JJ Electrical Solutions Ltd

Excellent service. It's a pleasure to deal with a company that responds, answers the phone, is polite, courteous, pleasant and no robots. Got a quick quote. Got an even better quick service and electrical report within the hour. Wow. Would recommend to anyone

Very good service and easily contactable. Team were very responsive and helped with another request on the same day.

Absolutely awesome from start to finish. All a great bunch of lads and work of the absolute highest quality! Thanks to everyone at JJ from Pixel Floors.

Very neat and tidy job, great service and great communication.

Great communication and advice from Lisa and Jame prior to the work starting and afterwards. Fantastic work carried out by Jack very polite and helpful, we are very happy with the installation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JJ Electrical Solutions.

We recently had a full Solar PV and Battery Storage system installed by JJ Electrical Solutions and we are over the moon with the whole process. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when they came on their initial visit and James put us at ease straight away that we were in good hands and this set the tone for the whole experience. There communication was clear and fantastic throughout the whole end to end process. So we always knew what stage we were at and what came next from design to install to handover. The installation team, scaffolders, electrician and roofers were all clean, tidy and conscientious, nothing was too much trouble and they again kept us in the loop throughout the installation. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is considering getting Solar and Batteries added to their home.

Absolutely incredible company. James is a very down to earth person .. Richard came to our house and did an incredible job. He was respectful of the property and items and I had left money on the side. It was not touched .. Very professional , very happy with the price , everything explained in full.. never felt ripped off.. Feel so happy if i need any electrical work I will only use this company .. A company you can trust , won't rip you off , personal service , very understanding with client . Professional excellent service .

Good local electrical firm. We required modern lighting to several rooms, turned up on time gave a good competitive estimate. Booked a date and delivered on time. Easy to work with good job well done. Ps the booking process is a bit techy but don't let it put you off, good firm to work with.

Very Professional and charisma. Thanks

A huge thank you to the entire team at JJ Electrical Solutions for their work on our kitchen renovation! The service was fast, professional, and absolutely top-notch. A special shout-out to Richard for going above and beyond to troubleshoot and resolve some unexpected electrical challenges before the kitchen fit – his expertise and problem-solving skills were incredible. We couldn’t be happier with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JJ Electrical Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, skilled electricians - best in the business!

Excellent, professional service from JJ Electrical Solutions Ltd . rectifying an elusive lighting fault, would most definitely use these guys again !

Excellent service in all, completed all the faults reported and resolved everyone, first class service, excellent communication, can not fault.

Great bunch of guys to work with.

Great job, tidy and efficient. Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. It's like they looked at all the complaints people usually have about contractors (responsiveness, forgetfulness etc) and set about to fix them all. Got a reply within the hour of me enquiring, submitted a form with the details the team needed, they then almost immediately sent me an electronic quote based on the video and pictures I uploaded. Price was reasonable, so I accepted, and they immediately contacted to book in. Richard was lovely when he came, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Everything start to finish in under a week. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone without a second thought. Really nice work guys, I'm glad I've finally found a good Electrician at last 🎉🎉🎉

From our first contact with Lisa and James they were both extremely helpful, James came out the the house and explained everything and what would happen next , the lads that came to the house to complete it where polite and extremely respectful when they where doing the job , cleaned up after themselves and kept everything running smoothly, regular updates and contact from James and the job was finished to a high standard , a full house rewire and what a great job they did , when you contact tradesmen to do jobs it can sometimes fell overwhelming but James really made us feel comfortable and confident that the job would be completed . So would recommend them , definitely very highly would I recommend them 100% Thanks James , Lisa and the team for the great work

Fantastic service right from the start, kept in touch through out the process. Friendly team, I would highly recommend these guys.

OMG! What would I have done without JJ Electrical Solutions Ltd on Monday of this week!! After switching on my microwave and blowing all my electrics in the house, trying all the usual things, nothing would work! I flew into a flat spin. Husband at the other side of the country driving HGV. I rang for help having used them on previous occasions, I knew I could trust them. James was here within 20 minutes!! Half an hour later everything is up and working. Including the kettle for a well deserved cuppa! God bless you James and JJ SOLUTIONS LTD. I REALLY CANT RECOMMEND THESE ENOUGH. And the bill? Well worth what little it really cost! Thank you again.

John did multiple jobs for us at home, installing security lighting, an outside socket, moving / fitting new ceiling light and replacing socket / switches. Great job, gave good advice, brought great quality parts, and was on time. Work was done in the time quoted, with minimal disruption, and reasonably priced. Neat and tidy. It all looks smashing. Would highly recommend.

Good quality, responsive and professional in the way they tackle issues. Additionally they have great expertise and experience in a wide range of electrical-based issues which is critical when resolving complex problems such as electric vehicle chargers.

Another good quick service thank you.

Very impressed with the level of service we received. Prompt responses to queries and messages. Jamie went above and beyond and he is very aware of his clients individual needs

Really professional company Arrived on time on each occasion and sorted out the problem I had with power tripping off Would use them again without hesitation

Professional job, great communication and a pleasure to work with.

Firstly JJ Electrical Solutions Ltd did work at my premises. The lads were very hardworking and cleaned up as they went along with their work. They were very courteous and respectful and the work carried out was perfect and covered every aspect of what I wanted. So I would always recommend them and speak highly of them. Secondly work was carried out at my youngest sisters premises. I wanted her to be safe in her home, so would not have trusted anyone else to carry out a safety check and follow up of works to be carried out, only by James's Company and his workforce. Richard was very hardworking, thorough and very tidy in his working area. He was very safety conscious and I was reassured everything was done to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend JJ Electrical Services every time and will always use again.

Contacted in regards to a document needed from 2018. James was quick off the mark and sorted with his office staff to get this for us and sorted within an hour. For me that's fantastic customer service 10/10

I put an enquiry on checkatrade and was contacted really quickly and given a quote. I went ahead with the work and it was completed swiftly for a reasonable price. Would definitely use JJ Electrical Solutions in the future, thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service. Agreed to install an electrical isolator in Burnley when the locally appointed electrician failed to attend. Excellent workmanship. Chris kept us fully informed with progress whilst working at our client's premises.

I initially thought a really good job had been done, however two days later water was pouring through my kitchen ceiling which had only been decorated the week before! James initially came out to stop the water pouring, but since then he hasn't answered messages and I have a damaged kitchen ceiling and broken air fryer which was only a few months old. I would not recommend you use this company as if they make a mistake they do not rectify it! This has been ongoing for 6 months now, plus they did not issue the certification of the work done. I had carefully looked into what company to use and going on reviews thought this looked positive. I would not want anyone else to be in this position.

JJ Electrical Solutions completed various electrical works on our kitchen refurbishment. We are extremely happy with the end result. We found James very professional to work with and when plans needed to change he kept us updated at every stage of the works. The quality of work is excellent. I called James about a small electrical fault at our house and he sent one of his engineers that day. I would definitely recommend JJ Electrical Solutions and would use them again. 👍

Being a small business in a big world can be scary. But James and his whole team were amazing from scratch. I wanted some infrared heaters for my studio, James came in assessed the whole situation, offered some wonderful advice on efficiency. His team installed the new system in ONE DAY!! Meaning I could crack on with business. I also admire the fact that they are a family business. If you are considering any work in your home or business…. Give JJ Electrical Solutions a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Used JJ Electrical as they were a local company to install my car charger and I was not disappointing. They identified issues that other companies hadn't and gave a very fair pricing structure and worked around my availability to get the job done. Couldn't ask for better service from a incredibly knowledgeable company. Will be using them again in the future and recommending them to people.

Top company top sparkies on the job I have recommended to a friend and will be calling them up for further work in the new year.

JJ were excellent from start to finish for the installation of our Hypervolt car charger. Our job wasn’t straight forward but JJ always responded to all of our messages quickly and took time to fully explain the job when many other outfits had ghosted us when they realised it wasn’t a simple task. The installation itself was a job well done and the electricians who came to site were on time, friendly and took the time to make a nice neat job. Five stars all round and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I can highly recommend JJ Electrical - I contracted them to check the electrical installation of my house in preparation for sale. Friendly and easy to deal with. The quote was with me straight away. All works completed on time and professionally, and any remedial works were discussed and explained in full. Certificate issued promptly after.

It has been a pleasure to do business with you from the quote to carrying out the work we required. You kept us informed from the beginning, your electricians that came were very polite and well mannered and cleaned up after they had finished. We would have no hesitation in recommending JJ Electrical Solutions, and will definitely use this company again.

Turned up on time, very professional, friendly, went above and beyond. Would recommend these to any and everyone, without hesitation. We'll I even got them to sort the mother-in-laws electrics out!! And if you knew her you wouldn't argue with her either! 1st class!!

Great service all round

Professional and friendly. All the work was completed to a high standard, on time and at a reasonable price.

Had a faulty 30 amp circuit breaker they came and replaced with new, very efficient and professional would highly recommend.

Installed a google nest heating system. Ensured it worked and fully set up with phone app before they left. Great job and tidy as they worked.

Friendly guys who always do an excellent job, very fair on prices and would always recommend them to our customers as well as ourselves.
