Jack came out super quick to quote for a repair after our fence posts rotted/snapped in bad weather leaving the rest of the fence vulnerable. We agreed a price and within two days his men came out and fixed the job incredibly swiftly, leaving the garden neat and tidy and the fence left sturdy and straight. Would definitely recommend.

Jack quoted for removal of a very old picket fence that had partially blown down and replacement with a new one. The quote was received promptly and new fence installed the following week. Jack and two colleagues arrived at the agreed time and completed the work quickly and efficiently to a high standard. They were polite, friendly workers. Delighted with the new fence. Would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again if we need another fence.
Was delighted with the work until the neighbour told us the fence position had been moved over 30cms into her garden. Surely you cannot change a boundary just like that! Contacted Jack and he stated “Both parties agreed to the positioning” - the neighbour wasn’t even in when the fence went up! Was told I would have to pay again for a complete new fence. Would NOT recommend this company.

Jake visited our property to quote on replacing our garden fence All requirement were made to jack during the visit which included replacement of the fence the length of the garden. We agree to the quote then the following day we were asked to pay £750 deposit to secure the slot, which we paid which was paid the following Saturday as agreed due to work comments . We were then contacted on the Wednesday to advised us that work could commence on the Thursday . What we weren’t aware at the time was that jack was not going to complete the job but another gentle would attend . The gentleman arrived at the property on the day agreed and work commenced . When the work was completed I returned home from work to find a gap in the fence , when I spoke to jack he said you told be you wanted like that and I put this down to a misunderstanding . Jack agreed to call on the following Monday to agree a time to come back, No call came but was very quick to chase payment on the Saturday ( which we paid on the understanding he would return to fill the gap. We are now 2 weeks on and still a gap in fence ! I contacted jack who informed me that the company is busy and we would have to wait under the end of August ( that would be 5 weeks since job was completed ) I would not recommend this company at all All friendly until payment is made I have added photos to show the workman ship

I initially got JM landscaping to install a full run of fencing in our back garden (concrete posts / concrete gravel boards and closed panel fencing) Amazing job ! So I got them back to do a bespoke front garden fence (integrated planter with 8 inch sleepers) and block paved driveway. Very happy with all the work they carried out, prompt to reply, started with both jobs within a week or two of inquiring. Great communication, reasonable price, highly recommended. Awful, poor quality of work, misquoted prices, breakages, failure to communicate. Promised to return to sort out issues, particularly wrecking a garden light system and a patio too low, prone to flooding. Hangs up the phone when he sees my name and won't reply to emails. Avoid.
Disappointed and Unprofessional Service I hired this individual to lay garden slabs at my property. After agreeing on a quote, time, and date for the work, I took time off from work to accommodate him. Unfortunately, he didn’t show up on the scheduled day and did not respond to my calls or messages. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially after making arrangements and giving him the benefit of the doubt. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy help with garden work. It’s important to work with contractors who respect your time and communicate properly. Very disappointing experience.

I really do not like to post negative responses but feel that I need to save anyone else going through what we have just had to put up with. On a positive back in Feb JM Fencing did an absolutely 1st class job for us a brilliant communication When it came to having additional work done we instantly called Jack but had 2 other quotes to compare, JM was not the cheapest but we still went with him as we used therm before. Due to start Monday - Did not show up Agreed to come Tuesday - Did Not turn up Blamed phone broken as to why he could not keep me in loop He then agreed Thursday as all ok and did not turn up, again no call nothing just waiting around for nothing We thought we would give him one more chance and after speaking to someone (A lady) who advised that 99.9% they would do the job today, I checked in last night and guess what - No again. We have given up and really do not want anyone else going through what we have. Just cannot understand how a company can survive like this. Will never use again
Jack and Dan were punctual and worked for 5 hours without much of a break to get our new fence fitted. Both were very professional and completed the work to a very high standard for a reasonable price. I would recommend.
