We've used Eastleigh Fencing a few times for work in our garden, and they've always been great - friendly service and fast delivery. They went above and beyond this week when we ordered the wrong timber. Our fault entirely, but they still came out the next day to swap our timber, and we only had to pay the difference in material costs. Absolutely great.
These lap panels are the worst i have ever dealt with in over 30 years in the trade. When they turned up I wasnt happy that the bottom of panel was over 10mm wider than the top, i was told to take side rails off and refit instead of being offered replacements. There are black marks in the wood that i cannot get out and hoped not to paint them, but may have to now. In the 6 weeks since installation, the posts have all split and the panels shrunk and bowed both horizontally and vertically. Never experienced this before. They must have drying issues with their timber, are they even treated?
Brilliant quality and service on a couple of fencing projects and a new gate. Quality is far superior to what others are offering. We re-jigged the project last minute and changed our minds, and this was not an issue. Paid a small restocking fee {which I felt was extremely fair} and the new goods were delivered straight away. Would recommend and will be using again on future projects.

Excellent service and a fab fence We lost our fence thanks to storm Eunice, I assumed I would have to wait several weeks for a new fence, but no, was given a quote that was fairly priced within a couple of days, and work to start the week after, was a little concerned that as could fit me in so quickly what was the fence going to be like- my concerns were completely unecessary as the fence looks fab, good quality and the team worked really hard to get the fence done in a timely manner. Now have two happy puppies and owner that can enjoy their garden again. Thank you so much.
