Brilliant! James really pulled out all the stops to cover a last minute cancellation (never use MyConstructor is my advice), he helped me out with a very efficient and reasonably priced Gas Safety Inspection/Certificate. I can thoroughly recommend him, especially in the Ipswich area. you won't be disappointed.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We needed a gas pipe to be disconnected, James got us booked in quickly, turned up when he said he would and got the job done efficiently. Will definitely use James again when the boiler needs a service.
Turned up on behalf of OVO to do a annual service on my boiler, due to parking permits issued by the council being required directed to closest street (less than a minute walk away) so he could park free and with peace of mind waited 15 minutes to then receive a call from OVO stating the engineer has said he wasn't happy leaving his van half a mile away and had to rebook another engineer.

James actually installed my boiler in 2022 so had no hesitation in calling him when it wouldn't work, very fast response and would recommend.
Messaged JG&H via Whatsapp in the morning and recieved a reply within the hour, offering to come at lunch time. The heating fault was diagnosed and the faulty part replaced there and then. In addition, because he didn't need to replace the whole part, I was only charged for the components that were actually used - making the amount due substantially less than the original quote. He was polite, friendly and very respectful. You never really know what to expect when you take a chance on a new tradesperson for the first time, but I feel very fortunate in finding someone so honest and professional. I'd recommend Jacobs Heating to anyone and will definitely use again in future.

Very friendly, professional and prompt. After contacting James when my boiler stopped working, James came out directly the next morning. As it was not worth a repair, he was able to book me in the next week for installing a new boiler (he had a cancellation mid week but would have fitted me in on a Saturday otherwise).
James & Darren came out today and did a full boiler replacement in no time. They are friendly, professional, no-nonsense and reliable and talked me through the job beforehand, addressing any concerns. I would highly recommend these guys - both are ex-British Gas so why pay inflated prices when you can get the same quality of work for half the price. Thanks Gents, see you for our first service next year!

Very happy with James and would certainly recommend Jacobs Gas. He fitted a new radiator for us recently. The work was done very swiftly and he was very neat and tidy. We have a Veismann boiler and he was knowledgeable about it as not many plumbers in the past have been comfortable working on them.

I had James come round and give me a quote and install a new radiator in our conservatory, which he did an excellent job. James is outstanding, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful he has a lot of experience and knows what he's doing. I hired Jamie to Install a new boiler system and 5-6 radiators around my old 1960's house (had a hot air system). It took less than a week to get everything completed without fault and no mess was left behind. Jamie is outstandingly professional and helpful, I was always kept informed during the installation and he even helped setup my smart thermostat. He has a lot of experience and knows what he's doing a highly recommend him!
