Fantastic service! I got in touch about a really small but crucial job for my parents. Communication was fantastic, price was great and the job was completed brilliantly. Can't tell you how much this meant - thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with this 5 star service. Highly recommend John and will definitely use again.

Great service from first contact through to completion. A friendly, thorough & efficient professional, very happy with them.

Great service and totally recommended. Rang John after some issues left us without a boiler or sockets just before Christmas. Despite being closed, he talked me though some checks on the phone and then agreed to come out to sort us out. As well as diagnosing and fixing the problem, he also fixed a further couple of faults that could have caused issues down the line. Top service from a local business and very reasonable as well. Thanks again 👍

Excellent service from John turned up at short notice at 6pm to sort out our fuse box which had tripped. Would definitely recommend as very friendly and at a competitive price

All our electrics went off. John came round promptly and everything was working again within 30 minutes. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend.

Came out at short notice when our upstairs lights tripped off. Isolated and solved the problem of the light fitting being faulty. This was on a Friday night at 5:30! Excellent service, thoroughly recommend.

Very prompt service. Only a small job but still very courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic fast service and great price

Quick, efficient and fairly priced . I’d definitely use JH electrical again.

great service. Arrived on time for an emergency call out on a Sunday after our power went out and diagniosed the issue within minutes, swiftly fixed and at a very good rate. Will use again 100% when i break something else. Thanks.

Absolutely brilliant lads. Friendly, came when they said they would, talked us through each step and reassured us they’d fix it. We had a different electrician in from a different company first, who charged £80ph and couldn’t find the fault. John and Keith came out, found the fault and had it fixed in 4 hours for £140. Will definitely use JH again.

Found on google and was very swift in the emergency call on a Sunday morning. Fixed the issue within the hour.

John and Keith were fantastic. They were thorough and went above and beyond simply carrying out an electrical check for our whole house. I would highly recommend them. I have commissioned them to come back and update our fuse box / consumer panel in the new year.

JH Electrical Services installed an Easee One EV charger. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

John came out late at night after all my electrics went off, he was able to get most of it back on for me that night and then came back, he went above and beyond to help me get back up and running, I would highly recommend him

We rang this company in a bit of a panic late Sunday evening following a complete loss of electricit - they were kind and helpful and came out very swiftly. They sorted the problem and we couldn't be more grateful - excellent service from a thoroughly nice person

We had John and his team attend a problem with my sockets keep tripping on a Friday night. They stayed late until they hit me back working again. Efficient, polite and very tidy. Very reasonably priced considering the circumstances. Would definitely use again.

Very helpful and pleasant workers with a great sense of humour. They get on with their job and do their absolute best to get issues fixed and resolved.

Exceptional service! Our electrician was prompt, professional, and solved our issues with ease. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable electrical work!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with John from JH Electrical Services in North Shields, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I needed a complex rewiring job done for the lights in my garage, and John came through with flying colors. From the very beginning, John impressed me with his professionalism and punctuality. Despite the short notice, he arrived right on time and tackled the job with remarkable expertise. His ability to understand exactly what was needed and his willingness to go above and beyond were truly outstanding. John’s approachable nature made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was transparent about costs, offering honest and affordable pricing without any hint of overcharging. It’s clear that his priority is providing excellent service rather than making a quick buck. I must admit, when I saw his relatively few reviews, I was initially hesitant. However, after meeting John, it became clear why. He mentioned that he's not very tech-savvy, which explains the limited online presence. But let me assure you, his craftsmanship and work ethic are top-notch. I will definitely be keeping John's contact details for any future electrical needs when I move into my new house. If you're looking for a reliable, professional electrician who genuinely cares about his work, look no further than JH Electrical Services. You won’t be disappointed!

Rewired my mams house in just a few days, really nice bloke.
