One reviewer said Dobson & Surrey Ltd carried out a house and heating wiring job for £14k, could not test the whole system before leaving site, and that it now works only partially; they also said the business did not return their calls or emails for help. That reviewer called the work shoddy and unprofessional and said they were disappointed. Another reviewer said electrical work at a retail premises in South Shields was quoted and completed quickly, efficiently and without any fuss. They described the business as very professional and said they would not hesitate to recommend it.

They did a house and heating wiring job for 14k for me. Couldn’t test the whole system before they left site. Now it’s only working partially. They don’t return my calls or emails for help (not even to say they can’t or won’t do it). Shoddy and unprofessional. Really disappointed.

I cannot recommend Dobson and Surrey highly enough I live in London. I had some electrical work I needed doing in a retail premises in South Shields They quoted the job, completed the job quickly, efficiently and without any fuss. Very professional. If you’re looking for an electrician do not hesitate. Like I said I cannot recommend them highly enough. 5* thank you.
