Well the purchase was a joke. 4 Times i was given a delivery date and 4 times DX couriers failed to arrive. I raised the issue several times with PBSL and was assured again the delvery would take place. Despite being repeatedly let down the PBSL failed to rectify the situation, nor did they offer any reason why the courier failed to deliver. In the end I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. I understand that problems happen. The test of a company is how they deal with the situation when things do go wrong. They were more than happy for me to cancel, then they took over a week for a refund. I will not be using PBSL again or any of it's other departments. It is clear that their courier didn't hold any high regard for PBSL and PBSL had no high regard for my business.
Really pleased with this. Excellent quality and the price was much less than any other supplier. Delivery within a few days and excellent service, as well as a very good website. Will definitely use again.
I ordered online - as despite having a relatively local branch, I couldn’t fit some of the longer lengths in my car safely. All of the order was delivered relatively quickly and was exactly as ordered. I didn’t really shop around in terms of price - but it seemed fairly reasonable. If I ever need larger items in future I’d certainly shop here again. The only slight negative was that the guttering and downpipe were only wrapped in plastic, and so could have been damaged with any rough handling by the courier.
Products seen ok but they sent the wrong item and when they need to collect them it was not easy as it took them several attempts and a week and a half to fix it

Great Service, Easy to order on line and prompt delivery by Courier which takes all the hassle out of having to source collect 4 or 5 meter long lengths of Guttering.. I would highly recommend Gutter Supplies service to anyone.
I ordered some deep flow gutter and fittings. The order took 4 days to arrive and was dumped in front garden by the courier and my signature forged. I had specifically stated that nothing should be left outside the property. The products were reasonably priced and good quality but my whole order could have been stolen. Their couriers are clearly not trustworthy. I advise not to use this company.

Efficiently exchanged wrongly supplied gutter component, I received the correct part the next day.
Great service. Ordered some guttering I couldn't find anywhere else after being let down by another company. Checked stock on the phone and got a steer on delivery times. Although not committing to next day delivery it arrived just after 24 hours later.
Order came in two parts, small items first, larger items had to send e-mail but but it was handled very quickly and sorted out for this service i say very good
Ours was a fairly big order consisting of a lot of different parts in two different profiles. They did a great job other than their courier letting them down by losing one of the parcels. I shouldn't have been concerned though, one phone call to their customer service number and it was all sorted, the replacements arrived the next day. Great good old fashioned service at a fair price.

STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT USE! Ordered nearly £200 of materials from them not only was delivery slow but half the order was nnot there. Emails resulted in very poor communication and no effort to notify within 48hrs. I had to chase it up. Final part of order arrives and is damaged! Now just under 2 weeks since order was placed and still not sorted causing further delay. Poor service to say the least, poor communication and certainly poor quality control on deliveries.

They tell me that they cannot deliver to my area - Chester as they have huge problems with the courier they use, use a different one or get your own transport!! a month or so ago I had no problems with deliveries at all, they should be falling over themselves for business right now!!!

Ive order stuff from this so call company twice and both tume the order has been messed up dont get any where when you call just tell it will be oon am delivered and guess what no sign of it just a nightmare

Spent over £1000 on a mix of Steel and PVC guttering. Got a phone call the next day to say they couldn't sell me the steel guttering but would i like to still take the PVC. I asked for an explanation, they told me because we lived in Northern Ireland they couldn't guarantee safe postage. I'm disappointed the don't mention this on their website, and feel let down by the company. I can't understand why they can't pack the order properly in order to ship it. I am also disappointed by the lack of communication since cancelling my order, Im left wondering when I will get my refund. Its now holding up my build. I would be careful buying from this company, I would expect them to have honoured their word.
