Top Quality all the way from introduction to job completion. Somehow managed to change our flat from an empty space into a palace within 5-6 hours even thou they said it may take around 2 days. If you need flooring of any kind go here. I wish I had more floor to enjoy the experience again. Adding a further 100 stars to this. Now going back to hugging my beautiful floor. Love you S. I contacted Steve for a quote on a small job and cannot fault his service. Contact was quick and friendly, Steve was able to fit the job in quickly and kept me updated throughout. Despite this being a small job Steve went out of his way to source a less-common part needed. The finish was perfect, price was very reasonable and transparent. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

Steve replaced the carpets on the first floor, landing and stairs of our new (old) house in Reading the day before we completed. He was quick to respond, great at communicating and was very flexible with our timings and logistics, even collecting the key from the estate agent himself. Steve was great, he popped over on short notice to measure up and talk me through the different carpets, then organised to come back within a good timeframe to fit. He was in and out in half a day, and fitted 3 bedrooms, a landing and stairs in that time! We're really chuffed with what we got, and to be honest, im still shocked at how reasonable the price was, couldnt recommend Steve more!

I had pleasure dealing with Steve for my tenanted Flat, I did not met him in person as I do not live in Reading, and everything was sorted over the phone, he came to see the work that need be done at the flat - "removal of part of laminate flooring in kitchen and installing Vinyl flooring, and changing carpet in bedroom", he quickly provided quote which was reasonable in comparison and his availability and provided options for material which he arranged himself and fixed everything in half day! He shared videos on WhatsApp for the work completed - so all done with his great support, flexibility, willingness to do the work with customer focussed approach!
