I can’t thank this gentleman enough, the poor man is ill but gave as much advice as he could over the phone. Thank you.

Phil was fantastic from start to finish - prompt response, detailed quotation and advice, very professional throughout and a great quality installation - highly recommended

A totally professional experience throughout. The installation was explained in detail beforehand with costings. Communication was excellent at all times. The job was carried out efficiently and cleanly. I am pleased with the final result. Phil is a nice guy.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Phil fitted an electric car charger to our property and was professional and approachable throughout the process, from the initial quote to sign off of the installation.

AEI were recommended to me by a neighbour. Phil patiently dealt with all my questions over the phone in a friendly/helpful manner, providing me with a very reasonable quote (the best of 4) for electric-light related work in my 3-bed semi. His Leicester-based electrician, Jay, was excellent. He was punctual, polite, professional and creative (aspects of the job were not straightforward), plus he was patient (I talked a lot!) and very attentive to detail/thorough. I can't fault the service I got from AEI and would recommend them to anyone needing quality electrical work done in their home.

From start to finish, Phil provided impeccable service. He offered us appropriate advice and a clear plan and schedule for the work. At every visit Phil was punctual as well as clean and tidy, it was a pleasure having him in our home and we are thankful for all of his work.

Received a very professional service, good value for money, responsive and reactive. From start to finish AEIL took care of everything to do with the process of the installation. They listened to how we wanted it to look and adapted the installation to meet this without any fuss or hassle. Great communication and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Phil provided excellent service installing our Zappi EV charging point today, and efficiently solved any problems that arose. He also impressed us with his patient and clear tuition on usage and left us feeling very confident. Thank you, Phil.

Outstanding service. Phil installed our charge point in a timely and efficient manner. Communication throughout the purchase and installation was excellent and the installation on site was fast, efficient and hassle free. Highly recommend.

Great job in sorting insulation test and then responding in 1 hour with a spare copy of the the certificate 7 years after the original work. Really helpful can recommend.

Phil provided a prompt efficient service, installing interlinked smoke detectors. The work was of a high quality and there was very good communication beforehand regarding what the job required.

Excellent service, very impressed with the professional, efficient customer service & installation of EV charging point. Highly recommend.

Phil from Advanced Electrical Installations Ltd. contacted me after I posted a job for an electrical installation safety check. He laid out his availability and pricing to enable me to make an informed decision, encouraging me to check out his reviews prior to agreeing his terms . He arrived on time and was polite, friendly yet professional throughout. I would highly recommend Phil and Advanced Electrical Installations Ltd and would not hesitate to use them again.

AEL have inspected and tested the electrical installations at several of my properties. They are courteous, professional, timely and honest. Their certification prices are very reasonable. Where a fault was found on one occasion, it was quickly remedied also for a very reasonable fee. I thoroughly recommend them.

Car charger installation - Respectful of request to wear masks / gloves - Responsive to emails / messages / calls - Treated our house with care and discussed wiring options before going ahead - Explained what was happening, respectful of our decisions regarding tethered / untethered, understood we had done some research - Very clean final result (see image)

Very efficient service from planning to execution, the guys were extremely professional, I was unable to see the finished unit in action due to self isolating, so they sent me a video showing me how things work. The pricing was fair, in short if I need another charger I won’t hesitate to contact Phil. Thank you guys 👍🏼

Arrived on time and carried out the job to an exceptional standard. Pricing was great value and will definitely be using this company again and would definitely recommend to others.

We have recently used AEI for the installation of a 3phase supply to our new distillery building, including alterations at the new connection end and the complete electrical installation in the distillery. AEI were not only the most competitive quotation, but they have also been professional throughout, finished on time/on budget as well as being a thoroughly pleasant bunch along the way. Workmanship was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

wanted the landlord certification done before I put the flt on rent and was provided with a quote. Once accepted the dated was fixed around my work times and testing was done . The whole process was painless and most communication was done via email so overall no issues

Excellent service, very polite and courteous and arrived at the agreed time. I would highly recommend them.

EICR - landlord Phil contacted me very quickly after I visited a referral website, with a very polite, professional email. The quote was very reasonable and he even recommended a gas engineer for my safety certificate. An appointment was quickly arranged and Phil arrived on time. He was a thorough professional and did an excellent job. I really couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Phil and his team were, polite, helpful and professional and provided an excellent service. I would definitely use the service again in the future.

Very prompt and a good price had a condition report on my extension very pleased with the service

Phil from AEI was extremely professional from the beginning till the end. We discussed various options for the work that was required and he gave me the appropriate costs of each option. As a new product was launched for my car charging installation, this was discussed and felt it was necessary to review the work required in time for my electric car delivery. All work was completed to a professional standard and on the date agreed. Despite the cold weather, this did not deter him from doing the installation. The paperwork required for the installation of a car charger was filled in promptly and the necessary certificates received without the need to prompt him. Excellent work and would happily use him again and certainly recommend him to anyone who requires any electrical work doing. Many thanks Ash
