Great service from start to finish. Firstly, a prompt reply to my initial message, and Lance was round quickly to quote for a small bathroom job. His price was very competitive, and quote broken down clearly to see what was included. After the work was agreed, they were able to start very quicky, and the team of Lance, Michael, Charlie and Alfie were professional, accommodating, considerate and efficient. They have done a great job and we are really pleased with the outcome, thanks very much!

Following an emergency call regarding a hot water issue at our residential home, Lance attended the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair within one day. Their response was prompt, professional, and efficient. We were very pleased with the service provided.

The service is always great, Lance and team are always happy to fit us in at short notice. We have a large school site in Canterbury and this sometimes means quite a few late night call outs, but Lance and the team take it in their stride and come out within minutes. They stay and fault find and fix the problem, and if they can't fix it without the parts they make sure we are left with a fix to see us through until the parts come in (normally the next day), meaning our boarding students are kept happy either with hot water, cold water or heating. These guys are amazing at what they do, a truly great company, very professional,polite and no issues are too big or small for them, if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable company I would highly recommend K.C.S.

I arrived home after an extended stay away to find my boiler not working and the disposal in the kitchen not functioning. I was desperate to get them fixed before my husband arrived two days later. I found K.C.S. and gave them a call. I explained the situation and they sent someone out within a few hours. They worked to get the hot water back on and returned the next day to repair several other issues, including installing a new disposal. I was so pleased with how professional and neat they were throughout the process. I will continue to have them do any further repairs as they become necessary.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. He turned up within about 30 minutes and was really friendly, which immediately helped when we were quite stressed about the situation. He took the time to explain what was going on in simple terms, which made everything feel a lot less worrying, and then got straight on with sorting it. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and just got on with the job without any fuss. What really stood out was how calm and reassuring he was throughout what had been a pretty stressful evening for us. By the time he left, everything felt under control again. Excellent service by Lance and his crew! We had a problem with our boiler kept cutting out, Lance came the next day fixed it and advised that we should change the electrodes and give it a good service. Without a second thought I booked him again to replace the part and service the boiler! Our boiler ( 17 years old ) now runs smoothly and I must say is a lot quieter. This is the first time I used K.C.S home but I wish I knew about this guys years ago, their customer service and workmanship is superb! Highly recommended!

I become a regular client now. This time, it’s about boiler check and leakage repair. Excellent service! I first used another company for a boiler check, but they found a leak and wanted to charge another call-out fee to fix it days later. I then contacted Lance, he replied immediately. Even for my second message late at night for another leak issue, he replied at once. He came the next morning right on time, wore shoe covers, brought all tools and parts, and fixed everything within an hour., took away all the rubbish. Very professional, friendly, and tidy. The total cost was only about the same as the first company’s call-out fee. Great value for money — I’ve already booked him for next year! It’s truly lucky to find a plumbing company that is both knowledgeable and offers great value—and I was fortunate enough to be introduced to this one by the previous homeowner when I had a gas leak issue. I still remember it was pouring rain that day. Despite that, Lance went out in the rain to buy the necessary parts after identified issues, and managed to fix the problem efficiently. That left a strong impression on me. Last month, I had a water leakage issue from the bathroom floor. Lance and his colleague worked in a very tight space, checked thoroughly to find the root cause. They even helped to source and replace a plastic box of the right size. After the weekend, two professional plumbers from the company came on Monday and quickly resolved the issue. It’s been over a month now, and there’s been no sign of leakage since. That gives me full confidence to recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services.

We recently engaged KCS Plumbing & Heating for a commercial boiler breakdown at one of our hotel sites. From the outset, communication was excellent. We spoke directly with the director, Lance, who was extremely polite, highly knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Lance promptly attended site, carried out a thorough diagnosis, and confirmed that both existing boilers were beyond repair and required replacement. He sourced two new commercial boilers along with all necessary materials and ensured installation was carried out efficiently, allowing us to get the hotel fully operational again in the shortest possible time. Our experience with KCS Plumbing & Heating has been fantastic. The level of professionalism, technical expertise, and efficiency shown by Lance and his team was outstanding. The office staff also deserve recognition for their excellent communication and support throughout the process, which was a great asset to the company. We would not hesitate to recommend KCS Plumbing & Heating and will certainly continue to use their services in the future.

We needed a new bathroom but didn’t know any plumbers and had no recommendations. We got one quote but they said we’d need to arrange our own plaster, electrician etc. etc. We actually wanted someone that would do everything for us from beginning to end. We contacted KCS and Lance came and looked at what we needed and completely understood the brief and more importantly he said he would be able to do everything, including all of trades, so we wouldn’t have to do anything. We took a leap of faith as we could only go by the reviews but we were not disappointed. I don’t normally do reviews but felt compelled to give KCS a review as the service we received from beginning to end was excellent. Part of what we wanted to do was change the location of the toilet which involved pipework being changed but none of this was a problem. When the existing shower was removed it was found that some woodwork was rotten, this wasn’t a problem, they just got on and replaced it. We had a few issues with our suppliers but Lance and Michael were extremely helpful in liaising with the suppliers to ensure that the correct items were delivered. Every morning they would ensure that we knew what was happening that day and at the end of every day they left everything tidy. Halfway through we decided to upgrade the doors in the bathroom and change the side they were hung which was all carried out for us. The two apprentices that they had working for them, Charlie and Alfie, are an absolute credit to the business as they are the most polite young lads you could ever meet. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and we haven’t had to lift a finger. Everything has been done right down to the painting and glossing. All we had to do was buy some new towels to finish the bathroom. Thank you Lance, Michael, Charlie and Alfie for an absolutely amazing job.

I called KCS after a desperate search on google for a plumber that could come out last minute on a Friday. Lance arrived within the hour but unfortunately didn’t have the parts available to fix my boiler. He came the next day with the part needed but typically the boiler wasn’t playing ball! Luckily Lance accepted the challenge and after an unexpected amount of parts, manpower and time, not only do I now have a warm house but the price was fair and honest. With someone immunocompromised in our household, Lance wore a mask and shoe covers, maintained a distance, and coordinated to ensure everything was safe and smooth. Grandad had a leaky oil tank, so I contacted KCS. (After using them previously I had no doubt they'd be able to help). Lance came out promptly and took a look, he organised a new tank (and other bits required) for my Grandad. As soon as the tank arrived Andy and Char were on the case and got it ready to go in situ. Lance came to sort a problem for us because water from the bath and sink was not draining away. With one of his sophisticated cameras he was able to find a huge build up of scale in the waste pipe, which was preventing water to travel as it should. There was just a tiny hole for water to escape through because of the scale build up! Lance removed the scale and the problem was solved. Lance is a really nice honest guy. We would recommend him for any problems with plumbing.
