I mean it was good but not that good

Always been one of my favourite garden centres, beautiful stock of plants and excellent quality. Competitive prices, plenty of parking and a nice coffee shop. Well worth a look.

We desperately needed a off cut of grass for our disabled rescue dogs to wee on. One has 6 legs, ( 4 atrophied front legs) so cannot balance well for long, and needs something soft. One company quoted £80 plus £50 postage for a 1 metre square of grass! We are disabled on a low income, so that was not affordable for a small square of grass! But Namgrass got back to me straight away, with every message i sent. They kindly donated to us a offcut of grass, without thought. They were truly kind, and did it without expecting adulation for it. They didn't go on about it, or expect praise or acknowledgement. Which in itself meant alot to us. Shows they genuinely cared. Their act of human kindness has humbled and helped us hugely. Of the many companies I messaged in desperation ,everyone, EXCEPT Namgrass, were only interested in making money. So heartfelt thanks to Namgrass for helping some disabled dogs toilet comfortably for years to come xxx

Extremely bad customer service. While Namgrass recommend an installer they do not gurantee their work. Should you have any issues with them they totally wash their hands. No reply to emails or calls. Very unprofessional to recommend an installer and not to be interested in their quality of work. Andy White, business development manager south west, utterly useless.

Very poor customer service. The installers that they recommend on their websites are actually clients not installers. If you have any issues with them, this is your problem and they are unwilling to help. The products are ok but I wouldn't reorder from them.

Laid a small piece of grass in front garden costing in excess of £700. There is a faint line down the centre? and grass sparkles in the sunlight? 'so it looks really fake'... Replacement agreed under warranty in May with 'Abi Chapman', but she has yet to fulfil her side of the agreement and replace it? I would have been happier with refund but apparently this is not Co policy nor do they cover removal/fitting costs. This company do not know the meaning of customer service. If you want grass that looks real go elsewhere.

I have a 2 Namgrass lawns now and they have lovely both times. I give mine a brush to keep it looking good. It looks as good as the day it was laid

In my view a poor quality product which I guess from my experience matches the customer service - with a pointless 10 year warranty (covers nothing) - no actual inspection of the fault just dismissed and selected wear and tear as a handy excuse - you may as well buy it from China direct I am sure it will last longer.

Excellent company im an installer ive used for years, people have moaned about them being expensive, they have just brought out there lifestyle range very good quality and affordable

Very poor service, was told the grass would be delivered in 5 working days so booked the fitters and hired tools and skips only to get an email a week or so later telling me it would be another 15 days and theres nothing they could or were willing to do about it. Asked about what Im to do with the stuff I’d hired and payed for and they wouldn’t respond. Save yourself the agro and use a better more trustworthy company

Worse customer service ever Grass was supplied by an excellent third party. However, when I had a problem with the grass and contacted Nem who had given a ten year guarantee, I found them extremely dismissive and unhelpful. A complaint on their customer service to the MD was not responded to, so cannot recommend them and would never use their product again

A fantastic high quality artificial grass let down by poor company communication. I found it impossible to set up a simple trade account with them. Their product is fantastic though...

Product has terrible wear marks after just 3 monthd. two Namgrass Rep's came and looked at the grass, and confirmed it was faulty, and that it should not wear in this way after just 3 months of use. The Reps said they will report back to the office and I will be offered a solution within one week. 10 weeks later they are now saying they will do nothing, and that just like normal grass it will wear. so much for the 10 year warrenty-terrible service and product.
