When we removed carpets in our 1960-ies house we discovered teak parquet floors underneath. We were not sure those could be restored, but decided to try. Aleck worked a miracle and we now have gloriously even and great looking original floors! And it all happened with a minimum disruption. Also Aleck is a delight to deal with - highly recommend his services.
Aleck sanded and treated the floorboards of 2 rooms for me and was great, he was communicative, helpful and also advised me in order to save me money which was appreciated. He was no trouble to have working in the house, very nice and trustworthy and conscientious. He demonstrated the different finishes in advance so I could choose what I wanted and he took time to source a board to replace a broken one, to match the rest. Happy to recommend Sandallwoods Flooring for a good price and honest service and will definitely be in touch to have the rest of the floors done.

Aleck sanded and oiled our oak floors . We left him empty rooms to work in and off we went to the kids for a few days . On our return we were amazed at the transformation ,the floors were like new and we can’t compliment him enough on the standard of work and how clean the rooms were after all that sanding . Top tradesman can’t recommend him highly enough.
