Notts Gas and Electrical Limited

Absolutely blown away by the work Notts Gas and Electric did converting our garage into a lovely colourful bathroom, complete with a jet bathtub. Lewis and the team were brilliant — friendly, professional, and happy to run with our bold design ideas. The finished result speaks for itself. Five stars, would not hesitate to recommend!

Great service from start to finish, Olivia is extremely helpful the lads really go above and beyond with their work. They’ve made a really nice job off the kitchen and board swap, even went out off their way due to a late delivery. Cannot speak highly enough of Liam & Lewis Definitely recommend and will be using again!

On behalf of my daughter and son in law, I just wanted to say a huge thankyou for the boiler fitting. Olivia was so helpful, she answered all of my questions beforehand whether by email or phone and has a fantastic customer service ethos. I told her that my daughter was waiting for other quotes as well, after which Olivia matched that price plus dropped the price a tiny bit more ,which all helps with todays struggles. I felt very cheeky asking if the company price matched but please never be afraid to ask, they can either say yes or no. The fitter was also a very nice hardworking young man, very polite too. So, thank you once again to a great company who I would gladly recommend.

I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of work performed not only on installing a new central heating system, but also a thermostatic shower. Lewis is a real artisan of laying copper piping and does a professional job. It was a shame that the pipes got covered over with kitchen furniture as they were laid so neatly. Olivia is also a joy to work with. Her communication and scheduling has been professional. I highly recommemd NGE to anyone looking for a professional, reasonably priced, and friendly service.

It was a pleasure to work with Notts Gas & Electrical on a recent fire risk assessment project. They are very professional, have a quick turn around time and always happy to go the extra mile. I hope we can work together in the future. I would 100% use them on any personal house projects.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Notts Gas and Electrical. We first met them during a short‑notice call‑out, and ended up working with them for several months on what became a complicated project involving electrics, plumbing, building work and coordination in a listed property. Throughout the process, Olivia, Liam and Lewis were outstanding. They handled the technical challenges with professionalism, patience and skill. The work required a lot of communication and problem‑solving, all of which they managed brilliantly. This all happened during a very difficult time for us as a family, and without going into detail online, the team went above and beyond in a very personal way in their kindness and support for me and for our young children at a time when we were struggling with disability and other issues in a way I will never forget. I’m very grateful for everything they did and would recommend Notts Gas and Electrical without hesitation.

Professional, reliable and dedicated to what they do. Great customer service too! ☺️

Great experience, engineers amazingly helpful, dedicated and friendly. Booked another service after the first amazing job they did checking my new house installations. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Outstanding service, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just brilliant! Excellent rates and was able to come around the same day and didn't leave until my boiler was fixed. Lewis is an excellent Gas Safe registered engineer and I will 100% be using this company again 👍🏻

They turned up within 20 minutes, diagnosed & fixed the issue very quickly and were thoroughly nice guys to boot. Happily recommended :)

Liam & Lewis are a brilliant team and know their stuff, when you need an electrician call them you won’t be disappointed . A top service all round so we have booked them in for another job!!

Excellent job done by Lewis and Liam. Would recommend 100%. Lovely helpful lads 👍👍👍

We have no doubt to recommend this company to anyone in needs to fix the boiler. Nice people and totally professional. Can really solve all the problems at a very reasonable price. 100% satisfied with their service!

Had Lewis out to move & replace a short gas run for me. I found him to be professional and courteous. Turned up when he said and did the work within 24 hours of first speaking to him. Very impressed with his level of knowledge and service!

Amazing lads, very reliable and trustworthy fitted my kitchen and sorted out my electrics and gas properly. Highly recommend.

Had a new gas hob put in today, he did a brill job, really polite and down to earth chap, he also moved a pipe that was a nuisance, same again brill job, I would definitely recommend notts gas & electrical, great job, thanks again Lewis, you're a star.

Great personal service from Lewis and his team. I’ve used several different gas companies over the years and none of them provide the service & quality level that he achieves. He’ll go beyond what’s required, builds a great personal relationship with his clients and will certainly be doing all my business and private work moving forward. I couldn’t recommend him and his team high enough. Great guy and well worth a call. 5 stars from myself and Baytree Cars!

Two good guys, I know when I ask them to do a job for me it gets done properly and promptly

Very responsive and did their up most to repair a faulty boiler at short notice. Highly recommended
