Reviewers of Natural Spark Ltd report professional, reliable and tidy electrical work. Several mention James by name for being communicative and looking after the customer, and one says a fault at a domestic property was attended within a few hours and fixed quickly. The company is also praised for solar panel and PV system installation, with reviewers describing the team as polite, tidy and efficient, and one reporting six days without grid import within two weeks. A cottage rewire and EV charger installations are also described as job well done. One review uses the wording "at all very competitive prices too", so price is only touched on there.
Brilliant, reliable service, as usual. James really looks after the customer, is communicative and very professional.
Excellent service from start to finish installing my EV charger absolutely faultless highly recommended and very reasonable
A very positive experience. Ryan did the survey, for the work required, he was very knowledgeable and polite. The quote arrived fairly prompt , we agreed dates and the installation was very tidy and professional. I would be more than happy to use this company again.
Brilliant service, had a fault at domestic property and they attended within a few hours of calling. Knowledgeable and professional engineers, diagnosed and rectified the fault quickly. Thanks for the great service.
We couldn’t be happier with the work James and his team have done for us. From day one, James impressed us with his calm, professional and highly reliable approach. He was always easy to reach, turned up when he said he would, communicated clearly and made the whole process feel effortless. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. James and his team delivered everything to a very high standard and met our expectations completely — which is no small task, as we pay a lot of attention to detail. What we appreciated most was the combination of professionalism, skill and a genuinely friendly attitude. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this dependable and take such pride in their work. We will absolutely continue working with James and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a first-class electrician. Top job, James and team. Thank you! Dany & Rabea
