We had our double glazed door replaced today, the 18th August 2026 and I can say the team did a fantastic job. Fitters were bang on time, polite and efficient. Communication was clear right from the beginning of contract with pictures and explanations. Everything was done exactly as promised. I will use Creative Windows again.

I placed a very large order with Creative Windows in November 2020, worth approximately £22,000. The work was promised to be completed by June 2021, and I had aligned my builders accordingly. While I understand that COVID may have caused delays, what was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication. Despite chasing them countless times, I received little to no updates throughout the process, which caused significant disruption. To give credit where it’s due, the fitter at the time did a brilliant job, and the installation quality itself was good. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by how the business was managed. After completion, there were several snagging issues. Once again, communication disappeared. It was only when I withheld the final payment that they responded and resolved the outstanding problems. Fast forward five years later, and one of the bifold door glass panels shattered without any external force. I raised this through the warranty insurance company. What followed was quite concerning, it appears that Creative Windows had updated their Terms & Conditions on their website, seemingly removing responsibility for glass-related issues. Further research revealed something even more troubling. It appears that an employee, Matt Blomley, has posted positive reviews for the company on platforms like Trustpilot and Google. This raises serious concerns about transparency and credibility. Final Thoughts: While the installation quality was good thanks to a competent fitter, I found the overall experience extremely disappointing due to: Persistent lack of communication, Reactive, not proactive, issue resolution, Questionable handling of Terms & Conditions, Concerns around the authenticity of reviews Advice: If you are considering using Creative Windows: Ensure you obtain a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase, Keep all communication documented, Do not rely on verbal assurances Overall, based on my experience, I would urge others to proceed with caution.

Replacing all your windows and doors can be quite daunting - will it disrupt existing decoration, will the windows/doors fit well? Ryan and his team were very professional from start to finish, offering friendly advice and allaying any concerns. We are extremely pleased with the end result.
