Reviews

5.0

Azura Limited T/A Azura Networks left one reviewer reporting that an arranged job had no one arrive, that calls to the office went nowhere, and that the company claimed it lacked contact details despite previous email exchanges. That reviewer also says a promised call back never came. Other reviewers report a great job that put right issues left by another company and a certified safe home with heating, and running ethernet cable to a garden office and replacing LEDs there. They say they are happy to recommend the company and praise the team, with the boss helping to meet deadlines.

I had arranged a time and date after agreeing a quote. I travelled up the night before from London as work was due to start at 8am. No one arrived. I got nowhere calling the office and then I received an email claiming that the company had tried to contact me but did not have my contact details and assumed the job was cancelled.. They clearly did have my contact details from previous email exchanges. After a couple of calls to the office, I was told that I would receive a call back. I'm still waiting. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Did a good job - running ethernet cable to garden office, and replacing LEDs there. Happy to recommend!
