces, but they are always helpful and cut what i need on the spot. Having moved a little further away from their location it's still worth making the trip IMHO!

Cut a new, unusually shaped glass face for a clock for me whilst I waited and at a reasonable cost. Really friendly too!

I had several pieces of glass replaced in my windows. They were very pleasant and friendly they did a great job. Very competitive prices. Would definitely recommend them.

I have just had the glass in my front door replaced by price glass. From start to finish the service was excellent, and I'm really pleased with the finished product. I would definitely recommend Price Glass & Glazing

Price glass replaced the victorian wired glass in my skylight. They were very efficient and when I contacted them about a leak they came back and fixed it immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Many thanks for the excellent service.

Cannot fault anything - the service has been professional and the final result is as we wanted. You wouldn’t even know these guys were in the house as they treated it with a lot of respect. Will definitely be recommending price glass to others

I’m really pleased that I went with Price Glass for my new double glazed windows, my whole experience with them has been excellent. They were clearly thinking about the final look of the windows rather than a quick and easy install for themselves (which is more than I can say for other companies that quoted), it’s nice to come across a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The guys were so friendly and helpful, they even adjusted a dropped patio door which wasn’t part of the install! The finish of the windows is excellent. I really couldn’t be happier and the windows have made such a difference. I would highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience with price glass from start to finish. They were really helpful getting everything booked in and when it came to getting the windows put in, Jon and Ryan were amazing! Super friendly and professional. The finished windows are amazing and we’d 100% use them again and recommend! Cheers.

Love my new front door! Paul at the office offered excellent service from start to finish, very happy helpful staff, who did an amazing Job at my house Thanks :)

Does not care about pedestrians or children walking to local primary schools. Consistently parking long wheel base vans on double yellow lines and obstructing the pavement along Ashley Down road with unattended vans. If the business has outgrown its premises maybe it's time to move to a new site instead of acting selfishly and putting people at risk. There are no excuses for this behaviour from a local company. Reported to the Police and Council not that this company will care.

I got 3 pieces of glass Paul very friendly now my go to provider

Pretty sure they ripped me off replacing a whole window, when it probably only needed adjusting. Work was done in a sloppy fashion as well, had to request fixes several times and was still left unsatisfied in the end.

Price Glass completed an amazing job on the windows that were installed. Andy and Steve remained professional and friendly despite having to work amongst a busy household and 2 noisy dogs. The installation was quick and they left the rooms tidy and clean. Their work was finished to the highest quality and now the house feels so warm. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality craftsmanship.

Fantastic experience with Price Glass, really glad I went with them. Andy seems to take a real pride and enjoyment in his work and that is a really reassuring quality in Window fitters. The end result was brilliant and they tidied up well afterwards. Considering we have a really unusual rendering on our walls they did a great job of matching this after putting the windows in. We were happy to support a local business that really does care about its reputation and customer satisfaction. House feels much warmer now and its great to have the option of using the trickle vents to reduce any condensation. We have now gone from soaking wet windows in the mornings to barely a drop of condensation! To cap it all off, the price quoted was very reasonable and better than any of the big players prices. I can recommend this firm to anyone for a professional job and we would definitely use them again in the future. 10/10 from us.

I’ve used this company twice as it’s local to me. Each time has been a frustrating experience due to poor communication.

I am 100% happy with Price Glass who recently replaced all windows in our 3 bed end of terrace with A+ frames and units and installed a sliding patio door. There were better value than other Bristol and a South West installers for the same product. There was a planned wait of some months for installation which met our timeframe (done before winter). The actual installation was carried out on time over three days to a high standard by friendly and very competent installers. Thank you Price Glass.

I recently had new windows and a backdoor planned and fitted by Price Glass and Glazing. From start to finish all staff were professional and helpful. I felt like my opinions and my property were respected and I was involved in the whole process in a professional but friendly manner. The new windows and door look amazing and I am so pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

So happy with my new windows - they are great & such high quality. The team that installed them did a fantastic jobbing fitting them in and ensuring they looked seamless with the originally panelling in the room. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I’m beyond pleased with the incredible work done by this family-run company. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The whole team, were not only skilled and hardworking but also polite and friendly, making me feel completely at ease having strangers in my home. They answered all my questions patiently and delivered fantastic quality every step of the way. Their friendly approach, combined with top-notch workmanship, sets them apart. Price Glass has truly exceeded my expectations. They made what could have been a daunting experience as a homeowner feel easy and comfortable. If anyone is looking for reliable, friendly service with outstanding craftsmanship, this company is the perfect choice.

Possibly the worst customer experience ever. Rude and totally unprofessional in every interaction. Lost my business as a result.

I know Tim put a review on here but I wanted to add my own. Good reviews are so important, but so are the team of employees and from the first visit by Paul to the last sweep of the brush, excellent is the one word that encompasses it all. Thank you Andy, John, Ryan and Steve.

Great service from a professional company, excellent customer service, highly recommended

Excellent service. Price Glass's team if 4 installed 18 UPVC windows in our Victorian semi in two and a half days. They left the their working areas clean and tidy each evening. They were very considerate, and the quality of the UPVC sash windows and the care with which they were installed exceeded our expectations. Tim Tiley

Couldn’t recommend Price Glass any more. We were recommended by a friend as we wanted a replacement back door. We were almost put off by the lead in times but it was well worth the wait, the end product is amazing and very fairly priced. We had various members of staff come to measure up, each one was a pleasure to have in our home. We would like to send a big thanks to Andy and John who did the best job, it looks amazing and they were extremely clean and careful not to do any collateral damage. We are extremely grateful to all the Price Glass team. Harry and Lucy

Price Glass have done an excellent job replacing various doors and assorted windows for us, some quite complex. They were good value and highly professional from explaining our options to quoting and installation. Very personal service and a pleasure to work with.

Ryan , Paul and the team at Price Glass have been amazingly helpful with sorting out a shower screen for an awkward space. I can’t thank them enough for their help so far.

Price Glass did a great job of fitting a catflap in my patio door. They took care to leave the job spotless and were really helpful, friendly and professional. They even fixed a separate door that was sticking.

Friendly, fast, and cheaper than others we searched for. Really pleased with the job they did removing our old cat flap and glass and replacing it with a new one. The new sheet of glass was spotless - from five metres away it looked invisible! They also took the old sheets of glass to dispose of. Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future. Many thanks!

Thank you so much to the Price Glass glaziers. They went beyond the call of duty to install a pane of glass so I am sure they would do the same for larger projects. They came back twice as putty kept disapearing. It was magpies!! They found some board and left it covered for me. Magpies eh!!!

Good staff, quick service

Knowledgeable

Fantastic windows fitted in a day. No mess. Amazing workmanship.

Couldn’t be more pleased quality replacement glazing units supplied on time and at a great price

We are REALLY pleased with our new windows which have already attracted several very positive comments from neighbours. The encapsulation of our original stained glass into double glazed units has been done extremely well. Andy and Ryan were brilliant and we couldn’t believe they were able to remove all 11 old sash windows and install the new ones all on the first day and that the whole job was finished in 3 days with minimal damage to paintwork. Plus how clean and tidy everything was left each day. Highly recommended !

We had our old sash windows replaced with new PVC units, they look absolutely fantastic, really pleased. Andrew and Steve were hard working, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Price Glass.

Lo

Very good customer service very polite good on prices I will recommend everyone to go there

First class service from start to finish. Andy and George fitted our windows and they were fantastic. Polite, friendly, hardworking and did an excellent job. Will be recommending to everyone.

We were really happy with Price Glass. We originally asked them to look at replacing some windows in our house, but Paul came over and immediately said they didn't need replacing, only some repairs to the frame and resealing (as well as helping with non window-related issues!). The price was reasonable and the office called to book our job in a few weeks later. The 2 men who carried out the works were quick and efficient, and explained everything they were doing and how to maintain them going forward. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

Price Glass were quick to deal with enquiry. After confirming quote sent another guy to measure. Up front about the lead time to get installation and was in touch closer to the time. Steve and Andy were lovely guys, polite and considerate with the house during installation. Kept us up to date end of each day wit progress. Highly recommend this company :)

Recently we had all our windows and doors replaced with Price Glass. The windows and door were of first class quality, the workmanship of the fitters was excellent, with the minimum disruption to our home life. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Elizabeth

I am so pleased with my windows the quality is great they keep the cold out and looks amazing. The guys worked so hard and very professional and would highly recommend them and the windows and doors . As you can see in the photos my house has been transformed Thanks guys for a amazing job

Workman turned up to measure the windows, my dog lunged in fear (rescue in training) at workman. My dog was subsequently restrained whilst the workman measured the rest of the windows. When the workman came for a second time to install the windows, my dog was contained behind a baby gate and on lead when workman came to the door. The workman reacted rudely despite the dog being restrained - dog was on its way out for a walk to allow workman to continue with window installation undisturbed. I then restrained the dog out of the way and returned to the house without the dog to apologise. However the workman continued to speak rudely with a raised voice at me resulting in a lot of unnecessary upset.

Very helpful staff, and a good price.

Great service and cut while you wait cheers

Had the hinges I needed at a low price

Always shopped here nice friendly people always helpful and good service that's way there still here

I needed a replacement mirror cut to exact dimensions with milled edges. The service from Price Glass was excellent, quicker than they estimated and very good value The mirror fits perfectly and I will use them again. Many thanks.

Very helpful and good value for money glazing company.

Price Glass installed Windows for us a couple of years ago. We are very happy with them.

Very helpful

This is the first review I’ve ever left for a business or service but the standard of workmanship, cleanliness and finish from the team today was quite simply superb. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent and friendly service

Price Glass offered a first class service from start to finish. The prices were extremely competitive and the service was professional. We had new windows at the front of the house and a new front door which were high quality and look great. They were all fitted in quick time and they cleared everything up also. Couldn’t recommend this company any higher. Nathan

Very good response

Always been good and helpful

Very helpful understood exactly what I wanted

Such great service and really reasonable price. Thanks for all your help!

Not helpful.

Did not give me a receipt although I had paid in full. Then forgot about my order. Had to remind them. But final delivery ok. Could improve on custome service skills.

Good service, fast turnaround on some replacement sealed units at a good price.

Good price, good products, professional and friendly installers and great finish. Highly recommended. :)

Really pleased with the service from Price Glass, have now had two big jobs done by them, one being an old wooden French Windows, and the other to replace an old lean-to conservatory. Both jobs look amazing, and they were very friendly and professional to deal with. Will definitely use them again.

Used price glass & glazing multiple times for the outstanding work and freindly attitude towards other staff and customers, with clean and tidy appearance and competitive rates it's a true no brainier, price glass and glazing is the only one to choose...

Excellent service again and again grey door and windows with bifolds helpful staff

I've had a lot of windows replaced by Price Glass as well as the installation of bi-folding doors in my kitchen. They do an excellent job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered a sealed unit There was a issue however resolved quickly

Got these mirror glass sections supplied and cut by price glass. Price was very reasonable and turnaround was very quick. The guy at the counter made me aware about applying foil to the rear of the glass due to the adhesive I was using which is something I wasn't aware of. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I've used price glass on and off for years and always had a good experience. Parking outside can be an issue but I still choose price glass over other suppliers as they have never let me down.

Fantastic work! Really happy with the service these guys provided after another company sent me mirrors that were the wrong size. Great value for money too!

Friendly helpful and great value

Friendly service, sensible prices

Second time I have used these guys. They pay great attention to detail, always keen to ensure you have the best design etc. They both worked solidly and dilegently and left the place tidy. Highly recommended.

From the first contact with Price Glass until completion of two exterior doors, we have nothing but praise for the price, high quality and total professionalism and have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending this company. The fitting was absolutely faultless and the quality control system operating within Price Glass has provided our home with the best doors we have ever seen with a lengthy guarantee which gives us additional comfort and satisfaction. If you need doors ring Price Glass!

Good service

Not recommend, BUNCH OF EDIOTS WORKING THERE.

Our front door originally fitted by Price Glass was fading in parts so I popped into the showroom for advice. They immediately asked me to send them a photo and within days we were contacted by the door supplier offering to fit a brand new door. This is now fitted and looks great! Price Glass responded to our initial enquiry with no quibble - immaculate customer service. Thanks team!

I've used Price glass several times over the last 10 years and each time they have provided excellent service. Les and the team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring I got the product that was best for me. Their quote was competitive and they delivered as scheduled. Would recommend Price glass without hesitation.

Great service from Price Glass. These guys came to me as a referral. Les kept in touch and I was impressed with there communication as well as price and standard of service. Price Glass the only company offering to take doors away (internal bedroom) to do the work and return and fit back on once ready. Saved me loads of time and money and I would definitely use again. Very trustworthy, left them with my key etc..Cheers guys, Ads'

Price Glass quoted a very reasonable price. The work was complete quickly (2 doors in a morning) and to a high standard. I'll be using them again if I need more window/door work done in the future..

I was very impressed with the service from Price Glass. I had a new pane of glass with cat flap fitted. Good value for money and fitted within 2 weeks of initial enquiry. I will definitely use them again should I need any new patio doors or windows.

We had exceptional service from Price Glass. Les was excellent, helpful, friendly and reliable. It was a breath of fresh air to find them. I have complete confidence in the service they deliver and will continue to recommend to others. You will not find a better company.

I have used price glass for many years now,for window units/glass and all other sundries, and have found them to be very good, the young lad on the front counter has been very helpful.Top marks to all the team

An excellent service from the time the initial surveyor arrived right through to the window fitting and final making good. I was impressed that the estimator, surveyor and fitters all turned up exactly at the time that they said and were all prepared. The office staff were equally helpful in arranging fitting dates to suit our requirements. the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly.

We are extremely happy with the work that Price Glass & Glazing have carried out at our home. From the start the guys were friendly, professional and thoughtful. I was worried about being able to find a reliable building company, that I could trust, and I am so glad to say Price Glass & Glazing exceeded my expectations. The work was substantial, but they showed all the way through that they are hard working and managed to complete a huge amount of work in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from initial visit and quote right through to installation. We had replacement windows in front of the house. Very good expert advice on product. Fitters arrived bang on time and installation was quick and clean. Cheerful obliging fitters. Finished windows look fabulous. Highly recommended.

I had a jammed window, they were busy for 3 weeks ahead to come to my house, good sign! They gave me top advice on how to remove the window so I could bring to the shop to have fixed while I waited. I was very satisfied.

Quite helpful to take your money after realising they made a mistake in the sizes wasn't correct didn't want to take responsibility

Helpful & knowledgeable...also happy to demonstrate all the options, discuss ( and not dismiss) options for a slightly odd job & cut the glass despite just about to close. And an hour later it's all fitted . Thanks!

Came out to quote quickly and turn around was good. Unfortunately the service afterwards was poor and communication just as bad. Had to cancel the job and go elsewhere

Perfecto. Wanted a huge mirror - cheapest price by 1/3. Quick and efficient.

Top class service at a fair price. Clean and afficient throughout the job. I've been passing their number on to my customers for the last few years...would highly recommend these guys.

I just had to do an interim review of this company! So far I have only had a chap turn up to do some measurements for a quote, but he turned up bang on time and was an absolute star. I have only recently had Anglian Windows out, and they were awful, but this guy was such a contast!! I didn't have to keep repeating what I wanted - he knew exactly even though the job is not all that straightforward. He is the son of the guy who owns the business, and has had a great deal of experience in fitting windows, so you're actually speaking to someone who knows about windows, and not a salesman. I have been in customer services for 25 years, and I know what it takes to get the right approach, and this family business has got it bang on. I am delighted, and will not be going anywhere else. Funny thing is that I've spent years driving past their place, and have always said to my wife that I had a really good feeling about the firm. I suppose such a glowing review might sound as though I have connections to the company, but I assure you that I don't. Support you local businesses!

Neil at Price Glass arranged for Steve to come out and take measurements at 9:30 on a Saturday. I waited at home for half an hour on the agreed day but nobody showed up. When I rang the office, the person I spoke to didn't know what was going on and ended up just taking my contact details. When I asked if someone would be ringing me back to arrange another time, he seemed a bit annoyed that I had even questioned it and said "We have your number, so we will let you know". So I took my mobile with me and left the house to go to the shops down the road. When I got back half an hour later, there was a card from Price Glass in the letterbox saying "We called but you were not in". I didn't get any phone call to say someone was coming out and don't understand why it was so difficult to organise this!

A excellent service. New conservatory which we are delighted with. a very professional service.

Neil ford at Price Glass & Glazing was excellent at project managing our latest development. when spending a significant sum of money on glass for a barn conversion, new house with a conservatory we did not know where to start. We were recommended Price Glass and are so glad we went with them. Well executed project, finished on time and budget.
