Called them up as fed up of no shows from other companies or stupid quotes , they responded quick arranged a visit for a quote and I gave them hell with requirements but they satisfied them all. I am the customer from hell when it comes to tidy jobs and the install was perfect and quick and really pleased as wanted all white and a very specific car charger not the usual ugly ones. Can’t fault the service so they get a full 5 stars from me.

Cornwall Electrical Contractors have looked after my Mum and Dad for years. They have had various needs over the years as they have aged including heating, lighting, kitchen refits requiring significant electrical work, bathroom electrics etc. Always whoever has come to assess and the do the work required have been lovely. They are also really patient and prepared to explain the workings of things very carefully so they know how things work. When needed they have come out really fast too. The office is run very efficiently so that everyone know what is needed, where and when. It's important when there are people in your house that you feel safe and comfortable with them, and CEC people fit the bill. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Recently had a Solar PV and Battery storage system installed. Great service from the initial contact, they were really helpful and explained everything very clearly. Installation was clean and hassle free. Truly a professional company, MSC and NICEIC accredited which was important to us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will certainly be using them again for any future electrical requirements!

Had to book 2 months ahead to get a quote and then didn’t turn up for it

We used Cornwall Electrical Contractors to install a car charger for us which involved updating our consumer unit and installing a heavy duty cable to our garage in a trench. The job involved quite a few challenges, but the process well organised by Richard and the work carried out to a very high standard by Joe. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them again for further work.

Oh I'll tell you exactly what happened. No work was completed because after phone calls, no one bothered to ever contact us back. My husband phoned at 7am and was told someone would call us back. No one called back. He phoned back again at 9am and was told you would chase it up... Well it's now 3 DAYS later and no call back. Freezer full of food ruined. Safe to say you won't be either and even if you did, the problem is now sorted, but not thanks to you. Terrible terrible service.

5 Star for this company. I have used Richard and his team on 3 occasions and have been very impressed with the professionalism I have been in receipt of. The emergency call out was priced fairly, Joe was very helpful. The Car charging point installation was neat and efficient, and the work at the office was excellent. From the outset, our experience using Cornwall Electrical Contractors was a very positive one. We needed old and not working fluorescent lights removed from our workshop and replaced with LED units. Throughout the installation we were impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Our business premises were left lighter, brighter, clean and tidy. All communication was excellent, equipment needed on the day (a scissor lift) was organised and ready to go and their workmanship was to an extremely high standard. Very friendly, very helpful and we are very pleased - even more so that we could support a local business too!

Had new electrical heating system installed in previous home 4 years ago. Great service .... efficient and friendly and very good price. No problems with the system after installation and was viewed well when we sold our home last year.
