Had an Endurance front door installed within 4 hours. Two polite and efficient installers did a great job, with no damage to surrounding decor. I would thoroughly recommend this company who also supplied this high quality item. Update: I lost one of the five door keys that are provided, spoke to Bradley, who advised me how to get a replacement. This company certainly goes the extra mile in customer support. Many thanks

We have had all the windows and external doors in our house replaced. We have had such a positive experience with Surrey Windows and Doors Ltd. Bradley and George managed the design with Aaron and Spencer doing the installation. All were superb. They were customer focussed and very professional. We had Residence 7 installed. The product quality is excellent. I cannot recommend this company more highly.
A first class experience received all round from George and his team at Surrey Windows and Doors. Advise received was unbiased and valid. Quotation, clear and concise, and the final installation work went very well, a good clean job done with any surround damage repaired to a good standard by their installer (apologies, i forget his name??). Double Glazing September 2025. At Surrey Windows Banstead Showroom, George gave us helpful information and advice. He promptly came to our house answered any further queries we had and provided a quote. We were happy with the price quoted for double glazing to the whole house and an Endurance front door. The team of fitters arrived promptly each day, tidying up before leaving. They were professional, experienced and polite. They did a very neat job and the windows look great. A few minor things requiring attention were promptly and efficiently taken care of following a phone call to the office. Thank you George and the team.
Fantastic firm, and great team! Fitted my bifold doors on my new extension. Offered advice and worked closely with my builder to ensure the floor levels were millimetre-perfect inside and out to give a seamless level. Aftercare has been spot on, too! I happily spread the word wide and far!
Excellent company. Installed aluminum Heritage patio doors /window. Kept to the installation time schedule, 6-8 weeks. Very good hard working installation team who were very tidy, and left surrounding decor/flooring in perfect condition. Would recommend them
Poor Delivery, Poor Install, Poor Service Overall. Definitely won’t use again or recommend. Placing the order for a front door, initial visit was good, however it all started to unravel from there on. Firstly, heard nothing for weeks, we were told to expect install of our new front door and sidelights 5-7weeks post survey. Radio silence for 8 weeks and when I called, yes, the door is here, and you are on our list to arrange install today (red flag #1). The remaining full amount was demanded to confirm install, not as the contract (red flag #2). On the day of install, old door removed to find the new door was missing a lock, a trim and a sidelight was the wrong colour - so the door had to be installed and corrected later. After another 7 weeks, phoned for a repeat of, …on the list to call today (red flag #3). On the day of install, no install and then had to chase for a new date, over a week later. They say you can tell a quality company by how they respond when it goes wrong…Shocking and Poor was their response.
Fantastic job on our French Doors. Your fitting team were very professional and made a really good job of taking the frame apart and reinstalling the architectural frame work. They were very nice men to have do our fitting as well. A credit to you and the company.

The new windows particularly in the lounge where the patio door and window have integrated blinds are excellent. The guys were extremely careful and tidy. The new internal back door did cause a few issues due to the poor construction of the house but they resolved this Overall very satisfied and we will definitely use them again to replace the windows in our extension. A year on, we have now had the extension windows fitted and yet again this was an excellent job done with great care and attention. This is a quality operation and we would highly recommend them
This company used to be Cheam Windows…. Quality poor.. Service poor. Total bunch of cowboys. So called director is a waste of space.. DON’T USE THESE COWBOYS…. Use Elwyns in Carshalton, who are brilliant. Product spot on, professional and have never changed their name in well over 30 years…

We used Surrey Windows & Doors to replace all the windows at the front of our house, and I could not recommend more highly. The whole team, from sales person to installers, were helpful, polite and always on time. The installation went without a hitch and finished on time. They made a real effort to keep the mess to a minimum and clean up at the end of each day. The product is top quality and our home is notably warmer and quieter as a result. We will be using again.

I bought a front and a back door. The team were very flexible with survey and installation dates. We had a few problems after the installation but they were quickly rectified, a sign of a good company! I would use them again.

He took at £4000 deposit over 6 months ago. We were fobbed off with excuses about installation dates and then he went silent so we assume he’s just kept our money. We have reported to Trading Standards etc. DO NOT USE!

Surrey Windows and Doors installed some patio doors for me. There were problems from day one. Trim getting caught. Drafts coming through. Absolute nightmare to open & close. They blamed it on the door itself. Only when I finally had them replaced by YPE Doors & Windows did we discover that only one out of 4 angles were straight. The sill was also angled the wrong way. The young chaps who own it are nice enough.... but I would probably look elsewhere if you want a job doing properly.
I have had my window for about 6 months now with no issues. I waited several months deliberately to satisfy myself that the installation was sound. I had 7 windows and a patio door replaced to the rear of the property. They look lovely and they have transformed the look and feel of the home inside and out. Also the unbearable draft that was a feature of the old patio door has gone!! I admit the installation had some issues. However, the problems were dealt with swiftly and professionally- a mark of good customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Surrey Window & Doors and I would use them again.
