Very impressed with service contract from Geowarmth. Wallace was an excellent communicator, explaining everything as he went and we felt he did a very thorough job. We feel ,much more relaxed about our heat pump after the visit

The work has been good, but timings and delays have been really concerning. We were told that the scaffolding would be up and down in a day, but it's been up for 2 weeks now and we're still waiting on it to come down. They did explain they had problems occur which affected timeframes, but I think they should have Plan B's in place. Also, since the day the panels were installed, my garden has been, and still is, full of the extra equipment that wasn't used and loads of empty boxes All in all, we're happy with the install, and the electrician was great, but the delays and waiting to hear back and excuses have made it a bad experience for us Reply comment: Most of the stuff in the garden has been cleared today so thank you for dealing with that straight away. However, we've been told that the scaffolding is going to be another 9 days which is going to be even more money having to pay to charge our cars away from the house. So the scaffolding would have been up 3 weeks and 2 days which is way too long. We were told that it would be up and down in one day, which isn't true because we were told by someone else that they leave it up for a few days in case there are any problems, which adds to the frustration. I understand there have been booking issues for scaffolders in the area, but it should still be in place that it comes down asap even if they come from out of area. At this point I want to take it down myself, but I know that's not an option
