We had Richard and the guys recently put new gutters and soffits on the house and we can’t praise them enough. Front, back and gable end, the results are outstanding and they are so tidy! Not a scrap of the old was left behind. We then had the porch and bathroom window quoted and done with Aldridge doing the install and again, outstanding. Between both teams the difference to our property but also the confidence in them for future works to be done is immense. Thank you!
Facias soffits and guttering all changed out from brown to a more modern white great job done by Rich and the guys great attention to detail even in this hot weather we are currently having can’t be easy being in the direct sun all day up and down ladders and they left the site cleaner than when they started Would highly recommend

We have had with Aztec unquestionably the best of our many recent home improvement experiences. Competitive pricing belies the extremely high standards of work, professionalism, communication directly from Richard and care. The team arrived early both days, barely stopped for a break and worked full days despite inclement weather. It was completed quickly but to impeccable standards and it was the little details that made this team stand out above the parapet- things you might expect but which I can tell you, are not always delivered: cloth around the ladder tops to prevent marking the rendering; fastidious clearing up both days; frequent updates and enquiries as to our preferences as the job proceeded. We have always had a 5 quote policy as homeowners but I don't think I'll bother next time we need similar work done. You will not be disappointed on any level if you choose this company.
This company was highly recommended to us by our son who had used them on his own home. Richard, the proprietor came round to discuss the work and then provided a very reasonable quote together with a date for the work to be undertaken. Our work entailed removing old wooden fascias and soffits and replacing them with UPVC ones, and installing two hoppers. Access to the areas wasn't easy but he was able to use his own towers, ladders and boards thereby avoiding an additional expense to us of scaffolding. It is a long-established company and Richard together with other members of his team have many years of experience between them working together. The team just got on with the job with the minimum of fuss and bother. They even went out of their way to address other issues uncovered and not quoted for at no additional cost. The resultant work was excellent and all undertaken in a very professional and efficient way. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

At the latter part of 2023 we asked Aztec Facias to quote to overclad all the timber soffits and facias on our house. they were recommended by a neighbour. The quote was comparable with others but recommendation is the best. Richard and his team did a FANTASTIC job. The wow factor for me was that they found a few issues with the existing roof but only told me when the job was done and that it was included in the price. Many companies would have "Painted over the Cracks". We were so please, that in April this year, we asked them back to fit fascias on the garage. Many thanks to Richard and his team.

When we needed new guttering Aztec was recommended to us from someone working in the building trade. Richard came out promptly to take a look and offer advice. His quote was in line with others received. His team arrived on time, were polite, efficient, and left the work area spotless when they were done. I am very happy with the result and to recommend Aztec to others.
We asked for advice about a condensation issue with a bay window. They came round quickly and provided some suggestions that could fix the issue. They came back to do the work a few days later (at the agreed time) and they also fixed a leaky gutter. Professional job, no mess, no hesitating in leaving a 5 start review and will be calling them again if we need any more work.
We had some old wooden facials replaced, which were not straight forward to say the least, so an awkward job, but Richard and the lads did a fantastic job, it looks great. On time, tidy and good at what they do.100% recommend
