Action Glass Bristol Glass Repairs

Very poor quality. I ordered a replacement window last year and it was perfect. I ordered four more this year, along with an expensive toughened glass patio door window. They were manufactured without filling them with gas so the insulation is very poor. The picture shows the condensation on one. The old one next to it had no visible condensation. I called the supplier and received an unprofesional rant on the phone about it being my fault for not asking specifically for normal glazing. He then argued that gas doesn't provide any insulation. I now have to replace all the windows at additional cost. The cost difference between normal glazing and this stuff is £11 per window.
