Original requested work was fit AC throughout the house. Great work, always on time, easy to converse with (in person and via e-mail / WhatsApp), very clean and tidy and did not impact, very happy with the install and result. In fact happy enough that have since gotten them to quote for and do more electrical works. Highly recommend.

Cam did our boiler servicing, he's great, very friendly and always does a good job. We've had wall sockets from him, ring cameras put up, bathroom shaver ports, have always been really happy. He's good with our dogs too even though they're a bit nervous of visitors!

Very friendly people and strongly recommended. I used Douglas to install a car charger with a long cable and an outside junction box to join the charger with the existing breaker at the property. Done very competently and quickly too!

The air conditioning unit works perfectly and also includes a heating option, which is a great bonus. Highly recommended. Thank you ! From start to finish we were provided with an excellent service by Cameron & Jodie. We had a number of pieces of work carried out, new hardwired smoke alarms, new spotlights, electric to our summer house and new sockets. 5 star from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this company. I approached them in panic mode when my Boiler was condemned by B Gas after it's Annual service, I wasn't prepared for being boilerless. Straight away I was in good hands, quoted and booked in, with advice on what to do from Jodie. Then Cam did such a tidy job inside and outside, someone who puts you at ease and you'd be happy to have him in your home, any room from loft to garage. What lovely people. Thank you guys x

I contacted Douglas heating and electrical to assist with my uncles boiler service and updating several radiators within the household. Cameron promptly did this and advised him of everything, costs, time etc. he was very helpful in assisting my uncle. The job was quoted and completed within a week. A fabulous turn around. The boiler required a part but again we were informed of this at the time of service and given the chance to accept / decline this. My uncle was very happy with the work carried out and the time scale it was achieved within. I would recommend Cameron every time. His expertise is amazing, very thorough and friendly!

Highly recommend! We had Cameron over to do a full rewire and he did an amazing job, very impressed with his work! He also fitted spotlights for us in the kitchen and bathroom which look very modern. In the kitchen he fitted us these isolator switches for each appliance that is difficult to get to the plug sockets for. These are super handy! He fitted us a new fuse board which is clearly labelled. He filled in all the chasers which most electricians don't do. Also compared to other tradesmen, he was very tidy! He smartened up the plumbing for our radiators. High quality work, will hire him again for future work!

Can highly recommend. Electric tripped due to fault to boiler. Cameron came out within 24 hours to diagnose the problem and get my heating back on. Once parts required had arrived he returned within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
